We drive about an hour and a half from a different state to go to this theater. It’s wonderful. The films are terrific. The seats are comfortable. Membership has its benefits… Popcorn. The people who work here are magnificent and kind. If you live nearby you have no excuse. Support cinema center. Stop being stupid.

Have only visited once but could tell this is a special place. The employees clearly see their work as a mission. The facility is very well-kept. Great traditional and healthy snack options. If you find the Cinema Center showing anything youre even remotely interested in, you should go.

I was so excited that a theater nearby was playing The Lighthouse. Unfortunately, throughout the movie the audio kept going in and out, as though the speaker system was having an issue. At first I thought it was an effect in the film, but upon talking to others who had seen it elsewhere I learned that I was the only one who had this experience. Had I known this while I was at the Cinema Center, I would have asked for a refund. I love the idea of a local, arthouse theater - but I’m not sure I’ll be going back if it means continued audio troubles.

The CC is a little more expensive than you might be imagining, but frankly, I think its totally worth it to support a really cool little theater that shows really great indie films.Pretty good snack selection, and my husband loves grabbing a beer to down during the show. Do me a favor and check out what movies are playing now....theres likely one that will pique your interest. Then, hop in your ride and cruise on over to Berry Street. You might just find a new favorite place to see a movie!

A great place to see quiet, thought-provoking films. Only to be disturbed by the ceaseless crinkling of popcorn bags, and open-mouthed popcorn munching. Seriously. Through the ENTIRE MOVIE! There should be a popcorn--free showing or two for those of us who actually want to hear the dialog and can make it for an hour or two hours without eating.

Nice little theater. The drapes around the screen were actually in the way of the projection in a few places (top and right side of screen) but I enjoyed my experience.

Cinema Center and Margaret Reeder made our friend Zoo Cain welcome for the showing of his documentary Peace, Love and Zoo. The reception was wonderful and we all appreciated a chance for him to showcase his art and sell a couple of paintings. Wishing you all continued success in everything! Three of my favorite shows have been shared by Cinema Center. Yo YO Mas Silkwood Ensemble, Ethan Hawkes Introducing Seymore and Another Earth. which was shown several years ago and still remains with us from a first time director.
