Went to get fitted today for a new driver. I was very happy with the help I received from Mitch Z. He never tried to sell me on something I didn’t need. Once we narrowed it down to the Ping G400 he went the extra mile to help me decide between the 9 or 10 degree lofts. Ended up purchasing a 3H to go with it once i decided to trade in my old driver and 3w. Very pleased with his help and will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Mitch!

Went in to buy a driver today, after test hitting them, there wasnt much difference from my current one. Instead of a high pressure sales pitch, Andy was professional and honest..i ended up buying something else.This is the second time employee have done an outstanding helping me with products and services. Mitch jumped through hoops to correct an online deal a few weeks ago

The 4star rating is for the store and staff there. However, I currently have an issue with the corporate office and the handling of things during the pandemic... they are taking the necessary precautions, yes. However, I purchased a Bushnell gps watch about a month ago. Purchased online and picked up curbside Fort Myers store. I got a used product, to begin with. It was a store return. I tried exchanging it, but I was told they werent accepting any returns or doing any exchanges during the covid 19 situation. I totally understand that. I was then told that as soon as stores reopen, I could bring the watch it for exchange or refund. I went there today, I was told they still couldnt accept any items from customers....however they accepted my old golf clubs as a trade in because I was buying new clubs. So, to my understanding, theyll bend the rules to make money but not to do an exchange of a product I shouldnt have gotten to begin with.

I went to try a bunch of different irons and had a great experience. I worked with Max who had a lot of club suggestions for my handicap and swing type. Within half an hour I felt dialed in on a set of callaways with steel x stiff shafts. I felt bad because I wanted to comp shop a little and explore the used market, but Max and golf galaxy did a great job helping me find the right gear. Will look forward to giving them some business in the future.

After spending around $1100 dollars buying my wife new clubs, balls, gloves, head covers and clothing I expected Golf Galaxy to be helpful and desirous of more business. When I called to see if they had a driver with a particular shaft they said they didnt have it and would have to special order the shaft. Their website says the shaft is standard with the Callaway Big Bertha Fusion driver. I said I wanted to compare the driver to my current one and if it proved superior I would buy 2 Fusions. Thats $800 plus tax. They refused to special order the shaft that comes standard with the club. I guess they dont need the money or care about customer service. Is anyone surprised that Dicks Sporting Goods had to buy Golf Galaxy to keep it running? My money from now on will be spent in other golf shops in Fort Myers.

All the employees my wife and I came across were very friendly and helpful. Mitch Spivack did a great job in recommending the right replacement club for a 7 iron that I had lost. I will go back to see Mitch soon when I purchase a new set of clubs. Great customer service!

Typical of big box golf shops. Suggest trying The Golf Guys in Bonita Springs. You wont be disappointed with selection, price and service.
