Really great experience! Great way for our family to spend time together. We have 2 kids (ages 12 and 9) and they have a blast solving the clues and puzzles. Repeat customers - this was the second room we have solved. Plan on completing all 5 in the future. Service has always been great; Autumn hooked us up today! Get those brains in gear!

We had such an incredible time ESCAPING here!! Half our group started super nervous about the experience but left singing its praises!!! Cant wait to go back and try other rooms. Great team building activity for non-profit groups or anyone really. Maybe next time well do a double date :D Cant wait!!

It was definitely quite the experience. We went with a family of 4 and we were looking to do something fun. An escape room is definitely a family go to. However, compared to a few other escape rooms I’ve gone to, this was my least favorite. They were generous with the clues but we requested for an extra scare, didn’t happen. The young lady then said “you guys were late and there were a lot of people.” We had 5 minutes to spare. And had 2 or 3 employees just standing there. The whole system for the room wasn’t even set up correctly. We got into a door without doing it right and the anecdote was in an open cabinet.. typically other locations I’ve gone to have other exciting rooms 3 or 4. This one had just 2. But it was still fun and we will definitely do this again maybe somewhere else.

We had a really fun time! We went to the kidnapped room which was the hardest room and it was actually very hard to figure everything out but we really enjoyed it and the guy that was working there was super nice to us and helped us a lot!

So much fun!! This was our first time doing the escape room experience, and believe me when I tell you that this is the place to do it! Very awesome experience! I found the room to be very well designed and thought through. I went for my 17th birthday today with my siblings and parents. Everyone was able to contribute and have a great time. Albeit stressful, it was very exciting and satisfying to solve clues. Good for family bonding and getting to know people better in a fun way.Ive been to a escape rooms before and this is one of the best participated in. I did Kidnapped which is rated R, however, I found the clues to be very doable and clever. If your wondering whether your kids are not clever enough there are many other ways to contribute as you must be observant as well. The attendant also gave us great customer service!10/10 recommend.

I Honestly had tremendous experience here. I took someone on a date and because people like Angie that works there help made the date more fun with an already memorable experience. If your bored or just want to do something and or just want to do something I’d refer here. Also I’m definitely coming back to try the other rooms.

Best escape room there is! Went during covid and it is super clean and safe. They are taking things very seriously so that everyone is safe and still having fun. I definitely recommend getting out for a little and taking a trip to the one 2 escape. Well worth it!

We went on a Saturday Night and did 3 games. Not only did they not give us a discount on the additional rooms played, the service was horrible. Angie checked us in and when I paid for the 3rd room and did not leave a tip, no one scared us in the “scary” room, no one greeted us when we escaped and only when we said out loud “no one is even sting good bye” we get a sarcastic “good Bye” from the back of the room. I assume the owner or manager was not there. Pity though because we wanted to do the remaining rooms. Rooms were good, service bad!

Great friendly place and would recommend to anyone. Clean and safe even during the Covid-19 virus. Took my family to get out of the house and have some fun.

First time for my son and friends attending and they had a great time with the room, we won’t let the secrets out but they had a blast! Clean- Private room and definitely returning! The kids were 11- 12 years old and they had not gone out for a while bc of COV 19 this was definitely what they needed to escape from home and have a safe local adventure. The moms sat On the sitting area and they sell refreshments and ice cream. We loved ️ It

THAT CHRIS GUY WILL RUN THIS BUSINESS TO THE GROUND! I will never spend a dime at this establishment. Poor customer service and the rooms are a waste of time. There are many other escape rooms in South Florida whose professionalism is top tier. Customer service is very important in an establishment like this.

We are obsessed with escape rooms and have done quite a few. We absolutely loved The Heist and missed tying the record by 3 minutes! To make it even more fun we all wore our cowboy boots & hats! The rooms were clean and the clues were super fun. We highly recommend The One 2 Escape.

The escape room is the s..t. This was a night full of entertainment , suspense , and none stop thinking. Ok i did ask for a clue , or two , but i like to win and escape :). The staff was friendly , and able to assist at all times . Ben is the man and It’s amazing what he’s done with the place . Thanks for a kick a.. time .

This place is awesome. First time trying an escape room. My fiance and I did the quarantine room and it was the best. We opted for being scared and Im still recuperating. The game master was helpful with the clues and we were able to make it out. We will definitely come back to try the other rooms. If you are looking for an escape room this is the place to check out.

Love it. Innovative. The room we did started kinda slow with little to go on but picked up quickly. Interactive staff and clues so you dont lose time waiting on a little help. Great experience, much better then other locations Ive been too.

Place is awesome to spend time with family and friends. Additionally, the staff was very friendly. The puzzles are well hidden and teamwork heavily replied on to escape within the time limit. Only thing that is preventing me from giving this place five stars is that some of the challenges were defective and had to radio in to the employees for help. Other than the defect, this place is highly recommended. I recommend taking 5-8 people for the escape.

My best friend & I LOVE coming here. The first room we did was so much fun, that we decided to do a second one! If youre an escape roon fan, this is a cant miss spot!

My experience at this establishment was HORRIFIC!!!!! They racially profiled me and my family. I was trying to have a good time with my family and he made it unenjoyable. He called us LIARSSS, Rolled his eyes at us when we was just trying to explain that we had already made some of the payment to play the game. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional with us simply because of our color!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND IM NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE TOO. Chris Hudson should be fired for his customer service!!!

This place was incredible! They have great interesting escape rooms that are actually challenging. Ive done their Quartine and Heist rooms with a group of friends and both were incredibly fun. If you have a group and an hour to waste I really suggest checking this place out.

Awesome place. You can host parties, and birthdays. The first escape room i have been to that had a scare factor incorporated by the host. We will come back

It was an alright experience. Ive done many escape rooms and found all of theirs pretty disappointing. Out of all of them, Id say the Egypt room is the most unique and enjoyable, but all of the others were a big let down. The staff was friendly and helpful, we just didnt find the rooms that enjoyable.

While room quality is always the first consideration, customer service is often the lynchpin to a successful escape room experience. And unfortunately, this establishment lacks that customer service. There are many better options in the South Florida area to play escape rooms than here that you ought not waste your time or money coming to One 2 Escape.

The experience was horrible! The prices are low but the experience but it’s not worth it at all. I have been to many escape rooms but this one by far is the worst. I will never go back even if they lower their prices to $5. Chris Hudson, one of the game masters, was very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude!!

It was the first time I experienced an escape room as well as my daughter-in-law. My granddaughter had done one with her husband last year and we thought it was a good idea to surprise her mom, my daughter-in-law, for her 60th birthday. We went to a great lunch then did The Heist which was recommended for beginners. It was challenging, nevertheless, lots of fun, and gave us a wonderful memory. The staff was so helpful and added greatly to the experience. We were able to take fun photos afterward. Looking forward to the next time.

I have to say that my family was really excited to do a room at One 2 Escape based on the reviews. We couldn’t have been more disappointed! It turns out that the owner writes the rooms herself which may explain why they are so linear. One puzzle leads to another, not necessarily having anything to do with the theme of the room at all. We escaped from Kidnapped while solving puzzles with farm animals and skulls that really did not relate to the theme at all. Very disappointed!!! We won’t be back.

We love Escape Room games -- solving the puzzles is the best mental stimulation! This place has several of the best puzzles anywhere (and weve visited all over the northeast and midwest in addition to Florida). Weve done all their rooms, so hope they introduce new rooms soon. Highly recommend!

My wife and I as well as another couple did the Kidnapped escape room. A little unfortunate that one of the locks was already done so we had to skip a couple of the steps (Which they gave us a 15% coupon for our next visit), but still a very challenging, fun room. The staff is VERY peppy and they did a good job with the overall layout. The scared aspect wasnt has exciting as I would have hoped and would probably just not worry about this feature next time. We will be back to take on the Egyptian room soon, so the overall experience was good for our returning business.

We just finished two rooms - Egypt and kidnapped - escaped from both. Great rooms with challenging puzzles and fun themes! Looking forward to new rooms in the middle of the summer. We will be back!! The girls that worked there were very friendly and super helpful!! Be sure to say “yes” to the extra scare element in Kidnapped!

This was my family’s first experience with an escape room and we loved it! The owner was extremely nice and helpful after several phone calls and debating on which room we wanted to do. We went with four adults and two kids ages 7 and 10 and they loved it as well. The girl who was working when we went was also she nice. As soon as we left we already were talking about when we were going back. We need the heist room. So much fun, you won’t regret it!

Our group had an awesome time!! We did the Mission: Egypt escape room. The puzzles got progressively harder, and there were many interactive and creative puzzles. I liked this place more than others because of their unique twists and mix of mechanics and technology within the game. Every detail was thought out down to the elaborate decor, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back for more rooms!

Very awesome rooms! These were are 24th and 25th rooms in Florida. The murderer room is easily top 5 or top 10 of all the ones Ive done! The theming is top notch! The puzzles and clues make sense and one leads to the other. I highly recommend it! The Egyptian room is awesome too! The technology used throughout the room is so cool! The puzzles are really imaginative. I cant stress how great the theming is. The workers are super nice too! They were super helpful!! Never made us feel like we were bothering also very patient with us. We didnt beat the Egyptian room D: but finished up the Killer room, killer is much more difficult though! (We ended up asking for hints earlier!) We will definitely be back with our friends!

We did the Quarantine room just last night (Aug 15th), and absolutely loved the experience. It was really fun running around trying to solve the clues, and watching my group fail miserably. Will definitively be returning in the near future, and recommending this spot to anyone I can.As for the service, Alycia was incredible! Give her all the stars, she really brought together the experience. She quoted my joke back to me, so give her an extra star.

I scheduled a private event here for the Egyptian room for myself and 3 friends for one of their birthdays and it was a lot of fun! It was all of our first times doing an escape room and we were all amazed by the detail they put into the room and interaction. They do their best to help make sure you arent overwhelmed or get frustrated and the woman who helped us that night was extremely nice and helpful! We were told that Egyptian is the hardest room but we will for sure be going back to try the other rooms! Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

We did the zombie quest, The props and room was epic!! I dont know how the other reviews say they werent scared, they definitely had me on edge!! I loved it, will revisit again!

This was my first time to a escape room. I did it with guys I work with and it was a Blast. We had so much fun and as we would solve part of the puzzle and move forward we would just cheer. I would recommend this for any group. I can wait to go back and try some 9f the other rooms.

Amazing Escape room, best one Ive been to yet. The puzzles are very detailed. The rooms have great themes and puzzles. They are really well made! I would really like to know who thinks up tho stuff?! So original and well thought out. Much better than other places I have been to! Was a really fun time for me and a group of my friends! Laughed a lot! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They said they are opening up new rooms at some point. Really excited for that!!

I went to the One 2 Escape Room for my birthdday with 17 other women. We used their party room before hand for dinner and then split up into 3 groups. It was amazing. The staff is nice, informative and fun. The party room is large and roomy, the entire place was very clean. The rooms are a real mystery and very fun. Went for My birthday last Friday. Had a lot of fun. The room was a perfect level of difficulty and all of us had a great time overall. There was very great service. They treated us well and the rooms were of high quality

We had a group of 6 and did the heist room... It was challenging but not too hard or easy. We completed with 17 minutes left. Everyone had a good time and we will plan to come back next month. Birthday boys & girls get in free!!
