This is a beautiful theater but I think its having a bit of adjustment pains as it reopens. The young man behind the counter was clearly new so it took quite a while to get our concessions. The older woman directing traffic was quite barky. She actually startled me with her raised voice as I was headed to the restroom because I almost went past the pillar. We got into the theater 7 min to showtime. The chemical smell was quite overpowering. (Grateful to have it sanitized but truly I had to step out several times bcz it was so strong). The young girl had used a sprayer (like you use on weeds) and soaked the seat of every chair in the theater. She asked which seats were ours and attempted to dry them, but they were just too wet. I got napkins and dried them the rest of the way. She left the theater without drying any other seats so viewers coming in didnt realize the seats were wet and got soaked. Hopefully things will smooth out bcz this really is a large, comfortable theater

Best feature of this theater is the reclining chairs with drink holders and wide arm rests. Buy your tickets online in advance to make sure you get decent reserved seats, especially if part of a group. Dont forget a blanket or coat to keep warm.

Love the seats, they may be closed right now but this is the only theater I will go to now. The seats are amazing. You can kick back and relax while watching the movie. Only downside is they can be short staffed in the concession stand which makes wait times longer.

I do not personally purchase any drinks of foods here, so I will only review the seats and viewing experience.The seats are some of the most comfortable Ive gotten to use, although the pleather material means they are cold. I would definitely advise against wearing shorts. The screens are, for the most part, without wrinkles or lines, although it has been some time since I have seen any at this location. The sound is done very well and is almost always perfect directionally. The experience is pretty enjoyable overall.

Nice place to watch movies, but concession stand sucks. Only two registers open on a holiday weekend. When you already have bought concessions and they make you wait in long line to get refills on items you already have paid for. Youll never be able to get refills during the movie. Management could care less. Blond lady manager just says yes when asked if you have to wait. She could care less about the patrons concerns. Less concession purchases in the future from us. Get real management and take care of your patrons.

Theater was almost empty. Food was tasty. We saw Tenet. Highly recommend this Theater, but the movie? Meh, not so much.

Thanks for the response, Ill just say here for sake of time. Speed of service at the food counter could be improved drastically. I was in line for 15 minutes, behind 4 other groups. Each getting drinks and popcorn. Each transaction was a 3 minute wait. Kid at the counter was nice but seemed stressed and/or confused. I wish there was a better way to restructure service, rather than each employee taking and completing each order one by one.Ill give ya another star for replying though, I appreciate that you value your customers feedback. We will keep coming to the theatre, I just hope the lines can move faster!

So, this theater was nice and comfortable with great visual and sound quality, but we had to sit through over a half hour of commercials.... and thats only counting the time since the posted time when the movie was supposed to start. We got there early so we sat there through around 45 min of commercials. I expect some ads, but that seems very over the top to me. Doesnt make me excited to go back to the movies instead of just waiting to watch the same films at home later.On the plus side, I love the reclining seats so I pick this theater over other theaters for sure.

This place has the most comfortable seats.

I’d suggest while being closed down they fix the recliners; some don’t recline, others are all ripped up and gross. Take this time and clean up some stuff. Other than that I love this theater.

We love going here when we go to a movie. You can kick your shoes off, recline your seat and have plenty of room to be comfortable. My only complaint would be the concession stand needs to be a little quicker and more professional but other than that its great!

Theater was clean. Social distance in place. Limited concessions available. No popcorn refills. Bathrooms where dirty. Few people in theater due to limited seat availability.

Great place to watch a movie... very expensive but thats the going rate for the big city. the the reclining seats!!! Only issue I have but I understand, is the movie was to start at 6pm and with all the coming soon movie presentations, it was 630 before our actual movie started.

Movie was an excellent Fathom event. Concessions on the other hand was a disaster. Service personnel did not know how to credit Regal Crown club credits. Was supposed to get an upgraded popcorn and soda. Instead ended up with a small soda and tried to explain to worker that I was supposed to have a larger popcorn but he wanted to only give me a small. Cashier didnt know how to work the credit system. They called for supervisor but no one showed. Finally I left with a small bottles water, a small soda, no popcorn and $15 less. This is not the first time I have had difficulty with receiving credits. Next time I will go elsewhere for my movies. Definitely prefer AMC service.

The facility was nice however my girlfriend and I spent thirty minutes in line waiting to purchase our tickets and concessions. Staff was not friendly and was in no hurry to see customers through. Fresh popcorn and comfortable seats were the highlight of our date night.

So comfortable. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but I just visited recently, and I was still really impressed. The theater was clean, the staff was friendly, and the seats were awesome. It was like watching a movie at home only on a big screen. Definitely coming back soon

Small but easy. Loved this theater because of its size. It is not a large complex which made it quick and easy to get to. Just wished it was a little more handicap friendly, like having automatic doors. Luckily there were some very nice customers who held the doors for us.

Seating exceptional. Picture quality and sound also impressive. Very clean. Pricing comparative to current average for cinema experience. Be prepared to stand in line for concessions about 30 minutes on average - never enough staff to cover volume of patrons.

NEEDS EMPLOYEES!!Went to see 1917 on Sunday. Had 5 or 6 people up front working concession stand as they had ticket booths closed. You had to stand in the concession line to buy your tickets...There was 2 people I guess in training Not doing anything while 3 others worked & 5 registers were closed.It took 15-17 minutes for my Father & I to get our tickets. The only pair or seats left next to each other to purchase were the second row.Now its 7 min after posted starting time. We enter the theatre & its Maybe 20-25% full. The 1st row has 2 people & the 2nd has 0 NO people...It made No sense!Seats still had pop corn from previous showing. We walk out & there is 2 or 3 teenagers standing there with brooms & dustpans as the one girl asks us Is it dirty in there... I told her YES theres popcorn & trash all over!They started arguing amongst each other on Whos gonna go in & clean...ALL BADNO Thanks well be going out southwest from now on

The seats are great. The recliners offer a very comfortable way to watch a movie. The concession stand is extraordinarily slow. Arrive 30 minutes before your movie if you expect to visit the concession stand.

Love the reclining seats. It did get cold, so dress warm or bring a blanket. The concession stand line was really long and the wait time was rediculous. The staff need to be more efficient and not take their time and talk and joke around with each other. Make sure to get there really early if you want snacks and drinks.

Movie started at 4:30. Got in line at 4:09...plenty of time, right? Finished at the register at 4:44 (35 minutes!!). Walked to theater 14, not our movie, looked at the ticket, cashier sold us the movie that started at 6:05. Now why would we buy popcorn, pop, and candy just to stand in the lobby for an hour and twenty minutes!? Talked to the manager and the 4:30 showing didnt have two seats next to one another so we had to stand in the lobby until 6:05. So we ordered two hot dogs, a pretzel, and a small pizza. After ten minutes, they give me my hot dogs and said it would be at least ten more minutes for the rest. So now I have to let the hot dogs get cold while waiting for the rest of the food when everything should of been served at the same time.

Great place to see a movie and comfy seats

I visit this theatre quite often since I am just down the street and I use to enjoy it. However, last few visits have been very disappointing. Staff is quite rude and unresponsive to situations. I am currently sitting in a show, Gentlemen, Theatre 8, to be exact and we can’t even sit in our favorite seats because the entire row is filled with trash from the previous show.. two employees walked in with brooms and trash bags, looked at the mess, laughed a little and walked right back out.. this is the 3rd time this has happened. I hate to be this person but now I’m a bit fed up. I will take that extra time in commute to visit another theatre, sorry, not worth the experience anymore.

I enjoyed the seats at the theater. It was very comfortable. I enjoyed the movie. I highly recommend Regal Coldwater. The chairs are very relaxing. In addition I enjoyed the movie Harriet Tubman . I encourage you to see the movie.

Its the first movie my nephew and I have seen since we cant remember, he must have been in toddler. It was amazing because of the closed caption glasses he might use. We saw the Joker on 10/09/2019 perfect day with him! Thank you!

Seating is THE BEST!! LOVE the recliners, and spaces between rows to get in and out in a least disruptive manner. Clean, kind helpful staff. Love this theater!

While I love how the seats recline and it is very comfortable, more people need to be working concessions. I had to wait in line for almost an hour to get some popcorn on a Saturday afternoon. Other than this, it is a great theater to go to.

Just be careful in those recliners. I fell asleep and missed half my movie. Very comfortable. They offer a lot of food and beverages. Including beer wine and spirits. But expect event pricing. Ouch!

I went to Agaves not Regal cinemas and it was great!

Ticket line wasnt open so had to stand in concession line for 25-30 minutes which is ridiculous!!! This is the second time this has occurred and it really makes me wonder if its worth driving north to see a movie.

The only place in town I go for a movie. Love the reclining seats, only complaint is that the hot food (not popcorn) is slow. So allow extra time if you plan to take part in their expanded menu.

While we enjoy seeing movies there because of the reclining chairs, we have noticed thre last two times that the theater is not cleaned between shows. There was popcorn and napkins on both of our seats and in the drink holders. Considering how much a movie ticket costs, I would think they would at least ensure the seats were clean.

Best movie theater experience ever!! The seats are pure heaven and its never crowded and you pick your seat beforehand. I will never, and I mean NEVER watch a movie at any other theater ever!

Comfortable but theater was like 90°!

Love coming to this theater. But currently have been standing in line at concession for 10 minutes and have not moved. For a place that is always busy and movies are sold out often, why is this an issue?

They desperately need to have ticket sales open separate from the concessions. We prepurchased our tickets online and couldn’t get concessions without missing the beginning of the movie. While other people were just super late getting in. The line was about 20-30 mins. Also the they’re was a mirror image of when I bought the ticket and with no light to show what seat was which it was a mess.

Electric recliners! Also the movie was good but that has nothing to do with the theaters. They sell alcohol but its way over priced. Standard really. I liked it

Get the unlimited pass. Its so totally worth it. Concessions could be a little quicker and over all cleanliness needs a little work but for the movie turnover they do and the number of patrons they have I know an effort is being made. Love the leather recliners btw.

I love the seats. The movie was great. I usually go to the other theater this was a good change of pace.

Never had such a bad experience here. Opening weekend of a movie and we have 4 staff up managing concessions. We stood in line for 40 minutes (and counting as Im writing this review in line). Convenience of pre assigned seats does not equal understanding the front.

I have been to this theater multiple times and always purchase tickets online to get first dibs on seats and to avoid lines. I will not waste my money on this “convenience” ever again. Theater 12 was a dump. There was trash everywhere, including on our overpriced “reserved” seats. I am talking about used napkins, drinks in the cup holders, popcorn and candy on the seats and floor. Disgusting. Clearly the Tuesday afternoon staff was out to lunch and didn’t touch it after the prior showtime. On top of that, the theater was an ice box and I was even dressed for fall/winter in the middle of summer. Come on Coldwater. Get it together!

This theater has good comfortable reclining seats. The people are nice and I have always enjoyed myself here.

Best seating by far. If you want to be comfortable and enjoy the movie this is the place. The concession stand could run more efficiently I think. Theyre super slow. Come early if you dont want to miss the beginning.

I like the recliner seats. What I dont like is they have you pick your seat. The seating appears to be picked over, then you arrive and theres 3 people in the theater during the entire movie. Seems a flawed seating chart at best.

The concession counter was filthy . Red sticky substance all over. Two used drinks and food were stacked next to cash register. No straws No napkins in the dispenser. Our seats had food and used napkins stuffed in the cup holders. When I told the manager he did not even give me a response just kept standing there with a plastic bag of lids. He never sent anyone around to clean the area after we walked away.

The Lobby floor was dirty and littered with food and popcorn. We sat in a SILENT theater for 10 or more minutes passed start time... when reminded to start the movie there was no sound. So again I had to inform them that there was no sound. They are seriously understaffed and need help quick. Not to mention their manager blatantly ignored me which prompted his employee to do the customer service part of his job.

My wife and I visit here frequently, but recently the staff has been very rude, they double booked our seats so we had to sit down front right against the screen, and there have been kids and teenagers sprinting up and down the isles during the movies. We wouldn’t visit here again, but with the regal unlimited we feel locked in at this point... very disappointing...

Love this place! Love what they play anniversary showings of old films. And those recliners

They have totally revamped the theater. Every chair reclines! Best place to see movies. Very comfortable and no blocked views from people in front of you. Chairs go fast. So get your tickets online and reserve your seats. You pick the location you want. It might cost an extra dollar to go there, but it is totally worth it!

If I could give negative stars I would. The Lobby and concession area was filthy, (please see attached photos). My seat in theater 7 F5 did not work at all, my husbands F6 was broke. We asked for E5 and E6 that were available when ordering and the girl gave us the messed up seats in the F row. an absolutely horrible experience. The pictures were taken at 7pm. There were no straws, no napkins. This is gross!

I loved this movie theater. I am from Chicago and this is nicer than most of the theaters I been to. Fair pricing, and It would be a perfect 5 start from me, but the concession stand was extremely long. I thought I was going to miss the start of the movie. I wanted to order more things as well but I didnt because I wanted to make it to the stay of the movie. They young workers at the counter need a little more guidance and pep in their step.

I love the theater and the seats, but there is always a HUGE line for concession because thats there they have been selling seats/tickets. I have the unlimited pass and it doesnt save me any time by purchasing on my app because I still have to wait in a huge line to get a drink. I wish they would have a separate line for people who have unlimited passes and already purchased tickets like AMC does.

My husband and I have signed up for the Regal unlimited and we couldnt be happier! We watch about 2 movies a week. We used to see 6ish movies a year just because the prices are so high. The unlimited pass is only $18/person a month. Its seriously unlimited...no catch. We watched 3 movies in one day last week! The staff is always so friendly too. I will say weve been less than happy a few times with cleanliness of the theater, but at the price we were paying, its easier to forgive.

This is my favorite movie theater to see a new release. The reclining oversized seats are extremely comfy and almost as good as being at home. Its popular so arrive a few minutes early during the evenings or weekends to have your pick of good seats in the theater.The expanded their food selection so you have plenty to choose from if you crave some popcorn or need to satisfy the munchies. Beer and wine are available if you are over 21. Never had a bad experience with the staff, they are always helpful and friendly. It is also kept clean in the lobby, individual movie theaters, and the bathrooms too. Nice place to take the family to for movie day.

Best theater around, even if a little pricey. Great food, and you cant beat the reclining seats.

Great seats, clean, and nice, but horribly inefficient behind the snack counter. On my most recent visit I arrived 10 minutes before previews were to start. Granted, this was a busy time-slot and several popular movies just came out, but that is normally well enough time. It ended up being 15 minutes before a person from my line left with snacks and a total of about 35 minutes for me to get a popcorn and drink. To be fair, I let a guy and his young daughter go in front so she wouldnt miss the opening of Frozen 2, so 32 minutes. What gets me is that there were 3 employees standing idle at the ticket taker station and two more cleaning in the one hallway... after the manager was alerted to the issue by someone way more upset than me.

Best seats in town! My kids and I love to recline and watch movies. Over priced concessions, but thats everywhere.

Seats are awesome, sound was good, and picture quality good also but the ticket and concession line took a really long time. And this theater was FREEZING cold. Almost torturous. Was really glad to get out of there and into the hot car after the movie.

Very comfortable seating and great atmosphere

Regal cinemas is one of our favorite movie theaters to go to. At this movie theater who do get assigned seats. So make sure to pay attention to that point if you are buying your tickets online. We really enjoy the reclining seats. It adds a little something extra to the movie going experience. The only thing that I wish this theater offered is a refillable popcorn bucket for the attire year. Other movie theaters in the area offered this option where you purchase a reusable popcorn tub and then can use it for the entire year. another plus about this movie theater is how clean they keep it. Every time that we have gone to see a movie the theater is always nice and clean when we arrive.

We like the seats here and always meet our friends at this theatre when we take the kids to movies in Fort Wayne.

Theater was very comfortable and clean. The garbage cans as you go out were overflowing onto the floor and we had a 20 minute wait at the concession stand. There were no napkins ANYWHERE... Maybe it was just due to being there on a sunday evening with a young staff, we will be giving it another visit at some point.

Always fun to come here for a movie. The big comfy and reclining seats are a hit with the kids too.

Great location. Comfortable, staffed with security, ample parking, self serve ticket kiosks, and recliner seats! Our Go-To location in Fort Wayne.

Showed up 20 min prior to showing. There were 6-8 staff members standing around. Kiosk was not being worked. There is one automated kiosk. Staff were swinging brooms around like batons. Trash and popcorn on the floor the whole way to our theater... Got to our theater and it was uncleaned. There were cups and various other trash items in the cup holders and on the seats. You could see oil and smudges on our seats and the ones nearby. Sanitary did not come to mind.

Best movie experience around. The recliners are an awesome touch.

Best theater in the fort Wayne area. They have by far the most comfortable seats (they recline!) and the view is great from pretty much anywhere in the theater. The snacks and drinks are a bit on the expensive side, but youll find that at movie theaters regardless. Highly recommended!

Great theater with amazing leather recliner stadium seating. Theaters are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The rewards program is totally worth it. I like to save up my points for free popcorn. Often there are member only discounts on combo meals, popcorn, and candy.

Very good movie we saw. My sister and I dont get to do things to often. I live in Syracuse, New York and she lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Boo to this place, the theater they put us in was to small of a room and too small of screen, also couldn’t hear half the movie either.. (I’m 28 I can hear fine). For the movie Lion King that was 3D. So with this being said. Not a very good experience. It’s friday. I’m paying you money. Lines for drinks and etc were way too long. It was 3 D too like I should’ve been wowed and totally wasn’t.

Seating, sound, screen all 5 stars. Recliners are the seats. Assigned seating which means no waiting in long lines for the best seating. Offer adult beverages and meal options at concession stand. Staff at concessions was very disorganized. They had plenty of staff for the busy night but did not operate well which led to long wait times.

My wife and I went to Fort Wayne to the Regal Cinemas to watch Bohemian Rhapsody. We got there, the line moved rather quickly to get our tickets. The ticket booth is outside which in cold weather is a little uncomfortable. I didnt really care for that but no biggie, it doesnt really affect my decision on anything. We got inside, we got in line to order popcorn and our drinks. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. The price for the popcorn, pop is like any typical movie theater, a little expensive but thats everywhere its any movie theater so you cant knock off point for Regal when everybody else is the same way. We got into the theater itself and it was huge. Ive never been in a movie theater with seats that recline and had so much room. I was literally in heaven, loved this movie theater, love their seating. I was able to take off my boots and put them beside my seat, recline and enjoy the movie. Thank you Regal Cinemas for a very relaxing evening. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this theater. Thank you.

Movie theater of choice! Great food, allows alcohol, assigned seating, the list goes on. This is one of the more cleanly theatres in town (no gum on your shoe here) and the seats have plenty of leg room, recline, and are comfy as hell. Would be nice if you could raise the arms for some cuddling though.

As far as I am concerned there are no other theaters in Fort Wayne other than Regal coldwater. Best place to see a movie.
