You want beautiful woods and nature walk, this is the place. I literally had a deer right beside me while walking the wooded trail. Tried to get my camera out and she ran. Beautiful woods, a pretty pond, can walk not in the woods but around on asphalt road, loads of nature to see, and all in the most unusual place for this nice little park.

Beautiful walk along the creek, and adjacent to the new Nickel Plate trail.

The trails are amazing and long enough for a decent workout! There is even a hidden lake right in the middle! If you follow the paths in the woods, it is a little over 1 mile (if you do the whole thing). Loved it!

I was the first person here this morning. Until the awesome volunteer group showed up to pick up trash. (I should have got the beautiful blonde womans # if I did this would have been a 5 star review!) I came to fish a little and check it out and had a great time caught a couple fish seen some wildlife. I seen a red tail hawk and a whitetail deer I could not get a picture of the deer unfortunately

This park has 2 different trails and is about 2 miles long. A woodsy trail with a pond or a wide asphalt trail with a creek next to it. Love it.

Nice area, shallow creek running along the path. Seems well kept, not a lot of litter around. We saw some crayfish and some blue gill. The bigger pond area was nice, with a few little bank areas and a small dock for fishing. Needs some invasive plant removal as all places do! Really enjoyed my time here.

First time fishing here. We caught (and released) two nice largemouth bass. Its pretty, quiet, and feels like youre in the woods. Will definitely be back!

A simple nature area with a paved walking path and a natural one along side. Benches and picnic tables are dotted throughout. There is a small lake (or large pond) with an observation deck. Its not what one would call beautiful, but its peaceful and quite.

Perfect place for biking and walking. You can road bike and also use your mountain bike for some off trail fun.

This was a lovely little place to explore nature. The walk isnt too long and its a really scenic little area. My kids abaolutey loved it!

Feels comfortable like home. Great drinks, wonderful wine and beer lists. Ahi tuna salad is fantastic! Love the Happy Hour, lots of good food on the menu. The service is good, the manager is always there and checks with the diners, works with the staff too. Great place to meet family and friends.

Very nice about 1.5 miles working trail. There are not many people and people walking their dogs.

Its a nice quiet place to take a walk, or take a pole and spend some time fishing. Theres some decent fish throughout. Great retreat from the busy world that surrounds it.

One of my favorite nature spots in Fishers. Soooo beautiful and peaceful.

Cheney Creek is an unexpected getaway in the city. The main trail is paved and plenty long for walking, running or biking. There are several unpaved trails as well. The fiahing pond is a bit full at this time, so the access to the fishjng dock is a bit flooded. The pond has plenty of fish and some snappers. Overall, this is a good place to get away from it all while still being close to home.

Nice place to enjoy the sun and take a good hike with my dog. Even though it was a bit wet and muddy, there was a nice asphalt path would could travel throughout the nature area.
