Park manager wont give me my deposit back. Never moved in the trailer because they never fixed it as promised. Do NOT move into these trailers its a scam

Weird really weird

I used to live there back in mid-1999 but it was also a dump

They are under new ownership and theyve come a long way and I think that they can really help this community when their homes become safer and better place to live

The new owner is the same person that owned kirkwood and shady acres which should say alot about how much worse the park will get.They Broke into my Dads trailer when he was out. Of town ransacked it ans when he returned some of his items was in the office including is parakeet.we was told they thought it was abandoned a trailer full of furniture pictures etc..my parents has owned the trailer for over 10 years..

I run Dukes in front of this nasty dirty run down trail park. Today Saturday Jan. 13 2018. A VERY DRUNK maintenance guy came in to my store to complain about plowing dirt in an area that WE take care of EVERY summer. Admitted that they do not mow that area purposely to keep the trash from there trash parking lot. The alcohol from his breath could be smelled from 4 away. My point to this is, this guy had no right to come into my store DRUNK complaining about something that he does not take care of. Especially completely WASTED DRUNK. I will be contacting the DM!!!!!!!!!!!

Elms trailer park is a junkie place they dont take care of there places
