Love it here. Provides a fun environment, has Fresnos largest Screen TV/Projector where we watched some NFL Playoffs. Also the play and eat combos are very reasonably priced as well. So far everything I have ate is really good as well.

Had a great time. Had awesome food. The only thing I wasnt able to get my purchase points to my account . But was served by a great waitress. Kept getting refills until we said stop!! It was really good.

Tonight is a BIG fight and they are sold out. No seating available. Im giving 5 Stars since the service is still great. Food is good. They work hard to accommodate. Plus, they show the fights. Next time Ill reserve seating for a better experience.

This place is so fun to go to. I love it. Everytime my boyfriend comes into town this place is the place we go to. We r huge time gamers and We enjoy it. Its fun. Has our favorite games and we love it. The only part we havent tried is the food. Pretty soon we will.

Fun place, well when the games are working, We came all the way from bakersfield C.A. to play the Giant claw game and it was broken. . We were playing another game. The machine wouldnt even hold the ball. I told the guy and he acted like I was lieing.All I wanted is a D & B big basketball. We drove almost two hours, just to be disappointed.

Drinks are kinda weak prices are kinda high. Some of the games were out of order. But the servers are very friendly, and I always have a great time when I go. Overall its a fun establishment

This place is awesome!!!! Has some of the best games I have played and plenty to choose from. Great prizes as well none of that cheap stuff that other arcade places have. I did not eat there but took a peak at the menu and the food look good and reasonably priced. If you want to have fun with kids, family, friends or just by yourself this is a great choice.

Wow, never have I seen a manager be so rude to a customers. He basically kicked out our party because we were sitting at a none self seating area the front desk clerk told us to sit anywhere and then this jerk manager told us to move and wouldnt show us where to move to.So we left and went to In N out.

Prices to play games arent too bad, getting tickets to get a decent item is hard to do. Decent selection of games, full bar lots of restaurant and bar seating. Kind of dark inside...place looks a lot bigger from the outside. Pricing is a little above average for the drinks

I really like this place. I when there with friends and the food there is delicious even thought it is quite the wait it is definitely worth it. Also because not many kids go their your not bombarded with screaming crying and whiny kids. The best part about that is the games arent broken or torn up because again not many kids go their. Staff is great and helpful and some walk around the games and give you free games. I would definitely recommend that you go there. And if you love beer or any other alcoholic beverage there is a huge bar to hang out at.

Bar service was extremely slow. And then the draft I ordered was gone. Food service was fine. I had the ribs and was very satisfied. Very tender and the sauce was not too sweet.

Had my twins birthday party in one of the party rooms and the service and food were amazing. So accommodating and helpful when planning the event too.

This visit was very disappointing. Since DB served alcohol, i called in advance to confirm that kids were allowed. When they said yes, i pack the two kids and was there on a weekday at 3pm. Host gave me two options self seating by the sport or games. There was only two people in that area; totaling six with my group. Sat with no menu, no greeting, no acknowledgement, for over 15 minutes. I asked the waitress if the area was closed, she replied no and said she is the only one working. I apologized and asked for a menu, she sighed. I did not want to upset her because i feared she or the kitchen staff would tamper with my food. We didnt eat there but we did enjoy the games. However, there was about five out of order games; one of them was the very popular claw game. Boo

Had my sons birthday party here this past weekend, and i must say the service stinks. Why would you even hire servers who dont greet customers, smile, check on their tables. Come on. This is the 4th birthday party we hosted here and the managers have to save the day each time. After waiting on a table for over an hour, when we were finally seated, our server disappeared. When she was around she had an attitude and neglected several people in the group trying to order food still. We had to chase her down to get napkins, plates, forks, spoons.Ridiculous. And the food is mediocre at best. We come here in groups of 15-20 people looking to spend money and have fun. They made it seem like we couldnt even beg them to take our money. The only reason they get two stars is because the video games are cool and the managers rectified the situation. However every time we come here we have to complain to the managers about the horrible service of their servers and bartenders.

Very poorly staffed. Not enough staff. Server in main restaurant was great, food was good. Drinks were watered down...should have stick with beer.BIGGEST PROBLEM.. EARNED ENOUGH TICKETS FOR A REALLY LARGE STUFFED ANIMAL. THEY HAD ALL OF THEM ON THE WALL.. ONLY TWO AVAILABLE.. THEY DONT STOCK WELL AT ALL!!

The drink selection and games are fun. Not many options to choose from for food. I had a steak but it wasnt very juicy and my broccoli came in a bag. Potatoes were ok. Would still come back.

I had amazing service from Celeste. She was very friendly and warm. She was fun to have as our server. Her service was fast and friendly food was amazing!!!

We had the best time, you get so caught up in all the games. There were a few that werent working but overall fantastic. Also, I definitely recommend playing the vr game totally fun!! If you go to the bar make sure Anthony makes your drinks, he made recommendations on what would be good & then just surprised me with the best drink ! He was a delight & the four of us loved him. We also ordered some nachos which were surprisingly good.

Very poor service from the front desk to our table. Only one waitress was available because everyone else called in sick is what we were told after waiting 45 min at our table to have someone take our order. The front desk took 35 minutes just to be told to give our order to the waitress since we wanted tokens through our meal purchase. We told front desk how long we waited for someone to take our order. She then proceeded to page someone. 20 minutes later, we left. The front desk girl didnt care! We had guests with us to celebrate the new year, eat, play and watch some football. Ugh..just horrible!

We went today and when we went in to cash our tickets I realized I had dropped my daughters card with 1200 tickets on it. I felt terrible and it was almost a bad experience but luckily I was able to speak to the manager, Stephen and he quickly and pleasantly resolved the situation. My daughter left smiling and it turned out to be a lot of fun. Thank you very much Stephen! Will definitely return.

The food was really good but I must admit, we wasted a lot of it. We had so much fun playing the games with the kids it got cold lol. Their VR ride was really cool for the kids, its been a week and they are still talking about it. (We chose Jurrasic Park)

I would give it 5 stars but they need to stop blasting the music in the gaming area you cant hear anything or talk to your friends because of how loud it is.

Games are half price on Wednesday so you cant beat that but the only reason its 4 not 5 starts is that its the price of drinks...soooooo expensive...Cheaper drinks and Im staying to play and drink longer....Other than that its fantastic... Always a fun time and decent food. We were there last weekend for the AFC Championship game and the atmosphere was great.

Call to order over phone which we have done for years and clerk advised they dont take phone orders. When asked since when they have changed, she advised that they have never taken orders over the phone at all (a lie or shes lazy or both). Been a long time customer and with that being said their customer service and the quality training for their employees have gone down the drain. Bad day or not that employee integrity went out the window.

I had the nacho platter. Great fresh chips. Chicken was seasoned well. A wide variety of sports channels on the bar side. Nice atmosphere.

This was a very nice place to go for some fun! Food was good games were up to date! Beer was cheap and they have great deals certain time of the week just got to keep your eyes open. When I went it was recently open it was a hot spot it was really packed but yet got good service I would recommend this place to anyone if your into games and food!

I doubt people go here for the food or service. The gaming area was great but the complete experience was not pleasant. Bright lights and loud sounds made it hard to hear the server and be heard. Floor plan makes it difficult for servers to check on you or to flag a server down. The food wasnt great. It arrived just a bit warmer than room temp. I imagine its a great place to go for games or drinks and games. Next time, we will eat before we go and enjoy the games.

Took my daughters for their birthday along with a couple friends it did end up costing me $300 for 6 kids and 2 adults totally worth it would not have had as much fun other places for the same price

Its a friendly place to go with my daughter and Grandson. The food is soo good. Its a fun place. I came from Merced to take my family there.

Waitress took forever bringing us our food, our food was cold and the pans were hot. Must have been sitting under the light. The waffles weren’t fresh but super soft and tater tots cold. Came for the first time to celebrate our daughters birthday, and will NEVER be back! Over priced and poor customer service! Asked for refill on water, took longer than 5 minutes to get. This place didn’t open till 2pm due to a private party. Wasn’t packed at all. Poor lack of customer service and Poor quality of food!

They ruined my birthday. I waited all day to come to Dave and Busters and the manager kicked us out.

After being seated , waited 20 mins with no service until my son had to get up and say something mean while staff was walking around and talking. Even management seemed to careless about providing good service. It starts from the top and its apparent. I had a party of 6. After waiting for the server to take our order and waiting for our food, only 3 plates were brought out. 30 minutes go by and 3 of us were stillwaiting for our food, at that point I was just ready for our check to pay for the plates that were served then left to go eat somewhere else. Management didnt care. Ill never go to Dave & Busters again! The management is unprofessional and it has obviously trickled down to the employees. I wouldnt recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

They were not ready for the amount of people that came in during Easter Break so we had a long wait. It turned out to be well worth the wait as we were compensated with some delicious food. My grandkids had a great time playing so many games. They love the card system so they can save their points and keep coming back. Its a great place to spend time since their ages are from 8 to 15. Thank you, Dave & Busters management for explaining the situation to me.

Had a party of 12 no one was around to seat us so we were told to seat ourselves so we did. Then the lazy manager rudely told us we couldnt sit there and we had to move. So we asked him where we could sit to fit all of us and he told us to figure it out.What the hell?Never again.I wish I could give it - stars

The service wss horrible. We had a very large birthday party. For twin boys. The hostess was never there to do anything. We had to hunt her down for every need. Then they were rude. It was extremely racist as our party was black & brown. The best thing was the kids had fun and did not notice.

My amazing nephew works here so I ALWAYS have a fantastic experience. This is a really fun and loud place. Even when Im not feeling upbeat when I take my teenage boys here we always get turnt up. Competition is serious fun in my household.

Since we walk in the greater at that front counter look at us with a nasty face. It was our first time here. We ask her do we sit ourselves and she said yes wherever u find a place. We found a table and not one of your servers came to greets us oh ask if we were ready to order. It past 20 minutes so we decided to get up and walk out. Even your manager seen that we were sitting down for a while and dint say nothing. If this is how u threat people because they look different this place should not be in business at all. Excuse my spelling but I’m Just mad of the way me and my family were ignore. U need better customer service

Way too way too much noise and things going on, our waitress was alittle passive aggressive she kept putting on this fake voice and attitude everytime she came and if she did.... food over priced mediocre, McDonalds would have been better and I hate fast food like that. And at the end of our meal the waiter came to give me my bill and said you can pay now or when your ready and I said Ill pay now so she went a ahead walked away like if I didnt even say anything. Sounds good to me come look for me she did find me later while I was playing with my daughter on a game and said I need to close this tab and I said I was trying to and you walked away.Games:- omg talk about over priced, each game will cost you at least 6.8 chips, crazy huh. So try the unlimited card good thing I did.At the end Ill probably never come here again, mostly because I dont like being around so many people crammed in one spot.

The service was terrible. Waitress never gave us the time of day either and they werent even busy. The biggest issue we had was there was an item with what was clearly mold inside of my drink. I was only able to find it after I had consumed the entire beverage. When we brought it to the attention of the waitstaff they did not even seem to care at all and we ended up having to ask for a manager. If I could do zero stars I would.

This was my second visit. Inconsistency would be the word for this visit. On my first visit which was about a month ago I rated this place a 5. Raved over it on video. The lemon drops were delicious. This visit I was charged almost 14 bucks per martini with grey goose. My limit is two drinks and usually two is pushing it. My Neice and I left very much sober after two drinks a piece which leads me to conclude that the drinks were watered down. The food was subpar this time. My niece’s wings came out cold however they took the wings off the bill which was the least they could do since we were overcharged for the grey goose lemon drops which was actually lemonade. Neither of us are really drinkers and to leave sober without any buzz at all secured us in knowing that we were over charged and our drinks were lemonade. This trip was definitely not worth the gas it took nor the 77$ spent.

It was a fun place to go have some fun maybe a first date or even if your married with children and you go a babysitter take your significant other to have a night out fun games none are broken like at other establishments because the majority is adults who play these games. We didnt go to eat or drink so I cant tell you how service was but maybe next time we will check back for update!

This was my first time at Dave and Busters, and man it was nothing that I expected! The VR station is well worth the extra cost I went on the thing twice! Its a super cool place for events like birthdays and/or graduations. I feel like even the younger kids could enjoy it!

It is my first time to any D&B and it’s great. The food was actually better than expected in a way based on others reviews. Great draft beer selection. A loud place with entertainment to be comfortable with a wild toddler and chill toddler. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

The reason for a four-star review because the bathroom trashes were overflowing. The music was Extremely Loud which added with the noise of people just made it Extremely Loud overall. Also the waitresses did not come around and ask you if you wanted refills very often on your sodas. However they were good about making things right if there was any issues and bringing things back to you that you ask for even if it took a few extra minutes.

Had a nice time here 5 Hour sure did fly by we did the Thursday special 1999 all you can eat wings and games.

Shrimp steak pasta lobster sauce was great. Bucket of ribs were great taste. Caesar salad was also good.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My party of six waited for about 15 minutes until someone just told me to look for a table at the bar area when I finally got to the bar area there was no seating for me. One of the rudest meanest servers I have ever met in my life told me to sit at a table even though I told her there were people there and she told me to listen to her and I went and she gave me an attitude and then I told her to find me a different table she again give me an attitude and then started avoiding me and then I clearly heard her talk about me and my party of six when we were all going to order we finally got seated down no one came to give us a menu until we asked. Even after we asked for the menu no one came until many minutes later to come ask us what we wanted to drink and then we saw that same server just walking around not getting our drinks. When finally decided we did not want to eat or drink anything there because they were so disrespectful to us she rolled her eyes at me and said OK then whatever. The same night that we came other people were complaining about the servers and everybody there of how there bad mood was affecting everybody around if I can give a zero star review I word this place is garbage. And just to add I have came here before and the service is always terrible we tried to give it another try but again it disappointed me because the Milpitas one is great. I will not recommend this place to anyone. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Great place for games but the food service is horrible. The food isnt worth the hour wait, but the game aspect of it is great.

If youve been to D&B then its a lot like going to D&B. If youve never been, its an arcade with alcohol.Youre bound to have fun. Great for families.

Totally not a family oriented place. Inappropriate music and videos for little ones. I understand they are also dealing with adults trying to have a good time and meal, but they need to keep in mind those who want to have a good time with the whole family as well.Not going back with my kiddos.

Horrible service from the front desk.. We were standing in a line for like 20 minutes & when it was our turn to check in.. she told us to go to other line she never told us before to move or somethimg she didnt even bother at all until we met her at the front..

Food was good and I like the quiz game they were playing at the bar but they had such limited arcade section. And they chose some of the worst games to fill that space.

Great experience during the weekend. Theres always lots of people having fun. Good place to meet people and/or have with your friends or family. The food taste is pretty good. The only thing I didnt like about this place was the time it took us to get a table. They had plenty of empty tables but they had us wait for 40mn to get one. Other than that, this place Nothing but fun.

Fun atmosphere, really friendly staff, awesome food, fun games. I do wish some of the prizes were better and slightly lower prices for food. Overall it was great and I would go back. I even had my bachelorette party there.

We were told we could only sit in the bar area, even though most of the restaurant was empty. Server took close to 20 minutes to approach after we sat in the bar area. Once we ordered, food came out relatively quickly, and was pretty tasty, but was overpriced. Dont go on a night where you dont get free game play with your meal (weekends), the only way the prices for the meal are reasonable are if you get some game credits with it

My boyfriend and I have been going here every year on my birthday and then some. The first couple years the food and drinks were on point and it was not over run by kids. Now the food isnt the greatest and the alcohol is watered down I know because I order my favorite drink everytime I go, I know how it should taste and my limit. I didnt even catch a buzz. I ordered two. Now cant even play the games its was so over run by kids.Use to be a place for Adults to have fun and enjoy amazing food now its just Chuck e cheese with a bar plus floors were sticky. Its gone down hill and weve decided not worth the money weve spent and may not return unless things go back to the way it was when it first opened. Very Disappointed and Sad I use to love going here. Now I cant stand the place.

I went again last night for the live karaoke night. This is NOT Karaoke. But it is fun. It would be more fun if there were more current or diverse song selections for all ages. Need more songs. There were only 3 songs I knew and If the lyrics were printed a little larger it would be easier too.

Went to celebrate Fathers day 2019 with my older brother and fam, we spent all morning at the cemetery with our passed father. We were super hungry and eager to play the retro games our father used to play with us. There was a mix up with our order and Jeremy the manager fixed it at no cost. While we waited for our correct order, Jeremy hooked us up with the Men in Black VR experience. That is a MUST, $6bucks is worth it. If our father was alive, he would approve the ride and awesome people skills Jeremy displayed. Well done to the staff of D&B of Fresno

They were very aware of allergies, and made sure my wife didnt eat or drink anything that contained gluten. There was a wait with food, but it was understandable because of the amount of people they were severing amd because they were being so careful. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My friends and I all had a great time.

Had a great time . Ate some delicious food and had good drinks. And fun on the games with the wife and kids. And grandkids. Will be back soon.
