They did an awesome job on my college jersey. I came in with a jersey poorly framed and they did an awesome job adding dimension to my jersey, pictures, and name plate! Very happy with the work they have done!!

Tami framed a very special piece for us this week, a photograph and a written card from the best man in our wedding who passed away suddenly in the fall. Its incredibly special to us to have this piece made more permanent and more special by her beautiful framing. Super Impressed!! First time shopper here. I stopped in 4 days before Christmas and they got a photo framed for me within 48 hours (Saturday to Monday turn around time). Not only is the service excellent and the product high quality - its a locally owned business in Eagan.The younger gal that helped me helped me stay within my budget, while she also helped me to select in stock items to avoid delay in getting it completed before the holiday. The owner was kind and welcoming to myself and my crazy 2.5 year old son (legos for him to play with to boot!). She even wrapped the frame for me!! I call to ask a question about a frame. Just wanted a ballpark figure. A person named Tammy was rude and didnt know why I would call her with a question like this. Didnt want to get involved. I guess customer service isnt one of her strengths. Wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.

I have had numerous items framed here over the last 20 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it to be honest. Tami and her team listen to what I want, work with me to design it and they deliver an outstanding product at the end. I have had many sports jerseys and concert memorabilia frames done but family photos as well. Every single thing I bring in is framed perfectly. Tami and Shelby do such a great job for us—recently, they framed a large piece for us for our entryway, and it looks fantastic. There is a huge difference in the quality of pieces they frame for us versus using cheap frames from a craft store or getting it framed at that same store. They took time to give us a lot of options for the piece, and were very mindful of our budget—we ended up with a perfectly framed piece and they even gave us a lot of good suggestions on how to hang it safely (since it was going on a high wall in our entryway.) We have a lot of pieces from them in our house and they all look amazing!

Reed and Tami are complete rockstar framers and installers. Reed came to my new home and expertly hung every frame and art piece on our walls. It was done so professionally and he was great to work with. I have had many pieces framed by Tami at FastFrame Eagan. She has framed original artwork in pastel, paint, and pencil as well as purchased prints. They have all turned out beautifully. The work is high quality with great attention to detail. The service she gives you from the moment you walk in is top notch. She helps you pick matte colors, frame types, etc. She has many options depending on your budget. I have never been disappointed.

Good eye for what is best to set off the art piece

We have used Fast Frame of Eagan many times to have some art work from our daughter framed. Yes, some of the items needed just a simple frame but others needed a bit more. One of the things I like about Tami and her staff is the care they use when framing. They also take the time to make sure you know about some of the knowledge you should have when framing. I never thought about using a higher quality backing that wont make my art work deteriorate over time. Glass can also be an issue. We had a Certificate mounted for our new ComForcare Senior Services business by Tami, We always get great remarks about the frame. Someday I might get asked about the certificate.Several months later my wife found some prints on a calendar that reminded her of her family farm. She wanted to preserve them and then she remembered what a great job Fast Frame of Eagan had done and once again we found ourselves going to Tami. Fantastic results. Now my wife wants to buy the farm next to her parents. A favorite piece of orginal artwork had detatched from the backing and slipped down in the frame. The Woodbury shop that performed the initial work had gone out of business, so I called another Woodbury frame shop and was quoted $120 to fix the problem - I was flabbergasted! I then found Tamis shop in Eagan and called to explain my problem; Tami was VERY understanding and just said Bring it in, well fix it at no charge. REALLY? WOW!! That spoke volumes to me about her commitment to customer service... willing to fix someone elses problem - for FREE! WHERE ELSE CAN YOU FIND THAT KIND OF SERVICE? Ill be driving to Tamis shop in Eagan for my next framing job... YOU SHOULD, TOO!

Amazing place. The owner is so helpful. She helped us reframed my boyfriends grandmas painting and it looks even better than I thought it would. She gave us great advice for hanging pictures up with our house having lattice and plaster instead of dry wall. Definitely recommend her. I would absolutely go back in the future to have her reframe other pictures/paintings in the future. Better than Michaels, Jo-Ann or hobby lobby. Plus supporting a small business!
