We had a wonderful time here! You have to have a hotel room booked here to access the pool, but they offer guest passes too. They have several different pools, one with a swim up bar! They also have two large water slides and a lazy river... we are big kids at heart, so we went on those several times!

One of the best experiences weve had. There was something for every member of the family. Both kids had a great time and the bar was great for dad. This was our first time going, but well be back for sure.

We had a daycation here and it was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed it and had a blast. Everyone kept their distance and it was very safe. The day pass was exactly what our family needed. Food is a bit pricey and it’s more fast food. Also wish they had more option for kids food since they don’t allow food in there but we made it work! Now we know for next time! I was super disappointed on my drink specially since it was $15 but now I know what not to order.

Very relaxing except for all the kids. Even in the adult only area a third of the area is shallow for kids to be in, and they are. Tried to enjoy lazy river but kids kept throwing a football inside river and swimming all around us. Has swim up bar and as long as you are willing to pay $15 a mixed drink your good to go.

Amazing water park with lazy river, adults only pool and pool bar. Clean and good installations with lockers, cabanas, showers, restrooms and excellent service with nice employees. Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends or kids. Love it !

We stayed there again this weekend... Every experience previously had been pretty good... this one was kind of rough... we had some room issues and thought let’s relax and chill at the pool! Sweet!!! Everything was great! Until we got thirsty... before Covid they would have water stations up and around. Now, no. I get that... what I don’t understand is charging $1.50 for a cup of ICE!!! Ice that in Texas heat will be melted very quickly. A bottled water is also $1.50... when I mentioned to them that I can get ice and water from inside the hotel complementary I was told by one of the restaurant attendants “well, not out here... do you want ice and water or no?” Shocking and a big disappointment... hopefully they figure that out soon!!! The actual pool experience... Amazing!! Relaxing and just what I needed!

Such a great place to spend the day with the teenage kids! Great waiting service, very attentive staff. The food was pretty good and so were the drinks. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful hotel worst experience ever. The night clerk Norma was very rude and acted like she was bothered by doing her job. Rodrick the security officer seemed just as bothered while rolling his eyes at myself and my daughter after we had to file a complaint about our stuff being stolen. And offered to take our 11$ dollar parking fee off as compensation. We will never stay here again. And do not recommend it to other people as long as people like them are employed here.

Love love love this place. My favorite summer hangout place. I found out about this place from resort pass which lets you try all the fancy hotel pools. I always come in my off day during the week. I love floating around the lazy river all day. Get there early before the summer sun kicks in and makes the water all warm. The food is average, typical bar food. The burgers and quesadillas are good.

Awesome water park tucked away in in the back of the hotel! You have to add it to your room... $25/day & they will issue you a wristband.Lazy river, water slide, and other pool areas available for all ages! There is NO pool more than 3ft Excellent activity for the family!

Jade Waters Resort inside the the Hilton Anatole is incredible! Not only is the hotel huge and amazing, but Jade Waters has water slides, a huge lazy river, little basketball goals in the pool, and many play slides at the pool for kids! Jade Waters also includes a bar, a dining area to sit and eat the food you order such as the Jade burger, starters like the chips and guacamole, and foods like their fish tacos, and there are PLENTY of places to sit and relax under the shade! There are indoor pools as well! During afternoon time, there are fun games all the kids can join into! They have little pool parties at certain times of the day, and at 7:30 one night, they had a root beer party! I can guarantee you that youll have a blast swimming and hanging out! Besides Jade Waters Resort itself, the inside of Hilton Anatole really is fabulous! They even have little stores and shops with clothes inside the hotel!

Great place to spend a day or two. Pool area is really nice, lazy river is a great option, the adult pool has a great bar, the kids area is awesome for the little ones. The place has a good setup. The staff at the hotel is really friendly, the staff at the jade waters needs improvement, they are friendly but they lack enthusiasm to serve. The people at the adult pool are nice, not so much for the guys at the regular bar. Waiters that tend the chairs need some training. But outside of that it is a great place to feel away from the big city.

Stayed at the Anatole for local weekend getaway. Rooms were suppose to be ready at 3 but at 4pm only 1 of the 2 adjoining rooms was ready. No valet service. Drop off area was total chaos. I was instructed to park in the employee garage where 25% of the cars were taking up 2 spaces, so I had to park on the roof top. Our rooms were on the opposite side of the hotel from the water park where a big company was having their company anniversary party. Hotel security closed the pool early & we were dripping wet on the elevator with the guest attending the party in formal wear. Breakfast was very good but very unorganized & took 1&1/2 hours.Luxury prices for chaos. Great Wolf Lodge is so much better!

Really a great place to go. Gives you a resort feel and makes you forget youre in north Dallas. With resort feel comes resort prices. You cant bring in outside food and dont think youll be able to eat cheaply.

We liked our staycation. Kids like the water park. The only issue we had was during check-in. The room we booked was not available and we were told that they will not charge us. It was not the case for us as we promised kids. The manager found a room and made it right. Overall happy kids happy parents..

Lets start by saying I do not go in public pools, yes Im a bit phobic. But the grandkids loved it. Spent the entire morning running around, swimming in it. For us that was key, get there first thing, wear the kids out, then out before the crowds get overwhelming. Fun place...IMO better than Wolf Lodge.

We got a day bed very worth it! Great staff. Adult only pool with swim up bar, tables built into the pool. lots of kids and families lots of special activities for kids but you can find spots to just float in lazy river. Good spot for quick get away!

This is about JadeWaters. We called with questions about ADA .. left a message and didnt think wed here anything back..Boy was I wrong. Jeff promptly called back and was AMAZINGLY SWEET AND HELPFUL! The morning of our arrival Jeff called to let us know they were getting busy, to ensure wed get shade for my paralyzed grandmother, he met us at the gates and found CONNOR. The two of them made our day absolutely amazing I was in awe of how wonderful they were accommodating us and helping. We wheeled my grandmother into the pool and they assisted her into a tube to enjoy the lazy river, she spent hours in the tube with her grandchildren splashing and playing nearby. They assisted anytime we needed something and checked in with us very frequently. Because of these two gentlemen our day could not have been better! We will be back because of them!

Snobby and slow service, expensive and very limited menu. Cant bring drinks in the pool - lifeguards are patrolling every square inch yelling at kids who bring anything into the pool. Guests deserve more for a hotel that starts at $300 a night. If looking for something similar, stay at Gaylord which is far superior. Plus there are corporate events that take precedence over families.

Not included in basic hotel, but you can add in for 25 per night per family if 5 I think.Pina coladas are great hence the eyes, lol!

The pool and amenities are great. A great place for kiddos and family. Tons of kids. Interactive games each day and kids get tokens to spend at the kid concierge which has candy, toys, etc. Food was good, but service takes a while, even drinks. Recommend ordering directly at the bar for quicker drinks. Everything is super expensive. $7.50+ for a beer and $11+ for a cocktail. Kids had a blast and thats really all that matters! But for food and drinks its definitely expensive.

Hotel itself is great however I can’t say the same for service in JadeWaters. They “offer”Full Service at the pool but then wait staff will blatantly ignore you for hours on end, I literally had to flag someone down after to get some service only to then be given an attitude.Sad to say this was not A “one-off”. It happened multiple times in just a 2-day stay.There are too many other options to deal with such low lever service.

The lazy river is clean and great. I was excited to go to a swim up bar but the supervisor serving us was rude. The supervisor asked for an ID even though we had the wrist bands to show we were 21. So we had to get out of the pool to fetch our IDs. The drinks were made weak but overpriced (12$ for a small margarita). Towards the end we were kicked out because my younger family member was sitting next to us (not drinking). I was disappointed and cannot recommend the bar.

My family and I had the opportunity to relax at Jadewaters this past Friday. What a great time our grandkids had! The staff was friendly and courteous the entire time we were there. A fun family place to go.

The pool is very big. This is great for kids! Try to get there around opening time so that you can get a great seat near the water. The lazy river is a hit for everyone. We took kids (1 and 3) and they had a great time in the river. The 1 year old didnt like the kids slide because it is always raining down water. Neither can go down the big slides. Towels are plentiful, the food served at to pool is expensive, but not THAT bad. Kids food are $9.50, other entrees are like $15 for a burger.

I had high expectations, and the area seemed smaller. Also had a 2 year old that couldnt do much. she enjoyed it. only stayed an hour. Gave the kids to the grandparents and headed back for adult drinks and was a pleasant place to chill and hold a conversation.

The staff and service here made up for the subpar time at the hotel. These employees were actually attentive and helpful. They were always making rounds with water and to see if everyone was satisfied.Would recommend the water resort but check with the hotel about conventions or groups. The weekend we came was booked with a huge convention and none of the employees were happy, and the service reflected it. Made the overall trip not worth it, but it wasnt the fault of the water park. They delivered on their advertisements and reputation the hotel fell amazingly short.

Awesome family friendly waterpark at the Anatole. Enjoyed the lazy river and slides. Beautiful scenery and easy to get to from hotel. Loved the events hosted at the pool and the kids concierge. Were thankful this was a chance for us to cool off during the summer heat.

This is a very bad place for locals or anyone who wants to relax freely. They have completely changed thier atmosphere and will not play fair if you are a member. Aside from tearing down beautiful terrain, they also take members for granted. Pool is contaminated and consistantly gives me and my family infections. We are hilton lovers but have to say have never been treated so badly.

Took our 4 grandkids, ages 5-10, and they had a blast! Very well staffed, plenty of life guards. It felt like a very safe environment. Super clean and beautifully grounds. Highly recommend. Great staycation!

My 6 year old loved it. She had so much fun n they were playing her fav movie COCO. Sadly due to an event they had to play the movie indoors but she had so much fun ! Must go place
