Nice theater, seats are very comfortable. The only thing yucky was the smell of the cleaner. We had to wear our masks for awhile. So empty...... we saw 2 movies, the 1st there were only 2 other people. The second 3 other people. I hope things get better. We love going to the theater.

It was very clean and the staff was very polite and they all wore masks. They had social distancing. Although a group of guys that were behind us didnt pay attention to it. I will go back again I like this theater.

OMG, this was a great night out. The seats are recliners. They have heat. They shimmy and shake with whats go8ng on in the movie. The concession stand was at a bare bar minamum. One cheese pizza not a great idea. Popcorn was good. We had to get our own drinks. Had to get our pups reeses pieces in bag. He loved his hotdog we brought home so, it had to be good if not hes no affraid to snub food (hes well loved). Reatrooms no tp thank God I always have tissues in purse when weather is cold.... THANK GOD! The parking lot was clean and plenty of spots. We went to the 9:40 p.m. if you want a light something do it somewhere else if late show if want popcorn and soda great this time of night. Prices are same if late or not.......lol the directions on maps are sketchy from home to the movie. 1st time Ive had to fend on my own skills thank goodness maps has a real map pic so they saved the day that way. Exspress way confused maps. The roads marking and their knowledge was in conflict so much so that u-turns and pullovers happened. Thank goodness left early. Was a great evening. Please go and have a awesome time. Dont let little stuff stress you out. Life is short just makes a great memory of we survived Ft. Worth again. Next time there was a HUGE number of things to do in the area we are going to go really early and hunt and peck the area for new exciting things to do. OMG........, yep we love to do new things. So, we hope to see ya. Have a blast! We will. hopefully we can have same seats but, seemed like most would be awesome. You can pick your own seats if you buy on line. Is the reason I wanted to edit. Was a huge plus in the reason we went to this theater.

Great theater, the reclining seats also have butt warmers. God send in winter months but with summer coming up probably not necessary. Always a good experience they only have 2 self serve machines for tickets but they are always free when I go so thats been good so far too. Love this place cause its close to home and tons of restaurants, this makes it easy to go catch a movie then have dinner to talk about the film. A lot of people do it the other way around but I think seeing the movie first gives something recent and relevant to talk about over dinner.

Great theatres! Reclining seats that are large and very comfortable. The movie was Crystal clear and had great sound. I saw and early showing (8:30 AM) of Rise of Skywalker and was very happy to see they had coffee... Starbucks no less! I will definitely be back soon.

Very dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The theater and hallways had popcorn all over the floor and handrails were greasy. Bathrooms were also dirty and trash everywhere. Towels were out. There were a lot of people working but no one cleaning just standing around hanging out. Feel like this place has gone downhill. Will not be back.

Nice, theatre seating is awesome! The only reason its not 5 star is because they dont have a variety of food choices or servers. Im pretty sure the pizza we had was old. I recommend the frozen Jack and Coke it was great. For two pizzas and 3 drinks the total was almost $60 pretty pricey...

Great place! Theaters are clean, friendly staff, great location, plenty of parking, and just fun! No huge thrills here - its a movie theater...but a good one! Recommend it highly.

I normally dont visit this location but this was the closest location that was playing the movie we wanted to see. I ran inside to purchase two tickets for a later showing because we wanted to grab a bite to eat first. The woman only gave me one ticket and said she assumed I misspoke because I was by myself. When we went back to the movie theater for our showtime we had to stand in the line for tickets because an usher was not there. Thank goodness we arrived early because the line was semi long. When we get to the agent he explains that theyre short staffed and thats why theres no usher and explained thats why the previous agent took the stub from the tickets. I will not be returning to that particular location. The did have a nice looking bar in the lobby where you could purchase mixed drinks, beer, & wine.

Haven’t been here in a while but came back on a date night. We were shocked to find that the facility has really declined. The chairs are still great and the movie quality is outstanding. The floors, bathrooms and hallways are a complete disaster! Looks like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Lots of staff standing around. Not much effort from anyone to help.Will continue to come here when they have a better Movie time but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Dirty, sticky, disgusting! It started with the floors in the snack bar, so sticky it was hard to walk. The bathroom was horrific! First two stalls were usable, I will leave it at that. Soap in only 1 of 3 dispensers. Paper towels all over the place. One hand dryer didnt work and the floor looked like a science experiment gone wrong. This is our neighborhood theater and I am sad about its decline. Time to look for another movie theater!

This used to be a nice theatre. Very dirty!!! Seats dirty with popcorn and trash. Popcorn on the floor in hallway and theatre. Concession stand floors sticky and nasty. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Very nice movie theater. Some super comfy reclining seats with heaters in them! One of my families favorite movies to go too! Never have tried the D box movies. Maybe someday.

My favorite movie theater I’ve ever been to! They serve alcohol, pizza, popcorn, ice cream, small meals... etc. The theaters and bathrooms are always clean. The staff is usually very friendly. Food and beverages taste great. Not to mention, they offer reclining and heated seats in the theaters! I was never a big fan of visiting the movie theater but now I am always looking forward to my next visit! They really made sure to make this place comfortable!

Great environment for either being solo, taking a date, or having a family night. Great screens ABCs chairs are extremely comfortable. Popcorn was fresh and good. Good seating and will return for future movies

We had a small issue on Sunday and management went above and beyond to take care us.

Facility was great although one staff member was not friendly. On 27 Dec, I took my 3 boys to watch star wars at 1255pm. Walked in to give my tickets to the young lady, I greeted her with a hello and no response but a theater 7 to the left. I then said thank you and no response. As nice as the theater is, that one visit turned my experience sour. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she needs some customer service re-training.

Its a very nice place, good people and they even have a bar. Their movie chairs have seat warmers, but the one thing that lost them a star is that their chair legs wont go all the way up, they stop at being almost comfortable. For me its very irritating.

Well this movie theater was awful!!! We got there a little late, and had 2 different families in OUR SEATS!!! There was one lady that got totally out of line with my VERY PREGNANT daughter-in-law. Management did nothing to them. I wont go back to this movie theater, EVER... TALK ABOUT POORLY MANAGED. And they are not friendly at all, Im seriously thinking of contacting nbc5 investigates..

Love this theater! It was very clean, including the bathrooms. Staff were super friendly & helpful. We all loved that the Cinemark seats recline & are heated, which came in handy because about halfway through the movie a couple of us were cold. A little pricey if you dont have the rewards, but still worth it for the overall experience. Great job guys!

Good place to watch a movie. D-box viewing was really fun as well. It vibrates with the movie and reclines and heats up. Cool place to watch a movie and they dont check you for a water or snack you might bring in because the prices for food is ridiculous like all other movie theaters.

I gave this theater 1 star because of the comfortable seats otherwise it would have been 0 stars. Do you not have anyone that cleans here? It is filthy! From food all over the theater floors (they obviously don’t clean in between movies like other theaters) to disgusting bathrooms that didn’t look like they were picked up or cleaned in days! This is the closest theater to me and unfortunately I will be going to others now that are clean. This was my 2nd try at this theater and both times were the same so I assume this is the norm.

2 guests started talking immediately after the movie began. I asked them to stop talking and they started talking louder. My friend went and informed the supervisor working near the concession area who then came in and stood at the front of the theater and the 2 guests continued to talk and that person did nothing and left. I then went to speak to the manager wearing a suit and told him what was going on and that I was very upset with the situation. He did not apologize to me, but instead started asking me if the guests that were talking during the movie were older. Why would this be the first thing asked about the situation? He then came in to the theater and had another employee come in as well. The guests continued to whisper while the staff members were present and then began to talk louder once the staff left. As I was leaving the theater, the manager was walking by as we were walking out and we made eye contact twice. He chose not to acknowledge my frustration and did not speak to me. This is the worst customer service Ive experienced in quite a while and its bad enough that I wouldnt give you my money again. I spent $30 tonight hoping to enjoy a movie after a long week at work and now my night has been ruined due this experience.

Nice theater. Comfortable reserved seats. Staff was very friendly, particularly a wheelchair-bound gentleman (sorry, I didnt catch his name) who was working the cash register in the concessions area. Overall, theater was clean enough. Good experience.

We go here all the time for our movies. Tuesday’s, Wednesdays and Sunday’s mornings Before 11:00 are the cheapest days to go. I. The beginning of the years you should get the refillable popcorn. And sodas for the year. You’ll save a lot of money

Great place to catch a matinee for only $6 buck. Big comfy reclining chairs and clean amenities. Also, the large popcorn and drink for $13 isnt a bad deal.

They have reclining seats that heat up.. free refill on popcorn and drink. place is clean and plenty of space.

One of the top theaters to get a good movie experience in a 15mi radius. Good sound quality and reclining seats. Able to reserve your seat ahead if time so no reason to waste your time getting there early.

Im going to have to give this theater three stars due to the seating. The recliners, I think, are supposed to be ergonomic but they are actually uncomfortable. Im 6 5 tall and hefty for reference.

Clean and good staff. The seats are cushy and are heated, which is very nice. The seats could raise the legs a bit more, but all in all a very comfy movie experience. The snack bar is well stocked, but like all theatres very $$$

Nice theatre. GREAT staff all around. Always clean. $5 Tuesdays! Only downside is their popularity. With advanced seating you definitely cant go on a whim on opening weekends unless youre solo.

Go to place for a quick movie with the Mrs! Always clean and the people there work hard.Most of the time there are seats available but you cant blame them for that.This is our first come to go for any movie because its easy in and easy out with plenty of places nearby to get food or do some shopping around Alliance.

The service was good, there was no wait to get our tickets to watch Hobbs and shaw. We was able to be seated in the theater and it was clean. The seats are heated that was nice, the cinemark in Roanoke does not. Well continue to go here just for that reason. My suggestion is, the lobby itself was dirty popcorn everywhere. I understand its a movie theater but there was also several employees working someone could have been sweeping.

Very nice theater. Went to see Star Wars, and there was no lines. They had plenty of rooms showing the movie, so that was great!

I gave three stars cus this is one of the smaller theathers ive been since movin to texas a yr ago but ovr all the staff showed great sourhern hospitality, seats reclined, an snacks where what i paid for. All worth it at the end, wife had a great time an shes happy. Thats all i can ask for...#happy wife happy life!!!

Great movie theater. My car died and the people who worked there were extremely helpful in trying to get my car started for me and even offered to let me see a movie while I waited for help to arrive. Also the theater itself is great.

Good spot for well priced movies, laid back and helpful staff. Seats are getting a bit hard though and you know it after a couple hours. But overall great place to go.

Nice little place..not as good as movie studio grill but decent

This was our daughters first movie experience. I think we have been here once or twice but has been a couple of years. Theater clean, screen was great, picture was sharp. The sound? Well, there was plenty of bass, center channel was lacking so during songs there was a little bit of voice washout. Concessions were expensive. 40 bucks for a kids meal, three fountain drinks and two small popcorn. Concessions were more expensive than the four tickets, but I guess thats the game these days! I would definitely return. Good experience, and my daughter was happy.

They changed there seats to recliners but they dont recline enough. You dont position correctly and its uncomfortable. Was our #11 theater but not anymore. Who wants to sit for 2 hours with your neck in pain. Regal theaters have recliners that go all the way back so you cant easily find a comfortable position. Unfortunately they are more expensive but it will be our new #1 place just for comfort.

The theatre is clean, tickets are reasonably priced and the snack bar offers a wide variety, however the chairs do not recline enough for my liking. It sounds like a first-world problem, but Ive been to theatres where the seats recline much farther and are plusher and more comfortable. This isnt a dealbreaker, but I feel that the seating should be a very high priority, so Id prefer to choose a theatre with more comfortable seating.

We commute pretty far for this theater. It is clean, well managed and very comfortable. This has been our favorite place to see movies since it opened and weve moved around the location 2 times now. We live about 40 minutes away but still think its worth the trip.

The seats are comfortable. I try to go every Tuesday if there’s a movie I want to see.

Couple talking behind me during the entire movie. I went to get a member of staff and he stood in the theater to listen but did not approach the loud couple. He left the theater and the couple got louder. My friend went and got another manager who came in and I believe sat down near them and I could still clearly hear the couple talking and he did nothing. We passed this manager on the way out and he made no attempt to apologize or offer a refund. Its clear he was either too afraid of confrontation or just didnt care about his job

Comfy wide recliner chairs, you can lean back and also has heating! Did I mention that theyre super comfortable!! Very neat and clean and reasonable prices. I love the qualities of screen fitting and the sound. They also have personal pizzas from Pizza Hut.Totally recommend to visit!

Our family frequents this theatre every week an its great! Just wish they would turn the a/c down, it is always so freezing we have to take blankets inside. Awesome they now have wine and other spirits served there! Try the D-Box seats for a good action flick...AWESOME!!

Been a while since I have been to the movies. Reclining leather chairs and cup holders that work. Stadium seating where people walking doesnt get in the way. Wow!

I am not Cinemark person: I usually go to different theater. This theater is comfortable, and perhaps $ worth to me in future. (With nice seat with back warmer.)

I have been here once. It was a movie theatre. Nothing special to specifically mention. It was not the cleanest then. So now reading the reviews to see if it’s gone downhill. I would say sounds like clean is an issue at a lot of local theaters.

Come here a lot, and always good cinema. Usual massively overpriced popcorn etc, which I never buy, but th as ts where they make their money. Sunday mornings are the best with matinee prices, and usually quieter.

I come here every week. The only dissappointing thing is standing in line to pay for my food. But everytime this happens the staff jump into action and open all the registrars and the line disperses. Greatful for good managment that sees the need and gets it done. Its usually clean, organized and friendly staff, i also appreciate that they hire disabled people. Shows character of this company. I also like the app, its well done.

A very nice theater that was very clean and had v re eye good service.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Went here for a fantom premiere which was suppose to come with a special poster for paying a higher price for the seat. Needless to say they stated they didnt have any posters. Biggest complaint for me is that the recliners didnt fully recline. It was the worst way to sit and watch a 2 hr movie! Will never go back here again. And this was my first time here. Very disappointed!

Yesterday watched the Premier of Frozen 2, the 3D movie experience was great, the seats are super comfy and spacious. I like their snack bar model, we have rarely made I long line to buy our movie snacks.

I avoid this theater whenever possible. Their ticket prices arent great, but their seating is nice. Their concessions also seem more expensive than the other theaters.My main issue with them though, is their ticketing system. They do not allow reserved seating. However, if you order online, they also still charge a convenience fee. Im not sure what is convenient about still having to show up to the theater early in order to get a good seat when you could pay less by just showing up to the theater and buying from THE SAME SYSTEM you use online. Either way expect to show up 15-30 minutes prior to showtime in order to get the seat you want if its a popular movie. There are several other theaters in the area that allow reserved seating and are just as nice, which I would more readily recommend to anyone.

Great movie theater but boy can it get busy.

Very clean and well kept. Modern layout of the lobby with a bar. Most self service kiosks were out of order and they dont have those nice all in one soda machine with the extra flavors like cherry and grape. I went to the DBox movie and it was quite good. Good volume and played without issues. Highly recommended.

Love the new seats, we were running late to our movie and they only had these new seats available, and no one was buying them because they were a little more expensive. We hesitated but the kids really wanted to see the movie, so we paid. They were only $13, so I didnt think they would be much different, but I LOVE THEM. They recline, are heated, and they vibrate and move like a roller coaster along with the movie. Cant wait to go back. Will always try to upgrade to the new seats if theyre available.

Came here on a special premiere. Paid high price for this premiere. Supposed to come with poster. The theater did not have them. Seats are terrible and do not recline like other theaters Ive been to. To top that off the bathrooms were nasty dirty.

One word, Awesome. The staff is sooo respectful and polite. I didnt like the popcorn taste ..thats the only complaint I have. The dbox and XD are jus remarkable OMG.. I watched Avengers end game and Annabelle comes home.

DBox seats not working.If you are hoping to have great experience by paying lot more for DBox, not worth it. Half of the DBox seats were not working. Spoiled the experience completely. Try some other theater. I was in House 9.
