It is nice that it is no longer busy. They keep it clean and check your temp when you go in. Anyone who does not have a mask is not allowed to enter. The game room is constantly being cleaned. The prices are a bit high for the cheap pizza, but still somewhat affordable.

Pleasantly surprised at the value, fun and good food. Took the family here late Saturday night. Thought it would be busier but actually was not too bad. A couple of birthday parties and regular walk ins like us. Ordered pizza and some wings. Both were good...tasty and kid friendly. Arcade was clean and almost everything worked. Had an issue once and it was taken care of quickly. Good mix of 1 and 2 token machines. Tickets are double points and added up fast. Son loved the dinosaur crane machine. Overall good experience and well be going back.

This was the first time we were there since the virus outbreak began. The pizza buffet is open. It remains a great deal, and the food is good. The buffet currently requires them to serve you the food, but this was fine as service was good. Overall it was a very good experience for our family.

Employees were super helpful and all had smiles on their faces. We had a great time!!!

The atmosphere is great, the workers are nice, the bathrooms are clean, and the arcade games are fun for the kids! But most importantly, the PIZZA IS SO GOOD!! Its not overly greasy like Little Caesars or expensive like Dominos. Good place for big families with kids of all ages and great for birthday parties! This pizza is excellent. The restrauant is extremely clean. I would recommend eating here for lunch or dinner. I will be enjoying their pizza again.

Was a really good fresh pizza, I was really pleasantly surprised. I would certainly eat there again. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, the place was very clean, and it was busy.

I used to love Peter Piper Pizza!! The family and I took the kids to play some games and eat some pizza and I was so disappointed in the pizza and games. Absolutely disgusting! The crust used to be some much better. The $1.25 party pizza in the frozen isle at the grocery store is better! We definitely will not be coming back

This is the best Peter Piper in the Valley, Ive been here twice & both times have been a great experience! Even on a Saturday with Birthday parties this establishment is by far the cleanest & calmest. Excellent food and service.

Im enjoying this location because it is recently remodeled and they did a great job in making it feel less chaotic and dirty with the choice of neutral colors and taking out the crazy jungle gym that was there. Everything feels clean, good set up for the arcade and as always they have pretty good pizza as far as a kids arcade goes.

Half the machines are usually broken and they are programed to only give you half the tickets you won. So if the game says you won 10, it will only give you 5. They are all like that. Its pretty disappointing to the kids. Im giving three stars because the pizza is good and the employees are nice and helpful

This is a fun place for a kids birthday party. Reasonably good pizza, along with salads and wings. Their arcade is good and you can trade in coupons for a variety of small prizes, that will delight the younger set.If you event is a birthday party, you can pre-reserve your space, and before you arrive they will have a table set up with plates, napkins, and a reserved sign, which is n ideal setup if your guests have staggered arrival times.Sure, the prizes are mostly junk but perfect for the younger set.The stores are clean, the restrooms are usually immaculate and you wont feel a need to disinfect everything before you eat.

Went there for a birthday party and it was great to see the employees making really good food and taking care of the establishment. A little expensive for childrens games. The pizza here is usually good, but today it was excellent. They were actually walking around cleaning the games (wiping them down) throughout the day, trying to keep the games clean. Even saw an employee climb on top of the basketball game to retrieve a ball that had been tossed up top. Ive visited many children restaurants, and this was by far the best trip.

We always enjoy Peter Piper Pizza for lunch. It is an all you can eat buffet style with pizza pasta and salad. They will even make your favorite kind of pizza to add to the mix. I recommend trying the Buffalo ranch chicken pizza. It is sort of like Spicy Chicken wings on a pizza.

I ordered pepperoni pizza which is complete with mozzarella cheese and great amount of pepperoni. The pizza dough is pleasantly chewy

We just had our soccer party here and was pleasantly surprised. The service was good and the pizza was good. It had a nice little game area for the kids. The restrooms were clean. The kids had a blast and are already asking to go back. We will definitely come back.

Always been a fan but after waiting in line for 30 min and then being told its 90 minutes for a pizza theyve lost me as a customer. Horrible customer service. Staff better and communicate at the door that you intend to provide poor service.

Had the lunch buffet on a weekday. Was fairly priced and the pizza was pretty good as long as it was a freshly baked pizza. Some of the pizzas were sitting for awhile though. Not a great place for kids to have fun, but pizza was not as bad as Chuck E Cheese, but not as good as Main Events Pizza.

Grossly understaffed. There must be hundreds of people in here and maybe 5 employees total. Waited 20 minutes in line and only one cashier. Good luck only buying tokena..we were told to wait in line. I count 43 people in line right now and I feel bad for everyone in that line.

My family and I were there to celebrate my nephews bday tonight. The reservation was made on line for 8 kids but only 5 came. When my nephew brought it to the attention of the manager Jose not only was he difficult to work with extremely rude, horrible customer experience but this guy has no business BEING IN THE BUSINESS of working with the public. My sister called the general manager who agreed to refund the 3 kids paid for but did not come over the phone, said he was going to call Jose which he did and when Jose gave the refund and was again extremely rude. My family has done 4 bdaysthere in the past 3 months had we encountered Jose on the 1st one would not have been back. Aside from the cost of party as a whole our family dropped an additional $200 in food, tokens & drinks and this is how this guy treats his customers who CHOOSE to spend their money there. Im sure nothing will be done about Jose but something needs to be. Go to a different Peter Pipers people.

Order was incorrect, wrong crust on pizza. The buzzer to notify me when the pizza is ready was activated and the food was luke warm by the time I checked with the staff to see if it was ready. The place was clearly understaffed for the night as there was a school fundraiser going on. Very disappointed.

This is a fun place for kids. Decent pizza, lots of video games, good times. Great place for a kids birthday party too!

Went in and ordered a personal pizza and waited over 20 minutes so that I could be told that they had to make a new personal pizza but that I would receive free cinnamon sticks. I get home, the pizza tastes great but the cinnamon sticks not only looked bad but tasted EXTREMELY poor. Ive had their cinnamon sticks before and never have they looked or tasted as bad as they did. Certainly wont be coming back to this location.

Its been YEARS..but well worth the wait. Always classic. Maybe add a couple more veggies in chopped salad, just had cucumber, tomato and lettuce. Use those fresh pizza toppings!!

They have renovated in the last year or so and removed some of the kids activities that you could climb on. Now it is more of an arcade atmosphere. My kids lost their tokens several times to machines that malfunctioned and it took awhile for the woman behind the counter to assist. The pizza isnt great and my kids werent very entertained so I probably will not return. It also wasnt crowded on a summer evening so I think that says it all. Its too bad as I had happy childhood memories here (same chain, another location) and my kids (8 and 10 yrs) enjoyed it before the renovation.

Not sure if this is a Health code violation but the manager brought out our raw pizza to our seating area to show us how much sauce is light sauce. Never had that done in any pizza restaurant I have been. Hopefully we dont get sick.

The pizza here is surprisingly good. My kids loved playing the games. A few of them are coins, but I think thats to be expected at any coin fed arcade.

My kids love going here. My only complaint is that they have staffing issues. The front counter had one employee working even though there were enough customers in line to justify 3 people at the registers. I also saw employees standing around in the back instead of doing something to solve this issue and provide quality and efficient service.

It was disappointing. One of the pizzas were pretty burnt and i asked about it she said it was normal yet the other pizza didn’t look like it... buffet is only during the week you know when kids are in school.

It was packed for holiday but they were on it nothing was empty very long in buffet

We took our daughter here for her graduation and she had a blast. We went in around 6 pm and it wasn’t too packed where we weren’t able to be seated or play games. The pizza we ordered came fast for how busy it was and had good taste to it. The only reason I held back on 5 stars, was certain games wouldn’t work and I had to get tokens or tickets back for 3 separate games.

Forgot to many small children. Picked a bad day. Food greasy as always. Should know better.

I love having My kids bday parties at Peter Pipers. I dont have to clean, cook or decorate. I just drink beer and take my kids tokens. The party helpers are really sweet. Make sure u tip your party hostess.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever today. We will not be back . Our Original crust pizzas came out thin crust and we were given the attitude as if we we did something wrong. The manager Monique was extremely unprofessional and completely rude and said the XL Pizzas come out thin which is not true at all. Also it took 20 minutes for them to change out the MR Pibb . Overall, very unfriendly. She could definitely use some customer service training.

When I started to write this I was going to give them 1 star if I could have given negative stars I would have! We went there to celebrate my nephews 5th birthday and had a great time the kids got full on pizza and pop. So we went to play the games and left our drinks and cake on the table when we came back to eat our cake they had thrown it out! I was very angry. HOWEVER, Monique the manager went above and beyond to correct the problem! So because of her reaction and the way she handled my attitude and anger with grace and compassion Im giving them 5 stars.

Food was good, fun games to play but no toddler area and service was very slow. Took 10 minutes in line just to order, only one person taking orders and she also was taking orders on the phone. Needed to help the customers in line first and manager should have taken phone calls.

Over priced games and many of them were broken. The employees were attentive, but you could tell that they didnt want to be there. Wish that they offered gluten free options.

Great place to take your kids to have a fun time. Ive been here a few times, and each time, they seem to add a few new games that are pretty fun. The tickets are easy to get and you can get a lot of play for your money. Be sure to buy at the counter to get your bonus tokens.As for food, I would say its on par with your typical entertainment centers like Chuck E Cheese, etc. Dont come here expecting pizza to blow you away. Its enough to get you by for dinner, so I would say to come here for the fun, not the food, BUT if you have to eat, you wont be disappointed.

Nice location and updated games, the staff there are rude. Last few times we went, we had issues with the staff (obviously teens) . I try to give benefit of the doubt but seems like all the young employees shouldn’t be working there unless they have patience for kids and enjoy their job.

There were lots of staff but no one wanted to take our order. Someone finally said we are taking orders at the carryout pickup register. Were we could not see the menu. I will say the pizza was good.

My kids ALWAYS want to come here! The pizza actually doesnt taste bad! One of my children doesnt particularly care for sauce, so the garlic bread pizza they serve is right up his alley. The weekday lunch buffet is a great deal. They even let a child age 2 or under eat it for free (Yes, A child, as in limit one.) Salads are available - as part of the buffet or served as an entree.Peter Piper coupons can be found on their website, and you can also sign up to receive offers via email. The deals are pretty good, too. They are usually for some sort of pizza and token combination.I have had birthday parties for my kiddos here. Things went very smoothly each time, and the pricing was quite reasonable.The kids love the games and play area. Its pretty clean. However, it gets busy here quickly. Some parents dont watch their kids, so there are usually a bunch of kids running amok, climbing on arcade games, etc. Aside from that, this is a fun place with decent food and pleasant employees.

The pizza was actually very good. The tables could use a bit of cleaning. I wish they had more TVs. My kids like the games, I wish they had an old school Galaga or Pac man game.

This location has REALLY gone downhill! We have been there twice for spring break once for dinner and once for the buffet. BOTH times the front half of the resturant tables were completely dirty, trash everywhere, plates everywhere. DEFINITELY need a dinning room attendant in there the whole time!!! The management was not help, staff had bad attitude. Asked for a table to be cleaned off and a high chair to be wiped out the girl wiped the table and left the dirty highchair there and said theres clean ones over there and pointed at the back corner! 2nd time we purchased the 300 tokens and asked for some to be broken down into the silver 20 coins, was told, no,because thats not how they were purchased. Certainly wont be back to this location until they clear the bad attitudes and clean up the place!

Friendly service, especially those guys at exchange tickets for pride. Theyre very patient with those kids.
