Trail is wide and well maintained/paved. Great for biking, skating, running, or walking. It is also pretty scenic for a Dallas area park, following the creek, bridges, and a few golf courses spanning a few miles. It is relatively unknown so it does not attract a mass amount of people, from my experience. A lesser known gem!

Great trail for jogging or biking. Good luck parking though.

This is one of the parks along the White Rock Trail. It has a nice shaded area around the 1M (aka 6M) marker that folks pause at on their walks. If you work in Medical City or around Forrest and Park its well worth just stepping out and making it part of your routine. There is a little bit of wildlife, some trees and the sound of the creek. Bring a lunch. There is a food trailer (not quite a truck) at the weekends for the soccer players and the people watching them. The soccer isnt terrible :-) The walking is free and the creek is always doing something unexpected.

From the parking lot to the fields, you will always find trash. I witnessed an employee fromthe park just sit in her vehicle while trash was overflowing. The maintenance of the fields needs to start as it also seems like they just let them fall apart.

Beautiful creekside park. Play some soccer, sit on the embankment 20 feet above White Rock creek and watch the egrets fish, or enjoy a walk/jog/bike ride on a trail that can literally take you to White Rock Lake and Deep Ellum without having to cross any busy roads. A marvel of the city. If you want a picnic, grab a few tacos from Tacos y Mas or Mattitos, or get some Pad Thai from Asian Mint (the trail goes right behind all three just after after crossing under Forest).

Great park as a starting point to park & cycle, or to park & run/jog. Along the creek. Cafes not too far away. For example there is a Starbucks right on the trail about a mile south of this park. It also connects to another little park less than a mile North at the end of the trail. It is on the White The Rock Creek trail which goes all the way down to White Rock Lake to the south.

Soccer field review: Needs more maintenance. There are a lot of rocks on the field and big sprinklers spread out on the field. Field is sort of hard in some spots. You can play and kick the ball around fine but for games, its like almost every other field in the Dallas area.

The fact that they have a signthat says if you use this field without a reservation you can receive a $2,000 fine and up to a hundred eighty days in jail I think thats awful.

Pretty park with paved trail along the creek - great for pedestrians and cyclists. Lots of fall foliage makes for a great photo background (saw a couple of families with photographers).Parked at the soccer fields and ran to White Rock Creek Trail where we looped as the trail exited to the sidewalk of a busy road for total of ~3 miles.
