This place is awesome! If you see the groupon, buy it! The food is decent, plenty of options. They sell beer and wine. Don’t be discouraged when you see the long line at the entrance. It moves quickly. My kids had a blast! Vanessa at the front desk was super helpful. Check out their website for special offers. We will definitely be back.

We had such an amazing time we didn’t go to the side where the games were we just went to go eat and thatThat place was so amazing they have so much different food not just pizzas they have salad bar they have so much dessert drinks it was just phenomenal I mean the prices were just great for what they were giving out we stayed there for two hours or family had a blast I would definitely recommend anyone going there even if it’s just to go eat it was amazing I will definitely come back and I will definitely bring my family back

Kids had a good time. Used a Groupon and got a great deal for the visit. Buffets were good and offered a lot of options. Was super busy but the staff was pretty on the spot keeping the place clean and stocked. The staff were all really helpful and surprisingly good natured considering it was a kid frenzy that could make anyone crazy. Would definitely revisit and recommend.

It was a wonderful experience. The birthday hostesses were friendly, accommodating and made the best balloon art! They off-site games and made sure all of the children were having fun! I would recommend this venue for a carefree and fun birthday experience for your child. The games and amusements were to notch!

Depending on what time you go it can be fun. If you go on a weekend it gets super busy. Pizza is delicious and games are fun

I should first say that we visited on a weekday, so there really werent too many people. Our son had a great time. There were plenty of games to play and the place was nice and clean. The charge per game was good (ranging from 2 credits to 8 credits). We left with about 30 credits leftover on our card (we purchased the $24.99 game card). The food was good, much better than any Chuck E Cheese Ive ever been to. Staff members were very friendly. Overall a great time at a reasonable price.

I have a 3 yo and a 7 yo so finding things to do that cater to both of their interests can be a challenge at times. Johns Incredible Pizza did that and more. The parking lot was packed on the Sunday we went, so we were worried about wait times and whether or not we would be able to find a table big enough for our party of 6, as well as whether our kids would be able to do everything thing they wanted, that ended up not being an issue. We were in, paid and sealed in 10 minutes. The kids had a blast, both were able to do everything they wanted to do, and everyone there was nice and cheerful despite how packed it was. Over all great experience and we will be making it a monthly visit for our little family.

We came for my daughters birthday party and had a blast. The staff was friendly, quick, and very helpful. The food is always delicious. The games and fun is what the kids loved the most. It is our go to birthday spot.One tip I will give is SIGN UP FOR THEIR EMAIL LIST. I know sometimes emails like that get annoying but I really cant tell you how much money we have saved using their coupons. Its worth the extra emails in your inbox.

Theres several different types of pizza set out to choose from.As well as salads & fixings, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and well Im sure you see where Im going with this.The best part is the party and games rooms. You can arrange to have to have your child/childrens Birthday party there in one of the party rooMS( see staff for details). Then play a multitude of video games. There are games and rides for different age groups. Also you can receive tickets or game tokens to be redeemed for items of your choice.The whole family will love it.Go try it out once and see.

My Family suprised me with a birthday party here. Even though Im an adult, still had a blast! There were people EVERYWHERE yet the atmosphere was safe and exciting and inviting! The waiters were very attentive and kept our All-You-Can-Eat dishes cleared away from our tables. Hey, thats five stars.... but theres more! I started taking my nieces & nephews here many years ago when they were kids. Now theyre all adults and bringing their own families. The pizza has improved since then so I was REALLY pleased today at my SUPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY! Oh! And $13.99 is an awesome price for an adult to have some good food, good atmosphere and a wonderful time with their family. Nice place. Didnt like the flow of the buffet when there are a lot of kids and people trying to get pizza. The company should try to reorganize the flow of the buffet so it could be less hectic. Overall, cool place to bring kids.

Fun, pretty cheap considering other amusement places, and the food is great. They are very accommodating as well if you suffer food allergies. My kids love the rides! Only downside is the birthday packages are pretty expensive

We celebrated my sons 6th birthday here in one of their party rooms and he had a blast! The 2 ladies helped me set up, cut the cake, clean up, and kept all the kids entertained throughout the time we were there. Its also a great place to come eat at the buffet and play games. One of our favorite places for family time. Prices are also great for what you get!

3/1/2018 Another great time in here its like coming to the super arcade and more fun remind me Las Vegas all those lights all the music machines especially at the buffet this is like our 10-year coming here so far so good everything is good I hope it will have a like the Goldmember loyalty for those people that been in here for long time remember the only thing Im missing is the wild Factor like the wild Factory will be a game that adults and kids can always get on besides the spinning wheel

Our family of 5 likes to eat and play here occasionally. The food is good. With a decent variety to keep us satisfied. The service is good as well. Beware, this place gets really busy during weekends or peak dining times. The only reason I wont give a 5 star is because (even with consideration to how busy it gets) the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the Johns could be better in my opinion.

Its kids version of an all-you-can-eat. The way they arrange seating is quite unique in that they appeal to any audience. I wish they had more food variety, and not just dedicate 1 section to just pizza.

Great deals if you sub to their email club. They are always having great events. Kids are still only $2.99 for buffet and drinks until August 31st! They have really good pizza, some with a pretty creative twist. Their fried chicken is AMAZING and they have something for everyone when it comes to the fun zone. The only draw back is that its so INCREDIBLE that it seems like a quarter of Fresno population is jammed in there, and the other 3/4 is in line. Overall, I have always loved this place.

I have frequented several of these restaurants and this is by far the filthiest one I have been too. We first elected to sit in Cabin Fever but the odor of old baby milk / vomit was overwhelming. The carpet is so filthy you can no longer see the pattern near the door. We moved to the Sport Room. There was not a lot of people so it makes no sense why there were dirty tables. The food was decent and the plates and cutlery clean. They changed out the pizza regularly to ensure freshness. I think the pizza is the only fresh food they serve as watched workers take trays out of various warming ovens that were then used to restock the food. The games are clean and had good variety. I would not let the baby play on the play equipment. Overall the place is in serious need of a deep clean and overhaul.

I love going here with my family. The salad bar ingredients are so fresh. The pizza is a little sub par for me, though. Everything else is great. The arcade is huge, had laser tag, a tornado ride, and bumper cars.

It’s usually very busy, good food and great for the kids. They’ve updated the games which is great. Wish they had more “adult” food choices and wasn’t so expensive for game credits.

We went there on 4/9/19 to celebrate or sons 3rd Birthday and it wad a bust. How hard is it to put fresh pizza every so often, and put out fresh food? They had old chili and soup that had been sitting there for a while because it was burning onto the side of the pot and getting chunky. No cheese for the mac n cheese? No bread sticks, no cinnamon rolls, the ICEE machine was dispensing foam. It was a hot mess. Definitely not going back. They only get 1 star because the manager was really friendly.

As being part of Johns Incredible team member in Fresno, Cali. Im grateful to work for this company. Its a great job, the employees and just about everyone no matter what department it is. We all treat each other as one whole family. I respect that a lot. The food, the games and of course the energy and vibes is just awesome and welcoming! I love it and of course as being part of the guest as well. I love coming here with my family and seeing that my daughter gets a smile on her face just having a blast here is great whether its just to eat or both ! Usually my kids dont like going to places to eat. So coming here seeing them happy is a great !

Nice place to tire out the little ones! I wish there were more deals offered on the games since it is a pay to enter type of place. Food variety is getting better and the pizza is always good. I was also impressed with the staff at how courteous they were when there were only dirty tables left to choose from and we asked if they could clear a space for us. The fell assisting was so nice and quick about helping!

The staff is incredible. There were three staff memebers assisting me with the party. First time i wa actually able to relax and attend my guests. My children, family, and friends had so much fun and were so pleased, that now thats a place they are considering to have birthdays at.

The buffet mostly stays the same with salad bar,pasta, chicken, pizza bar. I came across a Thai chicken pizza and it was weirdly good. The pizza can be made upon request. Food always hot and fresh.

I like that it is in convenient place. I wish that there were more locations. If it is your first time look online or the website and you maybe able to find coupons. The pizza quality is ok based on what time you go. Ask the employees who is cooking and would they eat it. Adults have a higher expectations then kids so your kids may like it but not you. Games here are for all ages so that is a plus. With food and drinks for kids $10 and some change for adults about $14 go before 3pm or the price goes up by $2.

I dont know if it was because it was Sunday but the place was extremely crowded in fact it was so crowded you couldnt even find a place to sit and eat. The floors were unkept. Even the food places looked unkept in some spots. Half their arcade games didnt even work. The staff was friendly enough. But the overall experience just wasnt good enough to make me want to go back.

I like the salad bar, pizza is ok but has a lot of variety so something for everyone. Had chili with cheese this time, baked potato last time, both not bad with assortment of toppings (you need to get creative and select items from different parts of the buffet). Desserts are always popular.

For the amount of people I always see in there is amazing they can keep that much food ready for the never ending flood of people.Edit: Happy to say time later the food has improved and they offer more variety now and healthy options. We did the private birthday party for 8 people. It was the best. They give you your own room and bring out your own pizza. They also give you your own server.

We also have a great time here. The pizza is good, the variety of pizza is especially nice, and the salad is cold and crisp. The kids of course love the games and rides and the parents can relax while their kids play. The best part about this place, by far, is that as many times as Ive been here everyone has always been on their best behavior. Its great to let the kids run around and not worry. I was very disappointed this time., Johns is the only place I have ever found peanut butter pizza, and I love. It. Now they only have super hot and spicey sauce on this one. Not a fan! That pizza was the only thing that made Johns special for me.It took a long time to get in because they couldnt find my information on my VIP card. Also way too expensive for a pizza place. I wont be going back any more.

Went here for my nephews 4th birthday party. Let me just say that the staff are incredible for the party section. Theyre so fun and engaging. While my cousin said the party was a bit pricy for the number of people we had, the kids had an amazing time and the adults got a few hours of someone ELSE entertaining their children, which my cousin said made the money completely worth it. There are some pretty fun games for adults, too.... if you like hitting things or laser tag.Also the pizza was just ok, but the fried chicken was soooooo good. There was always a line waiting for the chicken.

Desserts were good.Regular gaming area. Bowling, bumper car area. Game usage needs to be explained when purchased. I lost out on free gaming areas.My kids are young adults and they had a great time. Even my brother, 40ish had fun. Cant wait to go back.

Johns Incredible Pizza is a good place to go for family fun. Theres a buffet consisting of a variety of pizza, a great salad bar, and other foods such as pastas, soups, fried chicken, and dessert. My family and I have been here many times over the last decade, and I can say that their food has improved greatly. Dont expect restaurant quality food, but it is better than a lot of buffets Ive been to. Theres a good variety of games at the arcade that both kids and adults can enjoy. Theres even some rides like Twister and Bumper Cars, as well as games like Laser Tag and Bowling.Overall Johns is a great place for family fun. Think of it like an upgrade of Chuckie Cheeses that adults can enjoy too, and wont feel awkward. My complaints would be sometimes of lack of cleanliness, as well as some of the malfunctioning or broken games. If you happen to lose your credits from a broken game, the staff is kind enough to refund you.
