What an incredible park! We took our three year old here and he loved it. We walked the trails, which is incredible during these times as almost every trail has several different options making it much easier to enjoy the park while social distancing. Masks required for the huge tree top lookout as well as a great water walkway.I highly recommend, most trails are in the shade so nice even on a hot day

Beautiful place but very poor Maintenance in general. The shelter closed due COVID the wheel paddler out of service??. Why?. There is no reason to have this nice amenitie out of service due COVID because it is easy to have an attendant cleaning the boats and paddler with quimical after each use while you still have a source of income. Park management should be more proactive and creative to find solutions. Doing nothing and closing park attractions is nothing but being lazy with all due respect.

Great park for the scenery but awful employees. Went here recently for my maternity shoot at 3:30pm and was harassed by 5 different employees telling us the park was closing at 5pm instead of sunset. I felt like they didn’t want us there. Then one employee informed us that we needed a permit to take pictures at the park which we did not see on the website prior to going to the park. I have had better park experiences.

This park offers so much to do! You can work out, go up and down the tower, or just sit and relax there while looking at the different trees, birds, bugs, so beautiful. You can go ride a water bike while enjoying the scenery. You also have a large pond similar to what you would see in the Everglades with turtles, fish and birds and sometimes you can spot snakes. The park also offers gazebos to celebrate all kinds of parties. It is awesome to have this park close by.

I grew up in Cooper City, about five minutes away from this park, and spent countless afternoons and weekends here. Its quiet in the morning and is so clean and well-maintained. Lots of turtles out and about in the water, beautiful trees, and lots of things to do. Great for biking and families and kids alike. I have great childhood memories here; my family and I spent lots of time grilling and spending time on picnic benches and playgrounds, as well as the little trails throughout the park. Located in Davie, Tree Tops Park is a large park that offers a few amenities for the whole family such as:* Boat rentals - paddleboats are rented on weekends and holidays* Fishing - catch & release encouraged* Lake/waterways - for boats and fishing* Biking & jogging paths* Fitness Zone - outdoor fitness equipment provided by Memorial Healthcare System* Nature trails - 3 trails (Live Oak Trail, Seminole Trail, & Pine Island Ridge Trail)* Playgrounds* Safety Town - a miniature block town designed to teach safety concepts* Pavilions/picnic tables & grills* Horse trailsThe park is open daily from 9:00am - 6:00pm. Entrance fee is $1.50 per person on the weekends and holidays, during the week its free. Since it was such a beautiful day, I decided to come here to do a bit of exercise. After parking my vehicle, I began walking the trails throughout the park. Its so quiet around certain parts. I found the observation tower, which is made out of wood. With all the sun and rain exposure, the wood was creaking under my weight so I went up and down the tower very cautiously. Once at the top, it gives you a birds-eye view of the bushes and trees around the area. Visit the park office for pavilion and/or Oak Ridge Hall reservations. Will definitely come back here again.

Beautiful beautiful park! I went through the trails with my little girls and they loved it. They kept saying they felt like they were in a storybook. It’s nature at its best inside the city. This place is a beautiful park, I would rate it 3.5 stars (but I can’t do that so I put 3). I would love for there to be more paths to walk through, I enjoy very long walks, but there weren’t too many paths to take through the nature part of the park. I love being outside and surrounded by nature so I’d like to be able to see more of it. There is a whole lot of nature but not much of it to see. Maybe I just missed a path but I really didn’t see very many I walked through them all within 15-25 mins which was a little disappointing. There is a dock where you can see fish and turtles as well. I thought that place was very beautiful I love seeing animals and I spent about 30 mins in that area alone. I was hoping I’d see an alligator but I didn’t see any there sadly, but there are very many fish, especially cat fish.I do recommend you go to this park; it’s really nice, relaxing and it’s really beautiful, but you might not be there for more than an hour- hour and a half unless you like the playground. Also it’s 1.50 per person, which I don’t mind it’s just something to note.
