Nice walking trail. Ducks and other water fowl to be seen. Some outlook spots to read about historical events on location. Covered area for water overlook. Not much shade so if your there in the summer prepare with water.

Beautiful place to go for an afternoon stroll! Our toddler loved it here too! Nothing for kids to play on but all of the birds and ducks were entertaining enough! The water was beautiful! It was nice and clean also. Would recommend checking it out and we will be returning.

A place of absolute, astonishing beauty!!! All that are nature enthusiasts ought to visit when in Daytona Beach. Im still in awe!

Its a wonderful place! There are numerous, beautiful, ducks and geese here! Now and then, youll see folks fishing in the pond but Im not sure of thier success. Its open to the public, quiet, you can walk your dogs there (ON A LEASH), and its an all around, good, family oriented place to spend time. I recommend it!

This park is absolutely beautiful: the water, the bridges, the vegetation. I go on runs and walks fairly often, and I recommend it. The path is mostly flat, so its easy to run.

Great spot to walk/run, very scenic with lots of ducks and mileage clearly marked. A few shady characters most times of day, and some truant middlw schoolers, but have never had any troubles with anyone.

Peaceful, plenty of walk and jog space, pet friendly. The only thing I saw a need for, is the bridge to be maintained and walk ways to be pressure washed.

The cleanliness and atmosphere of the park is nice. Good place to unwind.

Really great if you want to ride your bike or take a nice walk.....or if you enjoy the unsettling company of thug-like ducks every four feet. They dont have to say anything to radiate a mocking, hurtful energy. The really mean ones look like craterface from grease. The only ducks with a soul are tan and sleek. They have kind eyes like the woman who gives you a lollipop at the bank when you wait in line with your mom.

Beautiful park. Used to love to walk there but recently strange people lurking around the park. Did not feel safe. That guy looked like he was waiting for an opportunity. I left quickly and havent returned.

Nice Park, clean except for bird poop, well laid out, fairly clean, restrooms clean and functional. Felt safe and enjoyed walking my dogs here. Parking a little cramped, but otherwise an enjoyable park.

Beautiful park and former native American settlement. Also happens to be a lay line.

I go there almost every morning with my dogs and its wonderful..I love the wide sidewalks and the wildlife. Occasionally there may be a homeless person sleeping under the covered pier but thats a sad sign of our times.. It is not in the best neighborhood but everyone there is very friendly.

Nice walking park. Needs some attention, its filthy. The city needs to clean it up. Dont make a no sense, they wouldnt have it looking like that on reed canal walking park.

Does anyone know why its called archeological? I cant find anything here that has to do with archeology. Also, this GPS takes you to the wrong location: an apartment complex
