The drinks were great for the price. The bowling was affordable even at peak weekend hours. The arcade was very fun and my son cant wait to come back. Overall, it was a great family experience and me and the boy cant wait to come back. They have great specials that I am eager to attend! Tuesdays, late Fridays, and late Saturdays look like great value!

Fun place. Bowling is a little bit less than Main Event, w/o any coupons. The arcade games are reasonable too.

I will not be returning to this location. The manager ... Or whoever he is, turned our lane off because we werent mask appropriate (even though) we were able to social distance. I spent an ample amount of money at this establishment and had been there after the pandemic and NEVER had been embarrass or had my lane turned off because of a mask. Disappointing.

I was minding my own business, bowling with the boys, trying to get away from the onslaught of COVID and life overall. We wore our masks, did our social distancing and all that. As I step up to bowl some straight fire, I hear this squeak of an authority-starved voice. The voice threatened something along the lines of if he perceived us not wearing a mask or abiding by COVID “GUIDELINES” he would simply turn our lanes off and we’d be done for the night. So if you enjoying being threatened and yelled at while you’re trying to have a good time, c’mon down. Otherwise, I’m gonna find a new place who doesn’t threaten me every 10 minutes with taking my fun away.

Awesome place, the gentleman that helped us was what made the experience perfect for a bowling date night with my Lady and I. Clean place, nice open sitting area, great food and drinks. Thank you for a wonderful evening. This is our favorite Alley so far!

First time out with friends in a long time. Completely ruined by the covid cop manager. Literally told me how to drink my beverage....sip mask up sip mask up. Threatening to shut down my lane.. I respect his covid belief system...but this is extreme. Will NEVER COME BACK.ALSO....didnt see them cleaning balls well...

Definitely a fun time. Even during the pandemic, we still are able to get out and enjoy bowling and drinks with friends. Had a good time. The atmosphere is great and the place is a great time for a night out.

Very neat place! The lanes get stuck a lot but there usually good at accommodation!! I do notice that not all the workers clean very well or really much but aome are real good so they need to talk to the employees about that!

My granddaughter lives the arcade, lots of fun games plus she gets to pick a prize

Took the family here today for some bowling. The place was clean they had clear walls between the lanes to help protect everyone. Had to wear masks if you left the bowling zone. Pretty fun day with the fam.

Incredibly fun place to take the family! They have everything from billiards to laser tag to a fun and interactive arcade. There is something for everyone in the family here.

It was fun playing the arcade games but the staff wasnt attentive at all. Me and my friend were pretty much the only ones there and we had to go look for someone to help us when a machine took our money and when we wanted to change in our tickets for prizes.. Ill go to another bowlero but not the one in Gilbert

This bowling alley is fun and clean! The drinks and food are slightly pricey, but everything we had was good. When it’s busy, service may not be at the top, but just head over to the bar and order. Great atmosphere to hang out and have some fun!

Brought my children here after quarantine, let me tell you they loved it! They have bumper cars basically a child’s dream. Whenever your children are bored this is the spot.

Me and my friends went to Bowlero and had a friend who worked there, it was her day off and she wanted to take us out for a fun time, however the way she was treated by the manager regarding employee benefits was not appropriate In my opinion She was going to pay for us using those benefits so we could play laser tag, but we only received one game of bowling and two arcade games, to be honest it’s not a place I would want to go again, we wanted to have a good time and pay for food as well but ended up walking out pretty early and not happy with the way we were treated.

My children are taking an online bowling class for PE credit and they have to bowl 18 games at different times. Bowling during the worst time for Covid-19 in our state made me very nervous. We came to Bowlero and I was so impressed and very comfortable being here! They have sanitization stations throughout the alley, have spaces marked for customers, have balls which are already sanitized in the lanes, and have dividers between the seated areas where you bowl, so your family/party is able to be together and have fun but know that there are dividers between you and the next party. There were leagues taking place while we were there, so we were able to see a lot of people having fun but in a very safe way. Due to some high risk issues my family has taken extra steps to isolate during Covid but I feel comfortable about coming back here.

Very good laser tag! I particularly liked that I could SEE the laser, not just the spot where I was aiming. The 2-story arena had lots of walls and gaps , with connecting ramps. Nice setup!

This is a great bowling alley. Its clean and has nice amenities and decent food (for a bowling alley). I gave them 3 stars because one of the staff was rude every time he interacted with our group.

Pretty good experience over all. Place was clean and the atmosphere was outstanding. The shoes were kinda beat down for such a high quality looking place but not so bad that I wanyed to leave. The rates were fine, about 6 dollars a game per bowler. Only downside were the drinks was high for amount of liquor they poured but worse was the staff at the shoe rental. Stood in line 10 minutes before I got my shoes and was the only person in line. Manager was busy on the walkie talkie and never said hold on a sec or gimme a min. Just watched me and my buddy standing there waiting and waiting. He then took off and on his way sent somebody else to get our shoes. Outside that moment we had a fun night.

Bowlero has a pretty cool arcade. The place is themed nicely. There is a fair bit of redemption and it runs on a swipe card system, but they also do have a few video games available. They have a Dance Dance Revolution Supernova dedicated cabinet in the corner, so thats not bad!

Great place but the lanes or oiled a little too much. The pattern goes extends almost the entire length of the lane ending about only 5-7 feet before the pins.

Love, love, love this place. My daughter loves coming here, they added some new games, its a really fun place for families to hang out. Great location in Gilbert too.

This was my first time here and our group had so much fun. Wings were great and Danny made sure our party had everything we needed.

We had a great time but I felt the $21 for shoe rentals for 4 people was a bit extreme for a Sunday afternoon bowl.

VERY LOUD. a bit of a sensory overload. With all the lights, TVs and music. We played bowling and laser tag. Both were fun and they had a wide variety of bowling balls. The facility was clean and the staff very friendly.

Our son wanted to do something fun to celebrate his fathers birthday so he suggested bowling. We are new the area and found this place online. We enjoyed ourselves especially the birthday boy (man). We didnt feel as though we were on top of each other. The server was attentive. The was decent (we only tried the boneless chicken and fries). Definitely will come back.

Bowling can be pricey but they have specials occasionally. We tried the laser tag which was fun. During the Summer they were having a special for $10 you got unlimited games. Careful because some kids had been playing all day and dominated the games.

Its a great place to take the family. Many lanes... lots of amenities... video games, laser tag, food and drinks. Just an all around fun time!

Awesome bowling experience. I had a great time Saturday afternoon. Wasnt too busy. Drink menu and servers were fantastic and really attentive. I will definitely try and come back even though I do live pretty far away.

Bowling was great but we requested a server right when we got there but she didnt show up until almost 2 hours of gameplay. By then we were so thirsty and starving but so irritated we just left.

Oh my gosh! Took my grandkids here. It is the coolest bowling alley we have ever been to. Cushy couch seating and waitress service at the lanes with a nice menu offering. They also have the best arcade games weve seen to date and laser tag. Bowlero has a lot of specials nearly every day of the week to help us enjoy their facility. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed.

Had the best time for our baby sisters 27th birthday! Friendly staff and food was so great! I tried their cucumber melon mixed drink at the bar and it was so good and light tasting! There is so much to do while you wait for your lane to become available you dont even notice!! Im definitely coming back with my husband and daughter!

Went to check the place out on Sunday 7/19 @1:30. The person who approached us , a female with a gross joker face mask on was so incredibly rude to us that we left. We will never go back and we will tell everyone about our experiences!

Literally the greatest bowling alley in the state. Bumpers that come up for individual bowlers. Cosmic bowling and regular bowling at the same time huge arcade and fully stocked bar. This place is fantastic, plus the guy that runs the pro shop is very helpful and cheap but good work. All and all I couldnt recommend this place enough

Place is nice but really slow bar service and if you’re a spinner definitely don’t come here. With as much spin as you can possibly muster you may get like 1 inch of sideways traction. This alley is way over waxed and made for noob bowlers.

Loved the new remodel. Its beautiful inside. Bowling is a blast and its never too packed. Arcades are fun too, kids loved them.

Bowling was fun. The service and attitude amoung your staff were compared to gutter balls. Make your guests feel welcome. Serve your guests with a smile. Dont come off like you regret working there. That energy feeds off pretty quick.

Hosted a work break with our church. It was awesome and they served us excellently. Clean bowling alley and great atmosphere. You should try it.

Unless youre in a league, youll be talked down to by most of the people running the desk. With a couple a rare exceptions most of the staff is unfriendly and gets an attitude if you ask anything. The summer prices for their pass is the only thing keeping my family and I going there.

Great place to bowl, friendly staff. red lighting in the bathroom was very unsettling, only reason it isnt getting 5 stars. decent food too for a bowling alley!

They are amazing, we had a large group of about 20. We called the day before and they accommodated us so well. Everything is put together well, its very clean, fun atmosphere. Every one had a great time even the littlest people were dancing to the music. Teenagers were watching the movies that were playing. Its well worth the money

The rudeness and time and time again interactions of unfriendly staff really brings this place down on my list.except for cody our server he was very nice....i frequent amf in mesa and let me tell you the personal touch of that group is simply amazing! Bowlero could use some pointers from them.after this league is done..I wont be back except to visit the pro shop which by the way is absolutly wonderful and very accommodating but not run by same folks.

Great place to bowl. Staff is friendly by very inconsistent when it comes to answering general questions. I.e. We asked if we order a soda, do we get free refills, we received different answers from multiple people. Not just limited to that question, it was quite a few questions.

They were very helpful planning my sons birthday party and super accommodating and attentive when we were there. They made sure everyone had a great time! I would totally plan another party there.

Good diverse place for birthday parties with different options between bowling, laser tag, and arcade. Good service for parties. Good food with fresh made chicken.Laser tag is really fun but you need a decent sized group for it to be fun. Sometimes there arent enough people wanting to player laser tag.

What a fun place to have a party. We had approximately 25 people. The staff was amazing from the counter to the food and beverage they never disappointed. The kids were having so much fun not one of them got in trouble :) They even had a vegetarian option on the new exciting menu. I would definitely host more parties at Gilbert bowlero. My wife and I visited this place for a relatives birthday party. The staff and management were very accommodating and made us feel like we were at home. The chicken wings and pizza were great and everything arrived on time and in a very professional manner.There is a very good arcade here as well which we did not spend any time in but from the looks of it was very cool. Bowling was as would be expected.If youre looking for fun adult and/or family entertainment, then I would highly recommend this place.*Edited for misspelled words*

I drive from Tempe to go here at times. The lanes are nice as is the service and food. The staff has been friendly and helpful on my visits and I havent had issue with much of anything so far. The arcade is big and has a great selection of games, bumper cars, and a nice prize selection. The equipment is in decent shape and I actually have won many of the claw/games of chance. I havent tried the laser tag but I hear its also decent in size and quality. Great place for kids and adults one of my favorite choices for a good time out.
