This is a wonderful park in Elgin. It has a lot of shade, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic tables, and great sledding hills for the winter. Golf is on the edge of the property and a large grass field that is used for soccer at times. Weekends are busier, but this is still a fantastic city park!

I have been going to this park since I was a kid. There are open fields for setting up games, long trails for walking, biking, or jogging. The pool, though not open now, is loads of fun. Theres a playground area for kids and many picnic tables throughout. Great place to spend a sunny day.

Took my gf and her brother golfing, (gfs brother had never golfed before, so he didnt have clubs) they were so rude and pushy about him not having clubs we ended up getting a refund and leaving! Ive golfed here many times and Im currently not mad but disappointed in the Wing Park Golf Club!

1st time with 3 generations (myself, son and grandson). Staff was friendly. Course was open and good distance for a new young person to the game of golf.

Nice little league fields. Lots more park beyond the ball fields.

Its a really nice and spacious park. Keep your distance though, lots of people arent wearing their masks.

Nice clean little park. No frills. Golfing but little else.

It was a great experience. Has a lot of space to throw an event. Had a family event at this location and it was great. Kids got a Park around the corner to play and in a safe distance to look over them. Adults can grill and have there own space and kids can have theres.

It is a nice size..lotsa trees..has a pretty intimate- sized, and indoor performance hall. And good sound for music. Plus free parking.

Good practice course

Best pool in Elgin. Needs more lounge chairs. Bath houses are a little old. Concession stand is pricey. Park itself is always busy. Family friendly.

It had been years since we played this 9 hole gem in the middle of Elgin. We took our 4.5 year old grandson for his first real golf game. They encourage family play here by having close tee boxes.

This place has great paths to walk on or ride your bike.. very safe. Very big. Alot to see ..

Full service big park. I walk there because of the varied terrain. Its always clean and there are plenty of people around.

Love rhe pool during hor summer, but they closed to early for end of season.

Great family fun. The only issue is the consetion stand. They sold my daughter a slushie that was pure melted liquid. Otherwise we always have a blast. The lifeguards are top notch. I witnessed a lifeguard save a little boy from drowning today! Kudos to the lifeguards always on guard!

Wing park has it all! I have a 5YO and the slides, the 3 feet play area are all perfect for smaller kids. They have bubbling fountains and zero depth entry for younger kids and two large slides for older kids/adults. There is a separate deep end pool for diving boards. The lifeguards are alert and the snack bar is reasonable priced with a good selection of snacks. Not a ton of chairs on the side, but plenty of grass area to spread out in during mandatory safety breaks. Littles also enjoy the sand pit to play in. My only complaint is that the bathrooms always seem less than clean. Otherwise this pool is amazing and a great way to spend your day with your family!

This is a great place to meet with family and friends, walk dogs, leisurely walks. Lots of activities for everyone.

A fun place! Family friendly, good music and clean. But the concessions are awful! They were out of a ton of menu items. This has been consistent all season. Took 25 mins to cook a hot dog and staff was defensive. Cant bring in your own food and there are NO healthy options. They dont enforce the lined bathing suit policy.

Honestly, I want more. Elgin has sunk big money into other parts of the city but the parks have been neglected. Come on Elgin. Do better and be better

Great park with areas for everyone. There are basketball and tennis courts, several baseball diamonds, a band shell with regular concerts, even a pool (slightly pricey but not bad) with water slides and a kiddie splash area. The kids playground is very nice and extremely well maintained, with the bathrooms and water fountains are located right next to it. The bathrooms have been clean and well stocked every time I have used them, with functional hot and cold taps. There seem to be several barbecue areas, although I have yet to use any of these...

Great park, lots to do here. Free tennis court, play ground. There is a pool u can check out but have to pay. Great for soccer practice. I take my kids here 2-3 a month.

Its a decent water park but the water near trees are very dirty and nasty. I seen a bug floating in the water before.
