We went to the Georgetown Community Center to have a freeCovid-19 cheek swab test. The facilities were set up very well to handle the people so no one was crowded. The cheek swab test was much easier then the nose swab, and as I understand it, much more accurate.

Go every year for Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Plenty of room inside. Parking not so much. Clean, roomy place to host pretty any type of party or gathering.

Im a long time resident of Georgetown and have been to the Event Center on other occasions, and yesterday I visited the Center for my COVID-19 test the staff was great and the line was short I actually enjoyed my experience with the young lady at the entrance and then the lady and gentlemen who took my information, and when I went to the swab area the two gentlemen were precise and gave excellent instructions and how to get back to my vehicle keep up the great work Georgetown Texas

We kinda got kicked out, we werent told we had a time limit and one of the maintenance workers just came up to us and asked us we had to leave, didnt have the nicest attitude, hope he wasnt having a bad day then. the office ladies though, super nice.

A nice facility ... plenty of space for a substantial banquet. The kitchen looked great from over the counter. The building was easy to find.

Wonderful large venue. Beautiful location to host a formal event or just a big party. Plenty of parking and it also has a nice scenery outside for outdoor photo shoots.

Only go here once a year for the Rocky Elk foundation banquet. Never could understand why my husband and son loved attending it every year til I decided to go and see what it was all about. That was 3 years ago and there is no way they are going with out me. Its a great time. There is plenty of room to walk around and its in a good location. Parking isnt great. So have to get there at least an hour or more BEFORE your event starts if you dont want to walk a long ways .

Beautiful newly renovated facility and a newer wing. Spotlessly clean lockers and gym. Very informative and pleasant front end staff.

When I went here to see a play, I was impressed with the appearance of the place.Some community centers are dull and lack glamour, but this one was attractive both in and out.The space was large, well kept, and clean.I would definitely rent from them if ever I need a place to host a large gathering.

Great place for my church, St Johns United Methodist, to have our annual Harvest Fest the first week and in October. Wonderful place for a large event as or accommodates a huge number of people. The kitchen is really large with room for many people to be preparing food at one time. Adequate refrigeration space, 2 large ovens, and a commercial gas range. Theres lots of space for a craft show, bake sale, vendors, silent auction, live auction, entertainment, and many tables to accommodate hundreds for our turkey dinner. There is an outdoor pit which is perfect for keeping our turkey warm. Theres also an area on the side of the building for us to set up a drive-thru. The center was remodeled and updated several years ago.There are 2 restroom areas. Lighting is very good. Air conditioning was great for our 90+ Saturday. Nice facility owned and operated by the city.

Venue is beautiful, clean and spacious for our wedding. Location was very convenient and the staff was friendly and easy to work with. Price is affordable for the size and overall atmosphere. I would choose this venue again if I needed a bigger location to host a party or event.

Was fine. Attended a briefing for medical plan open enrollment. Plenty of space in a large room with adequate air conditioning. One of the paths to entrance door needs work.

Weve been to a few events at this center that have been really nice. Its a really lovely space with plenty of parking!

Went to a wedding here over the weekend. Ots a lovely place with a nice little courtyard, it fits at least a couple hundred people. Id recommend for events.

It is 50 degree out side and they had all tbese special need wait out side in the freezing cold weather because they werent ready on time. Wind was blowing 20 miles per hour with wind chill factor close to 40 degree. They wouldnt even let the clients in the lobby. Most of tgem were in comstume freezing and shivering. See photo below.

Nestled in a beautiful park with river view. Family was perfect for hosting todays event. Plenty of parking, room for booths and picnic tables for eating/conversing.

This is a great place to have an event. They have a kitchen and restrooms. The outside area is the park and parking is free.

This is a good location for an even. Parking is decent. You are near a park area open area where kids can run and play, with plenty of trees for shade.

Nice sized open hall that Ive been to for a few different types of events from wedding receptions, to dances, and fundraisers.

Great venue. We use it for our Churchs annual spaghetti dinner.

Nice on the inside but, the rules and clean up process they require make you not want to rent the venue for an after hours event.
