I booked 2 lanes for bowling online for 2 hours and although it was a little expensive, it was totally worth it. From what I understood, it doesnt matter how many players there are but it depends on the day/time for price. I believe it was $36 an hour since we did Saturday night. We were being served by a great guy named Daniel (I believe). Daniel was great with service, fast, and very friendly. I had probably 5 or 6 fabulous long islands and my sister got a blue Hawaiian thanks to Daniels recommendation. The drinks were beautiful and tasted great but was a little bummed after my 2nd drink they just put it in regular glass with no garnishes. The presentation for the first drinks were SO BEAUTIFUL (wish I took pics ) I was disappointed they became regular looking drinks. Dont know if they ran out of glasses or thought Id be fine with mediocre presentation. Just because I was getting drunk doesnt mean I cant see my drinks still wanna look at something pretty! But the service was great all around from the lady at the front desk, Daniel with bowling, and the bartenders were fast and friendly. Will definitely be back!

I was impressed by Management and team member commitment to COVID-19 mitigation measures. Nearly everyone in the building wore masks and staff were cleaning around the clock. I will be returning again with my family.

Great place! Perfect place for kids, especially birthday parties - they had so much fun! Also, we were shocked at how good the food was. It came out piping hot, fresh, fries were crispy and well seasoned, pleasantly surprised!

Customer service was outstanding. From the front door to the desk and food. Everyone friendly and helpful. We had a great time and well be back for sure.

It was fun. The food was decent. We were there for three hrs and ended up spending around $125. We bowled for an HR ordered three items to eat. The rest was blown on the arcade. My two daughters did have a blast. They are taking Covid measures so not as many are allowed in.

I stopped by for the first time to check this place out. Ive been looking for a new place for entertainment since Im new to the area.Once I stepped inside I was stopped by a couple of people before I even made it to the first arcade for not wearing a mask. No questions, was just pointed back out to my car.Well, you have that right as a business. Its been nearly 8 months now. Im not wearing a mask while I bowl or play games for the rest of my life.While I respect their decision as a business. You need to know what kind of business youre in. Try laughing and not even being able to see your own familys smile on their faces, instead make them feel like theyre sick cancer patients.I will go ahead and take my business somewhere else for entertainment. I went right next door to the new Gun Club and they welcomed me in with no problems. Their real guns feel better than the toy guns anyways. Thanks for letting me know the brand. Hope you make it through the pandemic.This has to be a one star review if I cant even walk into your business.

Fun place. Good fries. Wife tried Sangria and liked it. Ropes course was pretty fun too.

Great staff, and the all activity pass is such a great deal. I had a lot of fun there. The only issue I had was that while bowling with my friends, we found that the lane seemed dry. Shots that normally would spin into pins would cut into the gutter and straight rolls had much less speed than other alleys weve bowled at. I can normally hit a top speed of around 22 mph but was only able to reach 17 here.

Great Place. Just stay away from the nearly inedible pizza. Other than that. Its fun!

We have been here a few times and love all the options. This last time was disappointing though. Wife went to change my kids diaper and there wasn’t a changing table in the bathroom, kind of a downer Biggest issue though was that their dang add is super misleading. Now I’ll admit they aren’t lying, but $10.00 for activities and arcades sound like that covers both things.... it’s actually either unlimited arcade or activities.Now, I have 5 kids, one wasn’t big enough to do anything (changing table kid if you get me), I was trying to figure out the best way to make the most of the “or” so I decided, unlimited arcade for the 2 older kids, I don’t need to arcade around, but was pretty bummed about the bowling thing and asked the person working there what the cost of bowling was for an hour and she told me it was $22 and I should just pay for the unlimited activity passes because it’s better that way. Made sense, except bowling has an hour limit right now and the other 2 activities besides bowling have a 48” requirement which means, my kids probably didn’t need a unlimited activity pass. What we really needed was just an hour of bowling.Bottom line. The activities are fun and the deals not bad, but I feel like The employee who helped me sort of swindled me,. Not having a changing table is sort of a big deal for a family friendly place and it’s 2020 guys, why can I buy gift cards online but not activity passes, I’m sure I wouldn’t have had this issue if I could have just taken time to digest all this online and purchase my stuff online..... I have no doubt when I checked out online it would have made me select if I was getting an unlimited arcade pass OR unlimited activity pass.

Had such a good time! We had a very small birthday party for my 10yo. And this place was perfect. Clean and plenty of space to social distance. Becky and Alicia were fantastic with food and drink service. Food quality was good. Management stopped by the table to check on us and gifted my son an MVP game card. Only suggestion would be to turn down the music a little. Difficult to communicate with masks on. Overall great night!

We tried everything, even the zip line. Monday night was a good deal; wings, fries, and game card. Got beat in lazer tag by the smallest one there.

Upon entering the employees were taking the temperature of everyone going in the building. I looked around and saw only about half the people wearing their mask. I was told that I had to put on a mask and I told the guy I had a medical reason for not putting the mask on. He told me that the State Mandate said everyone has to wear a mask. I told him he was wrong and he started getting into my person space yelling at me. He then told me my money wasnt needed at their business and told me to leave the building. I went outside where my wife followed me to the parking lot to figure out what we were going to do and the guy comes out the door screaming at me to get off the property or he was calling the cops. I told him to go ahead and call the cops if that made him feel better and my wife and I left.There is no excuse for this. There is no law or mandate requiring those with medical reasons not to wear the mask. It is the right of any business to refuse service to anyone I guess and it is the right of the public to stop going to these kinds of poorly managed businesses. I urge everyone reading this post to consider going elsewhere to spend your money.REPLY TO RESPONSE:I suggest you pull your security camera footage to see what is going on at this location. As they say pictures are worth a thousand words.

The attractions are pretty fun here and the bar on site is nice too. The chicken nachos are delicious but need better cheese distribution. Bowling is $29 for an hour and $4.25 for shoes so it is basically $50 for a family of 5 to bowl for 1.25 games. Yeah you read that right, we could only get 3 frames out of our second game and that is hard because kids were bowling. We will probably go to AMF or fat cats for bowling in the future.

Great place for family and friends to meet and have fun with food, arcade games and bowling. Friendly staff that were very attentive. Good prices.

I brought my son and his friends for his birthday. Weve been here more than once and always have a good time. Trey was our host tonight and was fantastic, very attentive and polite. Nicely done!

I didn’t even get to take pics of the bowling, laser tag, pool, or shuffle board thingies! But we went for a special event, it was closed and we got to enjoy the place. Such an amazing staff, everyone was friendly, kind, helpful, and energetic! I mean we were greeted at the door and again when we left. The games were SO much fun and the kids loved the gravity zone (imagine being above everyone!). We will surely come back.

Ventured out to break the cycle of being home during the pandemic and was very happy with the experience. Even with the mask rule there were plenty of games to play, great food, social distancing and the manager Anthony was amazing. He treated us very well and we will be back for sure. So fun! I wanted to leave because I was tired from all the fun and running around!But some of the things are expensive. So be ready to get a lot of points. I recommend getting the 30 dollar credits if you want to get over 200 points.

Bowling on a Saturday night was very crowded which is to be expected but because of COVID our lane did. Ot have a table so we had to eat our food standing up. Definitely not worth the price paid!

Had a great time the bowling was amazing. We had the cheese pizza and the pepperoni and sausage pizza while bowling and they were amazing pizza for the price. Derrick is a very good employee took care of us and played airhockey with him. Will come gain for future birthdays/gatherings.

Definitely not family friendly for anyone with kids in diapers. There is not a single changing table in the entire building. Needless to say, my daughter was extremely unhappy about being changed in a cramped bathroom stall. Theyre also not very strict on their play safe guidelines. They booked us on a lane that had previously been closed for social distancing and we presumed theyd close down the empty lane next to us but they didnt and we were forced to leave our lane as a result.

I went at night. The games were fun and there were not many crowds. Sanitizing by employees constantly. Facemask required, exception the dining area. Open until 2am on a Saturday.

Drinks are a little bit too much. A good chunk of the games have broken parts. Not a bad time but not as good as Dave and Busters which has better food and drinks are cheaper there.

We always have a blast here!’ And they are so awesome they let you bring in cupcakes or cake for Birthdays or what every occasion!! So much for kids to do and adults . Great food all tasty Waitresses are awesome and on there game.. Thank you

Great family fun. Family of 6 is hard to find a place for everyone to be happy. This has a great mix of everything for almost all ages. Adults can be kids too! The food is not bad either! Great service and a huge amount of food for the money!

I went to Main event today with my mom sister in law and nephews for a fun day out and decided to grab a lane. About 30 minutes in we noticed someone was being sat in the booth next to ours even though the sign said they wouldn’t be seating to keep a safe distance. Not even 5 minutes after that they sat someone right in the seat directly behind us that also had sign stating that it was closed for safety. The only reason we did the bowling was because it was socially distanced from others. I was VERY VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THAT!!!!

The overall experience is awesome, but be prepared to pay for add-ons. The bowling is very fun, with neat ways to enhance the visuals on the scoreboard. There are also TV screens at each lane so you can watch sporting events while dropping some pins. The food is really good, but waiters could be more attentive when it comes to soft drink refills.

Main event is great if you have children or on a date for bowling. That being said there is not really much to do besides that

This place is pretty awesome to come to once in awhile. I say once in a while due to the price and there is only some much to do. But they are all pretty cool. The obstacle course in the air is super fun and they let adults on it. There is bowling and laser tag and then then arcades. Check the website for discounted times and days. We did a monday from 4 to 10pm for the bowling, laser, and climbing for 10$ each. Price of the overall experience could be better and thats why I gave only 4 stars. But it is cool regardless.

Awesome spot.Some thoughts for improvement:1) Always have someone manning the front reception desk greeting and directing people.(We waited 15 minutes in line to be told that billiards were purchased from the bar tender. And many other groups of individuals walked in while we were waiting and stood in the front reception area not knowing where exactly to go or what to do first. Great opportunity to sell and improve experience there.)2) Track throughput on bowling checkout line. Took 5 minutes on average per person to be processed. (Likely lost revenue here that could be recovered since lines repel customers. There is also the obviously benefit of improvement to customer experience).This place would be fun and challenging to manage. Keep rocking it. ️

This was our first time here and it was not our favorite experience weve ever had. We called them at 5:45 to see how long the wait was and they told us about 45 minutes. 5 minutes later we bought $160 in gift cards online. 10 minutes after that we showed up at the location only to be told there was a 3 hour wait. Initially when I expressed my incredibly annoyed emotions they told me there was nothing they could do. I told them we were visiting and would not be able to use the gift cards later and they said there was really nothing they could do. I had some high school girls addressing the situation and they werent doing a real great job at it. I asked to speak to a manager and when he showed up and I explained the situation he was very helpful and understanding. They did get us into a single-lane where we were able to bowl. The only reason there are two stars and not one is because of him and our server while we bowled. She was incredibly attentive and very helpful! However the rest of the night every other employee I ran into was rude, short and Incredibly unfriendly.I am glad we made this initial visit because we were getting ready to schedule a charity bowling tournament at this place in September but this experience solidified us going with somebody else.

Most of the arcade games are closed because of social distancing, so you cant play the games with another person. Its also very small and has a lot of kids. Dave and Busters is way better imo.

What a fun day we had. It was our first time, and we did bowling, the ropes course, and then laser tag a out 5 times. We were worn tired by the end of the day, but the children had a blast!

Fun little place to take younger kids. The arcades were okay, bowling was enjoyable... The crowds got pretty big on Saturday afternoon... But we got there right after it opened and it was much more enjoyable without the crowds.

A nice, clean place, but overall a rip off if you want to play games for prizes. For us to let one child play point games (the kind where you can win prizes) for about an hour (probably less), its around $100 PER CHILD once you do the math.Thats absolutely absurd, as to let my three kids play it would cost $300. By comparison, Chuck E. Cheese is $20 for an hour of game play (what a concept, you can actually pay for time!).We wont be visiting this place ever again.

Monday night is great for the kids. All you can play video games for $10.95, cannot accrue tickets for prizes however. Food is always good, and not overly priced. My kids love their pizza. Easy and cheap way to spend some family time.

Ive always driven by these.places and never knew what they have to offer. Until my son went to a birthday party there. I was amazed at all the cool stuff to do. You guys really should do better advertising. I would have come here sooner.

We went to celebrate my oldest daughters birthday and had a blast! The whole family got to play and enjoy games. The games were reasonably priced and gave a good amount of tickets to get prizes. Our girls even got to do the ropes course which is a unique indoor activity that was fun for them. We will definitely go back for family fun and even date night! I took my 8 year old here on a Monday night. They have a deal that you get unlimited bowling, laser tag, and climbing. It was awesome and well worth the money. I think it was $15 each counting the bowling shoe rental. I will go here again.

We LOVE this place! With 4 game obsessed boys, we have a blast every time. We love the bowling, laser tag, ropes course, air hockey - and especially love getting the unlimited game cards when they have specials. Food is really decent for the kind of place and we’ve even had a couple birthday parties there. Can’t recommend enough. Games are generally functioning, wide variety, and clean.

I have to say that social distancing was being practiced and they set it up perfectly for our Monday night get away. The best night to go out!

To keep up with this Covid situation they removed and moved a lot of games, making it hard to have a fun time with a few people together. However, I still did enjoy the night and spent a while here just for a fun night!

Theyre only missing 1 star bc I requested my chicken well done n it was not twice but the 3rd time the manager came and made sure it was correct otherwise everything was amazing clean and very good attitudes sitewide

Great place to take the family on a hot summer day. 5 stars for the entertainment 1 star for the food... I once heard a rumor this place had amazing tots but Ive never seen them.

We have come here a couple of times and our kids love it. We really enjoy coming here as well. The food is really good, good selection of beers. Kids live to play the games. We definitely will continue to come back.

It was my first time there. I bought a party package for my teens they were not able to play all the games only certain games .The info from the sales office about the teen package was a little miss leading to what was expected. BUT our night turned out ok for the teens the younger family members had a great time.

The atmosphere was cool when we got there. I had been to many arcade and entertainment places. My experience here was awful. My girlfriend and I went to just play arcade games and their was a good amount of games that did not work properly some would just take our credits having to go to the front desk to get them back which was annoying. This place might be good for bowling etc which we did not play. For arcade games I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was a great experience there friendly service and staff, Ally from upfront was great and kept it clean and neat, and in eating area was well kept.

I love taking my family here, when we have problems the staff always fix it. It’s wheelchair accessible, and everything is for all ages. Prices are a little high but I’d say that a given

We came here for a company party and it was so much fun. We had a small budget style dinner, the Buffalo cauliflower was spot on! Staff was very attentive and even remembered or names in the mail of people in our party. Then we did pretty much all the main options, bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes and then the arcade games. I had a lot of fun and we are planning to come back for my brothers birthday because we figured he would have a blast as well. Definitely will be returning and is recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun night out!

I love taking my nephews to this when Im in town. They have a great time. The food is not always the best but we dont go here for that. Also, sometimes it takes awhile to get service but the staff is friendly.

Now this is fun, Sunday bowling should be a religion. Very inexpensive, order the party platter, enough for 4 people. Play pool, hang out at the bar, while kids do their thing. I like this place, convenient Gilbert location, lots of parking.

Fun for everyone! Staff is helpful, most are friendly. Interior restaurant-quality food is quite tasty but takes a bit long if you want it delivered to you in bowling lane area. The lights and upbeat decor help to make it an exciting place to stay put and hang out for a while. The arcade area has a wide enough variety of games for all ages and it rocks! An enjoyable place for people of almost all ages. Great for friends, dates, or family time. I recommend taking a little time away to have some Big Kid fun at Main Event Gilbert!

I ended up taking a few kids here after another birthday party plan fell through. This place was perfect for the group of 8-11 year olds! We got the pass that let all of the kids go on the obstacle course as many times as they wanted and then we also got each of them a pass to play as many video games as they wanted in an hour. Although they didnt collect tickets with this pass, the kids absolutely loved it. If I wasnt carrying an infant, I would have joined in the fun. I hope well come back!

Nice spot with bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and even ziplining. There are weeknight deals so i always recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday night. Fun atmosphere and night out in Gilbert!

This place was super fun and super expensive but its a great one stop playground, and food.

Had never been here before and was not disappointed. We did not plan well so it was busy and most of the activities did have a minimum of an hour wait with bowling being 4 hours. This however isnt their fault and instead of worrying about that we simply payed the flat 1hour all you can play arcade fee and had a blast. Only reason they dont get 5 stars is the food and drink is over priced for what it is. You are essentially paying theme park prices almost. Got 2 drinks and loaded fries and it came out to roughly 17 dollars.
