Very large park. Was able to take my baby swinging which was my main concern when finding a park. We were able to distance ourselves from anyone else that was there. We will definitely be returning when spring comes around and my baby will be running around and will be able to enjoy the rest of the playground equipment!

Big park with lots of shady areas to sit. There is a bigger playground with lots of fun equipment which is best suited for grade school kids but my 3 and 5 year olds both had fun. There are also swings and a separate smaller playground and sand area for toddlers. The main downside here is that while there are lots of shady places to sit, the playground itself is in the sun most of the day, additionally it usually gets pretty muddy any time it rains.

Allison Henderson Park is basically one of the reasons we bought the house we did, and it still seems like a great decision every time we go spend some time there. It is big enough that even in the social distancing era there are no issues finding space to play or relax.

We love this park, we can walk here from our house. The downside is parking on the street can be difficult. We were really hoping for a parking lot when they put in the new round about, but sadly that didnt happen.
