Great please to relax and let the kids roam and have some fun in the splash pad (Open now after Covid-19) 06/21/2020. A few tables, benches, a playground, and even a real for a leisurely walk.

Great family friendly place to enjoy when its hot outside, the only downfall is that there isnt anyone (other than the parents) keeping the place safe. Children were running, pushing other children, throwing metal matchbox cars, etc. We wont go if its too busy because of this. Its a nice place but not exactly the safest.

I always find it peaceful to walk around

Wonderful place to take the kids. It has fishing, three kids parks, a disc golf course, a skateboard area, and a baseball field.

Love this park, come here almost everyday with my two kids. Didn’t give 5 stars cause the restrooms are always locked unless it’s summer, and they should have more equipment here for one of its more popular parks.

Beautiful place to walk but more ecycling and trash bins are needed along the trail.

Great place for the kiddos, plus the walking by trail is really pretty, full of cliffs and waterways.

It was my first time there and I was very impressed. It was clean and very well kept. The restrooms were clean and well supplied. The walking trail is well shaded and flat. I love the water play area. Outstanding job.

This splash pad never fails to entertain my grandkids. They always have a great time. We have never had any problems while there. Its free. Restrooms on site, some reclining deck chairs for use, as well as an area of tables and benches that are covered for shade. There is also playground equipment such as slides, swings etc. We come several times a season and always enjoy.

Being a part of the construction of the Fulton State Hospital was a highlight of my career as a brick/block/stone Mason. The Local 15 block layers I worked alongside were a great group of guys. The facility is gigantic

Nice place to go stroll in the park on a warm sunny afternoon or just take your kids to play or walk the dog love it and now they got the wonderful Christmas lights go

Awesome park. Huge splash pad area, pavilions, grills, playground, swings, jungle Jims. You get the idea. Great park for the whole family. Water fountains and rest rooms to. Check it out!

Lots of activities for the kids

Its an amazing idea and loved that Fulton got a new easy to access water park. But it isnt taken care of by the people that use it. People have actually taken showers in the water and people have left trash on the ground. It has also turned into another place people have dropped there kids off and left.

The kids had a blast in the water fountains!! The guys at the pavilion have a fair selection of drugs to help occupy the time while the kids play. Its a win-win situation!!

I loved it. Kids having so much fun in the fountain. I wish Mexico MO. would be fantastic.

We looove to bring our daughter here to the water splashpad. It is so much for for kids. It seems to be clean and well maintained. Its such a fun activity for little ones. And it is free!

Cool mini water park for kids

My 5 year old loved it. I was able to sit in the shade and watch her the whole time.

Beautiful Park with plenty of shade and great walking paths. Also I play the Harry Potty game there, and you can find everything you need for your daily mission at Memorial Park

Splash pad is ok gets very over crowded the rest of the park is just nasty watch people not clean up dog poop drunks everywhere tell cops they did nothing seen a needle on the ground where kids play. Lots of trashy people there too

Good place to hang out and having fun.

Get place that is free in Fulton to take kids for water fun. Please make sure yiu keep an eye on your kids and stay off your dang cell phone. Pay attention to your kids not your phone.Note that you need to come out early cause it can get packed. Theres not much shade so bring some. Theres bathrooms but its as if no one cleans them at this place so be aware.All in all its a good fun safe place to bring kids to this splash pad.Your trust worthy critic

Usually very clean! Fence needs an upgrade. However will still keep coming. My daughter loves it!

Nice Place 2 Hang Out With Ya Kidos. It was kinda a chilly day so we will more than likely return and use the water park area.

I love the splash pad but it tends to be overcrowded. There are alot of teenagers that are unsupervised and can get rambunctious.

Today my wife and our grandson went to the park. He always enjoyed the park.Today was disappointment, the girl about 12-13 years old stole several towels more like 6. Her mother had a bunch tattoos. She knew her daughter stole the towels. She waited for her daughter finished stealing the towles and hopped in the vehicle. Mom drove off fast. WHAT KIND OF MOTHER IS SHE !!!I hope she and her daughter will be caught some day.

This is a pleasant small park with bathrooms and it offers access to the Stenson Creek Trail.

Needed a little maintenance and repairs.

This is a nice park with lota of pokéstops and a gym. There is a splashpad in the summer (May- October).
