Our helicopter tour was a gift for my friends 60th birthday and she had never been on a helicopter before, so I wanted to be sure to pick the best. They had good reviews and well deserved! We received a very professional friendly greeting and were briefed on the safety protocols. Our pilot Dylan is a great pilot and we had a very smooth ride. He is also very informative and funny too! He kept us entertained the entire trip with his local history and knowledge of the area as well as his sense of humor. This is the best helicopter tour in the area and definitely recommend them!

All I can say is, WOW ! What an incredible trip. This was my first ride in a helicopter and I was a little worried with the wind blowing off the coast all morning, but within 5 minutes, Scott had my friends and I at ease! Would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to fly and he has tons of experience flying all over the US. Thanks again for an experience I’ll never forget!

Exciting helicopter ride.. But it was a little bit shorter than I expected

Konnor was a very cool pilot and easy to get along with. We flew at sundown and the views were awesome! Super cool experience and very much worth the money, in my opinion, especially if you’ve never been on a helicopter flight!

The girlfriend and I booked the 15 mile tour. It was outstanding. I wish we could have spent more time up there. Scott was our pilot. He was very personable and made sure we saw all the sites. Ill be booking another fight in the future.

After attempting to use two other helicopter tours in NW FL that were “first come/first serve”, it was refreshing to find a service that took online reservations and had multiple helicopters. Online booking was easy, our check-in was very convenient, and we were on the helicopter within minutes of arrival! The pilot was tremendously engaging and shared interesting facts along the way. We saw a ton of marine wildlife and had a thrilling ride! We will definitely do this again!

My son and I took my wife here for her birthday looking for a new experience. I thought it would be fun but was still blown away, we flew down the coast and got some wonderful views of dolphins and tarpons, plus the artificial reefs. We had a blast joking with our pilot and enjoying the scenery, we definitely plan on doing this again in the future. My wife was so excited getting to ride around like a dragonfly over the gorgeous Destin beaches.

This was my first time being in a helicopter and it was an experience that Ill always remember. Timberview and their staff was amazing, from the user friendly online booking, to Skylers amazing customer service, and our pilot Dillon (could be wrong about the pilots name) who was incredibly funny and attentive. The views were amazing on the jaws tour. I was hesitant, but I am so glad I made myself do it. I took a 6 and 10 year old and they will remember this experience forever! The pilot was great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the front desk lady angel was very snarky and had a bad attitude. Loved the helicopter ride.

This was our very first trip to Destin. My sons are 12 and 3. They both had an amazing time and showed no fear at all. Our pilot Scott was amazing and very friendly. Our ride started promptly and the location was so professional and well managed. They were able to accommodate 4 passengers. Highly recommended

While I wish the ride could have been longer, we really enjoyed it! The hostess and pilot were very friendly and the pilot was knowledgeable about the area, pointing out landmarks, homes & marine life along the beach. We will definitely go again when we are in the area.

Cancellation due to weather I 100% understand, I am also a pilot. That being said, having a client wait for an hour past their scheduled time, providing no option of “we cant do X trip, but we can fo a shorter one”, taking other passengers that arrived AFTER us, and then cancelling due to weather I do not.You get a lot of good reviews, and I am sure you run a quality shop most of this time. This happened to not be one of those times.Thank you for the full refund, please keep a tighter schedule and provide options to future passengers

We had an awesome time. We had our 11 year old autistic daughter with us and she had a blast riding the helicopter. The pilot (sorry I can’t remember your name!) pointed out all of the artificial reefs and spotted several animals in the water for us to see. I would highly recommend them and will take them again!

I have never been in a helicopter before and was worried I would get scared. However our pilot was very professional and not once did I get even slightly scared. The views were amazing, I highly recommend using Timberview Choppers! And no they are TOTALLY not holding me above the ocean forcing me to write this review....

INCREDIBLE! My boyfriend and I booked the dolphin tour (≈25min ride). All of the staff from the front desk to the pilot were super friendly and very professional! Thank you Skylar for taking our picture and being so helpful!The ride was perfect! Our pilot was Dylan who was very knowledgeable on the area and make sure to ask about his ex girlfriend Britney Spears—LOL!25 mins was a perfect amount of time to be able to see the coast and surrounding lakes. We went around 1:30 and there were several active marine life (fish, dolphins, sharks and turtles) BOOK THE RIDE!! The view is something serious

I took the Flight Discovery intro course. It was amazing. The instructor Scott was knowledgeable, informative, patient and accommodating. The views in Destin were incredible, but paled in comparison to the feeling of controlling the aircraft. I only thought I was interested in flying helicopters before the course, but now, I’m determined to find a way to make it happen. Timberview and Scott, will be my first call.

We came from Mississippi and wanted to do something fun and different. This was it. We loved it! The pilot was very informative and even gave us a few jokes! Would do again!

So I booked a 5:30 slot for the helicopter ride in order to catch the sunset, but we didnt go out until around 6:05 when it was twilight. Not my preferred time to go, but the pilot was nice enough to apologize for the wait and made up for it with a nice flight. Other than the wait, everything was perfect.

The staff was friendly and informative. The ride was a great experience and we will be sure to come back again when we can spend more time.

Timberview is the real deal. The owners are genuinely good people and in the modern day that isnt factored into enough choices. As for the business, their pad is easy to get to, the employees are nice people, and they operate very safely. I would be glad to give a recommendation for anyone to fly with Timberview.

Flew with Dylan today for me and my girlfriends first time in a helicopter. The overall flight was amazing. The views of the coastline were amazing. Would’ve given 5 stars but due to the “rushed” feeling before and after the flight, it took away from the experience. Wish the flight would’ve been a few minutes longer. Really enjoyed it!

It was a great first time experience me and my boyfriend loved it amazing view friendly pilot the only reason i didn’t give a full 5 stars was because the pilot kept reinforcing that tips were appreciated not expected we’ll as many times as he said it you would think it was expected like dude chill out we had a great time we’re gonna tip you lol other than that i recommend everyone try this out just don’t forget to tip him!!!!

I went helicopter riding with Ruben for the 1st time and it was truly one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life. Rubens a super swell guy and a pretty good pilot (I asked him not to crash or my wife would kill me.) His knowledge is tops and hes very passionate about flying. My boyfriend and I went for the 12 mile trip with Lisa and she was almost as awesome as the views. Well worth every Penny. Today we took a helicopter ride in Destin with Timberview Helicopters. It was absolutely amazing. We had never done one of these so we started with the smallest trip. It was super easy to book, very friendly at check in, very organized, they took great pics of the family. We will definitely be booking again and trying even some longer rides but this was a perfect first experience. My teenagers voted this as one of their favorite things we have done in Destin. I am even super afraid of heights, but never once felt nervous. Our pilot Scott made the trip amazing!!! He was fun, informative, and super nice. We highly recommend for a flight with Scott to make your vacation extra special!!!

Ruben is friendly and gracious; and a great pilot. The scenic tour he gives is a nice way to see Destin. My son took a lesson with him and had a blast. He loved seeing the sharks swimming in the water below!

It was really fun! Beautiful views! It did go by pretty fast though.. but Im sure all helicopter rides cost this much. Dedinjywly something to try if you never have but again, went by fast.

Scheduling the flight was easy and the customer service person was very courteous and helpful with providing directions. The pilot was informative and courteous as well. U.s. a ten minute flight. But worth the cost. Ther only reason why I knocked off 2 stars was due to the rude lady at ther counter. She was very bias. Treated the party before and after us with smiles and treated us like dirt. She needs an attitude adjustment.

Disappointed about the flight route change. This tour no longer travels west towards Destin and crab island. I saw the local sea plane flying over crab island several times on 5/31/20.
