Her First Movie at the AMC Theater. I wish they would advertise how long the previews are set for kids movies... because 2,8yo kids cant stay put too long! But she likes Elsa and Ana!! :-)

I love AMC Theaters I watched the Sonic the Hedgehog movie and it was so awesome

Have not been here for a while, so I was very impressed with the improved transformation this has has taken. The bathroom is clean, the movie seats are comfortable, food comes out on time, very helpful and friendly staff.

This theater has changed! Its so much better. I love all the improvements. The interior upgrades makes the atmosphere more fun and the bar is nice for those who like to order drinks. Fresher popcorn, the self serve Coca Cola machines and the reclining seats are the Best!!

I watched The Happytime Murders as a first timer. I thought it was a great experience and loved the large reclining chairs. Comfy I’ll definitely be back more.

The service here was great! Nick offered to butter the popcorn for us and he knew exactly how to layer the butter between the popcorn. The manager was moving so fast between helping customers and restocking I thought she was two people!

Fine place to watch a movie, but the staff routinely acts as if they have better places to be and things to do. No sense of urgency. Theater is usually clean, all reclining seats work. Just dont expect to get there close to your showtime and have anyone do anything quickly to get you to your seat on time.

I liked this location. Not over crowded.Fresh popcorn...I think. I was going to get a refill and cashier was putting something in his mouth. I dont know what it was.

They may have done a good jobs with the redesign, but avoid the food, nice greeter but the concession stand staff look like day of the dead.Cheeseburger sliders come out burnt around the edges, tried getting a hot dog, sold out.Not even a decent experience.

Had a great time , seen frozen 2 with my Wife and Daughter. The people was nice and friendly, and facilities was clean. Awesome experience

June 2017 Finally made it back.. Much better experience nice renovations then before and good reclinable seats. $5.40 for an early adult price ticket, I will definitely come here.January 2017 Good seats but its under renovations and theres only 2 lines one for tickets other for popcorn and snacks which in the ticket line which you CANT buy popcorn you have to get in another line for that 20+mins to get tickets that I bought on my AMC app and snacks..

Its a good theater as far as theaters like this go. They have reclining chairs that are quite comfortable. They even have this cool popcorn mix thing you can get with like cheddar, caramel, and candied popcorn all in one bucket. Its a divine mixture. Its not so great for the waistline though. My biggest complaint? It still smells like a theater. You know, that stale popcorn smell mixed with the slight aroma of urine...

Trailers were INSANELY loud. There were 4 of us, and only one of us had a recliner that worked. Movie itself was fine: nice big screen and volume within reason

Spend the same amount and go anywhere else to get table service while you enjoy a movie. Employees were great but theres no reason to go here when its not cheaper than a dining-centered theater.

You get out of something with the attitudevyou take to it.Just a good place to relax and enjoy a movie.

Unless you are tall, you will not be able to see over the large walls in front of you. But even my son who is 62 had to sit straight up. No learning back and relaxing was possible. I wont return to this particular AMC again. Ill stay with Clearfork or Burleson from now on.

Great staff, more often than not great popcorn and convenience what else can one ask from a theater experience. Plus, not packed with loud teenagers and young groups. Just a good solid theater.

I enjoyed the movie I watched, I recommend you watch us its frightening. Its a easy walk in, pay, and enjoy your movie. Not to mention the movable chairs, for I leaned mines back like a bed.

Love the theater, especially the reclining seats!! Premier membership makes everything just a little more convenient, but we dont have that, and other than having to wait in the regular concession line for snacks, the rest of the process is super smooth.

The matinee wasnt crowded for a Friday morning. We had reserved seating and it was comfortable recliners. Sound quality was very good. Downfall was the theater room next to us was kinda loud. Not sure of Godzilla was winning or what. The concession was as usual pricey. The staff was friendly and helpful.

All went very well. Lines at concessions took a bit too long but that is normal. Movie quality and sound were great. Seats were clean.

The movie we watched started at 10:15 pm we made it to the theater just about 10:15 when we got to our seats. Our seats were dirty, they had not cleaned out that theater before the 10:15 show. I paid our seats, so I wasnt fixing to sit in some dirty seats that we paid for. I had to go let an employee know. He told me that they had not cleaned it out. The guy went to get his stuff to clean the seats. Not only was it our seats that we were dirty. But the ones behind us were to.

This recently renovated movie theater off Hulen has exceeded my expectations. I’ve lived here for 10 years and was always told to avoid this prior rundown location. AMC recently remodeled and I could not be more impressed. Recliners in the theaters, new clean bathrooms, smells of fresh popcorn. Everything you want in a nice theater! Staff are pleasant and helpful. They offer membership which gets online tickets easier, allows you to use a special line at concessions and gets you points to redeem at any location. There is an abundance of parking at this location and never have trouble getting that “close” spot.

Used to be the premiere theater in ft worth. Best go to amc 10 in hulen area or amc 8 in clearfork

Comfortable reclining seats. Good popcorn and the movie was funny.

Theater room 5: Squeaky chairs were very distracting as was the random bass that didnt fit in with the movie.. reminded me of being at a red light stuck next to one of those awful cars whose bass is so high you can feel it. I will be enjoying my movies elsewhere going forward.

They always have a long line for tickets and the inside machines are always broken. They should take a que from movie tavern and sell tickets on the inside. Its too cold to stand outside for any length of time.

The theater we were in was completely trashed. This is before the showing, so there should have been a crew to come in and clean. I do not think anyone had come in before to clean it. Even the trash outside was overflowing. No matter if the tickets are cheaper than normal, there is no excuse for how messy the theater is.

A premium theater, specific seats for each person, food delivered to you. Overall pretty good.

While we werw there both of the chairs did not recline and during the movie it stopped they fixed but in a few min it stopped again they said that it couldnt be fixed at that time so we went to guest services and they gave us a pass but if we went to see the movie then we would have to sit through the whole movie since we only had like 20 min left. Me and my family think that they should have gave us more than just a pass since it was their fault for the chairs and movie.

I love being an AMC A-List member... For only twenty dollars a month I get to see THREE movies per week!!

Totally impressed w/ the new updates of this place. It has been totally revamped from when we lived in that area 5 years ago. It boasts a new, beautiful, crisp look now! From helpful staff at service desk, to food counter/menu items, to better screens, not to mention personal pre-selection of stadium recliner seating. It certainly made for a great experience. Am looking forward to returning.

By mistake I got late to the movie, they were very kind and let me watch another movie in 3D. They were very accommodating. Im happy and pleased, thats customer service. Thank you!

Always clean. A nice theater for family movies.

Basing this off 1 visit and thats usually all it takes. The theatre smelled like a moldy wet towel. The people kept screaming at the movie (I thought Brenda from Scary Movie was in the theatre). I wouldnt recommend going here if you want to have a decent experience but it was somewhat cheaper I guess.

Nice place but the sound effects are not that good. They dont turn it up loud enough to were you cant hear the movie next door. Basically not sound proof. Like the lazy chairs though.

I come here all the time and I’m AMC a-list stubs member and I really did not like how I was treated one of the co-workers was very rude to me she give me a very hard time when I came in through the door she asked for my I’d several times after I just got done showing my ID at the window and I just truly think you staff needs a lot of coaching Because she automatically had a attitude when I came in Through the door and it just truly hurts I should be treated a lot better since I’m spending my money here

I give 3 stars to the employee named Matt, he was working behind the counter tonight closing up and he was very helpful. Other than that... theater number 10 was burning up hot. No air conditioning, no fans, nothing. Went to see Godzilla and I felt like he was blowing his flames on me as hot as it was in that theater. My husband was actually sweating and I started fanning myself with napkins. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars is because the great customer service given by Matt and the young woman before him. I didnt catch her name but she was running concessions by herself and she did a great job of it!Please AMC Hulen, turn on the A.C. in the middle of June!!!

Absolutely great experience. We watched the Lion King in 3D and we loved our experience here. We ordered our tickets online and only had to provide our confirmation number to the attendant. She provided our tickets very promptly and was very professional. We ordered pizzas from the menu and very surprisingly the BBQ chicken pizza was very good. Free refills on your large drink and popcorn. Another great professional experience with the food service attendant as well. It was a very clean facility, restroom, theater and food service area. All were exceptionally clean. Then the theater experience was great. The seats are very comfortable. Our 4 year old learned how to operate it well in 30 seconds. The only issue we had was that it was hecta COLD. We were freezing. We understand its summer and its Texas but dang. It put a SMALL damper on the comfort experience. We said we were bringing blankets next time then walked by people coming in who had blankets. VERY SMART. Overall good experience though.

The theater prices and location is good. The day we visited there was a musty carpet smell and several seats were torn.

Ticket price was around $10 for adults and $7 for kids. The price it set right for that comfort of the movie seat. The price on Popcorn and drink is pretty reasonably priced. The facility is clean and staff is polite.

Very shady people. Dangerous area. Would not bring my kids. The theater was extremely damp and musty smelling. Definitely felt uncomfortable. Wouldnt really recommend to anyone. Seats were experiencing difficulty. Dirty. Shady people. They turned the lights back on before the movie even ended.

Nice movie theater. Easy to get to. Has statium seating and reclining seats. Ample menu choices for food, drinks, including alcohol. Can get busy at times and not usually staffed well enough for big crowds. Employees are generally nice and do their jobs effectively. A bit overpriced I feel like, but also best nearby choice for a theater. Supports o line ticket sales.

It was nice to reserve our tickets and seats online. However we didnt receive the confirmation email so had to stand in line to have them print the tickets. We thought wed run in and get popcorn while one of us waited in line for the tickets but you cant even get to the food/popcorn until you show a ticket. The theater smelt very musty and was very humid inside. The recliner seats were a hit with the kids though.

This place is very dirty. The janitors room was open giving the impression (an accurate one) of management not caring much for the aesthetics and tidiness of the place. In addition to this, the electric reclining seats are not kept properly as many of the chairs make awful loud and squeking noises due to the lack of basic maintenance (Im assuming, lubricant oil is machine maintenance 101). In addition to this, which was probably bad luck, there was a couple who smelled like pot real bad in addition to being in their phone texting during the movie. I asked politely to please turn the phone off as the glare of the light is not allowing me to watch the movie, the pothead responded with s$1+ look away, on on my phone. So, this is a bit of an insight of the kind of people you may encounter here. Because of this, I am not compelled to return to this AMC theater.

I had a really good time with my son-in-law going to the movies. The employees here are very professional and kind. The theaters are clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are also clean. I dont know if it was when we went or if it is always this way but the environment was family-oriented.

Went last Tuesday for $5 to see hellboy...every 20 minutes of the movie .it (buffered. Skipped .froze) what ever you called it . ruined the movie. Went to find an employee. Nowhere to be found. After the movie banged on office door and never found one employee to complain to .. .do not recommend this theater5/30/19 Update ..still not one word about this from amc ...and i found the video proof of the skipping ..

The staff is very friendly. The popcorn was fresh and delicious. They could afford to turn some heat on when its 40 degrees out instead of the a.c. but other than that, it was nice!

I dont remember AMC having a fast pass line... Maybe I just didnt notice it before, but it doesnt have a good feel in a movie theater. Just look up Rave cinemas in the Ridgemar mall and you can go to a place about 15 mins away that is less expensive and very well maintained.

We enjoy coming to this theater as it’s less crowded than others around town, and is very close to our neighborhood. It’s been nicely updated with recliner seats and more modern interior. Since it’s not very busy, it’s easy to get tickets and good seats without having to reserve hours in advance. However, since it’s smaller, there don’t seem to be many staff around to assist.

All of their “reclining seats” never worked on the first row (total of 5 seats). We advised the staff and they stated they would “have someone check when they get a chance”, no one ever showed for the entire movie. For $60 for 5 people I expect everything to work and get some type of customer service! The employees seemed to care less.

Worst experience at a movie theatre ever. It smelled so bad and was understaffed. The chairs were squeaky and the audience very obnoxious. Tried to get staff to do something about it and they did nothing. When we were leaving we couldn’t even get a refill on our drinks and popcorn because they had closed the concession. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They are insanely understaffed, and the cleanliness of the theaters and the restrooms is abysmal. Not once have I gone to see a movie in this theater without trash still covering the seats and aisles.

New seats are awesome, my go to theater. A good getaway after a stressful day. Can’t beat a movie date. Prices for food and drinks could be better but I’m sure you can be creative ;)

When we walked into the actual theatre (#2), it smelled like an old ladies house. Then there were thirty minutes of previews before the movie- it was supposed to start at 8 and didnt start until 8:30. Then the people to the left and right of us would not be quiet and the staff walked in for like a second did nothing. We made it through the movie but then when leaving we tried to get a refill on our popcorn, they had closed all concessions. So yeah...it wasnt the best experience. Will never go here again.

Was a nice theater. Kind of off the beaten path location. Popcorn was fresh. Love the fancy soda machines with all the different choices. Sounds was good. Screens were big enough. The seats with the recliners were nice. The showing we went too was not too busy.

Went on a Monday & the service was very slow. There wasn’t any enthusiasm or welcoming while entering the establishment. The bathrooms weren’t clean, two stalls didn’t have tissue. The movie was good of course and the seating was reserved even though we had someone sitting in our seats.

They asked for my ID when I bought my ticket...and then the ticket ripper asked for my ID again before letting my pass by. wow. also the seats in my entire row didnt recline. they will never receive my money again.

The employees at this location are so personable whether the movie was good, bad or indifferent the experience is positive. The Clear Fork location is closer to me only I choose to go to Hulen 10 because of the employees and the comfort of this theater.

Adequate. Definitely need more than 1 worker on a day that John Wick 3 is coming out and its Saturday. You never know this is Fort Worth or maybe they just really dont get that much business?

We went to see a Movie here of course, why so far from home? Well this was the only place it was showing & my Sister & her husband live in Azle & that makes this area about galf way from my house & her house. So sometime we come to her part of town & sometimes she comes to my part of town. We picked out a Splendid Movie for the 4 of us to watch, had Sodas & Popcorn just like on date nights & had a wonderful double date. And yes, we loved the Movie thats why it got 5 Star

Felt like giving it zero stars but calmed down after awhile and gave it two stars since the theater itself was quick with getting tickets and concessions. Comfortable seats and kept up appearances since remodel. No issues there. The problem is with their policies regarding loud and obnoxious people during the movie. We had 3 young men who where farting loudly, talking loudly, climbing on the seats, and watching videos on their phones throughout the movie. Went to let an employee know and all they did was stand by the entrance for a minute and then leave. The manager said they cant to anything if they dont see it and thats its just hearsay. Said they could get in trouble if they kick someone out. Other places keep an eye out for individuals like these and make sure everyone enjoys their time at the movies.

The barista was very kind and respectful the atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing the drink was a patron margarita it was mouth watering overall 5 no 100 stars

Youll have to stand out in the cold even if their computers go down. Their Bar opens whenever they feel like opening it... Not everybody goes there for the dr Pepper

Every lane of seats its private you cannot feel nobodys feet behind and you cannot see heads in front of you also they offer you reclining chairs. The only thing is that this theater doesnt have service to bring you food.

Its a nicely remodeled theater with comfy reclining seats. Its clean and I like the atmosphere. I wish the seats had cup holders on every arm rest because if someone next to you has a drink you have nowhere to put yours. Also the staff is not very friendly. Very low energy and just going through the motions. But overall Im there for the movie experience and that part is well done.

Not as crowded as most theaters only thing Id like is improved menus and seating. Its ok though nothing special

Poor management... went to see the Queen movie with the lady friend on my birthday, show was scheduled at 8pm.. went to grab a drink and was told they were closed. Seriously? The movie previews were still running!! They have smart machines they could have easily gave up 1 measly cup or reopened a register, we were willing to pay!Best they would do was a courtesy cup...What a joke, piss poor management. Will never go again!! Keep your concessions open if a movie is scheduled.
