Love this place! However they keep it too cold so remember to bring a jacket. The food is always delicious and portions are large. There is a small inside restaurant upstairs and a small outside restaurant downstairs but both have a wonderful view of the beach as it sits on the beach. This is a place we love to go to when we want to sit and have a beer and snack while watching the waves. Great food, great view, great service, great prices. This is a must visit restaurant.

Its a fun area to hang out with family or friends. Shops, beaches and some rides. Parking can be a pain at times but the parking garage is usually never filled. My only complaint, no public wifi and quite a bit of panhandlers.

Its a beautiful place to take your, children. You can fish there. ( The river is saltwater! So, you and your, children, could catch something big! ) They, can also, play in the fountains. It, is a nice place to picnic.

You dont need words for how wonderful the atmosphere is here. The view says it all.

Lovely oceanfront park with palm trees , boardwalk,pier and a very nice clean beach

I love this park. Its so calming to walk along the boardwalk and sit here. My resort was nearby so I did not have to concern myself with parking or bathrooms (I saw a review that mentioned both were bad). There are also homeless folks all through this area, but none of them harassed me or seemed dangerous. Overall, the ocean distracts from anything negative, to me.

I really enjoyed this little outdoor mall. There were plenty of restaurants and nice souvenir shops to check out. Some of the stores were a little pricey. However, the atmosphere of the area was amazing and really gave me an urge to explore.

Very nice beach and fishing pier. The problem with this place is... homeless situation is out of control here. Im all for help the unfortunate; however when youre with your family which includes small children: its very uncomfortable having multiple people walk up to you asking for money. The public restrooms were locked and they had porta potties outside with poop over following the toilets. That being said love this city not this beach... Next time I will try Cocoa Beach instead

Nice place to spend a day or evening whit the family the boardwalk is super cool you got business that you can enjoy some pizza or just buy a souvenir fun all around

Awesome, simply awesome views and beach, boardwalk. Always worth the detour when traveling from Tampa or Orlando back to Canada. Its just nice to be on the Ocean side even for a day. Also I just love driving on the Beach! Jeep Beach!

Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy due to bad weather hence the half way rating. My daughter loved it despite so felt I had to leave a rating. Looks like a lot to do and see.

This is a Very casual oceanfront restaurant with meals served in plastic baskets. This the view from our table. The food was good. Corn nuggets for appetizer were delicious. I had the veggie burger, two friends had burgers (which this place is well known for) and another had the mahi sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their lunch with no complaints. The only thing we didnt like is that it is seat yourself and the place is packed so everyone is standing around waiting for a table to empty out to grab it.

Wonderful Old Florida feeling

First time my kids seen the ocean.. it was perfect. Clean and beautiful. Everyone friendly. Im in a wheel chair and had plenty space to get around and they could run a lil bit of everywhere. Thank u Daytona

Great place to stop and enjoy the beach, although the beach could be a little cleaner. We picked up and disposed of quite a bit of trash before we left.

This is an excellent place to go and listen to/watch the ocean and even though they dont have any covered spots built for the rain I still like to go sit on the seats by the beach and let the sounds and feelings of a rainy ocean wash over me

We visited on a weekday with intermittent clouds, so it wasnt too busy. We had a great time walking the boardwalk nearby and playing on the beach. The park has showers to clean sandy feat, and a small fountain for kids to play.

Beautiful sunrise. Always something to do! Lay out, swim in the ocean, picnics, bike riding. Great vacation destination.

I had fun! I found a spot to park I found a spot to set my things down and went into the water. A couple things there that you could buy were pretty expensive but not by much though. Make sure to pack an umbrella whenever you go.

The view was nice, ocean wonderful. We were on the pier and couldnt access past the Restaurant, or climb the deck.

Really nice for small date nightsbor evenings

I’ve been going to this park since I was a little girl. There’s an arcade with a bar to order whatever kind of goodies you’d like from beer for the parents to nachos and burgers for the kids. There’s also a few rides like go karts. And the beach is just steps away from this park. If you get tired of the hot sun and salt, just come up the stairs and enjoy yourself a cold one, or even a round of gaming with the family

We love this place for their personal care and hospitality. Close to the boardwalk. Affordable.

Sketchy people after dark. Make sure you are carrying self defense.

Jumpers beware of getting it into your own risk.

Slingshot was fun but this part of the beach is so dirty. Even the bathrooms are gross.

The water is clear, the beach is clean. Lifeguard on duty. We paid $42 for a rental beach umbrella and two chairs. We have chairs and a tent at home, but at the last minute it was reasonable. Theres no visible trash anywhere.

It was a good day to watch the waves and the surfers trying to ride them in. Id guess 4 to 6 ft. waves. I enjoyed hanging out on the pier.

Its a regular beach located close to restaurants and the major race tracks.

Bathrooms are really disgusting, very sketchy area near the abandoned amusement park. Buildings are showing thier age. Doesnt make sense to invest millions in a boardwalk to be surrounded by really old buildings. I imagined more. Other than the beach your not missing much.

This place has a beautiful view of the ocean. And has multiple places to sit and watch kids play. U can even lay out a blanket and picnic on the surrounding lawn area!

Love this place. Mainly in the early morning for sunrise, in the evening for cool breeze and at night to just walk around. Usually quite during weekdays with space available for free parking.
