This is a Ft. Lauderdale hidden gem. I love seeing Foreign Films here. It has been a tradition since Ioved to South Florida in 2010 to see the Oscar Nominated Shorts here. Staff has always been wonderful. Films are $10 for adult non members. They also host several special events each year. It is on my bucket list to attend just one.

I went to watch The Warriors, and I had an excellent time. The place was full but not overcrowded. Its the only theater Ive been to that serves alcohol. The chairs are comfortable, and the retro movies make going here a delight. I highly suggest you go there. A solid 4 stars.

Beautiful old building with comfy seating, a huge old style silver screen! However, if you have accessibility issues get there early enough to sit on the lower levels. The climb up to the higher seats is a steep one.

Great place to see many old school movies. Seeing the movies in the old school style seats and theater reminds me of watching some of the titles when I was a kid. Also they always have a themed type of food and atmosphere, which is always a plus.

Comfortable theater in a historic building that was once a church. The best destination in Florida for foreign and indie films. Frequent pre and post screening film parties are held in the courtyard. Reasonably priced concessions ($4 for popcorn) and the theater has a full liquor license. Dont miss the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival (FLIFF) held for 3 weeks each November which has nightly film parties.

Cool place to see a variety of movies from box office to short films, old and new. Just check the website for showtimes. There is normally a showing here that wont be in major theaters. The chairs a unique and pretty comfy. Also tickets are up to $12.00 for some shows and $2.00 Coca-Cola in a can.

I really want to love this place, it has a lot going for it. I am always so disappointed in their programming though. I would definitely come back if they showed some more genre films, edgy indie films, cult classics, or just fun classics that i would love to see in the theater, but they tend to play strictly low key dramas and docs.

You can not find a better entertainment value in Broward County than Savor Cinema and Cinema Paradiso. The documentaries and foreign films have been very educational. I love coming here and am now into several years of being a member. It is a pleasure to introduce others to this #1 Cultural Gem in Broward County. The Staff work so hard and I tell everyone about this place! Everyone should be extremely grateful to the upper tier members and benefactors, especially Steven Savor.
