GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!! The new management company has lied and made the community a worse place. Old residents who had been living here have been cheated and lied to about anything to do with their company (My Place Communities). They promised repair work on rentals that could, and has taken years , we had that experience while there. Most owners are afraid of what will be done with the lot rent with rapid increases in prices, possibly forcing them to move. This new management has ruined a decent community. We personally were told we would be getting a trailer at the same price we were paying, then they raised the price after waiting nearly half a year and they tell us they are raising the price for over $100 more and making the lease a minimum of 10 years!! Come to find out, My Place Heritage Estates has since sold our former unit to an unsuspecting tenant (not rented, sold) without any actual repairs, just mock-ups. The trailer (#39) was going to be condemned after major leaking that was unable to be repaired and sinking foundation and should not have been legally sold. Other trailers such as (40?42?) had visible holes in the floors, as in the entire floor was sinking, holes big enough for you to stick your leg through! this company a fraud that will lie to your face after shaking hands on a deal since there are no records. Words mean nothing to them. Before this management it was a small park mostly ran by a nice lady named Judy, who did a great job running the place, yet the instant it was sold the changes were noticeable.

Owners are fascists.

The community in the park is friendly. The manager Judy is very nice and caring. I wouldLike to see more like her. She is awesome.

Five stars to the owner! Judy goes above and beyond to make things work around here. Its been my understanding this was not the best place at one time Judy works extremely hard at making it look and feel good. She has cleaned out the bad tenants. My neighbors are quiet and seem to be respectful. However the maintenance man is very condescending, rude and disrespectful. There is a new GM who seems to be very knowledgeable, also theres Rob another maintenance man who works very hard, it appears to me he will do every thing that is asked of him. A nice place to live!

Im happy that the office manager was willing to work with us to make us happy. Unfortunately living here did not work out, and she helped to let us leave the park. One of the maintenence men here is extremely rude, and lied and slandered my name all because I wanted them to quiet down at 9:30 am when I had a sick child. 3 stars because of all of the inconvenience.
