This bridge one of the best places to swim at Destin. The views are out of this world. You are facing the Destin Harbor and US Coast Guard is to your left and Gulf of Mexico is to your right. Very clean and you can actually fish by this bridge! No fishing from the bridge. I kid you not, law enforcement really watches fishermen. Plenty parking by the bridge. No shade so make sure to have some kind of umbrella or tent if you are planning to stay here all day. It gets super hot with no shade in Florida regardless of what part of Florida you are at.
