It is a pretty little nice neighborhood hangout next to a cemetery. There is a shallow lake for kids to play. Most of the land around is private and hence there are no developed trails. Not worth driving more than 20 miles to get here. However, if you are nearby and/or looking forward to chill with a group of friends, then this is a nice spot. I liked the falls and the general area- I think it was pretty but little disappointed for want of a hiking trail.

Its been very crowded recently and people dont seem to understand social distancing. Even if you try to distance yourself there always seems to be a middle aged woman who wants to stand within 2 feet of you and let their kids throw rocks at people. It used to be such a quiet place to take your family. If you go early enough its great! Peaceful, water is cool, easy walk. Parking is limited.

Nice little creek and waterfall with some small trails up and around the waterfall. Picnic tables close to the water are a nice little touch for those looking to enjoy that. Parking is extremely limited, but there is a church nearby that can serve as overflow parking.

Though a little hard to find the falls are beautiful. The walk is fairly quick and not strenuous.

The falls were beautiful as well as the creek. An extremely short walk to the falls themselves. A lovely spot for a picnic and photos! The trails themselves following the falls were very overgrown. Best explored when wearing long pants due to the plant coverage over the trail itself.

It was really nice today. Just a few people and the falls were running and not not dry. Great weather. Highly recommend visiting this little gem in Paulding County/Dallas, GA

Need better signs showing how to get to it! Spent 30 minutes trying to find this place and still never even found it!! Very disappointed!

Theres a lot of fencing now, so its not so pretty. Didnt realize private property was so close to this falls and trail.

Beautiful small waterfall with green surrounding. But the area is small and is not part of a larger park with no nearby trail, though you can climb to the top of the fall. If you like to have a stop in quite beautiful area while passing by, this is a good place for you.The parking area which is about 2-3 minutes walk to the fall, can accommodate only few cars but given how small the area is, no need to worry, you would always find a parking spot. Naturally parking is free.

I love this place. Its not the biggest place but its amazing. Its absolutely beautiful. Its not usually a very busy place so if youre looking for a more private location this is definitely it. You have to take a small hike to get to it but you will not be disappointed!!

Nice hike about half a mile or less, the only issue is the parking lot is very tiny and tight.

We’ve been here several times over the years. It’s a fun little diversion for the family. Short walk from the (limited) parking and there’s a fun little hike of get to the top of the falls and keep going.

This place is awesome when its not overcrowded. Ive gone there several times and always loved it - you can walk up the trail to the top of the falls and get a cool picture from below... then walk around the other side and get a picture from the tiny cave-like impression in the rock beside the falls. The wading pool at the bottom is nice (usually). HOWEVER, we went last weekend, the whole family liked into two cars and when we got there the parking area was pretty full which is apparently a sign to not go. This is a small local place so it doesnt accommodate many. There were a bunch of people drinking and smoking and there was no way for anyone else to get in the water without breathing in their smoke and being within very close proximity of these people. Iwish i had taken a picture. So... my advice is to go when you dont see any, or hardly any cars in the parking area. Specifically, mid-summer isnt ideal unless you can get in the water. So definitely just drive on by if its mid-summer & COVID time and you see several cars. Because its too hot to walk the trails w/o bring able to dip in the water. Perhaps the rest of the year, and once COVID dies down then who cares about a crowd...

Very short walk from parking to falls. Would be great for a family walk and picnic. There are picnic tables right by the falls. A steep trail on the sides of the falls will let you view from the top. Trails from the top lead into private property with warning signs. Just enjoy the falls and a little time outdoors.

It was an ok experience. Hike is only few min and I was expecting it to be longer. Fall might be the best time to go there it was really humid and lots of mosquitoes because of sitting water.Bu my it does look like a fun place if the water flow is good and weather is nice.

One of the many beautiful parks my family and I have had the pleasure of visiting. Quite intimate, quiet and well established park. The waterfall was breathtaking and there were a few picnic tables within the park if you would like to sit and rest or enjoy a snack before heading on the uphill trail. The time of the year that we visited was also a huge visual plus to see the transitioning colors of the leaves and to feel the chilly weather.My only critique would be that I would have liked to see markers on specific points of the trail just to assure you that youre going in the right direction and also if the trails were more clearly visible to prevent any injury that would be possible of getting while hiking seeing as many parts are slippery and muddy.

This was a short and easy hike with a lovely waterfall. Theres a few picnicking tables by the falls as well as trash cans for your garbage. Theres side trails you can take to go to the top of the water falls, and you can even keep on going if you wish to hike further. The trail starts by an old church graveyard.

I love coming here, but this past time there was some really loud teenagers and it was very irritating. They yelled the whole time was there. Most the time its very peaceful

Great little waterfall that is only about 1/10th oh a mile from the parking lot. There were quite a few people but it wasnt too busy. Parking lot was full, but people were parking across the street at the church. There are a number of short trails around the water to wander through.

This is really neat little picnic area where you can stick you feat in the water. Best kept secret in Paulding county.

Came for a maternity photo shoot on a Sat evening, ended up leaving due to the heavy smell of questionable substances being smoked, and several suspicious characters hanging in groups, all either vaping or smoking. Completely ruined the outdoors.

With all the rain the water was gushing over the falls. Had a picnic with my daughter. It was a beautiful day.

Beautiful, peaceful, and usually a place that I enjoy by myself. A quick stroll through an old cemetary and down into the woods and suddenly youre confronted with a beautiful rock formation and waterfall, seemingly out of nowhere. My dog loves this place. Everyone Ive ever taken here has been in awe of the beauty. Its a wonderful side trip on my way to the grocery store and it only takes a few minutes to hike down to the falls and enjoy nature. Wonderful.

Would be beautiful if the local community had any respect for nature. People treat this place as a public pool and leave trash everywhere.

Great place for a small outing! My husband and I brought along our 9 month old baby and our dog. It was a short stroll down to the falls.

The waterfall was nonexistent due to the lack of rain.. it still a nice place to visit. Beware!! Have seen dirty needles here at the top of the rock. Also there’s an underground beehive close to the little stream on the top

Family friendly falls with wading and a few picnic tables. Not much parking so arrive early on weekends. A short half-mile downhill walk to the base of the falls but remember it’s uphill back to the car. Not steep if you’re in any kind of condition. For more active types there is a path to the top of the falls (about 25 feet elevation) and some trails that go into the surrounding woods. A great place to get your feet wet and cool off in summer.

Very underwhelming. If you have kids the age where they play in the kiddie pool this might be ok.

GPS is going to tell you turn left. Go right!! It will appear on the left side of the road if you see housing on any side you have gone to far.I reccomend that you come after a it rains for it is very peaceful, the bugs are not out, and also the waterfall has water strongly flowing. If you dont and it hasnt rain you may have an issue here. It is also reccomend by the locals to come after and during the winter the snow view of the waterfall is amazing. It is only a 2.5 mile hike all the way around at best so would be a good idea to take the kids out to!!

A very nice local waterfall tucked away just a short distance off the road.

I want to tell everybody this is a horrible place with terrible bugs and lots of snakes and wild animals that want to hurt you, because I dont want anybody to go out there and find out how beautiful it is! If you just want to get away from everything and enjoy a few moments of peace and quiet stop by this place. Theres no cell phone service so you cant even take a call or send a text! Love the falls!

It is a small nice place with a dope waterfall. It doesn’t get too much attention so it’s perfect for a small hangout. Best of all you can reach the top and see a humble creek. I recommend coming here after a little bit of rain. It will definitely makes the experience better.

Short hike with beautiful views!

Absolutely beautiful, especially after a big rain. Make sure to check out the cemetery next to where you park, it has many confederate graves. Along with some slave burials marked with plain stones.

Its a short not to steep hike down to the waterfall and creek and it is a amazing veiw!

We love coming here and have been for years. Sadly our trip September 2019 there was zero water actually falling and the creek was nonexistent. Hoping that after the rains it will come back full force because this was one of my favorite locations in Paulding County.

So beautiful, easy walk from the parking lot to the falls. Very hard to notice when going the first time. There are a couple of tiny brown road signs and thats it. The parking lot is itty bitty. We really enjoyed our visit once we found it.

Its a beautiful untouched place where you can hike or swim. Its a nice place to spend the day with family. Its one of the few completely free things you can do, and enjoy.

Parking can be a challenge if the falls has a lot of visitors at the same time. Extremely short walk to falls there is however a cemetery there that we found interesting due to age. Close quick and interesting.
