Very cool place. Historic factory with incredibly cool infrastructure inside. The building has to be close to 100 yrs old? It is a great space to host an event. Cam be made disability friendly using ramps, which they did during artprize! The only downsides are signage and parking. Events need to clearly state this is the 314 Stair St SW. Art prize did not indicate SW and there is a 314 Strait St SE. To add to confusion, the building is one of several abandoned buildings on the lot. There is one large gravel parking lot that is inside a fenced area. The whole parking and street parking situation is confusing. It is also not disability friendly. Folks in wheelchairs, walkers or otherwise unsteady, will have trouble accessing the lot and walking/getting in to the building alone. This location would highly benefit from some handicap parking spaces, and a ramp to get in.

On the westside of the Grand River in an old factory, is an awesome open roofed performance venue!!
