A week agoBeen coming here for years. But this place has gone down. First only the champagne pools had the bubbles working. The rest of the pools the bubbles didnt work at all! So whats the point of sitting in hot water? No safe in the room. The furniture looks like Good Will .The bedding was nice. No Security, I didnt feel safe at night all kinds of strange people just hanging around ???? Why??? One cart broken down barely rolled to get your stuff to your room. Staff were nice, restaurant was good but expensive. The only place to eat on the property.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The room I stayed in had two beds, a fold out couch, a small patio, microwave, fridge & a nice bathroom! Theres 8 mineral pools/spas, a cafe and a salon with spa services. If youre looking to relax, this is definitely the place.

Came here to visit a friend who was staying here. Ive never seen a crack pipe on hotel grounds before, but I guess there is a first time for everything. There it was, lying on the ground outside the hotel room patio, next to the dirty laundry on the ground and in the bushes.Pretty nice pool area though. I recommend this place, if you are near sighted.

Amazing Krista at the front desk has gone above and beyond for me during my stay and always so friendly with a . And Richard your security guy was very helpful multiple time thank you guys for making my stay awesome!!

Well, for the price you pay, it’s really not bad. If you’re expecting a luxury hotel, the rooms are not so. The lobby is great and swimming pools seem to look fun, with a lot of people swimming and having fun. Yummy food. Wish my room didn’t have the 2 flies in it, but they must have sneaked in. What do you expect for what you pay ? I’m staying one night and I can’t complain.

It is more expensive here, than the parent hotel, Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel. Well, if you book through a third party, sometimes it is cheaper. Book early for either place, same day prices get jacked double or more, even when they are not busy. Miracle Springs had a more private and exotic atmosphere, however, one of the small spa tubs was abandon with lounge chairs surrounding it, and one of them stunk of urine or a similar stench. The rooms are nicer and newer here than the parent hotel, but food and drinks are more pricy.

This place used to be so relaxing, clean and quiet. our room looked as if it hadnt been swept or vacuumed, and i actually had to use a hand towel to clean the brown mold from the shower wall grout. there were a lot of teens this time that were playing loud music the majority of the time, leaving trash around the pools, making the visit not as relaxing. im really disappointed, as we used to love to bring family to have a nice, quiet time. the restaurant is still very good though. that was the nice thing. too bad. this place used to be amazing

Absolutely love this place! My mom and I have been coming here for years because the rooms are comfortable and clean. I love that the pool and jacuzzis are all different temperatures. The pool is temperature regulated and the jacuzzis are either hot or boiling. The Capri also has pretty good food but be prepared to be patient with the servers.

I had specifically made arrangements for an early check-in and when they were unable to accommodate me all they offered was the bar. Not feel free to use the pools you can change in the spa.....nothing. and although I had arrived at noon I did not get a room til 4. Sorry. Too many other places to go to ever bother going back.

Ive come here for several years for a peaceful soak in the hot pools and a lovely experience, This last time it was the opposite!! Partyville! It is supposedly a totally non-smoking property, no alcohol and glass containers around the pools. But this was not the reality. There were loud and obnoxious groups everywhere, smoking and drinking. The room next to mine started up a low vibration subwoofer party with cigarette smoke coming through the walls..loud talking, swearing. I called the front desk repeatedly all the way up until 1 am. The desk person was reluctant to send security...kept wanting to move me to another room.When I talked to the front desk the next morning, they had no compensation to offer me other than a $20 lunch at their restaurant. I will never come here again. Horrible experience!!

Walked in to check in, not the best vibe, 3 pools were closed. Not a big deal. The luggage cart to transport our bags from the car to the room was falling apart and held together by duct tape. Main door not secure from the parking lot to enter hallway to rooms. Door frame to our specific hotel room was broken, so the door doesnt open and close properly. Lock to the back door slider was broken and screen was off the track completely. Didnt feel secure at all. Side table by bed was dirty with a sticky substance. Left the hotel immediately and got a refund.

Social distancing only when it works for them! Didn’t clean the room due to Covid but charged more for the room. Kids running all over the pool area going from pool to pool contaminating the entire area. There’s no cleaning of that area at all. The dining area is the only redeeming quality. Adam was our server and made sure our area was clean and food was served quickly and tasted good. The rest of the hotel is a horrible mess.

The morning after using this spa I broke out in a painful, itchy rash over my legs, and torso.After calling to talk about this issue,The staff has not been helpful in any way.

This place is a run down dump. After seeing our room i preferred to lose my money than to sleep here. Everything was old and run down. The window screen was completely off of the patio door. The rugs were filthy and not changed in who knows how many years. They also appeared to use the parking lot as a used car sales lot. I booked through Expedia and my next complaint to them is that they should not offer these types of hotels as options to stays at. Dont waste your time or money.

BEST resort near by. Have one of the most& cleanest pool in near hotel. There are cold and hot pool+a warm swimming pool that i can waste time for at least 1 hour. The rooms are also clean&comfortable and the people what we met in there is friendly, but the downside of the resort is there is not enough social distance for people in the resort.

Have been going here for many years. Very disappointed to see the pool needing the plastering and tile redone. Slowly going down hill. I cant believe Desert hot springs pool is worse looking. It actually scrapes up the bottom of your pool. As a business owner, you need to keep things maintained. Hope I see this happen soon.

To much misunderstanding about upgrade room, double taxesation and high charged much more that it was promissed. No security on duties. Pool is with the plastic capes under water and palm seeds. Resort goes down and down. The Water still good.

Just terrible. I havent been to this resort in a few years and I cannot believe how bad it has become. Dirty, smelly rooms, carpeting is gross. The pools are ok but the grounds are in disrepair. 2 pools are closed. I used to love this spot for a quick getaway NEVER going again.

Online description is false advertisement our room was filthy and smelled like Marijuana the pools were dirty people were drinking and smoking in the pools they were not social distancing at all...We checked out right away and got a full refund for the price they were charging us Not worth it at ALL!! Such a horrible experience for my family so disappointed!!

Horrible service. Room was already in use when we checked in so they moved us across the hall. They need to keep better track of rooms still in use. Employees rude and obnoxious. Place is not clean at all. Several pool areas shut down with lawn chairs to make a barricade around them, I could go on but what’s the point. The place needs a full makeover.

Cheap place to relax and wonderful staff only place I k ow that allows you to enjoy the spa all hours

Arrived here 30 minutes prior to check in so no problem we will wait until 4pm. Our villa was not ready at 4pm. So then we asked how much longer do we have to wait? Well we ended up waiting until 6pm!! Once we arrived to the villa with spa we were highly disappointed the villa is nothing like the photos posted on their website!! Plus the villa is not even on the property it’s in a run down neighborhood basically the villa is a run down house. The pools that look so nice on the website is open to the public. Not pretty and clean at all. We left and did get our money back. We booked with Expedia and it was such false advertisement!!Just know what you are getting for your money before booking here. Horrible! Everything is dirty, food is disgusting, stuff is roude. I paid for willa first 800 , I refused stay there, everything was so dirty and made me vomit, I couldnt seat or touch anything. I asked to change to Presidential suite, which was a little better, less expensive, but still. The pools are dirty, pools bottoms are old with damages. People are sitting at the pool, drinking alcohol and peeing in the pool 24/7 long... Choose different places for your vacation.

Dont know what all the bad reviews are about this place is great we love it originally rented a villa but the one we wanted was rented out when we got there so we got two conjoining rooms in miracle springs spa and you have choice of all the pools and the sister property pools to we will definitely be coming back again soono

The spa was nice the cold and warm ones both relaxing and we met some cool people i highly request going with family.

Positive: Usually they are awesome however worst cost ever I rent from them atleast twice a month Negative: I will not give them a bad rating only first time mess up they are great

The resort is set in a beautiful scenic location. The mineral spas and pool are wonderful. The restaurant has delicious food. I cant wait to go back.

Staff was rude and in accommodating. A particular employee threatened with her vehicle us while standing next to our vehicle in the parking lot.Astonishingly she pinned us against a brick wall, got out of her vehicle, yelled for us to have moved while we stood next to our parked vehicle. The parking lot had dozens of empty spaces, but for some reason she chose to threaten us while parking in the slot next to us.Shocking behavior from an employee of a hospitality business.

The annual Heart to Heart ️ luncheon was here and the staff was super nice and attentive to our needs. The only thing they dropped the ball on was extra or rolls for our table. Not a problem because they really were not needed.The offered me a veggie plate option when I asked for extra salad instead of the beef entree; but I just asked for extra salad and they accommodated me very nicely.Super nice folks.

It is definitely a cool place for those who likes alcohol, all night fun and no sleep. If you want to sleep, go sleep somewhere else. Loved the pools and mountain views. People who work there are polite and nice but seems like they have to deal with a lot there.

The ambiance was good. The main pool however, was too cool for me.

Positive: lots of pools and spas landscaping was nice, staff appeared to be friendly during check in Negative: I did not like getting woke up by a staff on the phone accusing us of smoking in the room or outside. there was a cigaret but on the ground under our balcony apparently. Neither of us smoke. A neighbor continued to knock on our door asking for a ride???

I love the hot springs, and the front desk staff was wonderful. The rooms could use updating.

Pools are good and clean, but rooms are old and outdated. The people that are wondering around the premises look homeless. Loud rap music playing all night from peoples cars and a lot of loitering ghetto people.

Positive: Pool and hot tubs were great. Negative: Lots of children at the pool, and there was a waitress for the pool, but we never saw her come out of the restaurant. We went into the restaurant bar to order drinks.

Amazing experience on Tues night: 8 warm-hot mineral pools for replenishing our mineral levels. Quiet, clean, and friendly staff. Nice restaurant and offrrings. Met very friendly travelers. What a gem!

I was planning to stay here. I called to see if there were any restrictions to any of the amenities due to COVID. My call got answered by a man named Jim. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I was just asking basic questions if the pool was open and if it had any restrictions. He said as of right now there were none and continued to say he can’t predict the future. I didn’t want a fortune telling I just wanted to know the basics as of now. He wouldn’t even let me get a word out. I decided to hang up!!! Lost a potential customer..

The Miracle Hotel is very charming. The pools are beautiful and the spa water is the best. Specially Miracle hotel has 5 villas. The villa is very large and has barbecue and large lawns on the back.

This place is old and don’t be fooled by the pictures, they are retouched or filter photos. The rooms are not so clean... the carpet in the hallways have not been cleaned in years. The bed and room furniture was old. WeThe elevator had a really bad smell. One star is too much to give.

What a fantastic experience, we will be back for a longer stay next time!! And, well spring for the few extra bucks to get the poolside walk-in/out rooms, too - what a luxurious, restful vacation!

We had a poolside room. The place looked so rundown..... A lot of homeless stayed there during the early times of covid I was told.

Astonishingly rude and dangerous employee created a threatening confrontation in the parking we were loading our vehicle in the morning.She threatened us with her vehicle and pinned us against a block wall before quickly getting out of her vehicle and running in to hotel preventing to identify her name from her badge.

From dealing with rude waitresses because of the lack of help to unprofessional staff members at the front desk that don’t know how to correctly input booking information In their computers. I shouldn’t have to have a conversation with the maid twice explaining to her I did pay for my room and then have the exact conversation where the front desk tells me “ That I didn’t pay for the room and I have to leave.Then they tell me they aren’t sure what to do in the situation.” How about contact the employee that handled my reservation and took my money instead of having multiple employees harassing me telling me to leave the room. Make sure all your guests receive their receipts. Very unprofessional and I still never received a call back apologizing for the inconvenience. Train Your employees properly. Other than that no complaints .

I love this place it is so relaxing and you can go in the waters 24/7. Always a plus. But on the down side It is in desperate need of renovations. The beds are so hard. Hopefully they will start on the main pool soon and at night there is a very dark area with no lights next to a water fountain on the ground next to the main pool and stairs. I almost walked right into it but heard the water running. Accident waiting to happen.

Dated but comfortable resort. Excellent service from the front desk to the bartenders on down to housekeeping staff - really impressed. Im travelling with 3 children under 10 so Im not here for a ritzy vacation. I appreciated the large room, fridge microwave and extra sofa. Kids are welcome but reciprocal privleges are offered at resort next door for pool use. Price is very reasonable for this hotel and the grounds and pools are well maintained.

Several of the hot tubs are non operational right now, either no water or not heated. Sauna closed, looking a bit run down and neglected.

This was our 2nd stay here. Johnny is great & took good care of us on our 1st visit. We drive straight thru from WA to Desert Hot Springs for Dr appts, it takes 21 hrs & he got us right in to a room at 10:30am even tho you were full the night before. We arrived at noon on 2nd visit, were not greeted with a smile at the front desk, was told the hotel was full the night before, there were no rooms available & check in was not til 4:00. We explained we had again driven all night & last time was able to get in to a room early do to an early check out & room that had been cleaned That is not possible, we were full last night, there are no rooms yet cleaned, I can call you if one comes available before 4:00 I did not see her name tag. We went to our car to stretch out & wait, I kept watching to see if she left the front desk area. At 1:00 I noticed she had & Johnny was now at the front desk. We went back in, he remembered us, greeted us with a smile & welcomed us back. He checked & found a King room that had been cleaned & ready on the 2nd floor, mountain view, exactly what we had made a reservation for, he got us checked in immediately & into our room. We will be traveling to Palm Springs 6 times a year for Dr visits & thought wed found a decent $ friendly place to stay. We will give u one more try, if the front desk is as unwilling & unhelpful again,it will be the last. Rooms are old yet clean, hallways are unkept & carpet is stained, many jets are broken in the spas.

Miracle Springs has some of the best pools in town! Over 8 to choose from and some of the best daily rates around the Coachella Valley makes the Pool Pass worth getting. Along with that the Capri has great food and service. I highly recommend staying here when in the desert.5 Stars Well deserved️️

Very awesome love the relaxing area and peaceful place

The heated pool and hot tubs were the main draw of the facility. The restaurant was also very nice - servers were quick and friendly and food was of very good quality. Housekeeping was iffy. Two days during our stay our room didnt get made up, despite the housekeeping staff having ample time to do so when we were out of the room. Both common areas leading from the outside into the access way to the pools was very dirty and didnt appear to get much attention at all. Also, the facility opens their pool and spa to day guests and on a few days they were so numerous in number that they really impinged on our ability, as overnight guests (10 nights, 9 days) to enjoy the pool area.

We could see the mattress dent before we tried the bed. The elevator had a really bad smell. The restaurant staff was the friendliest, the front desk staff not so much, especially the night guys that work the front desk. The food at the restaurant was pretty good.

A little dated but very nice and relaxing. Lifeguard Amanda was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant was great and very reasonable. Marie was a breat server. We will be back.

Clean great air conditioning I mean cold..clean pools

Nice hot springs pools of varying temperatures. We got a facial and body scrub at the spa, both nicely done by kind and professional body workers. Not too ritzy, but clean and welcoming. Id recommend this place after hiking at Joshua Tree to soak tired muscles!

Lovely relaxing stay. Rooms are clean but the building looks older and could use some upkeep, has a old stuffy smell. Staff was friendly.

This place is pretty outdated, but it is a great escape if you are looking to get away for a weekend. The customer service is great, the restaurant is great and the room was cozy. Palm Springs is only 20 minutes away if you feel like getting out and about. Thanks for a nice stay!

Its all right at times theres to much activity going on but overall its chill

This is our familys favorite resort ever, we love coming here to recharge, relax, I cant express how much we all love this place. The best thing about it is that all the pools have mineral springs water which is so much better than chlorine since the skin and eyes dont get irritated which is very important for me and also for my little daughter who loves to dive with open eyes or occasionally opens mouth under water. The location is beautiful with mountains view. Also we had pool front suite which was very nice for the times when my daughter has naps or sleeps at night since all the pools are 24 hours. Also I loved the spa with variety of treatments, I did deep tissue massage which was amazing and helped me to release all the tension in back muscles and also I did facial which made my skin glow. All the pools have different temperature, so the cooler ones are great for day time and the hot ones are awesome at night. The Italian restaurant in the resort is great too, it has variety of dished to choose from and has indoor and outdoor area. It was nice to eat outdoors by the pool and enjoy the view. And the best part no driving anywhere. We will come back here for sure and highly recommend this resort!

Positive: Location and restaurant are good. Unfortunately pool working till 11 pm and after closed for night time. Room was very clean, no room service because covid precautions. I think needs more security to remind people Do not smoke /drink around pool area Negative: I think barbecue cant use in balcony area, loud music at night in pool area.

Its was very DIRTY!.. Some Staff was RUDE!.. jacuzzis were not hot they were lukewarm the showers in the rooms did not even get hot they were just warm ...Edibles were left in the refrigerator due to house keepers not cleaning out refrigerator properly and i had 4 children in the room!

Seriously, the food here will surprise you. Eat at the restaurant.The springs are ok, but the pool area is pretty far from pristine. The rooms are not memorable, but theyre not terrible.But the value is great, so you wont be disappointed unless somehow you pay some increased rate for an event in town.But lets be serious. An event worth traveling to in Desert Hot Springs? Dont count on it - the rooms will be cheap when you book. For the price, what youre getting is pretty good (especially the food, seriously, eat it).

The rooms are spacious but very dated. Carpet needs to be replaced, the wood in all furniture is chipped and rooms are musty smelling. The hot springs are wonderful but all pools were dirty with debris and rocks in bottom. The restaurant however was delightful and deliciously made items. The side door to the parking lot needs to replaced as it its supposed to be a security door and we found it stuck open every morning leaving free access to the rooms and pools. I think the locals sneak in this way and know the code for the door. They could change this to key access only and replace the double door so it closes securely after opening. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is not safe

The resort is not how the pictures make it seem. The pools are nice but extremely dirty. There is never any ice in the ice machines and when you ask a worker for help they would always say that its because theyre at capacity. The restroom and bathtub are disgusting. You absolutely have to wear sandals everywhere in the room including to shower. The toilet seat looked like it hasnt been changed in 10 years. Other than that its ok. We still got into the pool even though it was dirty, it was 100°+ after all and the only reason we went was for the pools and hot springs (which were closed). This place could recieve 4 to 5 stars if they just renovated the restrooms and made sure the pool stays clean. The bar is nice, the restaurant serves good food, and it is in the right location

I usually love this place and would normally give a 4 star rating. I havent been here in about a year. I had some friends visiting me so I took them to the hot springs. I understand July and August is scorching hot but usually the large pool is kept very cold for a nice cool off. I always like the little waterfall they have by the large pool its relaxing. I also enjoy their food and drinks. Not sure what was going on during our visit Im sure its because of COVID that seems to be what every establishment blames everything on now. The large pool was got as hell so we had no cool off in 112° weather it was awful, no waterfall either, it had trash in it and water was murky. We also went for lunch well guess what they said they stop surving lunch at 1 ummm 1pm really ok thats when people eat is between 12-2. Also no drinks, good thing we brought in our own. Ill update my review if this gets better like it use to be. Fix the pool!!!

Lovely and quiet. Rooms are dated with thin walls but the pools are exquisite.

Very affordable and historic spa. Yes it is older and not as fancy some higher end places but its clean and the mineral pools are well worth it. The day passes expire at 6pm but you can party on and their sister facility across the way until 10 pm.

This is a good spa for the price, the spa area was really nice with many pools with different temperatures. I really enjoyed the spa.They have a restaurant which is not too expensive and the food was good, they also have some local beers.The rooms are a little dated and some furniture were a bit old. But the bed was very comfortable and clean.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. If you want to have a nice vacation or business trip, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RESORT

We come back every year. We come for the healing waters. Staff is friendly. Rooms are OK. As I said we come here to relax and enjoy the healing waters. I recommend getting a poolside 1st floor room.

This resort is one we have been visiting every winter for the passed 9 years. We stumbled across it looking for natural hot springs and have been coming back year after year. There are several natural water pools to experience. Some warmer than others which is great for variety. There is a large pool for playing that is just warm enough to play in without overheating. The Capri restaurant is actually really good with very reasonable prices. I have never eaten a meal there that has disappointed me. It is all very fresh and well prepared. For the quality, you get a lot for your money. This little resort has so much potential. The staff is very kind and professional. However, the facility is old and dated. The pool tiles need attention as well as paint touch-ups that could really do a lot for this place. The rooms are also quite outdated but dont carry any unpleasant odors. I have used the facility for a massage and it was quite nice but I cant speak to much else in the spa. So, bottom line. This resort is old and outdated but if you can get passed the cosmetics it is worth your time and money to check it out. We will continue to stay here for years to come.

Run down, pool water is cloudy, saw a cockroach and worst of all the walls are thin.

I have been going to Miracle springs resorts & spa for years. The spa and springs are great. The staff is nice.my main complaint is that It has gotten very crowded with day visitors. The hot tubs are very crowded. Still, the hot spring tubs are very clean and well maintained.

It was a great afternoon. Wish they were not doing the upgrades when we were they as it was noisy and dusty. Will be back when in Palm springs again.

3/19/20 stayed amidst stay at home order in CA: bed was comfortable, shower had good hot water and pressure, shower-head was a bit low for anyone around 6’ height. Convenient distance to Palm Springs.

The service here was amazing - the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming! The hot tubs were great, especially with the gin and tonics. Ill definitely recommend!
