Quite clean and well kept. They also sell dinner/snacks which looked quite good. Great place for a date or couples night out.

Theater was good, comfortable seats, clean, good seating arrangement. Sound and movie was acceptable. HOWEVER, too many previews and the popcorn was disgusting. It was like eating salt and the butter was burnt (or something was burnt). The price was comparable to any where else. parking was good, safe and ample. There was a chance to have free movie passes if you donated blood (platelets). The theater was kind of cool for this time of year, bring a sweater or something to keep you warm.

This theatre is pretty great! The theatres arent super new and upgraded but the sound was great and my seat was comfy! It was clean and they seem to take pride in maintaining is state. The theatre size was more intimate and it wasnt too crowded. The cherry on top was the price of the movie. It was $11.50?!? In NYC we pay so much that I dont know if this is normal for Florida but it was a pleasant surprise to save a little on a full price non-matinee showing. That being said, I feel the price for soda and popcorn seemed on the pricier side but they have Cherry Coke (win!) and the popcorn was pretty perfect (yum!) among the rest of the goodies the concession stand offers. Overall, Im in Florida for 3 weeks and I will be back. Oh and loads of parking with nearby restaurants if you want to make it dinner and a movie.I am a Regal Crown member so now the perks are perks on perks!

This theater is really great if you can get past the clearly dated seating, although it should be noted it is a stadium seating situation but still get to you after a while. Fresh concessions, although apparently the staff and managers think it’s ok to turn on the lights during the end titles (not end credits which come after) and come in and start cleaning. Really annoying to say the least and I am pretty sure not theater policy. I like the parking here.

Very good theater. It could get updated as some others are getting an advantage.But parking food and drinks were great. Yes as with most theaters, not a great value price. If popcorn and soda are $15+ but that is industry.Staff were super friendly and customer oriented.

Nice cinema in Fort Lauderdale. The time I went it was completely empty. It has various screens offering quite commercial movies. Nevertheless the temperature outside was alright, the air conditioning was so up that it was absolutely freezing. Guess that, as was watching Frozen, it was quite appropriate. But I did felt very cold.

Had two tickets to use on any movie at a regal theatre. Me and my bf came for a 715 viewing of 1917 on Saturday night. The woman behind the box office was friendly and polite, the theatre wasn’t full -which is always nice, and the seats were ok (not recliners like I had hoped but still not bad). Standard high priced popcorn and snacks - but that’s normal for any theatre. My only real concern was picture and sound quality, feel like it needs some updates.

Regal is always a reliable theater chain. This theater is always busy so it looks a little worn out and although not dirty its not entirely clean either. But this theater offers a number of movie options, the snack bar has a lot of options with good popcorn.

This place is very poor on safety. The Security Guard let a man with a pack inside the moives with a backpack with beer and who knows what else in it. We left before the movie started. They did refund our money for the tickets, but we just didnt feel safe at this Theater.

If you want to check out a latest release, you cant go wrong with this Theater and their helpful staff and great popcorn.

Big and spacious with lots of theaters for you viewing pleasure. Lost my fitbit in the theater that I went to Christmas Eve to watch Jumanji 2, our theater had less than 10 persons inside. There was no one selling food at the cashier station when my daughter went to buy food, this was after we paid and went in and the movie had started. Do not know if this is a thing seeing as though it was my first time there.

Unfortunately my experience at Cypress Creek was an unmitigated disaster. Yesterday I attempted to see the 12:30 showing of Little Woman. Upon entering I encountered an empty ticket counter with a sign directing you to to concession stand to purchase tickets. Unfortunately the lines were extremely LONG!! After waiting 20 minutes I was second in line but I never made it to the counter because the person in front of me was trying to pick up his reserved ticket but the young employee had no idea how to navigate this task and finally the guest gave up. Both of us then went a self help ticket dispenser where again the line was 10 deep. After finally getting my ticket I wanted popcorn but this was impossible unless I wanted to wait an eternity. Finally I entered the screening room after having missed the entire coming attractions and the beginning of the movie. The seat was very uncomfortable ( needs to be totally updated and renovated). The movie print was unacceptably dark. I will have to see movie again at another theater. I thought maybe it was my glasses but person next to me had the same experience. After exiting with a sore back and bottom I tried to speak with the manager but no one seemed to know where he was. Tomorrow I will speak to corporate office and tell them they to fire management of your theater and start with a new team, needless to say I will not be returning to this terrible Zero rated theater!!!

As of May 29, 2020 the Regal remains temporarily closed due to COVID-19 pandemic. Netflix and chill are recommendation, but reading a book is a wise choice.

Cute theater, sheets are a little hard and older. Got a good value on the tickets. Was the first time at this theater. Will probably go back.

This a nice theater, friendly staff and the place is really clean, only reason I wouldnt give it 5 stars is because they dont have recliner seats and they dont offer any adult beverages which would be a preference of mine other than that very happy to come here again

Theatres rarely disappoint. Or excite. Its the movie that dictates the experience. Rocketman was worth the expense.

The theater is outdated. Out of convenience as close as it is is why I went. The seats get uncomfortable after a while

Good service from the people working there and its quiet, so thats awesome. My issues are that the chairs were uncomfortable and you cant lift up the arm rests and that sucks big time if you wanna get comfortable to watch a long movie.

I’ve been coming here since I was 4 in 1998 and still had Funscape, and it’s been my go to theatre ever since. Not as modern as other movie theatres but still good nonetheless.

The $1 summer movies are great but If your more accostumed to plush heated seats & a full bar youll be sorely disappointed. Its a bare bones theater. It does have a cute little arcade so bring cash.

So now tickets are sold by concessions attendants. The line is long and service doesn’t live here anymore. We purchased 2 adult tickets yet given an adult and child to a different movie. If this was an issue when ticket taker gave us a hard time why I had a child’s ticket....This a prime example of what happens to businesses when customers come in as secondary. Good luck !

If you like old style cinema with those old flip seats, perfect no complains, if you wanna chill in those sofa, not for you, good thing is not too cold and just seat and watch a movie, like it supposed too, nice thing they have a security, i doubt he dose anything, but keepa the peice of mind. Well not bad place, pop corn is fair and no reflies on your soda, at least it has arcade games.

This place is filthy. The seats dont recline and also when I went in it was late in the evening and they had shut down the butter machine so the kid at the counter used a hand held spray bottle filled with butter to butter my popcorn. On top of the fact that the popcorn was almost completely dry after on top of the fact that it has got to be a health code violation.

Very cramped old fashioned stadium seating; no recliners or reserved seating....very dated. Wont return....apparently others agree...Opening night of 1917 and theater was mostly empty.

Worst movie theater experience by far, movie was scheduled to start at 10:25 it didnt start until 11:00, popcorn was stale worst than bad service by the employees and the movie lost sound at its most interesting point. Couldnt find anyone to fix audio and rewind the move. Ended up leaving without being able to watch full movie.

Staff are really nice and helpful, place is clean and i enjoy the movie in a quiet and peaceful environment.

I went last week with my kids to watch Shazam. Great and funny movie by the way. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The actually theater room was dirty; popcorn and cups were all over the floor. Im pretty sure it was a slight oversight because Ive been going there for years, and its always clean. Overall great experience.

Has more than 10 theatres. Very clean, mega parking just to start. Rest rooms very clean, all access is available. Staff is always around, and knowledgeable.

Today my husband had jump to the defense of one the worker. She had to go use the restroom. When she returned the guy (worker) at the box told her to not do that again. The young lady looked upset. So my husband told the guy that its against to law to tell anybody to not use the restroom. That was very rude, unprofessional, and embarrassing to do that in front of customers. I would NEVER tell anybody not the use the restroom. Management should be ashamed of themselves to prohibit their employee from using the restroom at any given time.. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!

A movie house is what it is. Comfy seats and yummy popcorn but service is sleepy. Arrive early if you want to snack and make the movie.

Theater was disgusting when we walked in to watch Godzilla... they had not cleaned up after the last showing. Floor was sticky. Seats were dirty. There was sunflower seeds stuck on a chair. Terrible!! Bathrooms were gross. Big time downer because I love the movies.

I came here for years but I havent been at this location in over a year because of the seats. They are too old fashioned and Ive gotten used to reclining seats at other theatres. If they upgrade the seats at this theatre to recliners, I will surely return. Food is always good though.

I had an overall pleasant experience. I came at 10 o clock to watch the new Aladdin movie and the movie room had only a fee other people. It was great since allowed enough space for my sister and I to watch the movie.The room was also clean and comfortable. But the worst part is the price of the food. The tickets cost 24 dollars, but the food costed 28 dollars. A small drink is 5 bucks and a small popcorn is 6. Though i do have to admit the drink was very fulling and bigger than most cup sizes.Well defintely go again soon

I used to love this place but it has really become a dump. It’s musty and damp in the air conditioner barely works. They don’t even have any movie billboards or advertising inside so it makes it look like they are going out of business.Also, I showed up there for a 7 o’clock movie and the ticket counter guy said that the Internet time was wrong and that they didn’t have a show at that time. I almost left, but I asked the manager and he said that the guy was new and didn’t know what he was doing.

This movie theater has a lot of thriller movies they dont always have the showing of movies online so you have to go and ask but its awesome I went today for a birthday party and watched, The Meg oh how amazing that movie was. The seats could be more comfortable but you wont stay in your seats for long if you watch The Meg youll jump out your seats. Its that good to me and my whole group. Recommended, great movie theater. There is also restaurants and stores there great place.

I went to see a Current Wars The Directors Cut @ 10:05 pm today. Pre-bought my ticket and all. I went in, sat through the previews and about 25 minutes into the movie, my movie just stopped playing. They cut off my movie. I had to leave the theater bcuz my movie ended basically when it started. For what reason they cut it off i dont know but they shouldnt be turning off any movies of there is someone watching them.

Good theater but not fancy like the newer ones

This is a decent theatre but the seats are really uncomfortable, especially if youre of a bigger stature. With rigid hand rests, worn, and sometimes ripped, seats, this theatre leaves a lot to be desired. The empty theatre for a major new release is kind of a sign. I came here to check out a new theatre and also because the other ones were all sold out.Concessions were the usual regal fare and nothing to note about. The people working at the concession stand are noteworthy for being very helpful and accommodating. An extra star just for them.This is basically a theater with a new name, projector, and skin but still stuck in the a previous decade as far as customer seating and comfort is considered.

The place is usually clean,not last weekend though. I have been coming here for years,only because it was so close to home. I definitely WILL NOT be back this time.... By the way, are you ever going to update your seating?? This movie stadium is the only one around without the reclining seats,which are MUCH more comfortable. You have been going down hill for a few years now,its very disappointing...... Now that I have read a lot of reviews, its pretty clear you really just dont care what your patrons are thinking and NO DESIRE to address any issues... You wont be in business much longer,this place should be leveled and rebuilt.

There was a young man yelling at me to order when I was reading their board to determine what my son and I wanted to eat..the food was hot...the containers need to be upgraded to something else..no six year old should get burnt from hot food..

We went to see Lion King and we actually watched it in 3D. Kids love it.

The staff is always nice and Ive never had a bad experience but my first impression of the place when I saw the ticket and snack pricea compared to the auditoriums is that its too expensive. Ive been to theaters with similar prices and they offer recliner seats. My suspicions were confirmed when I visited a different Regal 25 minutes away from this one, and they charge the same but have recliner seats. Thats why Im not rating this place any higher. Its nice but for the same price and higher quality I gotta drive much farther from home when this one is not even ten minutes away.

Food waits are long at night.. on the Last visit I saw a huge (not small or medium) cockroach....in the dark. I thought it was my eyes playing tricks but my husband saw it too. It was huge. We left the theater early.

Convenient location. Large selection of movies. The nicest staff! Helped out when I brought between 75-85 campers every Wednesday, during the summer! Manager is wonderful!Great selection of snacks.

This movie theater is clean, sparkling, and modern, with a wide variety of current flicks to choose from. What more can be said? An all around excellent moviegoing experience.

I personally like here because there is not that much traffic when your inside. Ive been to different movie theaters that were very crowded and the bathrooms are just disgusting. Here is pretty clean and the staff is not rude or anything. Just a nice cozy movie theater when you just want to go in and come out without feeling crowded.

Food was tasty. I would suggest and lighter or softer bun for my cheeseburger but besides that. front desk service was good movie theater had space and wasnt noisy. Movies: the equalizer and mission impossible 6. Both superb action and killer bad guy death scenes.

Great theatre that will often hold on to movies longer than other theatres in Broward. If you missed the Oscar nominates film, it might still be playing here! Eat at the diner at the other ens of the plaza for a great date or afternoon with friends!

If you buy your tickets online expect to pay for them again. Their retrieval system is not connected and will not pull up your ticket purchase, the manager will not help you. The theaters are not cleaned between viewings, it us NASTY! If I hadnt paid double I would have left. Regal needs to understand that there are too many substitutions in this industry, ones that serve actual food, drinks, and keep their facilities clean. I will never come here again, and if it does not change, will expect to see it close within the year.

Clean theater & friendly staff, however the seats are not super comfortable. They do not recline, are not adjustable, and there was very little leg room. Also, it was quite warm when we went inside to watch the movie, dont know what was up with the a/c today. On the plus, the movie was great!

Good screen, great sound, comfy seats, clean bathrooms. All in all a great theater.

Good theater, no signed seats, no reclining seats, but the seats are comfortable and you get good view from most of them. One good thing, it is not freezing like most.

Very clean and odor free. Regular seat theaters need some upgrading on the seats. Rows are a little closer so theres less legroom than more modern seating configurations.But food and drinks are quality and well served, staff well trained, and movie selections are timely, with often times more time slots than the AMCs nearby. So, still a place for thus centrally located multi-plex.

Very good i have not been here in many years brings back memories and its still a good theater.

They have stadium seating with chairs that do not rock. The ticket kiosk was broken in the lobby during our visit. We had to wait in line for 15 minutes to buy tickets from the one clerk working the box office. For the same price, I can go to a theater with recliners.There is plenty of parking in the attached lot. The staff was friendly. The theater was clean. The sound was good.

I have been going to regal for past 4yrs. i have no issues. always clean inside the theatre seats. My number 1 place to go see a movie.

We go all the time, convenient location for our family, tickets can be bought in advance with or without the membership. Regals membership is pretty great though and the theatre has been clean every time we have gone.

Went back a few weeks later to see malecifant. Told that showing was not working all that drive for nothing. Yuk

Super super old, so dated and the chairs are so close together that I felt like I was on Spirit Airlines. I bought a popcorn & a water and it was like $15 mind you it was a small. We went during the day time to see a quick movie and should have driven to the broward theater because its just so old

This place had a long line which was close to the door for people to enter which gets in the way. Seats are basic and crammed. Overall this place is casual.

ZERO STAR!I took an out of town visitor to this theatre to see Bohemian Rhapsody yesterday and was so disappointed when the film stopped and the screen went black in the middle of one of the musical numbers, not once but twice! A few patrons went to the office to tell them of the dilemma and after it happened a second time word came back from one of these patrons that they were working on the issue and management was apologetic and giving us free movie passes for the inconvenience. After the show we went to the office, observed a male employee give one couple a pair of tickets and when we showed him our tickets to the same show and asked for our free passes, he went into the office and locked the door. After a brief time a female employee came out of the office and said because we saw the entire movie we were not entitled to passes, she turned around went back into the office and locked the door!I have never experienced a movie just stop and a screen go black at any theatre, then to be so rudely dismissed by management after being promised compensation. I was shocked and upset, and took some comfort at giving them the finger at there two way mirror upon leaving, lol! What are these managers thinking? Something so inexpensive for the theatre to do to maintain a good relationship with their customers and community and probably bring additional revenue was not to happen, a backside and locked door was their answer.Well this is one more answer to my question as to why the news is so horrific in our time!

Theater was reasonably comfortable but sound from other louder films could be heard and ruined some intimate moments.

My Fiancé and I went to a late movie and there was only us and another couple in the theater. About half way in the other couple left behind us and my fiancé had a large thing fly at him from the seat in front of him and hit his leg and crawl on to the seat. There was no one but us in the theater. When he looked, he saw the largest cockroach! After that I can say we won’t be going back. The people working were nice but the seats were not comfortable at all and I don’t like the thought of a cockroach crawling on me in a dark room.

They ripped me off by charging me over $5 dollars for a bottle of water which is why i give them 2 stars.
