We really do love our time spent here at Two Springs. The people are very friendly, our site is more private than other Palm Springs RV resorts. We plan on having our site for many years to come. The park may be a little older but the people and privacy make up for it. The sights here are beautiful done. Everyone has there own personality in how they designed their lot. Two Springs RV resort is a great place to spend our winter and spring season.

We went in the off season and it was dead quiet. Most of the spaces are owned like a piece of property and have large 5th wheel campers parked on them with a chain or a gate in front of the spot. The hookups are located behind your vehicle so you need to bring a sewer hose extension set or park at angle to hook up normally. Very clean with a large pool and plenty of basic amenities.

One of the most comfortable, relaxed, active RV resorts around. We rented a spot for the month of January. Big sites, full service, well maintained. Active community and club house with nice pool, pickleball, puting green and other activities. You will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay and relax. We plan to come back next year!

Great park, clean amenities, freindly staff, highly reccomend

I like this place is private and secure. I would recommend for anyone whos passing by to stay for a night, weeks or months. You are close to everything.

Great staff and nice clean facilities

Pros and cons.Pros are most people own their lots and take very good care of them.Lots are big and very well improved.Most owners are very nice.Rental lots are getting fewer and fewer so if lucky to get one you will be happy.Cons.Maintenance is lacking,lot of yard waste on tarps in the streets for days waiting to be picked up,facilities are old and tired

Sweet accommodations. Good/free wifi. Nice hot tub/pool clean & big bathrooms with showers and laundry room. Perfect for kids and close to hiking or Palm Springs and many casinos!

I very much enjoyed my winter season at Two Springs. It was surprisingly tranquil and very safe. The internet works really well and the site was easily accessible. I especially like that the park is just far enough from town to reduce problems and at the same time close enough that its easy to get out and run errands. Lots of UBER cars for quick runs to take care of things and very reasonably priced. It will be home for many seasons to come. Nice to experience the very private feel that goes with a fully gated and guarded resort. 5 Gold Stars.

Nice RV park. Very lush with a pool, and tennis courts. About a 12 min drive to downtown Palm Springs.

We are here 6 months every year

The park is clean, drive way is paved but cracked and uneven. RV standard sites are desert sand (can be uneven) for RV and concrete pads for yr car and its on the drivers side. The premium sites are not much different the RV site are either gravel or desert sand but rest of the area are paved. Sites have ample space on both sides and surrounded by edge flowering plant. All sites are back in. Sewer and hook-ups some are at the back. Water pressure normal.Internet is very good for browsing and videos. The pool and and hot tub are good. There is no workout room.We have a 45 foot motorhome and had tough time driving to RV site and backing into a site was really tough.Please be aware its extremely windy. Cant pull out any shades and could feel the slides shake at times from wind.There is a security at gate after 4pm till 8am.Staff Jason was really accommodating and friendly.

Windy but nice

We have stayed 3 winters in Yuma and now 3 years in the Two Springs RV Resort.Our experience has been wind is everywhere during the winter months. Yuma winds were much dirtier than Two Springs. We experienced many days of strong winter winds in Yuma which was accompanied with dust storms.The State of California owns the land across the road from Two Springs. The State has rented the land to the Windmill Farms. This arrangement keeps developement down which keeps the dust down too. We rarely have dust blowing into the Resort. I can think of only twice in 3 years could I even feel sand blowing, but never could actually see it like we could in Yuma.The sites are nice and wide. The staff is accommodating with any issue you may need assistance with. The large landscaping provides shade and privacy. The lot owners are friendly and helpful. The residents plan so many events you are always having fun in the Resort and dont need to go looking for things to stay active.We are near our Full Time RVing cycle and are seriously considering purchasing a lot in this Resort. We have spent 3 winters here and always feel welcomed.The medical community is superb. The road system is great. We can get anywhere without traffic issues. Yuma roads were always crowded and slow.If you are looking for a home during the winter months seriously consider this resort. They are growing and are only half developed. You may be too late to buy the landscaped lots by the time you decide to buy your seasonal home.
