Took my 5 year old to use up stored energy and she had a lot of fun. This place is huge. I like how they separated play areas by age group. It allows parents to let the children play without fear of them being injured by older children. They have a good size arcade but pricey for game play. The restrooms were very clean and smelled nice. They had a good concession stand and vending machines. Music playing was not too loud but just right. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place and would definitely recommend for birthday parties.

Jumping World was so AWESOME! We had our Daughter LOVE 4th Pinkalicious Party here and Everything was Perfect!!! The Manager *Heather and her Staff were nothing short of Professionals with the Best Customer Service. The facility was nice & clean. We had a really great turn out, and everyone had a BLAST. Very fun place. I took my son on a Wednesday in the middle of the day and we were the only ones there. They had plenty of employees going around making sure everything was as it should be.It has multiple areas to jump for varying age groups from toddlers all the way up to 10+. The dodgeball area was one of mine and mt sons favorite. They also have an arcade and water ball you can go in and bounce around. It seems large enough for any size birthday party which they also have a decent looking concession stand.I really hope this place survives, if my visit was any indication of the amount of business they get itll be sad to see it go.

The place was good but the trampolines are more stuff now and I saw a fight between 2 7-year olds and it wasnt a pleasant trip plus a game here with my friend and didnt really like the experience it was his first time here and told him it usually isnt like this

This was a last minute decision to do with friends from out of town. Wow!!!! This was so fun. I was nervous because I’m 48 and bad knee, nothing 4 Ibuprofen couldn’t fix. Great music, lots of games. Went in the afternoon so there was plenty of room.

Awesome place for a birthday party or family get together. Jumping, playing games, Water Ball and Ninja Course. My grandsons & I always have a blast! We love it!

We went on a Sunday for a birthday we got invited. Place was crowded. They have a little store when you can get food. Lots of different jumping places. But I think their pizza made me sick..

This place is OK, clean. It may just be because it was very busy when I went, but my baby was not able to enjoy anything. She’s two years old and they supposedly have a toddler area. But they allow older children throughout the entire small area dedicated to children under the age of four. Kind of defeats the purpose of even having a toddler area if you allow older children there. other than that this place is all right. Cheap food and drinks. For older kids this is a 10 out of 10. For small children I would recommend Pump it Up instead.

I took my daughter and 2 of her classmates even though my daughter has a trampoline in the back yard. They had a great time.

Had a great experience with Jumping World. 5 and 6 year old were entertained and the 1 hour jump time is more than enough. The games were a little pricey and we only got 4 games out of our $5 game card. But it was clean and fun.

I really love this place it’s fit for every age the host is nice and very helpful my son really enjoyed his party I definitely recommend.

Staff was wonderful, very cooperative with making changes to booked birthday partys! Kids had a blast! The facility had a great layout too, no over crowding.

Great place for kids! Had my daughters birthday party here a couple weeks ago and awesome service. A+ for kids to jump, run and play. Place has giant trampolines with multiple stations for several different age groups, arcade and party area. Loved the attendants at each jump station to ensure kid safety and minimize collisions and chaos. I will be returning and referring family/friends.

Fun place for kids to run around. I liked that they had designated areas depending on age for kids. Price wasnt too bad either. My children had a great time. They had some seating for parents around the trampolines. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because my husband sat on a recliner and it feel to the floor. Their season was limited around the trampolines and apparently not well maintained.

This place is a lot of fun! My daughter of 2yr old had a blast. The price is very fair. The only thing I disliked was that there was a clear lack of regulation on the age and height. My daughter played in the toddler court and the under 3 feet zone. There were some really big kids running around and the staff said nothing. We hope they could have said something. Again, many families came with siblings so it was understandable that older sibling wanted to play with younger ones. But again, rules are rules. In any case, it was a fun place and my daughter was not bother by this. We will come again.

My children love this place and this is our 2nd time here. Great for toddler and teens. However, the toddler section has way to many older children around 10 or 11 jumping or playing in there area making it unsafe for toddlers. I had to check a couple of children several times when that should have been done my the jumping employees. They should have employees watching the toddler area as well.

Beyond upset about my experience here, but I’ll get to that in a second. The ladies at the register were nice enough and answered our questions since it was our first time here. My son is just about 2 years old so I was glad to see they had a section dedicated specifically for toddlers. When we got to the “Toddler Jungle” it was a cute little set up and an ideal size for our little one. Everything was fine for a while, but my husband and I started to get a little concerned by the older kids waltzing into the toddler area. There was another toddler trampoline near so we decided to take our son to that one since it actually had a “Jumping Guard” on duty. My son got bored of that pretty quickly and wanted to go back to the original toddler area. We reluctantly agreed and made the mistake of taking him back. Once again there were overly rambunctious kids WAY too old for the toddler area and when I looked around for the “Jumping Guard” there were SEVERAL of them just chatting it up with the girls at the register. One uneducated child actually really hurt my son and left his face bruised. Of course she should have never been there in the first place, so had there been a jumping guard on duty this would have never happened. I’m beyond furious. This place is severely negligent. Of course they make you sign a waiver before you enter so there’s no way of suing. Absolutely disgusted with this place’s employees. My son would’ve had a wonderful experience had it not been for the lack of supervision. Why have so many “Jumping Guards” if they’re not going to do their job and just f*ck around and flirt with the front desk girls? I was only there a total of 15 minutes and I’ll never be going back.

We came here and well my kids say they dont want to come here again. So 12.05pm here tool half an hour to get arcades game on (expensive too); there was no supervision on the obstacle warrior or the water curse; they are still cleaning the foam pit do kids disappointed; the snack place closed. Other kid harrasing my child! what a waste of money and time!

I will say the staff here is super friendly during the duration we were here but the pricing is ridiculous for a party. It is highly priced anyway; with the minimum party you have to pay for is 10 people even if there are only 6 people. Then If 11 show up you paid for ten, you then have to pay for 20 so it nearly doubles the price for one extra person! Pizza is served and charged for but they out source it from papa johns even though they have a kitchen that makes food. So thats more money. .... now with what all that they do provide plates and plastic cups, cool, you would think water (even fountain water or a pitcher of water for the table if requested) but nope you have to drink from a warm water fountain or buy water bottles ..... ooh hey more money.What a joke.... if you want to just go and pay for a few hours cool it might be worth it. But scheduling a party .... so not worth it

Kids and I had a blast!!! They love this place! Second time going and both times didnt have any problems with the staff! The layout is great! The music is good but one song probably needs to be edited for the kids sake. The prices could come down a bit! I know you get what you pay for, but we would love to come more often!!

They should be more specific on their website about prices and dress code. We came from Grand Prairie all over to Garland like 30 minutes apart with the kids just for them to tell us “we can’t wear jeans”, I mean seriously!? Y’all should’ve made the dress code visible in the website instead of hidden in the “FAQ”.

You only get an hour for 11 dollars for an adult and 8 dollars for a kid. Its fun but they should give you more time.

I took my nice and nephews there to have fun and they just love it i even got to stand on trampoline while waiting for them and the staff is real nice they dont get mad if you are there. You only pay for your kids to play thats one thing i like.

My daughter had a wonderful party at this kid venue. The host were extremely helpful, customer service is great, venue is extremely clean (i.e. rest rooms, snack bar area, seating areas, etc). The prices are reasonable in my opinion compared to other trampoline parks that I have visited within the state of Texas. The only negative aspect would be the snack bar. I see that since my last visit which was 01/08/2018, we returned on 09/23/2018 and the snack bar has an upgraded menu list, including new items that were added. There should be two people within that area working, whereas one person should take orders, and the other should assist with food prep. The wait was extremely long for 2 hot dogs and 2 orders of nachos. I thought about canceling the order, but my daughter really wanted the items. Other than the long wait times in the snack bar, I had no other concerns. Everything else was smooth sailing. I also love the fact that there is much staff presence on the floor, in all areas of the venue. Makes me feel that safety is a top priority at this establishment. Either way, kudos to management. Please consider a two person team in the snack bar area, (weekends are BUSY times).

I went for my cousins birthday party on a Saturday. Surprisingly, it wasnt super packed. Everyone was able to jump. The staff were very friendly. The environment itself was pretty laid back. I would love to come back.

Every time we take our 6yrs old son , he has a blast and make a lot of friends. The staff is very friendly and they are always taking care of the kids. They have pizza, nachos and hotdogs and the arcade. Thank you jumping world for been so nice to my son

Kind of pricey for parties but good service and organized. Pizza is ordered from Papa Johns and came very late. Very, very noisy. It would be nice to have a private room.

Great place to take your children and grandchildren and their friends to pass the day. Guaranteed to give the young ones a ,PERMA-SMILE. If the little curtain crawlers cant burn through their hyper-energy here,then there is No place they can.The jumping is the biggest part of the place but there are plenty of coin operated games to take their allowances from both you and them! TRY THE BULL ! If you Dare! I did,and loved it! Looked like an idiot and landed good and hard on my butt(lots of thick padding all around)but it was worth it. Great for parties or just an,off the cuff, decision.

Nice place, big,bright and good music. Kids love it and prices are fair. The only thing I didnt know was that they kids are not allowed to wear denim. Nowhere in their website explains that little detail. Once here your only choices are go home and change or rent/buy shorts.

My son loves the place, its so much to do here. Prices are good and the restrooms are very clean.

Fun place to wear the kids out and good exercise for adults as well. Win win situation.

Good luck trying to contact corporate. The staff here is horrible and the manager is clueless about his position to ensure all the kids are playing in a safe environment . Speaking from a personal experience and what I have witness taking my child here. For parents/ caregivers make sure to be aware that whatever experience your child has can shape them negatively and traumatically. This is how horrible this place was. If I would of been able to contact corporate the manager would be in legal trouble and their staff too. I do not recommend

I brought my 2 sons here on 3/30/19 and thought Id take the opportunity to get caught up on some work since they were staying for 3 hours. I quickly found a seat in the much crowded area. I then found out why it (the chair) was there... the strings were popping up! I pulled out my laptop only to learn I needed a security key to log on the network.Not wanting to lose my seat, I called the location using my cell phone to ask if they could provide me with the details needed. I was instructed to visit the front desk and they could help me. I interrupted my sons playing time (he wasnt happy) went over the the front desk only to be told they dont know the info. It was recommended I sign on as a guest, when asked whats the network name, they didnt know that either, she (sorry didnt get her name) left to ask manager and never returned. Really!Disappointed I didnt get any work done and I forgot my book at home. My kids love this place and we come about once a every month. This is the first time, I brought work because I really needed to catch up.Jumping World provides my kids an opportunity to play hard, meet other kids, and sleep VERY well at night.For improvement, Id suggest making the experience enjoyable for parents as well. Providing network access as well as comfortable chairs would help.Sitting for 3 hours in a chair with the strings about to pop, is not cool.Signed,Teamnoworkdonetonight

This is an older location in an older part of Garland and there have been no updates. dirty equipment and mats, really dirty restrooms, many of the games take your card based tokens which you fill with money and do not work, many are out of order. Rather poor for the per head charge bit cheaper than a lot of other bounce houses. Additional charge for a rolling water bubble is seriously annoying especially considering that pool water is murky. Most of the place is run by young ladies who are really nice but not worth the price.Managment needs to up their game

A place with lots of fun for children and that take out the stress of the week

I would have rated this place a 4 star if it wasn’t for the inappropriate music playing. I went here for a kid’s birthday party on a Friday and the music was extremely inappropriate that the music even had a girl moaning in a song!! Our birthday party host even felt embarrassed by what was playing. Don’t take your kids here unless you want them listening to this mess.

I am giving them 5 stars because. I took my grand daughter there Monday night July. 30th. This is the first time and the only one we have been to. We had a great time. The place is bright, and lively with a variety of things to do. And what topped it off was Jennifer U. She displayed excellent service. She was very friendly, kind, courteous, and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was awesome!!! a great big thank you to her . We will definitely be coming back to this one.

I visited the Garland location 10/21/1017 and the staff was amazing. One person that really stood out to me was Ashley. She was very helpful, attentive and actually interacted with the children there. She explained the prices to me and my husband. I felt comfortable being there. I would definitely recommend this location. I love good service and they actually had great customer service.Thank you !

Very friendly staff. Only problem was the kids were told they had 8 more minutes in the birthday party to jump but the lights were out and they had to get out. They still has 6 minutes at that time

WORST PLACE EVER. management so unorganized. System is always down. ALL the employees look bored. Not much to do in the location. General manager completely bad at problem solving and handling situations. Never coming back with my kids.

Went on 6/14/18 kids had fun everything was going great until my 7 year old shoes we’re stolen. Manager was very nice help me out on finding out who did it. He even gave me 6 free one hour passes for the bad ending. Will be going back but definitely going to get a 50 cent locker.

Kind of pricey for a birthday party but overall it was worth it. We received a 150.00 in game cards. Watch your kids since its an open areas.

Great clean place with nice polite staff. Plenty of different areas to keep the kids entertained for hours. Glad this place is nearby, no more having to go to Dallas or the otherside of Rockwall for a jump place that is this caliber.

Fun, fun, fun...you dont have to be a kid to jump. The experience is liberating and it comes at a 10.00 cost which is nothing, compared to the fun and excersise you get. Lots of parents bring their kids here and let them go on their own. Give up stiffness and jump, music is great too

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally tried to go in at 9:20pm when they close at 10pm, they saw me and my two friends walking up and locked the doors, but let three people who went in 2 minutes before us go in. If you say you’re open till 10pm then be open till 10pm.

I purchased epic passes. Which says online that you receive 2 hrs jump time, waterball walk, mechanical bull ride, and 5 dollar game card. They didnt have the bull ride available which I think is unfair being that we didnt get a discount price or anything, it was still full price. Also I suggest opening the food court earlier than noon, we arrived at 11 and couldnt get pizza off the menu.

I brought my son last sunday for his 13th bday and he had a Blast. im glad they have ages broken down for certain rooms, i just think they need to hire better people to enforce the rules the young kids working there just are not qualified. But my hostess was amazing with all her help. Thanks!

Wish it had a better hygiene / clean environment for the kids. Bad bad smell even tho its not their fault all these teenagers dont make use of good hygiene and wear proper deodorant b4 and after they r at this place

Its clean and safe. Staff is respectful. My son is 3 and loves it. They have a special toddler area that is small but actually fun. Even though we dont let him play all the video games and carnival type games, I have watched others and they all seem to work and are well maintained. There isnt much to keep kids occupied more than 1-2 hours, but still, its fun.

Very fun place for the kids to be active and play a variety of games. I recommend this place to anyone that want their kids to move around and have fun.

The facility itself is great and fun for the kids. But the staff is nothing but teenagers who are not paying attention to the kids. They are in their own world only conversating with each other. If a child hurts themself they pay no mind and dont help the kid off to the side or to help them to their parent. Whats the staff doin on the jumping area if they are doing nothing but playing? Its a waste of money and leads parents to belive their children are at least being watched for any cautions. Its dissapointing spending money somewhere and feeling unimportant when this is a kids facility.

The kids enjoyed this place. The games are way over priced. But the overall jumping was great!

We were celebrating one of my granddaughters birthday. A few of her friends and her parents, grandparents and great grandparents were there. We had an awesome time !!!!

It really wasnt that bad, as I thought it would be. They had an Arcade area, & a photo booth. It was a GREAT time had by all!

Love this place. My kids jump the night away and afterwards I get a quiet and peaceful night because they are sleeping from all the excitement of jumping around.
