I just ordered online. But, they got everything together quickly and it was all wrapped carefully. I really appreciated that they took the time to protect everything that I ordered. When I went to a different craft store, they just put it in a bag, with nothing protecting it. Michaels wrapped it all and put it in a big box. They brought it out a lot faster too. A way bigger variety too. Definitely going to make the longer drive to go to Michaels!

Its close and its convenient. Didnt have everything I was looking for today but I was okay with that.Ill definitely go back again.

Even though they seemed a bit short staffed, Erica was so helpful and attentive to what I needed. She was willing to help anyone and did it with a great attitude. Next time I come back, I hope she is there so I can show her how my shadow box turned out!

Great products and selection for any crafter. Most often when shopping here on weekends there arent employees on the floor to help you find items. Week days are a better time to shop if youd need assistance. Use your phone for coupons!

This store seemed large to me but I have not visited many Michaels. The stock looked new and organized. Help was there but it can take a few minutes. Good parking and friendly people.

When we dropped off our art for matting, the wait time to be helped was around 45 mn. After picking up our art, we saw there was a chunk of debree on the matting. Its very obvious. The staff either didnt pay attention, or saw it and didnt fix. Staff also put the picture wire on the wrong, so it would have had to hang upside down! It was a pic of people sitting on a couch, so pretty hard to screw up. The staffs reaction when we brought it back to have fixed was to blame the problems on everything except their service (including blaming me for not seeing their bad work before I left the store the first time) and dismissive. Very poor service quality and customer service. We wont be returning to Michaels.

Sue in the framing department ofv the Eagan, MN store is AMAZING!I know nothing about this stuff. She took the time to explain things and helped direct to which color would go best each of the four items I had framed. She patiently walked me through several choices and explained why this design made it look this way or did that to the image. Her insight was fabulous.The computer system gave us some challenges by automatically changing some values, but together we made it work.I look forward to receiving the finished products in a couple weeks.If you need framing done, ask for Sue!

Paradise for crafty people. We went there to find a birthday gift for my nieces friends birthday and my niece couldnt decide on anything because there were so many things she liked.They have all sorts of art supplies and DIY projects that you hadnt even thought of.

Overall good store, helpful staff. My only real complaint is the giant pillar blocking access to half of the embroidery floss.

Fun place to find craft and gift ideas.

They never seen to have exactly what i need. If i need magnets they have them, but not the stronger tiny ones. If i need a water color pallete theyre all small and cheep. If i need a sketchbook its never the right size or good amount of pages. Its good place for kids crafts, but otherwise i only go here out of desperation.

Love this Michaels and love this mall.... I dont get to as often because of health issues and inability to drive, I really miss it, though.

This is a beautiful store, however the customer service is terrible. One slow cashier while 5 of us waited. It looked like an associate was going to help yet she walked away. Finally when the line was down to 2 people, they opened up a register. Unreal.

Great store and my wife & granddaughter love to go there but its hard to think of a visit that if you didnt see someone at the check out you wouldnt see anybody for staff. I understand its hard to get retail help sometimes but very frustrating when you need help to find something and nobody at all to ask.

I go to craft stores all the time. Its part of my weekend ritual. This Michaels did a fantastic job in hiring as everyone there is extremely kind and knowledgeable. They often add ideas to my crafts that I would never have imagined. Give this place a store if youre even considering.

The service was wonderful, workers were very helpful and kind and directed me in the right direction. The stuff isnt priced too high, and the cashiers are very nice too. I love how they always give you free 40% coupons every purchase. I would highly reccomend going to Michaels if you want good quality craft items.

The only reason I go anymore is habit and the omnipresent 40% off coupons. They rarely have what I am looking for, and if they do, its dramatically over priced.I only buy 2 things here, and only because of the coupon.Im going to try the Buy Online Pick Up In Store option before I give up and switch completely to Amazon.
