A great place to take a young family for a day of fun. Reasonably priced, a variety of things to do. Food can be purchased or brought in. Fenced in so little ones cant roam. Many different water areas to enjoy.

I had so much fun here. Staff and the lifeguards are respectful,polite, and know how to do their job. Water park has a good variety of slides and pools for all types of people of all ages. They have go cart racing, a game room, and they even offer food and drinks and picnic areas to eat. This place is good for families who want to have a good time and dont want to drive far. Definitely recommed.

Kids had a ton of fun. Could use some updates on the reclining chairs and a few other things. But we still had a good time. Nice that my son could go on all the rides but one.

My family and I went for my wifes office party and had a great time. They have a lot of things to keep the kids busy from a zip line, to mini golf, to water slides, and even a lazy river. Its simply a great place for family to gather and keep cool on a hot NY summer day.

Food and drinks are available. Dont forget to try out the new zip line as well as the awesome jungle mini golf and the fast go carts!

This place is great! Hardly any lines, and the slides are fun. Bring in coolers of drinks and food though! The selection isnt very good, and the quality isnt there. Cheaper to pack a picnic too!

I like that its big enough to keep everyone occupied all day but small enough to know where everyone is. I feel comfortable with my 10 & 8 year olds going to the big water slides alone while I stay in the kiddie area with my 3 year old. The lifeguards are great, they arent over the top blowing whistles at every little thing like some places Ive been to but they definitely do their job very well. Also, you dont spend a fortune on admission tickets - thats rare these days!

Cute lil water park. Kids love it there. Plenty to do to keep them busy all day. But not so big that its overwhelming. Kids love driving the go karts .

I adore this place! So many childhood memories here, all good. The employees have always been amazing, food well prepared and amazing attractions. Although my one complaint would be they don’t have a large pool for you to just swim around in. Other then that it’s a great place to take the family!

I had an amazing time! All of the staff is kind and interacts with customers (at least from my visit) there is plenty to do with golf, waterslide, and plenty more, all at a cheap price, and the food is cheap and theres plenty of variety. I would recommend this to anyone, be you a 16 year old boy that gets bored easily or a family of five.

When i went on a water slide the water jets suddenly stopped and i got stuck and my little sister did and it was a very small tube we couldnt breath

Was here for a christmas party in their banquet facility, it was a nice set up and was catered well. Was very congested trying to get through some areas but this was a large group.

Perfection. Kids ages 4, 6, and 7 all had something they could do. Slides are thrilling enough for grown ups too.

If there was a 0 star option I would do that. My cousin and I both had scratches on our backs from the slides, the life guards where rude, on one of the sides there was a drop and every time you fall into the water your back slaps onto the water and hits your head on the edge of the slide... and the bathrooms yuck the bathroom where gross!!

Smaller than you would think but very fun. I would recommend the toilet bowl slide

Thunder Island is in Fulton N.y has only one ride coat about 34 dollars also has go carts honestly it would be a great deal of unused time and wasted hard earned money down the drain owners also own a security company

Clean, and fun! Not too big of a park so its not overwhelming for parents of young kids.

We have been to Thunder Island each year for the past three years and we love it there! Its the perfect size and price for our family, with children ages 2, 3, 8 and 10. The zip line is a hoot and the Jungle Golf is good for a go round also. The staff communicates well (top and bottom of slides) so that everything runs smoothly and safely.Looking forward to returning next year!

I went yesterday with my mother and my three children. We had a blast. This is a great place to bring little ones. My fourteen year old had fun as well. It is a very small park but the lines are short and the staff are all super polite. There is a whole area with slides and a kiddie pool for little ones who cant ride the bigger slides. Overall I had a great time and I will be going again. I would definitely not buy the food there. It was so expensive for a canned soda. I paid 2.00 for a Pepsi. You can bring your own food as there are shaded tables for you to eat.

Never again! Apparently you cant show your child whom is special needs the proper way to play in the splash pad without being totally called out and embarrassed by a girl named Dee-Dee whom claimed to be a manager of some sort. Nope! Never again...our first and last time EVER at this facility! Itd be nice if management would contact me otherthan this Dee-Dee girl whom was on a total power Trip along with the lifeguard whom looked to be 15 yrs old! Doesnt seem like this park caters to special needs families well at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would!! Pffft

Starting to show its age a bit. Slides are still good but the miniature golf is meh. Things starting to look a bit dingy.

Its a fun place and the price isnt too bad I mean it could come down a bit being they charge like Enchanted forest and you get less but you dont have to worry about gettting lost or driving far. Water is not heated. But its still fun my kids had a blast... Will go again.

It looked nice didnt actually go in. We were at a party ay the pavillion outsie the park.

The water rides were perfect for us, the unlimited mini golf was over the top awesome, dont forget the go carts, and we could bring our lunch! Oh and the Oasis definitely is in the top for wedding venue next year! Ron was very thorough and helpful with our questions yesterday and we will be backin a couple weeks for sure! Recommend to anyone lookong for a great time at a great price!

Water slides are well done and the lifeguards do a great job keeping everything moving. They also did great with my 4 year old where they had a signal to catch him when he came down on his own.

We love taking the kids here. The price is a tad high but then again its not bad. Not very many places allow the little ones to do whatever they can handle for the most part. They have a couple fun water rides that most places put strict height requirements in place were here it is very lenient. Highly recommend.

Brought my 1.5 year old son to cool down in the heat, cost $70 for 3 adults and one child...okay...did not even dip a foot into water and was told a storm was coming, again okay...we’re told to wait and initially we did, then we saw the storm was definitely going to hit and we were treated extremely rudely for wanting a cash refund instead of a ‘rain day’ pass to come back. Employees were extremely rude.

I love it thats all im gonna say its the best..... Go there..... AND GO ON THE TOILET BOWL. it is the best EVER and DONT BE AFRAID its safe and if ur worried about the fall... Sit up once ur in the part with light and u will go in feet first. If u lye down u will fall in either head first of side first. (Lyeing down is WAY more fun!!)

If a regional water park and a community pool had a baby... this would be it. Perfect for young kids and spur of the moment plans. My toddler loved the kiddie area and my tween loved going off on his own. Glad we brought our pop up shade tent. Really wish Id worn water shoes instead of sandals. The pavement is hot!! Paying to reserve a table under the tent is worth it too.

Water slides are pretty fun, not a long wait. Arcade games were fun but a little would be better. Mini golf...love it!!

Small place great for lil kids

Very fun. Though some of the lifeguards arent always at their spots. If a guard isnt in their spot you would think another would replace right? Apparently not. I They dont tell you what you can and cant do in full detail. Got hurt a couple times because of this but minor. Mostly in the childrens pool.

$20. 95 for 3 people, also food was expensive and nasty. We were served warm lemonade with no ice, was given attitude when I requested it. Pizza is thin with barley any topping and was served cold, the wings were also served cold and the ice cream must have melted and they re frozen it because it was completely freezer burnt .. . NOT HAPPY AND DO NOT RECOMMEND

It was ok and my kids had fun. I think going to a place like this that all things like the zip lines or go carts should be all inclusive instead of having to pay separately for them. Was a little disappointed with the food area too. They only had 1 person working and the wait to order and get your food was time consuming to say the least. No menu or prices were available either so I just saw what some other people had ordered. I didnt really know what was available.

Love the fact that I can sit in one spot and see everything and everyone. The snack shack was WAY understaffed for the amount of people who were waiting to be served. Also seriously disappointed with how hot the ground was (yes, I know its the ground but the attempt to cover the chair area is very poor) and the lack of shaded areas and covered seating

Small, only six waterslides plus a couple kiddie land ones. Very expensive for just those six rides, but they do have other activities such as go carts and a zip line for an additional, and expensive price. Overall, not worth the money spent

The food was ok for a wedding buffet dinner...but the service sucked...they werent ready for people..when we showed up.....I dont know if this was there first one of the season.. seeing as the park opened up today too... would I recommend it to others...I dont think so.... like I said it might have been the first one of the season..dont know...and it would be something if it was just me..but 5 of the 8 people at the table with me though the same thing.. what a shame

Nice place. Very family friendly, only negative was the food service. Just need to have a little more help when it gets crowded. Other than that, good time.

Nice place for a casual family outing

Nice for a very small water park. Kind of over priced at 21.00 for 6 water slides and a small lazy river. Staff way more strict on the lazy river than necessary. Great staff on the slides, very understanding and pretty nice people. Not as crowded as other parks and much closer to home but I was surprised at how little the options were for water features when compared to other parks within 90 minutes at the same or similar price but so much more there.

Took niece and nephew for the zip line. Dont be fooled. Its not the kind of zip line you think. A great ride but the rest of the park needs some updating.

Had my sons birthday party there. Wasnt bad for the kids, they seemed to enjoy it.The problem however was the owner. When we booked the party the price for the party was $229. When we got there I was told the price was $249. When I said that I booked while the price lower I was basically told that it was too bad and this is the price now. The party also used to include a souvenir cup which is now longer offered with the price. To the managers credit, she gave us the cups since the mobile site was not updated. But still, raising prices and cutting the extras that used to be included? Not okay.Also, parents are not allowed to go get their children if they do not have a wrist band. I shouldnt be expected to pay $21 to be able to retrieve my kid.

Small park. Not bad for the kids. The pavement was super hot, so a star goes away. The slushes were basically a $3.50 cup of Kool aid... another star gone. People are gross and the kiddie pool had to close twice for poop in the water...I cant fault the park, and they handled it properly, but yeah...use swim diapers, people.

The park is a great location to take your family to have fun. The place is almost never crowded, I was able to go on any attraction within a minute of getting in line. The only complaintthat I have is there are limited attractions. The attractions they have are as follows, 6 slides not counting the ones for the kids, a zipline that I was too scared to try, go karts, miniature golf, and a lazy river. All of these events were fun except the lazy river which isnt even worth trying. If they added more attractions like a wave pool or even a simple pool and had a better lazy river it would be a 5 star visit.

No long lines..,the one thing didnt like charging for someone who was just walking around with family..not getting on rides

This is a great family friendly water park for great summer time fun. They have lifeguards at every station to ensure your kids safety and a lazy River for parents to relax in while their children to have fun in the sun. I would recommend this water park for anyone looking to have a fun time for a day

Finally was smart enough to buy a season pass this year. I have two daughters 8,and 6. We love it! Its big enough to keep the kids smiling, but small enough to let the kids run around by themselves! We really couldnt be more pleased. The whole staff is always pleasant and I feel like they really enjoy working there. Just a fun place!

Worst place ever to book a birthday party. We got there and they couldnt find the receipt that I had paid we had to wait over an hour in the parking lot for them to get a manager on the phone . Then after that fiasco they said your canopy is down there. No direction given - the very rude girl who was laughing the entire time while we waited ( she thought the entire thing was hilarious that my 11 year old daughter was having her party delayed with all of her friends with her - my daughter was so embarrassed ) so we were directed to find the park manager, I could not find anyone , so I went to the shack where they sell food and the cook tried to get in touch with the manager -- never showed. We still did not know which canopy was for us to put the cake and presents and no one to help uswhen we finally got the hot dogs and lemonade the buns were beyond stale and the hot dogs were barely warmed up. I had to ask 4 times for my daughter to get her t-shirt that I purchased - I was finally told by the rude blonde girl I cant have it until we leave . This all happened yesterday 8/27/17 - I have tried many times today to call and speak with a manager no luck . I gave one star that I didnt want to give but had to in order to post this. I am going to drive there after work today to see if I can speak to a manager

Hutamakl clam bake. The clam bake got the menu they ordered. Not to impressed with that. What I did not like was being pushed asside for another party and crammed into a tent. I do not have any trust in the Oasis in booking our 50th. Theyre off my list.

I really liked this park. The rides were all very fun, the park is small enough to let kids wander around, and the staff was very nice. Definitely will visit again.

I give it 4 stars BECAUSE everything was amazing except the lifegaurs i found one sleeping one was super rude to all the kids in the pool and i found that the food is super exspensive the pizza is very doughy and only tastes like cold uncooked dough and the pizza 4.95 if u want a refilll extra dollar another thing the only good food there was the chips they were 50 c and delicious the obly good thing in the menu who puts fries for 6.67 thats upserd but besides that i hade a great time to relax and have fun!

If your a family looking to kill 3 to 4 hours... This is great then. Very few rides so after 30mins of riding rides your now cycling through the same rides continously making this boring for children under 12yrs (so ive noticed). However my biggest complaint about this water park is the fact that its the first week on july and it appears they havent done a single ounce of yard work in the park. It looked very dirty because of this. Ive also noticed something particular this year, compared to last. Last year my whole family including myself (4 ppl) got Pink Eye the next day after went to the park. This year we stayed at the park from 11:30am-3:30pm and the childrens swimming area was evacuated 4x due to fecal matter in the pool. To conclude, i didnt get pick eye this year nor did anyone from my family! Thanks Thunder Island!

We were so disappointed with our experience here. The staff didnt tell us that their 2 largest slides were closed until after we paid, then said no refunds. We were also required to buy plugs for the grommets on our childrens swim suits. I have never heard of such a thing, and we have been to plenty of water parks... we felt this was just another scam to get more of our money. The facility is old and even on a day when everything is open, there are not a lot of slides for the kids to use. Dont waste your money!!
