Went for first time. Everyone pleasant, lobby clean and bright. They advertise they have have beverages- they do but VERY limited.We chose race car game. Pro- Had a blast. There were puzzles upon the puzzles and that was the beginner room. Con -The garage part of room was kinda dark.I would recommend calling ahead and asking for advice on which room would be best for your group. Tell them ages and group size.

Our family has been here twice and both times we loved it! The race car one room was our first escape room ever. It was fun and youll especially enjoy it if youre into cars. When we came back, we did the Castle room and it was so amazing! We had a ton of fun and our brains got a workout too. The people running the rooms were fun and helpful both times. We will return to try other rooms!

We loved this type of entertainment is really fun, for the whole family; it doesnt matter if we got out or dont what matters is the fun we always had trying to solve the riddled, puzzles, clues is definitely fun that I dont care to waste my money in this I like it and I think is worked it. The rooms are very awesome and I already want to do another.I feel like Im in a suspense movie

We did the 1776 room and LOVED it! My husband and I have done a lot of rooms but this was definitely the first time we’ve done this theme! Amy and Sam were our game masters and they did a great job- they welcomed us and were attentive to our game. The staff as a whole did a great job keeping the environment sanitary. They sanitize every room between uses and had us wash our hands before going in. They wore masks and made sure we had space to social distance. Thank you for being open! We appreciated something fun to do in a CLEAN and SAFE way during this challenging time. Highly recommend!

I honestly did not know what to expect as a first timer, especially with a party of 6 (3 teens and a 7 year old). They explained everything and gave us options regarding which rooms would fit our party. Our guide Adam was AMAZING!!! He set tone for our experience as we were all eager to get started. Adam has a Great sense of humor, was knowledgeable about our 1hour escape journey and bonded well with the kids, which actually made the experience more enjoyable! Whenever we needed assistance (use hints) Adam was there with sense of humor. We will definitely return in hopes of getting Adam again. But it seems as if ALL of the staff are very personable, respectful individuals. I encourage everyone to try this place at least once. It won’t disappoint!

One of the best Escape Rooms Ive been to, really clever games with multiple rooms. Magic Mattie did a good job of guiding us through it.

Secret Agent Maggie was great! We didnt make it out on the hardest level but such a fun time. Will definitely be coming back.

A fun and interactive activity. The Titanic room was cool! Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Its nice to have a parking garage and the place is easy to find. Our tour guide, Mason, was cool and helpful! I would definitely recommend this for families and groups, big or small. Great time!

We played A Night at the Castle and it was awesome. My group escaped with just a little over a minute left and the way out was a bit of a mad dash. The room has great puzzles but there is a physical aspect that can be a little rough. Our game masters were Sam and Hannah and they were awesome, big shout outs to them for the clues and entertainment before starting.

This place is awesome and very clean! Olivia was a great tour guide and very friendly!

We value everyone, and treat everyone well, we do believe that our staff also deserves to be treated well. Please go elsewhere in the future.“- The very best answer to the awful experience we had there. The contradiction of having “over board to serve customers” in the very first line to the last line “Please go somewhere else”.So some very crucial points that need to be highlighted.1. Not everyone knows about the policies of private room. We went there physically to book the tickets. IT IS THE JOB OF THE STAFF TO LET US KNOW ABOUT EACH POLICIES or they are just there to take the card and swipe it. We were there for the first time and we did not know all the policies. While signing the waiver, the policies should have been discussed clearly. Or is it too much to ask from a paid service?2. WHO EXACTLY TOLD YOU SIR/MA’AM THAT WE BEHAVED BADLY WITH YOUR STAFFS? Are you implying that we are hooligans who did not know know how to behave? Or your institution do not understand customer service?3. Which other customers are you talking about? We were very clear that we had no issues with the other people present in the room. They were doing what was expected in the room. But as we were complete strangers of different age groups communication of getting clues etc were a mess. We communicated our dissatisfaction to the manager present there politely.So do not defend yourself with contradictory explanations. You are a service provider where people pay to get the experience. Each and every policies MUST BE discussed with each and every customer present there and especially when they say they are new to the service- a basic of running a customer service place. Do not accuse customers of disrespecting your staff without any ground.

Really love doing escape room. This time we did a really hard one, didnt feel like there was enough time to since all the puzzles and proceed to the next level. Unfortunately another group got added to our group to full the room to max capacity.. Which was too many people. There were people standing around unable to participate and it was too crowded. Otherwise the rooms are unique and challenges are different. I highly recommend it. Especially with people you know.

Did 1776 and got out with 45 seconds to spare . Kathleen waswwas very nice and very helpful. They kept groups sperated, cleaned rooms between parties and made everyone wash their hands when we entered.

My first experience with an escape room and I would definitely do it again! I had a few questions prior to our visit and my calls were answered enthusiastically by Matt, which made me feel very good about our decision to try The Escape Room Fishers. Our host four our adventure was Chloe and she was very fun and helpful to our group. While we did not successfully get out alive...we had a blast!

I had such a good experience here! I am on the younger side of the age scale, however it was still very well suited to my tastes. Our guide, Matt H. was so fun and didn’t mind when we asked what afterwards were clearly silly and obvious questions. He really brought our experience to life. 10/10 would recommend! I went in the Titanic room and was so impressed with the history and challenging mental games. Even though I didn’t make it out in time, me and my group had a lot of fun. A great experience for friends, family or even coworkers!!

We had lots of fun here doing the car race with our company Christmas party. The hosts were great. The fire alarm went off and we had to be evacuated from the building. They were super accommodating of getting us back in and moving with the delay. They even gave us free drinks for the trouble, even though they had nothing to do with the alarm. It was much appreciated.

Went here for my first escape room at a work event and it was so much fun! This is the nicest and most detail oriented escape room I have been to. I look forward to going back with some friends.

This was such fun! We did the Titanic room. Working all together, we got out in 44 minutes. Now were hooked! If you can take a group of 6-8 people, you will have the room to yourselves. Otherwise, they put small groups of strangers together. Jellyfish Josh was our captain and kept us informed of our progress. You are monitored at all times. This is great fun for all.

We played 1776. It was awesome. The history of the room was fun. Plus Mr. Squeakers is the best companion. Alex made our game so much fun.

It was a lot of fun. Super friendly and helpful. The drinks were tasty. The bathrooms clean. I recommend going with a full group though so you have more brains to work on the puzzles. :)

Stopped by here today for the first time and had an amazing experience. Adam and Amy were our room guides and were top notch.I’m planning on coming back again to try some of the other rooms. We did the Revolutionary war room and man, it was fun.

Loved going through Titanic escape

One of the best escape rooms Ive been to. Staff is awesome there. And the puzzle were hard but not so hard that we couldnt figure them out

I brought a group of 13 year olds in for my sons birthday party. We did the A Night at the Castle room and Adam was our guide. He was awesome! He handled the kiddos really well, super welcoming and made it really fun! All the kids cant wait to go back. Thank you for a great time!

Our host Hanna did a great job! The room 1776 room was challenging but not to the point it was disheartening. Would definitely go back!

My friend and I completed a castle themed room and it was really awesome. A big part of he experience was our room master, Hannah, who was funny, whip-smart, super professional and very upbeat. The room itself wasnt the most difficult (full disclosure: Ive only done two rooms, ever), but it was hard enough that I would recommend a group of three or more. My friend and I were able to join a group of teens girls celebrating a birthday, so that made it a lot easier.But I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a challenging Escape Room.

Been to a few escape rooms. This was not the best puzzle experience but it was an excellent overall experience. I loved the entrance to the escape room, loved the theme of the room (we did the WWII room), and a lot of the puzzles. The only puzzle in the room I tried I really despised was the morse code puzzle (when you see it, you will know what I mean). Otherwise, I liked a lot of the detail in their room and in their lobby. The only other issue was the lack of lockers that some escape rooms have. But really, they do escape rooms well. A good time to be had by your family, friends, work event, church group, club, etc.

Adam was a fantastic host and made it a real experience and even was in character giving more to the experience!

We finally escaped from a room! My boyfriend and I did the Titanic room. It was tons of fun and our room host/hint guy, Adam was great! Super personable and fun. You can tell he loves his job. Thanks for a great experience.

It was a TON of fun. Going back for my second time i thought it was going to be pretty similar to my first experience but i could not have been more off! Every room is completely different, with very unique sets of clues. Dont think just because you solve one room that the rest will be a piece of cake. Our guide was Connor (aka Count Conner), and he was awesome at setting the scene for us and providing helpful hints without giving away too much information. Overall great time!

Great family fun! Highly recommend! Our family did escape the 1776 room and we laughed all the way home telling stories of our 60 minute journey! We are all ready to go back and do it again!! Thanks Miriam for your hints!!

This was such an amazing experience! From the beginning you are immersed into the escape room mindset with fun puzzles and merchandise in the lobby, as well as a beautiful patio area where you can hang out before and after. All of the staff were engaging and friendly, enough was so nice. Our chiefs, Carly and David, were helpful and fun as facilitators, the best experience with facilitators Ive had at any escape room. This is the third escape room place Ive been to and this was by far the best overall experience and best facility. Highly recommend this place for a good time and a challenging mystery.

Did a race room with Jonathan as an advisor. He was super funny and helped the experience be fully immersive. Definitely would love to go back and try a different room, but loved the casual competitive aspect of the race room.

1st time doing anything like this and if it werent for employees like Aubrey I am pretty certain that we wouldnt have had a good time at all. Love this place cant wait until were back in the area in April to do a different room!

Marrian helped my family and I out as we completed The Race. It was a beginner breakout room, but featured a difficult puzzle in the first room. It included a three room experience that kept us on our toes as we battled the clock. It was a great way for us to bond as a family, and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be going back, next time for an intermediate course. (:

It was cool but I wish they would just let a group of 4 do it so we didnt get stuck with some weirdos. Worth doing if you can just have your group.

Always great staff at this location. Friendly and patient. Be sure to reserve far in advance or you may be disappointed at the availability. Also if you want to do some boozing while you escape, be sure to plan ahead and book a room that allows alcohol. Some rooms dont allow booze if there are ladders or stairs.

Had fun at my first Escape Room experience with a group. We went on a Sunday night starting around 7:15 and it was not very crowded in the lobby. We did the 1776 room. Our host Ethan was very personable. We spent some time on their nice patio after we got out.

I am blown away by the adventure we just went on!!! My wife and I set sail with Captain Aubrey to find the jewels before the Titanic sank. This experience was awesome for my birthday!! A memory I will never forget. We tried to keep as many clues as possible, however when we needed them, Captain Aubrey was crazy helpful and a lot of fun to work with. We barely made it out with 18 seconds left to spare!!!!!! The puzzles were challenging and rewarding. We are still buzzing off the adreline rush. Horrible experience, poor management. They just ruined my day.We were group of four, their staff told us that room is for five person and finally they put another group of four with us. After the whole event they said it was a room of 10. Honestly that room was not that big to fit 10 people. Mostly I find if any management does any mistake they mostly compensate in some way but they did not. Now I am surprised to see the owner’s reply below “ go elsewhere ” this reply just made my point strong.

The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because we were there for a surprise birthday party for my husband, and the front desk guy blew it. Oh, hi! You must be the rest of the surprise birthday party! No, this is the guest we were trying to surprise.. thanks though.We hadnt done an Escape room before, so we were nervous... Luckily enough, we had a pretty fun guide, and a great group of friends to laugh our way through the room, and win!Highly recommend going here, the staff is hilarious and have an unmeasurable amount of fun facts and trivia of everything.The facility was clean, easy going, and a happy place to be. I didnt love paying $30 a head for the room, but the fun was worth it.

It was a lot of fun! Johnathan did a great job as our guide. Cant wait to try a harder room! The castle room was great, good puzzles, but some could be solved without getting all of the prerequisites. The ladders were really fun. Never had ladders in an escape room.

Parking was so easy and close. The staff was so nice! Very cool rooms. John or Jonathan was awesome! He was funny, friendly, and made it so fun for my kids. Highly recommend this escape room.

Hannah was our host and she did an awesome job! The clues were difficult enough to stump us but not too difficult to figure out.Our family was in a room with another family and there were 4 children total.They were able to figure out several of the clues! It was a great bonding experience with a lot of unexpected twists to keep us working to escape! A must have experience for all families! Loved it.

Lady Kathleen was fantastic. The room we did was 2 levels and it was great for our group! We had 9 people and it was fantastic! They also serve beverages and have snacks there as well. Would be very fun for a beginning to a night out for families, coworkers, friends, or just random people!

Spent a fun Sunday afternoon with three 9 year olds and us moms in the escape from titanic room. First off, parking is convenient in the garage on a Sunday more so, and easy walk to the escape room from the 2nd floor. However there are no signs in the garage pointing to this. You can wait in the waiting room and browse around, order drinks and wait till your time comes to enter your room. Our escape room captain was jet stream Jaelyn(sp?). He was helpful and patient with our impatient kids. We had hoped that the kids could get us out with no help from the adults, but it wasnt as easy. At the end we didnt get out of the room on time, however we did have a great time and would love to do it again. The facility was clean and well managed and at the end we took some fun pictures to remember the day. Would definitely recommend this experience.

We had a great time! I went with co-workers, Jake and Dave were our hosts and they did a wonderful job! We escaped A night at the castle with 12 mins to spare, and one clue we didn’t even need to use! Jake and Dave gave us just the minimal help we needed to be successful.

Had a great time! It was parents vs. kids with the parents coming out a little faster than the kids this time! Chase led our group and did an excellent job; when we HAD to use hints, he gave good ones without giving too much information. Loved the details in the room(s). The puzzles and activities were just right for an introductory level room!

These rooms are amazing! There were 5 rooms inside the POA MIA room. Every 10 or 15 minutes we were in an entirely new room with new clues!

This was so much fun! I loved all of the twists and turns and the many different kinds of clues and puzzles to solve. The added challenge of competing against another team in the Race rooms just made it even more enjoyable. Chase and David were great hosts, too. Thanks for a great time!

The room itself was cool but the host or whatever called in my part of the group late so we didn’t get to start at the same time as the rest of the party, even though we were in the waiting area. No apologies or compensation either, seemed unprofessional.

My family and I did the World War II escape and it was a truly well done escape experience. The puzzles were well made, the atmosphere was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially agent Magnolia who was readily available to answer any questions and address any concerns we had about the room. Id highly recommend this escape experience if youre up for the challenge.

Had a great start to our long weekend! We had the first session Friday morning for the 1776 room...no one else in our group was the icing on the cake! Jonathan was a wonderful guide! We could tell he really enjoys his job! He was a pleasure to work with! This was our second time to this particular location and we’ll be going back! They have covered all the small details...you can tell they put care into set design and how things work/electronics. Love it!

At this point my husband and I have done most rooms except for Night at the Castle, which we are saving for the next time family is in town. Every time we go it’s super fun and thrilling to face the challenges ahead of us. Mason was our last room advisor and he was great for Escape the Titanic. He really got in character and had lots of punny jokes, making the experience memorable!

What Escape room makes you climb up and down ladders multiple times..... Would have loved the warning that there was going to be ladders in here.... Had I been warned I would have booked somewhere else.

We escaped. Most all the puzzles were good. There were a few that were bad but over all we liked it. I did get cut pretty bad reaching in a spot trying to grab a hidden key. :(. The room almost got me, but still have a perfect record.

We went to 1776 and LOVED it. Admiral Aubrey was THE BEST. She was so helpful and even let us take our pictures with the props in the room. Poor thing had to carry them all the way back to the room, bless her heart. Such a fun experience and we even got out with 13 minutes to spare. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

This our second time visiting this place. First was with the kids in an easy room, this time we picked the hardest room for a company team building event and it was a total blast!

Last night, I brought in two teams to compete in the race rooms as a team building exercise here at Roche Diagnostics. David ran our race 1 room last night and he was great Even though he is my son and could have helped me he didnt. He was very professional and explained everything well and clear. He made our experience more enjoyable and we will certainly be back. I will pass our very positive experience along to our HR department for sure with my recommendations to use the Escape Room experience as a great way to build teams. Thank you and thank David because he made it great.
