The party hostess on 02-29-20was fantastic! She helped out so much and played and sang with the kids. It was very organized and the pizza was great for the price. Party of 12 kids and 30 adults with 30 play points per person was $404.00 Had about half a pizza left Great time for the kids and adults. Really cool arcade games.

The reputation of this establishment has never really been a good one, but they have done well at this location. It was clean, not crowded, and the staff was friendly. The reason why I didn’t give this five stars is because there are too many people like this photos who seem to forget that this was a children’s establishment. Let others have a turn.

My boys love it here. It is the first time we have brought our two year old and he was in heaven! We love the pizza and the option for building your on salad. A few games run out of tickets, but the staff was quick to fixed them once they were informed. Friendly staff as always.

Took my grandson for a fun day, we had points from the last time we were there. Love the food and games. We took our kids there for there birthdays 30 years ago. Oh my how time flies when youre having fun!

We got there an hour after they opened they werent packed. The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was great. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. our kids had lots of fun. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My cousin got a jackpot at a game but she didn’t get the tickets then she checked again and a guy took it and said it was his. So many people took tickets that weren’t theirs and he didn’t even play the game! The guy was wearing white long sleeve shirt and big dark blue jeans and white vans.

This Chuck E Cheese is one of the best locations. All the the employees are Awesome at this place.

Went here on a Tuesday. Place was not too busy. Got the kids two 1 hour all you can play cards with a coupon for $35. The trick is to use one first only. Then once that one is done use the other and stack the hours. The pizza was actually good. And chuck e cheese came out twice in the two hours we were there. Kids had a blast.

The place is nice to go than the one around riverpark however the pizza was disappointing. Tasted really gross. The riverpark pizza is alot better in tasting.

Went to a birthday party as kid photographer, the pizza was ok. Add the salad bar and its better. Noticed beer is served at this location, didnt see what kind, I was on duty. Props to the person inside the Mouse suit, you the real Hero to the restaurant! Thanks for taking extra pictures.

Chuck E. Cheese has changed so much in the past decade. With the revitalized mouse and crew it keeps that old feeling from when I was a kid. With tokens gone and electric cards makes it alot easier to go from game to game. Pizza still great just as greasy as I remember. Flaws: the amount of tickets on prizes are kind of out of most kids ball park no wonder they have the prizes next to toys you can purchase if you come short and have a screaming kid.

Five stars for the joy and laughter received from the kids, as well as great food and service..great B-Day party..ty

Im sorry Chuck E Cheese but your pizza sucks We usually go to Sizzlers to eat and then cross the parking lot to take our kids to the games. They have a good selection of games for the kids.

Great for younger kids. Their pizza us actually pretty good and fresh. The games and kiddy rides very appropriate for the younger kids. Easy to keep an eye on your children when visiting there and the staff are very vigilant about safety to kids.

Chuckee cheese is the very good place for kids i often take my kids there but this location on Shaw smelled bad so much And also you will felt how unhygienic it is you did not want to touch anything,, i just want to owner to read my comment so he/she will can take action, check the place what is wrong,, does the carpet stink?? I heard from the a lot of people as well when I told them and they said yes chuckee cheese stink!!!

Place is ok... Like the unlimited play card idea...nice that you can pause card when not in use....wish the pizza was better tasting for the prices they charge... chicken wings were pretty good ...

This is the better CEC between the two locations in Fresno. This one has more variety of games- plus they all actually work! The river park location has less variety AND half of them were not working. Love CEC!! Even I get carried away playing their games!♡

Best Family Events , Very Kid Friendly Safe Place

This has become my toddlers favorite fun place to come to, he asks us (myself and his dad) to come every other day. Of course we dont come every day because it can get expensive quick coming every other day. Haha. I also loved that they provide the options of receiving your play points as minutes or points. It has been such a good deal for $20 thus far. We also love the pizzas here, thin crust and more than enough pepperoni for each slice. If you ask me, well always come back for a family fun night!

Its a decent place to take the kids for a special outing. My three kids like it and they are 2 to 12 years old.

My post was removed unsure why. I wrote about my experience with this location and the manager on duty. He was inconsiderate and rude. He refused to let me use the $10 large pizza and 30 minutes of play for my son. My son cried all the way home. Very upsetting and will not return.

Luv it here the staff IAre wonderful they know me and my son by name I go hear a lot of people working for them like they have working Ill be coming forever until my sons of age he for now so probably forever they cost me the same amount by as my cigarettes so a thats like$10. Everything is fine I think they just could have made the pizza a little bit better like more crust not so thin but other than the food everything was fine I mean games are fine didnt like the rule that they had on beer there two beers and you have to wait one hour to drink another beer while be sober by then but I get it Kids Place

We had our sons party here Saturday! This location was super clean and nothing was sticky like other location in Fresno. The staff was amazing and took take of us so well. The salad bar and pizza were perfect for adults/kids. Definitely would recommend this location over River Park!

They have good cheesy bread and pizza. We come here a lot with our friends from church. The kids always have a fun time here. The kids love it when chuckie comes out and waves to the kids. They also have a buffet and some new items added to there menu.

We love taking our kids here because we can let the kin in us out for a couple of hours.

I would have given 4 stars today, but there was a long hair on my pizza, they just said will make you a new one a free salad would have been nice or churros for my daughter.

Liked the new games and way they are able to use coin on card instead of caring so many coins. Lots of children were loosing their coins due to running back and forth to their parents and now with the card system that is much easier.

It was great the food was good and the workers were really good and helpful .

Updated the who games and no more coins, very clean and perfect games for the kids no that my kids are grown up 8 and 10. Me and the kids are hooked on a stacking game. Also met the General manager Saul He was extremely kind and helpful. He was out working and helping the big Saturday crowd cheerfully, we had a great conversation coming in and leaving the store.

Can we just make the tickets digital already? Just put it on the card! Or will everyone miss the ticket muncher machine?

It is what it is. Tons of kids having fun, grownups trung to remain patient. Food is two stars and waaaaay over priced. But remember, its for the kids, not us.

I love taking my grandkids here...we go at least once a week...they have the best salad bar..a large selection and I love that my grandkids can runaround and just be a kid..the pizza has improved alot

During the Birthday party while they had us get up and dance the music stopped and a music video started to play. We weren’t even done with our festivities yet. Very disappointing for the children

We go to Chuck-E-Cheese on West Shaw in Clovis often, but today we were pleasantly surprised that they have added several new games. It was like a whole new experience. I wasnt able to book my stepdaughters birthday party, online, by midnight, so I came in the day of and asked for the Manager, her name was Tiffany. She provided excellent service, was very professional, curtious and accommodating. Because of Tiffany we had a fun and stress free birthday party. Well definitely be back! Thank you Tiffany!

We held my Daughters birthday party there today, September 22 @ 1:30. When we arrived, the table was ready, the staff was ready..Everything was as it should be. The staff went beyond to insure that all attending we taken care of from serving the food, to the stage show for the Birthday Girl, to cutting and serving the cake. We could not have been more pleased with the Event and would not hesitate to return. KUDOS to this locations staff. THANK YOU.

I took my daughter there to play and apparently they dont clean their stuff very well because 5 days later she came down with hand, foot, and mouth disease! That was the only place she had been in over a week so I know it wasnt from anywhere else. Terrible.
