Right off the Mississippi, so it is surrounded by beautiful landscape. Not far off the beaten path, easy to find, RV hookups and campground, park equipment, even a restaurant and bar all within walking distance of each other. Just ignore how swampy the water looks in the shallows and youll be fine!

Spacious campgrounds,restaurant, beautiful scenery on the water. Tucked back and out of the way. Loved it!

Love this quite place. But just a heads up, if you stay at then campground, the train comes thru in the middle of the night.

It was not muddy but there was nobody, so I left.

Good place to camp and boat and play family fun

Clean and well kept. 3 large-sized tent camp sites. Wash house is better than most. Came later in the evening and Dan the ranger was very accommodating, even though it was past the regular service hours. Mostly quiet except for a handful of boaters using the boat launch to get off the Mississippi.Not a great deal in terms of activities, so families may want to look elsewhere for a more comprehensive camping experience. Perfect for my wife and I AND the handful of retired folks in RVs.

Great place to put your boat in. Plenty of room for the big boats as well. Playground is decent for kids
