Beach is clean and plenty of parking. Water is beautiful.

I have not lived in this community although it looks beautiful and well kept. I have applied recently for a maintenance position and I hope to hear back seems like a really great opportunity.

I stopped in to visit a friend as I lived there for 15 years have lots of memories there. Still have friends there. Glad to see it is being kept up.

Love the community feel and the extra wide streets. Quiet place to reside.

I’ve live in the Villa for almost 4 years. I’ve had a few maintenance issues and never did I have to worry about them not coming to make repairs. This park has improved with new homes in the last couple years. I would recommend Torrey Hill or the Villa. I simply enjoy the privacy of a modular over an apartment.

Have been to 2 events atTorrey Hills Clubhouse. Very nice place for intimate parties. Parking is convenient.

Park owners dont keep up with maintainance that well. Nice quiet place trailer park. Decent stay. They also very hard to get a hold of by residents- it seems like someone is not in the office.

Have lived in the community for the past month. Very quite and peaceful. Kind neighbors. Well maintained.

Ive lived here for 10 months now and I absolutely love it! The staff at torrey hills are amazing. They are understanding and polite. Even when youve accidentally done something wrong, they will approach you in the kindest manner to get it correct.Honestly. 10/10 reccomend to live here!

Never got a follow through...guess we werent their kind of business. After numerous messages I gave up...lucky for us we found a great place that didnt mind our type of business....its a shame paying your lease in full wouldnt be enough down to show we werent some people just getting over our heads. Your loss...wont be recommending this location to any of my friends...theyre probably not your kind of people anyway.

Update. Its not as bad as it seems.The community is peaceful. Management is great at planning events for the community. They are also very understanding. Theyre doing a good job at revamping the whole park, constantly bringing in new trailers. Just keep your bills paid and youll have zero issues. They are mindful of the public image they hold and I respect that. Its not easy creating a nice community this close to Flint. I will continue to update my review on google as the park progresses.Still over priced for what you get.

Love living here! Great place for families, quiet and peaceful! The office manager Les is fantastic! I called for a maintenance issue and they were here in 15 min and within 40 min the problem was fixed!

The park is well kept, there is a club house and a pool.

Office staff are courteous and as helpful as they can be, maintenance staff changes are a regular occurance. I have lived here for almost three years, got a cpl of busy body neighbors that have to be in your biz... but other that, its kinda peaceful.

We make over $2300 in monthly income and had plenty of proof along with a good rental back ground and we still didn’t get approved for a trailer that was only $700/month.

Theyre not very good at getting back with you on things. Ive been on a waiting list since early Spring. Still not sure if I want to do business with this community. It took my payroll company a little longer than expected on August 7 , 2018 to get my check stubs to run things through financing. Instead of getting back with me to see what the hold up was with the check stubs, they rented the unit I wanted to someone else. Very unprofessional way to run a business. Maybe a call to the BBB is in order. My bottom line its all they care about is making their money and not what the paying customer wants. It seems like the people that run this place are on a Power Trip

Not a very good place to live. There have been 5 managers in 4 years and every manager has a different idea on how things should be done. All leases are different. So read yours carefully. Forget about any discrepencies because the blame will be yours for not having the latest information. Rules are followed willy nilly. I pay 40 bucks a month to store my boat because they wont let you put it on an empty lot. Drive through the park and count how many cars have been sitting in a driveway because they dont run. They sit there for months. Management lets the park look trashy by the cars that sit around but then send you a letter stating we will send you a violation notice if you dont keep up your yard. Unbelievable! Drive on by people.

Like Continental North ( in Davison.., ) this Manufactured Home Park also looks like a VERY clean, nice and quiet place to live ! I spoke to one of the Residents, and they said its just like I described !

They own the park The villa down by Comcast that park is so bad they never plow the roads and the maintenance guys go home and act like they are working. I think its funny they do that because this company is a joke. If your looking for a place to live DO NOT PICK HERE!!!!

About a year ago my partner and I were thinking about moving out of the rental home that we were living in in Clio. We ended up here at Villa one day where Brenda and Erin showed us this beautiful brand new 2017 mobile home. We decided that we would make the leap and pay double our rent that we were currently paying to live in a nice welcoming community. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES! These people do NOT care about you or your neighbors. The ONLY thing they care about is getting their monthly rent money. Paying our bills is absolutely NO problem, our bills are ALWAYS on time if not early. I have called and complained about our neighbors whos kids trash my yard and throw bricks in front of our home and every time I call Brenda who is the park manager she tells me she is taking care of it. Here we are all this time later and still have the same issues with the neighbors still doing the same things that we started complaining about a year ago. Not only do we have problems with these neighbors but we are buying a brand new home which I figured there would be no problems with for atleast a couple years right. That is not the case. From the time we moved in here we have had issues with different things in the home. One day I walked into the spare bathroom and cut my foot on a screw protruding from the floor in the walkway. I called and spoke with Brenda right away and she apologized saying she would send someone to fix the issue right away. Happy with the fact that they were going to fix the issue I get off the phone. This man shows up to my door walks in tracking mud through my brand new home and starts hammering the screws through the floor leaving the enterence to my bathroom looking terrible (ripples and dented in flooring). We are a TLL which is where you are purchasing your home. One of our biggest concerns was whether or not we would be able to have a covered fire pit since that is something we regularly enjoy doing. We were told that as long as it was covered and we put it away after use every time that it would be NO problem at all. Well today (almost a year after move in) we were told we were in violation for having this expensive fire pit and that it is clearly stated in the rules that were not allowed to have it. I am VERY disappointed and will be moving once again AS SOON as this 3 year commitment is up. Plllllleeeaaase people read everything! Dont take what the park manager tells you to be the whole truth because at the end of the day they are trying to sell homes and will say what they need to in order to do so.

Their regional manager is rude and will not help anyone with rent troubles or let you pay what you can one week and pay the rest the next. I will not be telling anyone to move here.
