This is my favorite thing to do with guests in Puerto Rico! The catamaran is beautiful; the staff is super friendly and accommodating; the scenery is spectacular and the snorkeling is loads of fun. I couldnt recommend this trip more highly!

We had so much with the crew! Although the islands are currently closed to non-residents we were able to get close enough to enjoy the water and the beautiful views. Definitely recommend!

Had the best day ever on our vaca going out to Flamenco Beach. The captain and mates were awesome. Super helpful and very funny guys. The food was great, fresh and plentiful. Would definitely do this again and recommend it to anyone. The boat was extremely nice. The Tobias is a 46 vessel and handled the sea great.

This is a must adventure while visiting Puerto Rico. I actually live on the Island, and I’ve done there tours many times. Great people that run the catamaran. On a scale of 1 to 10. It’s definitely a 10. Make sure you bring a water camera. Drinks and lunch are always great. Great music as well. They also make sure you remain safe throughout the trip. The crew really goes out of their way to make sure you have fun and remain safe. 5 Stars.

Took care of us with good food, plenty of drinks and great music and antics. We will definitely do this again! Hopefully, they still have our buddy Sea Steve!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the gang at Snorkel and Beach Tours. They were some of the best hosts we had our entire trip. We ended up on the catamaran tour and it did not disappoint. The guides were thorough with their instruction and ensured that everyone was safe and enjoying the trip. And when the snorkeling was done, bring on the food and drink!! They leave nothing out and ensure that everyone is having a great time. I will come back here every single time Im in PR.

What an amazing trip. It was well planned and thought out to maximize the experience and fun. The captain and crew were fun, the drinks were amazing and they were very accommodating hosts. The food was good though and the only downfall of the trip was no vegetarian pasta served as per their menu. Gorgeous scenery and such a relaxing day. We used their services to tour icacos Island and staff was great, very personable, friendly and available. The catamaran was well maintained and the overall experience was awesome.

Went on the catamaran cruise the stops were fun. 1st we went to a beach and then we went to the snorkeling spot. There was a cold cut lunch included. It is advertised as open bar cruise however they would not serve us a drink until the 2nd stop. It was disappointing that at the 1st stop you can see others in their catamaran with drinks and we were oppressed. Next time Id go on another boat.

HIGHLIGHT of our Puerto Rico vacation!!! We went on the catamaran tour to Icacos island. It was SOOOO much fun! BEAUTIFUL beach, crystal clear water, and great snorkeling. The crew was amazing. They were very attentive, friendly, funny. They were a huge part of the experience. Felt like a party! Dailan (Im not sure if thats how you spell her name) was pretty cool. They played good music, a mix of everything but mostly Reggae, Salsa, Reggaeton. Everyone was dancing, even the crew. Good drinks and food. It was the perfect Caribbean ambience. Already planning a trip back to Puerto Rico and we will definitely be doing this tour again!

Amazing boat trip to visit Culebra and Luis Peña...the water was so clear and blue like a pool. The staff and the music were very professional. The food and drinks were very good also.

Love the trip to Culebra. The guys went beyond expected to make sure the trip was great for everyone. First we went snorkeling at playa Carlos Rojas and then to Flamenco beach. They helped people that didnt know how to swim to do all the activities.

I booked the Culebra power boat tour. I honestly felt it was just OK — I’ve had better experiences with other companies. The crew was fine, but they were not very engaging with the guests, aside from giving instructions and pouring drinks.I had a great snorkeling experience because I had a crew member (Edwin) personally take me out to the reef. I am not a good swimmer, and he helped me to feel comfortable in the water, and explore the beautiful reefs. However, other travelers were complaining that they did not see any marine life.Lastly, we went to Culebrita island, which was nice.

This was a lot of fun! Super friendly staff.. short trip to the island. Big boat, and and lunch spread... but heres the most important part, the reef... your gonna swim in about 20 ft to 5 ft of water, its crystal clear. The reef is beautiful. I would def. Go again. Highly recommend!

Tons of fun. 100% worth the money. The crew is tons of fun. Capital Angel was awesome, the host Francis was hilarious, & Giovanni did an awesome snorkel lesson and was very kind. Tons of food, unlimited drinks. Snorkeling was awesome saw sting rays, nurse sharks, and tons of fish. The sailboat was an awesome experience felt amazing after all the sun. Great trip with wonderful and attentive staff, and great value for what you pay as well! Our initial date was cancelled due to rough seas, but rescheduling for the next day was a breeze. Driver picked us up in San Juan and took us to Fajardo. We sailed to a snorkeling spot off the coast of Culebra, snorkeled while the crew set up lunch and the rum bar, and then we went off to Flamenco Beach for a few hours. Awesome day and the highlight of our Puerto Rico trip.

I enjoyed that we had awesome tour guides who showed us how to snorkel. Never had done it and dont know how to swim, however my husband and I had fun snorkeling. They provide drinks and lunch and an enjoyable ride there and back. Worth the trip.

Awesome day! The crew (Captain Tyrone, Gio & Edwin) we’re fantastic! Professional and fun! The boat ride is rough, my son got sea sick, so be forewarned! Otherwise, the snorkeling, the beach, the atmosphere was amazing! Tasty rum drinks, great music, nice lunch and fruit spread, and unlimited soft drinks. Flamenco Beach is truly one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to! Pristine water and sand, we thoroughly enjoyed it! My older son was the only one to snorkel but he raved about it! Definitely recommend, it’s a must do in Puerto Rico!

We had a very disappointing experience. We were promised 2 locations but we ended up doing just 1 location and we didn’t even see more than 2 fishes. The location we were taken to didn’t live up to our expectations and didn’t match the description of the tour.Due to bad weather the main snorkeling location was cancelled and we were taken to a location which didn’t have any corals.If the weather went bad, they could have canceled the trip and refunded us. But they took us to the site and we were on the catamaran for the whole time.I was very disappointed.

Sailed on Traveler for my birthday. The crew were friendly and very helpful.,I don’t know how to swim at all, but one of the crew members got me off the boat and to the island . Even gave us snorkeling lessons. Drinks were flowing and music was great. I only gave 4 stars because the people that booked the tour stated it would be a lunch buffet with chips and deli style food. Unfortunately there was no buffet. Once my friends and I wanted to get another sandwich we were told it was no more bread. And we never aw any chips. We did get cookies and a fruit tray.Definitely go with Travelers. Beautiful island and crystal clear waters.

The service, the water and beach was great, but the experience in the boat was terrible. You have to be ready to get wet unless you seat in the front. If you seat in back of the boat the seat are not comfortable for a 45 minutes trip each way.The driver was great and friendly, this is a plus.

I had a great time, the sun was shining the weather was sweet, the crew very respectful and attentive I have no complain whatsoever, they offered lunch which was a buffet was amazing the captain made pasta and it was very good, they took us to snorkel and after that we had a little snack which was fruits, I loved it I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. This is the best snorkeling tour I’ve been on in the Caribbean. Like most things Caribbean it takes a little while to get going. Be patient, it’s well worth it. They took us to a pristine beach on an island where we could swim or snorkel around a shallow reef. I saw many types of fish I’ve never seen on these types of tours before.After a couple of hours they feed you a descent lunch with unlimited drinks.Finally we moved on to a second deeper reef ( saw a manatee along the way). Here way jumped off the boat and snorkeled, again seeing many different types of fish and corral. We even saw a sea turtle and a couple of sting rays at this location.

We took the catamaran snorkeling tour with lunch buffet. In a word - wow! Great time, learned a bit about the reef, snorkeling by the reef far exceeded my expectations. Lunch was very basic but tasty. Snacks and rum drinks served after lunch and during the trip back to the marina were very good and could have as many as we wanted. Crew was very personable and fun!

This experience was amazing. Helpful tour guides, beautiful snorkeling experience and Flamenco, wow. Amazing. My husband and I even thought about booking for another trip the next day Haha. Awesome trip to Culebra with these guys. They were super friendly and took care of everyone on board with both food and drinks flowing. The trip out to the island can be a little rough due to the high speed of the boat, trip back was smoother. But all in all an excellent trip, Culebra is not to be missed when visiting PR. So beautiful. Great snorkeling on a reef we visited prior to going to Flamenco beach for swimming. It was not rushed at all and they give you plenty of time to enjoy it all. Highly recommended.

Great store with super friendly and helpful owner and staff. The prices are in line with what you’d expect for a surf shop in a tourist area, but not intolerable. Great selection of boards and apparel.

We just took this catamaran to Icacos Island today. The crew taught us to snorkel, fed us lunch, looked after us and checked in constantly, and were unfailingly friendly, polite, and helpful. We had a wonderful time. I had only one day left here and they worked us in for a trip, and I can’t think of a better way to have spent it. Thank you for a great experience and excellent memories!

Great staff, had a great outing

Such a fun day! I thought it would feel rushed but it was a great amount of time. If you get seasick bring something with to help, it’s a choppy ride. The ocean was beautiful, the food and drinks were great, and the staff was kind a courteous. We did have our trip canceled and had to rebook for another day, which could have been a problem had we not had a flexible schedule, so keep that in mind if booking.

Me and my boyfriend had so much fun. As a first timer the crew was really helpful. Drinks were good. Maybe helpful if you eat breakfast before going. I wish I wouldve thought about bringing my own snacks. Be prepared to bring a lot of sunscreen (the spray one is okay if you spray it far from the deck). The sight of the coral reefs and fish were awesome. No big fishes/sharks. Id definitely go again with friends/family.

I reccomend everyone take a catamaran to the islands. Water is beautiful. Swimming beach of icacos island was amazing. Snorkeling was so peaceful seeing all the fish and sea urchins.

Overall it was a great experience. Plenty of drinks and food, great staff, and beautiful scenery. Couldnt ask for more. I will certainly book this trip again when I return.

If you’re ever in Puerto Rico you have to go on the snorkeling tour with the salty dog. They absolutely had a blast the crew was very friendly. I plan on booking Another trip with them. The scenery and the beaches were the best I’ve ever seen.

Awesome experience on the catamaran and snorkeling trip! The staff was so friendly and positive, making sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. The water was pure turquoise and absolutely gorgeous. Lunch was delicious and the rum punch and pina coladas were the perfect afternoon refreshment. We will be back!

Starting with the check in process, and continuing throughout the entire trip, we found all the team at Traveler, to be competent, and professional. Captain Tyrone was the leader of our cruise, and ably assisted by Bengi, and Willie. All of them were just great in all the ways that mattered, safety, informative, and considerate of our experience with them. We enjoyed the lunch, and fresh fruit immensely! We highly recommend Traveler Catamaran, and especially this crew!

One of the best beaches experiences of my life. The music, the drinks, the views and especially the crew (heyyyy Jovanny!!!)My only disclaimer is if you’re coming from the US unless you take a probiotic, do not eat the fruit. I caught a stomach bug. Other than that, this is a huge recommendation for all the experience.

Greatest tour In PR. !

I recently went snorkeling here with my girlfriend and we both had a great time. The crew was friendly, the boat was clean, and the food they provided was good. The coral reef and fish we saw were also excellent. I would like to go again the next time Im in the area.

It was a safe, and wonderful trip. Breathtaking views, priceless moments. The crew were awesome. They were professional kind and considerate.

Booked the snorkeling adventure while staying at El San Juan Hotel in early August, 2017. A shuttle bus picked us up and took us to Fajardo where we boarded the Traveler catamaran with about 25 other people, including some children. Had a fantastic time! We motored out to the island, had a snorkeling lesson in the shallow water and were allowed to spend some time on the beach and play in the water. Then they blew the conch shell to call everyone back to the boat and we sailed to the nearby reef. Flippers and float belts are provided, so you dont have to struggle to keep yourself afloat. We were in about 30 feet of beautifully clear water and saw numerous kinds of fish, coral, and plants. Never felt rushed at all, spent about 2 hours snorkeling the reef. Lunch and drinks were provided, and it was all very good- excellent! The catamaran has a sliding board off the back for the kids and any adults who weigh less than 150 lbs. The trip back to the dock was mostly pure sailing without the motor, so it was wonderfully relaxing and fun, with the sun, breeze, and great music. Captain Robert and his crew were excellent- friendly and helpful. One of the best vacation experiences I have had anywhere. Hope you guys are managing okay since Hurricane Maria.

Lets start of with good...* If youre looking for just snorkeling, they picked great spots.* The drinks were flowing after lunch.* The host, and the crew on the boat were pretty nice.* I saw them giving snorkel training, which is something really nice.* Thank God we got a different driver on the way back, cause he was really nice to his passengers (Youll read more on why later).Time for the bad...* Overall the bus and boat trip was pretty boring. The boat crew was nice, but didnt really interact with the passengers.* The food was basic. Pretty much ready made cold deli food.* Our driver (Eliud) to the boat had a HORRIBLE attitude, and is one of the main reasons for bad review.Heres why...We arrived at the meeting spot 10 mins before the pick up time, and wanted to buy some snacks. He kept telling us he was going to leave us at the place exactly at 7:30am. Had he just warned us, it would have been fine. 5 minutes before the pick up time, he followed us to the snack shop and literally prevented us from buying things when we were so close to getting our items. Couple of minutes later past 7:30am, we asked him why we werent leaving, and his answer was to go back in the bus because we have to wait for another family in the same location. When we confronted him about this, he kept avoiding us. Finally, the concierge at hotel came in and told us to grab the snacks. When we came back 5 minutes after, the driver told us he felt threatened, and didnt want to take us. Completely ruined our initial part of our trip. That is not how you interact with customers!If it wasnt for the Hilton concierge, and the rest of the crew (including a different driver back to the hotel), this rating would have been much nicer.--------------UPDATETraveler Catamaran Im really glad that I posted this review because thats not how it went down. Yes, we did yell at the driver because the bad behavior was initiated by the driver, and then he kept ignoring us. We did not swear at him. As for eating during the bus, we didnt eat or drink (except for water) during the ride because we respected your rules. And, we even told the driver ahead of time that we wont eat anything until the boat ride.Now, one thing I do agree with you as that we shouldnt have yelled. My dad has diabetes and I wanted to make sure we got something for him in case of emergency. The driver didnt want to listen to any of that. We had more than sufficient time to get the item for my dad, but your driver kept following us and putting pressure on us, constantly tapping on his watch (even when we had 5 minutes left). Had he just informed us, we would have been fine, cause we were already on the lookout for bus. He actually made us leave the line and go back to the bus again 5 minutes before 7:30am. After all that, when he didnt leave even at 7:32am, we were really annoyed because he didnt let us buy something that could have been crucial for us. Instead of apologizing to us, he told us to go back in the bus. The other passengers didnt actually arrive until 7:37am, and yet he did wait for them. I agree that both parties could have handled this better, but in all honesty if your driver would have just been a bit cooperative, and not rude to us from the very beginning, we wouldnt have this problem.Additionally, no other driver during our other excursions did this. In fact, they were more than understanding, which only made us work with them more. You are in the service of making sure your passengers feel safe and can enjoy the trip they payed for (within means).I was looking forward talking to the owner, but I wasnt sure who the owner was when we arrived. All we saw was the driver rushing to the rest of the crew and exaggerating what happened. And, since we had already been threatened by the driver that he wasnt going to take us, we didnt feel safe to further talk about the issue until after the trip. We called you guys multiple times before leaving this comment.Removed the net comment due to regulations.
