Clean nice place. Nice people work there. Great tosee the theaters open again. Had fun with a five dollar holiday movie

Great masks were worn, all was clean and very few people in each theaters.

My favorite movie theater in Fort Wayne. The AMC app is convenient, ordering tickets, food and drinks ahead of time, would be great, if they cared at all once you get there, for being a premiere member, or honoring the express pickup like AMC advertises they do. Theaters are always nice and clean. Bathrooms can be a hit or miss.

Decent place to bring the kids but better place for date night with my wife!

Had a wonderful time on our mommy&son movie date this morning. I love the selection AMC is offering for the Summer Movie Camp this year! We will be back with the rest of our tribe very soon! Thank you AMC for offering such a wonderful and affordable option to spend some quality time with our kiddos!!

We brought my daughter for her first movie experience. It was a Saturday night, and they only had one person at the box office, and the line was 20+ people long. Luckily, there was a sign that said tickets could be bought at the concession stand, and we got right up to the stand to get our tickets and food. I loved the kids pack. It was perfect for her. It made for a great movie experience. The theaters were clean and the movie was great. Thanks!

It is a decent theater.The movie played without any issues.The theater has been an AMC for a while now but still no assigned seating and the seats are fixed upright seats and I sat at an angle for most of the movie to get better leg room. But tickets were a bit cheaper than theaters that have those options so no huge complaint

Best AMC I have been to since we moved to Indiana. They treat their members right. Be on the AList and you dont have to wait in line with everyone else. This is how it should be everywhere.

I was in theater #10 to see the Star Wars conclusion. It was clean. The popcorn was good and the seats were comfortable even though they werent the recliner type. There were no technical issues evident. The sound was at a good level without hurting the ears but still loud enough so you didnt hear anyone crunching. The picture on the screen was also very clear. Going on the discount ticket day and also a matinee was a money saver.

Im not sure why restroom maintenance is such an issue for theaters. It seems to be at most of the AMC theaters in Ft Wayne. Also the drink station cleanliness can be an issue. It appears that nothing gets cleaned after a Saturday of heavy use. Sunday at opening they under staff because of less traffic, but nothing gets cleaned. Thats the impression I get. Hire out some cleaning, or create your own crews to scrub the place after heavy traffic days. Over all I give 4 stars for the rest of the areas and amenities.

Th is theater always provides quality customer service. The bathrooms and theaters are clean. Picture and sound quality is good.Popcorn is always fresh

An amazing place to hangout with friends

Enjoyed the movie. Never really looked at the theater before but it really was a beautiful theater- large, spacious, clean with very attractive pedestal columns on the sides. The chairs were very comfortable, deep and spacious. The process of purchasing our tickets was quick and efficient. Overall, very pkeasant and inviting experience.

My favorite theater in Fort Wayne. They handle crowds pretty well generally, and the seating is above average. As always the prices on popcorn and drinks is where they will get you but with this (unfortunately) being the norm I still rate this theater 4 stars.

Great offerings of movies. Decent admission prices. Bring a sweater. . . Auditoriums tend to be cool. As usual, concessions way over priced.

Movie was about to start when the fire alarm went off. No staff offered to tell us what to do or what was happening. Everybody left without knowing what to do. Think we can get a refund? Would have been nice if a staff member was at the door when we exited the building letting me know what to do.

The location is nice, lots of space to park and the overall experience of the theater was good;however there was only 1 person running the concession stand. Very odd for a Friday night and such a large theater.

Bathrooms were dirty. Movie was great! Seating and food was good.

Enjoyed the experience until the fire alarm went off. We all had to go outside and stood there for about an hour. Nobody told us what was going on. Eventually, people started going back in. Once again, no announcements. They ended up giving us refunds but still, not a great experience.

Nice, quaint little theater. The chairs are very comfortable. I still prefer Regal and knowing where Im sitting, as well as reclining, but this one is five minutes from home and you can get your own pop and ice. Thats a plus to me. It really is a nice, little treasure.

We went to go see Angel has fallen last night. 10:10 showing. We were the only ones in our theater. When our movie was over we popped our head into It 2.... eww looks so scary looking (wanted to know what all the screaming was coming from). Not one person in there and they were still airing it!! When we went outside, another couple was walking out also and they were also the only ones on their theater! Definitely a good place for couples for a late night movie, just wish the concession wasnt so expensive! Wish they would have played the new Rob Zombie movie that came out about 10 days ago. (We cant find it in Fort Wayne)

Good theater, good prices, wouldve gotten 5 stars but staff was on phones and didnt seem attentive when I was trying to figure out where to get tickets. The gentleman just looked and me and walked away. I found the woman over on the other side selling tickets, but there was no signage saying what ticket booth/ counter was open.

Great place they are not the best but still nice!

We spent well over $100...which I know is expected for a movie theater. However, if Im going to spend that kind of money, I expect some cleanliness! There was trash all over the floors and the bathroom was disgusting. Take some of that money and pay someone to clean things up! I talked to a manager while there...because it was that bad, and all she could say was ok! Really??? How about sorry you had a bad experience at the very least!

Im just not a fan of AMC theaters. I miss this being A Carmike theater. Their popcorn was so much better and made fresh with many flavors to choose from. AMC eliminated ticket sales personnel at the entrance so you now have to wait in the snack line to get a ticket, even if you dont want a snack. Dont get there right before your show or you may get stuck in line behind the family that doesnt decide what snacks they all want until they are at the counter! They do offer wine and beer but, like everything else, it is hugely marked up.

Last couple times Ive gone, they dont have anyone at the front to sell tickets. You have to go to the concessions to buy. Thats good if Im getting popcorn or something. But I just wanted the tickets. Had to wait for people to get their food first. Just inconvenient. Otherwise, the place is always very good.

The line was fairly short to pay for the tickets but it took 15 minutes to be served. Why is there not just a line for tickets? Not everyone wants to pay outrageous princes for concessions. Once in the theater we found trash everywhere. The restrooms were also filthy. Near the end of the movie a teenager in front was clearly taking pictures of the movie (The Lion King). When I went to go tell someone there was a long line to speak to someone so I decided forget it. Considering how much movies cost, I am very disappointed in my service. I hope the management hires more people soon.

Overall not a great experience. Bathrooms were disgusting and after telling someone to clean them it seemed as though they just partially took care of it.

I enjoy movie going, however AMC Plays sound to loud. I have left with a headache. Having talked to co-workers and friends they also said to loud. So I will go back but only for movies I have to see on big screen not just to have something to do.

If your a premier member, you need to avoid this location..They are not Premier Member friendly... They do not have a self help kiosk and I waited in a LONG line just to get my ticket which made me late to the movie.. Then I went to the Premier Member Line for the concession stand and the employees ignored me while they helped about 10 NON Premier members.. and when I complained to another employee, they gave this oh well attitude.. So I will NOT be going back to this location.. you get better service and respect at the Jefferson Point location..

A great experience. A classic place to go in Fort Wayne and commendable staff. If you can make it in to a matinee, they are a great deal and never too full (although becoming increasingly popular). The AMC Stubz program is solid snag too!

I come to the movie theater just to sleep and get away from the wife, it’s so relaxing!

Good it just was along way for me to walk but really enjoyed the movie.

Its a nice theater but what really used to pull me to this one versus Coldwater was the gourmet popcorn kinda miss it.

The movie Last Christmas was great. Popcorn was not as good. Over salted, lots of small pieces and tasted old.

I wish they would answer the phone. Trying to find if there are any movies with Spanish subtitles but I call and no one pick the phone up. Disappointing.

Great local theater. Coke freestyle and discount Tuesdays are main selling points. 3D available. Note IMax is at the other AMC in town near Jefferson Point. No reserved seating. No recliners. Several screens.

Went today to go see Joker. Got to theater at 1:45 for the 2:00 show. Only selling tickets at concession stand. Line was HUGE and very few people helping at concession stand. So I purchased tickets on my phone. Went to look for a kiosk or someone to just scan my digital ticket, was told I had to go through the line to scan my phone, so I was 15 mins late for movie. When I got to theater, there was sound but no video. So I missed about 3 previews before they turned the projector on. Major fail AMC!!

This theater is clean and the staff was friendly. The volume was extra loud, which was kindof a turn off. It was only my family inside of the theater. Plus it was expensive. For 3 of us... It was 75 dollars. We usually go to the one at Jefferson Pointe.

The audio and visual quality is what is keeping this from being a 1 star review. The theater routinely closes its ticket stands, opting to sell tickets from the concession stand instead. This caused me to wait twenty minutes in line just to get my Fandango tickets scanned.Completely unacceptable.

Well we paid $27 for two small drinks and three boxes of candy! I understand why people had brought their own in. I was surprised they served alcohol, but they didn’t have the items needed for most of the special drinks they offered. I don’t believe that $70 for three people to go to the movies is something we will be doing again. I most likely will not return.

At 1:00 pm on a Saturday. Awful experience getting in the door. No ticket kiosks. No staff up front for ticket purchases. Had to buy tickets at the concession stand thus waiting for everyone in front of me to buy not only tickets but their concessions. Get to your movie early at this place or you run the chance of missing it. Theatre are not marked with the movies. Can you say bad management! This theatre must lose money as evidenced by the way it is run. It will continue to be a loser until something changes. Never coming to this place again!

Great place to catch a movie. Not trying to critique but they could really work on keeping the grounds and indoors swept and clean. My movie was on a Saturday at 12:50 p.m. The trashcan outside was completely full and on the flowing over onto the sidewalk. Popcorn and wrappers were all over the carpets once we made it inside.

Racist staff. Me and my fiance came to see a movie the other day and the white girl named Ava deliberately tried to sound black we thought to ourselves she cant be serious... she sounded absolutely ridiculous and at one point called me sis.... next time we go there if she does it again Ill have to tell her Im pretty sure shes never been no where near Pontiac street and any of us who are from the hood are trying to better ourselves to get out of it. It isnt to be mocked or glorified. Tone it down. Ive been trying to get ahold of management for days so Ill write a letter to regional if I have to. That little girl needs to be taught about professionalism.

Womens restroom didnt have paper towels and was dirty before the movie, and my wife said it looked the same after the movie. Probably wont make it back up that way to see a movie anytime soon.

This is a nice, clean theater. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Refreshments are expensive, as they are in any theater these days. The only real improvement would be some of those reclining seats, but other than that, a great place to catch a flick.

I enjoy taking my family to the movies here. This is always our go to theater. They have great deals during their matinee hours and on Tuesdays. Their customer service has always been great!

Always fun going to the movies and the staff is consistently nice each time and are on top of objectives they have. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cleanliness throughout the restrooms and parts of the theater. Overall a great place.

When they advertise a movie to start at 9:40 you would at least expect the previews to start then. But no, not at AMC. We sat through at least 4 or 5 commercials, at least two or three of which were for the same thing (Chevy trucks), a thing about popcorn and coke, an ad about the frequent movie club, an ad about the big popcorn bucket deal and on and on. This was after watching non-stop commercials for the 15 minutes BEFORE 9:40. By the time the movie actually started it was 10:15. COME ON!!! Start the freaking movie already! This theater is the WORST about this and the only time I see a movie here is when it is not showing anywhere else.

They are super expensive, horrible seating, and even my kids didnt like there food. The lady at the counter must of been having a really bad day, because the customer service...just wasnt there at all. Not impressed at all. Regal Cinema is much better.

Seat were great for a larger than normal person! Prices are normal movie prices. Snack and drinks were normal prices for movies. Yep it is definitely a normal cleanish movie theater.

I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and discovered NO TICKET LINE! Instead, those buying tickets had to wait in the same three lines with those buying concessions. My wait was 20 MINUTES. On the plus side, my theatre was spotless and the seats were comfortable.

I go for the AMC movie pass but this theater definitely needs to upgrade. Its clean enough usually but cramped and uncomfortable. Not up to par with other AMC theaters Ive visited across the country.

The actual theater part was fine. It was cozy. But the Lobby felt like the hotel from The Shining.

The movie started 30 minutes past the showtime. Everything else was great.

I came in for a midday showing on a Saturday and was initially impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the place. Theater was empty. At the climax of my showing, though, two cleaners came into the theater, stood by my seat, near the entrance and started talking through the climax of the movie. They were also on their phones. There was absolutely no regard for the viewers and patrons of the theater. When I went to the front counter to ask to speak to the manager to request they remind their associates to not ruin the movie for their guests, the associates at the front desk scrambled to find a manager, haphazardly apologized and said they’d “talk to the cleaners” and didn’t do anything else. To make matters worse, when I called the theater to try to speak to a manager myself again, the phone just kept ringing and ringing until it automatically disconnected.

We had popcorn. There wrre no paper knapkins. My wife went to the restroom, there were no paper towels. At every show these items should be available. The Dolby sound system way too loud for anyone. I understand the desired effect of real presence, hlowever, dont scare the audience of painful over killing effects. Quit letting immature kids running the theatre, let grown_ups supervise.

Was really busy today because of avengers endgame, wait time wasnt bad, but it was kinda dirty. Ive been here a lot over the years. Its your average movie theater. Ive had more good experiences than bad ones. Chairs are average movie theater chairs, armrests are 1 between seats. If you want to see a movie on release weekend Id honestly go somewhere else.

Favorite place to see movies. AMC Stubs membership helps. Place is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love going to the movies here.

Place needs some major cleaning. Could use some sweeping indoors as well as outside. We had an early movie so you could tell nothing was cleaned from the night before. Bathrooms were a disaster and trashcan outside was overflowing. Other than that, great place to catch a movie

It was so hot in the theater. Like miserable hot. A ton of kids working the concession. I had to wait for them to finish conversations bedore they would take my order. While waiting for my popcorn (yes it took 10 mins to get a bag zof premade popcorn) they called me by hey lady and left my popcorn on the counter by a stranger instead of handing it tl me. The drinks only had 4 options that were in services. I would have went to another theater but I had free tixkets to this one.

My grandparents & I went to the movies 15 min before our show that was suppose to start at 2:20. The movie didn’t start until 3:05. We sat there 45 min watching previews before the movie started. Not to mention, a lady went up & told them we were all there and ready to watch the film, and I watched another 20 minutes of previews. Since the movie started so late, my grandparents were really late to their dinner plans. When it says a movie is starting at 2:20, we expect it to START at 2:20.

Popcorn always tastes like its old

Movie was great, theatre was clean, ticket price good BUT $22 for a large popcorn and two large sodas! Omgosh if we go again will definitely eat first!

Some punk pulled the fire alarm and ruined our movie! We kept our stubs so AMC can reimburse us or a different movie ... Dont know the ending of Star Wars.. :(

Went to see John Wick Chapter 3 - 11:00 am showing. Great movie and beat the crowd. Fast service.

My problem is with concessions. Everytime I go to this theater there is a long wait or huge line. We all want to get seated , find our theater etc, yet the staff behind concessions seem to be huddled together with only one taking customer orders. There is no urgency and they act they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, then charge you ridiculous prices. Last night, there were seven customers in line and three kids behind the counter. In the blink of an eye they all disappeared. One came back to the furthest register away from the line, where you cant even see him, and yelled I can take you down here. I asked him where everyone went, he said he didnt know. Zero leadership, managerial presence or accountability for customer service. I think I am done with this place.

The overall cleanliness of the theater has really decreased over the last year or so. The theater smelled like a soggy diaper and both dispensers in the ladies bathroom were out of soap.

Movie was good chairs were great

Very clean and friendly! Workers are knowledgeable and great at what they do! Everyone gets helped in a timely manner even during releases of blockbuster movies. Prices are what youd expect at a movie theater. Dont go hungry unless you are willing to spend 15 to 50 in concessions for 2 to 6 people. Overall a most wonderful experience every time you attend!
