Visited Miramar Beach with beach service provided by Zach and Tucker. They were fabulous hosts for several relaxing and enjoyable days at the beach. Top Notch Attendants!!!! We as Maravilla guests were treated well.Rhonda - Coastline Condos

We stayed at Maravilla and had the pleasure of having Tucker, Zach and Matt working the beach service for us!! They offer superior customer service and go above and beyond to help out with making our day at the beach perfect. We appreciated them checking on us throughout the day and often saw them helping people carry coolers etc.!! We have never received this kind of customer service from any other beach service!! We will for stay at a resort that Holiday Isle Beach service services!!

Zach and will and the crew were always on top of it. Making sure customers stayed out of the sun, shifting around umbrellas periodically. Definitely excellent services.

We have stayed at Mainsail twice. March 2019 and March 2020. Both times were great! We enjoy the chair service! A set comes with the condo then we can rent an additional set. Both visits Hudson has helped us with all our rentals and set-ups. He is so friendly and efficient!

Alan is so helpful every time we come! They were reconstructing the beach this time and the chairs were moved down the beach so it was a little hike. We sure do miss when Alan isn’t working because we don’t get the help but he deserves the day off!

Tucker and the rest of the crew are amazing. Their positive energy is contagious.

Excellent and consistent service.

We spent first 2 weeks of October at Gulfview and had the Holiday Isle Beach Service. Matt, Tucker, and the other guys were fantastic! Very respectful, polite, and always offering to help if we needed anything. We highly recommend them to anyone staying on Miramar Beach. Thanks guys!

Excellent Beach Service! Best In Destin!!!! Customer service is outstanding. Beach was super clean, beach attendants were professional and respectful. They rotated umbrellas all day to adjust for winds and the sun! Never had to ask anything because they are consistently walking around and checking on beach goers! Highly recommend!

Scott and Russell are so very polite and attentive. We enjoyed there personalities and smiles. They were always assisting others and getting everything out to make everyone comfortable.

Enjoyed the help from these beach service attendants, because I didn’t have to stress about carrying all my stuff down to the beach. Umbrellas and chairs were set up nicely with a wonderful view to the water! They gave me recommendations of Local restaurants and must do in Destin.

Just spent the week at the Islander on Holiday isle. Alan is the hardest working man in Destin. Early morning set up, friendly and went above and beyond to make our vacation the best.

I have always had excellent service with Holiday Isle beach service; however, this trip was different. In the past our beach attendants have always been helpful & willing to move our umbrella or chairs as often or as little as we needed. This trip, however, our beach attendant refused to move our umbrella because “if he moved ours, he’d have to move everyone else’s too” we simply asked to be moved back a short distance to avoid some of the respiratory issues caused the red tide & the dead fish smell, but apparently the attendant, who has done nothing but sit under his umbrella on his phone since we got to the beach in front of Maravilla in Miramar. I’m very disappointed in the service for the first time.

I have given very few reviews but felt compelled to review here. Poor customer from Alan. They genuinely were unconcerned and ignored us. Once past the ignoring phase the service was ok.

Overheard the rental salesman being very rude to some others renting beach umbrellas from him on 10/2/16. He doesnt understand customer service. Glad I brought my own umbrella.

We bought a season chair service for 1500 dollars plus tip 40 per month x8 months 400 when the season ends . We have been told by a beach guy he only takes care of people who take care of him we have people sitting in our chairs in front of our chairs and down in front where we can’t even see the ocean . Worse beach service ever next year I’ll save that 1900 dollars for a real vacation...
