Weve gone to this location several times. Our recent visit was during Halloween night. The manager on duty was really friendly. And as always the food was good. I just want to say thank you to the employees I can see that working there is chaos and yet they always have a positive attitude.

It could use more games that cater to the toddlers and 2-6 year olds. My great nephews did enjoy themselves, they were just happy to be there .

I love this chuck e cheese, its always kept clean and due to covid its less kids and they take your temp check before walking in.

Pizza was ok. We went for the Halloween glow party and the only good thing was they gave out glow sticks. Not too many games for little ones. My 6y/o had a hard time trying to find anything she liked to play. The one at firewheel was way better than the Garland location.

Great place to enjoy your children and ganes. The pizza was hot and good after I dabbed the grease off. The prices are okay. The new card system instead of tokens was not to my liking, but its okay. My family had fun and we had no complaints.

Friendly employees I went on a weekday around noon only one other family was there. It was nice to have the place to ourselves.

This is the worst Chuck E. Cheese I’ve been too. Almost half the games were out of service or missing items that belong to it. It smelled gross like a mildew type odor and there was food and trash on the floor. Every location I’ve been to does the security stamp matching with your child and they did not do it at this location. Will not be returning to this location

I love that he enjoys coming here... its allabout the kids here so no adult perspective needed. as a parent always watch your kids. never leave them unattended. dont just give them a card and let them run off on their own. spend that time with them and protect them.

The pizza made both me, wife, and child sick for a full 24hrs after. Never had this issue with the Grapevine or Rockwall location.

Great and basically empty at this time which is ideal for my little family.

To be honest the kids loved it. They always Love it the only reason I gave this three stars and not five was because honestly Where is the amount of money to get spent there? They should have more games by now. And maybe possibly move to new location.

All games worked great, tickets are now etickets that get stored on your play card which is much more convenient, and employees were helpful and nice! Only thing is, there was no changing table in the restroom which was a little weird. Had two kids in diapers....one was a newborn which I just changed on the bench at a table, but the other was a toddler that had quite the stinky diaper and there was no way Id change him out in the open. There really needs to be a changing table in the restrooms!

My 14 year old brother went for his 12th birthday and me my 12 and 6 year old brother went and it turned out that we had a blast it was fun.

Pizza is really good. Wings a bit small but the taste is zesty. Entertainment for the kids.

Paid online for reservations and I had to pay extra hidden fees I was not aware of.

Took 60 dollars 3xs off of my card while in the facility went to manager he was no help and gave me corporate number to call....never was able to speak with anyone In corporate but after being a customer of this particular chuckie cheese for over 20 years we will just never give Mr chuckie cheese a dime ever again. Amazing jakes wayyyy better!!! Try them out you won’t regret it!

This was my first time visiting Chuck E Cheese in about 1½. I really like the switch to cards with time.

Had lots of fun with my children and grands we really enjoyed the service , games and food it was people friendly.

Just not a fan of Chuck E. Cheese. The large pizza is still a Medium no matter how they want to market it. Way over priced! One topping, large with 4 drinks (reminding you the large is actually a medium at any other restaurant) is $27.00. ...no kidding that is the actual price! Thanking God our friendly local librarian had given the kids cards with tokens on them to play games or we would have easily spent $70 and still walked away hungry. Never again for our family! lesson learned.

I would give it 5 stars BUT it seem they dont have Buffet just the salad only. But everything was good and friendly. ALSO if you guys want more tickets download their app race world. I get around 500 tickets! I love the game so my daughter lol. Its easy game and when you add up 500. They well send it to youre email and BOOM 500 tickets well glady come again

Staff is always friendly and every time chucky comes out hes the most high energy person I see and greets each child. Thank you for all the wonderful experiences Ive had with my lil sis. Thank you.

Had fun with family and friends coming together to celebrate my great grand nieces first birthday. And oh yeah that big rat busted up into the celebration, like the Kool-Aid man.

They need to shampoo the carpet here and there it has a feet smell and also add more games to arcade

I havent been here in 3 yrs the place has change a lot no regrets though its pretty clean and the people here are very nice am gonna come more often

The place was clean, and the employees were working their tails off! They mentioned that they were shorthanded, but they worked so hard and were so nice about everything!The pizza we ordered somehow didnt get sent back to the kitchen, but when I mentioned that later they apologized profusely and had it out to me 5 minutes later, and gave me a free upgrade!My kids loved it. I loved just hanging with them, and thought their rules on keeping kids safe were great. They were super attentive to people going in and out.Will I come back again? Absolutely. Ill just make sure I take a coupon.

This location is pretty good, toke my daughter out, spent a couple hours playing all the games n having a blast

Like this place. Its kinda small but people see that and dont lounge as much. Was here for my second nieces birthday and our host was simply amazing. Salad bar was good. Ice seemed to always run out but was soon filled. Would definitely go back. Pizza was good too.

Great for families with kids. I think what I liked best was their system of stamping your arm with invisible ink to match children with their parents to help make sure someone cant leave with someone elses child. Prices were ok, we loved the flat-rate play-all-you-want for the time you purchase system. Kids were having fun and love cashing in their tickets for little treats.

Kids love it..great salad bar... Not to crowded on sundays ..big tvs to catch the game....

The food was good, we came on the fundraiser event for Hanby Elementary but we surprised that it didnt get busy until about 8pm which still was nice :). But a few of the games had issues and needed repairs more then once, like the spider game (spider got flipped around so no one could shoot it) and skeeball (balls misplaced all into one lane and occasionally the points didnt read out correctly and ball got stuck at the bottom/0 points zone instead of falling back into the ball delivery tube) this would have gotten my kids a few more tickets to play with, but we got at least a couple fun souvenirs and candies, so all is well.

Great place for kids to enjoy. Im not a fan of the pizza or the price of the pizza. Overall its great for young kids

My son has a good time for his first time but theres not a lot of options my Son says for games. Food was great staff was friendly and I love how safe they are.

Chuck E Cheese seemed so much bigger as a kid in the late 80s and early 90s, but as an adult, it seems smaller inside... The new ticketless game cards and unlimited play is great!

The party was great. My children were very dissatisfied with the fact that they had a two hour unlimited game card and only was able to play 30 minutes of that two hours because they had everything scheduled. Which is fine!!!! The kids wanted to play a little bit more.

The food quality has gone up, and I like the addition of buying play time instead of just points. Plus the option to pause play time is great.

Little portions too expensive

I came here for a birthday party and it was pretty fun the kids loved seeing Chucky dressed up he looks a little different than he did when I was a kid but everything went very well. They have cards instead of tokens but still print out tickets so winning games is still exciting for the kids.

Loved making memories there withy family. Also got to see a gypsy in action. Stealing pizza and kids cards off other customers plates. Informed the staff and doubt they did anything about it.

Too many slot machines and not enough actual games where you can play. My kids didnt seem to enjoy it as much as the other locations.

HORRIBLE! REALLY BAD. Games all broken and to many slot machine style games. Not good for 3-5 year olds. No show

This place was fun, but pretty small...I took the kids expecting a play tunnel and they didnt have one. Just arcade games. I did like that they have 30 mins of game play for $11!

Too busy for noon. I went to pay for deposit on reservation and i orderee one little thing it took 45 minutes to get it. But on a plus my sons party is booked and i got a free drink and salad for waoting so long.

Good food and fun for the kids. Has vegetarian and gluten free options. Service is pretty quick as well. The salad bar isnt too bad, but Id go for the pizza.

Went to my nieces birthday party. Too many parties going on at the same time. With the party people and other visitors it had to be a fire hazard! Sevice was pretty good.

What a great time we had. We rented out some spots for my nephews b-day party and it was a blast. everyone had so much fun, and the pizza was surprisingly good, I was expecting to eat later but I filled up on pizza.

Had grandsons birthday here. Clean facility, games were good. Kids had a great time.

Many of the play machines are not functioning properly. And many other machines are doesnt work at all. Also, just two of the machines where you put your tickets in are working. So you have to wait in a long line in order to put your tickets in. The store wasnt clean at the time of our visit. But staff were friendly and polite. Even though the store was very busy but they kept their customer service level up.

Such sweet staff and very clean! This is definitely one of the better Chuck E. Cheeses in the Dallas area.

They offer early morning VIP birthdays. Excellent bc not a million children running around. Only your party. Good times!

We had so much fun! Elizabeth was a great hostess! Food was really good too.The only complaint I have is the employee that handles the prizes, MYLES. SO RUDE! Acted like we were an inconvenience. He shouldn’t work there. But other than that, funtastic!

We had a great time taking my toddler nephew. Its overpriced low quality food and mediocre service but I absolutely love that they mark your familys hand for safety. That qualifies 4 stars.

Its okay. It doesnt have the indoor playground i had growing up so i feel like my daughter missed out. The pizza sucks and its way overpriced. Take my word on it. The only reason im giving three stars was despite the fact that it isnt like how it was when i was growing up my daughter and i had a very good time. If i ever consider to go again i would definitely eat elsewhere
