I brought my wife family and friends here for my wifes birthday party. It was an amazing clean atmosphere. The staff was amazing and accommodating. This was my wifes first experience and everybody elses they loved it just the staff alone will make you want to come back but the overall experience is one of a life time of memories thank you all so much for a happy wife. And the memories we will definitely be back.

Took the whole family and we had a blast. Was afraid it was going to be cheesy at first but was wonderfully surprised when the game rendered and the graphics were amazing. The response time was good and the game play was super fluid. Everyone had a blast and we will definitely be back again. The staff was friendly and informative and made the experience even that much better.

Maybe I’d say 3.5 out of 5 but I’ll round up for the staff... the staff was very friendly and fun but we had almost 5 minutes of dead time on and off throughout the experience due to a faulty head set. Several buzz kills getting snapped back to reality when you’re trying to emerge yourself in the experience. I would also echo what others have said about expecting 45 minutes of game time and finding out at the end that the fine print read 30 minutes. The experience was really cool and we still had fun but a few things could have been better.

The place is amazing. It really felt like I was inside of the game, fighting my opponents for the objective. The game modes were really fun to play and the maps were cool. The one and only problem I had with the place was that sometimes the game would glitch out and we had to pause the game, but it was still an amazing experience, nevertheless.

What an incredibly fun experience! The staff were fun, amazing, and very helpful for our group. You wont leave disappointed. I cant recommend this place highly enough. Everything exceeded expectations and provided one of the best experiences Ive ever had!

What a fun game! Ive never done VR before, and was initially nervous to jump into such an immersive experience. I did have enough foresight to take some Dramamine 30 minutes before my session, so I didnt experience any motion sickness. The manager that ran our groups session was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The game was difficult enough to keep you entertained, but not so frustrating that it stole from the joy of being in the moment. And the VR was great! I was effectively transported out of this world. I highly recommend it.

Went here with a group of friends and we absolutely loved our experience here at Zero Latency! It was exhilarating and lots of fun! Jonah was friendly and helped us with any questions we had about VR. Well deserved 5 stars

It was a gift for my birthday. Although I was sweaty and tired, we talked about doing this for reunions. The themes and graphics brought the experience to an exciting reality. The staff was patient and friendly.

Just got out,All I can say about the experience is that it was mind blowing. In my mind I know Im in a wide room. But but in the game Im going up and down elevators, I felt like I was walking down at a slant. The mechanics are really cool.Now for the staff. They were super helpful, the front desk man was welcoming and turned out to be our game master. The games where smooth as hell also. Being on lockdown for a month it was really nice to get out and have this experience.My phone died so Im on my ladies phoneThe email I used to sign up was joe*******[email protected] yal for opening up and we will be coming back another day.

It was awesome!!! Definitely suggest everyone to go check it out....the only thing I wish was that it was alittle more interactive with missions, for example along the way your team should have to flip switches or solve puzzles or something that would be cool

Boyfriend and I went a few weeks ago. We showed up a little bit early and they got us going right away (we went in the middle of the week so it was pretty slow for them I think). It was a ton of fun! We both loved it. Our guide was great and it was just the 2 of us in the match. We played one of the zombie survival games. Reminded me of Killing Floor!The gun was a bit heavy but we got one of the longest sessions- 45 minutes total (which I think is about 30 minutes of play time).My boyfriend wears glasses but took them off for the match and had no trouble seeing anything, which was something I had been concerned about beforehand. Hes near sighted, for reference, in case anyone is wondering how itll affect gameplay. He said he was fine without his glasses though.Anyway, great experience, and since we went in the middle of the week we got a discount on the tickets- it was a fantastic value and well definitely be back!

I had initially gave you 5 stars but then I read your reply to another customer. I also didnt know the play time was 30 minutes. Youre absolutely correct it doesnt say 45 minutes of play time, but its misleading. Besides stating that in the fine print, it should be next to the 45 minutes. Thats more informative. Nephews had a great time but Ill make sure to read the fine print.

We had a birthday party of 8 at the DFW location and had a blast! Our game master was super helpful and fun. We did the Singularity game, where we worked together as a team and then did Sol Raiders, where we fought against each other. Also good news: no one ran into each other! Their system makes it easy to know if youre getting too close to a person or a wall. Make sure to stop next door to the Greyhound store when you leave!

The staff is super nice and the games are a ton of fun and very immersive. My issue is the equipment. They knew one of the mics wasn’t working but gave it to our team anyway, and it was too late to switch it during the game. Also, I was a bit annoyed they emphasized showing up 15 minutes early to run through safety, only to have them run late.

First time doing VR. Tons of fun. Thought I might feel motion sick, but not at all! Had a great time!

The VR experience is amazing and the staff is awesome.

I went with two friends to celebrate a birthday, and it was our first VR experience. The staff are amiable, courteous, and professional. The game, Outbreak Origins, was simple but highly interactive and engaging. Despite knowing that youre standing flat on the ground in a single room, you feel like youre actually moving into different environments. My friends and I were all invigorated and agree that this is an outing wed do again.

I had a very good time. Will visit again. The staff was very nice and explained everything well. Wear comfortable clothes, you will sweat!

This place is AMAZING. Being able to play in a live action video game is next level. A team of 7 played against hoards of zombies on several different maps. Game-play lasted about 45 minutes. Staff is very friendly and energetic.

I came here with my friends and we had a lot of fun. The whole experience was very immersive and all of the employees were very friendly. We played the Zombies Outbreak: Origins game. Thankfully the Zombies werent that scary and the whole session lasted about 40 minutes and cost $97 for two people. Its honestly on the pricey side and the only reason I dont give 5 stars instead of 4. At the end you get your results of how well you and your team did. You can even buy a video of your experience as well. I understand that all of the equipment used for this experience is expensive, but I still feel the price for the experience is a bit steep and could be cheaper. Despite the price, I still recommend coming here.

What a great experience, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The VR is amazing. If you have a strong team it is worth the challenge. The equipment is lighter and more reactive to your moments. Get ready to work up a sweat in a whole different world. Great for all skill levels!

Super fun VR if youve never done it before can be awkward but its fun and goes by fast. Can get hot so dont wear too many layers and wear something comfortable.I cant wait to try again just wish it was cheaper.

Very disappointed. This is my third time playing the zombies game. Sadly, tonight the first level was completely eliminated and the others shortened. All while charging the same price. Setting up felt way longer than the actual gameplay. Will not be returning.Update: you have some nerve calling me a liar. The whole street level with elevators was deleted. The dark corridor level had more floors and was longer. I played the game two times before this edited version, so I know my group was shortchanged. What a disgraceful attitude. Changing my review to one star now.

Honest review...1. The gameplay was immersive and provided our group a limited enjoyable time.2. Beware of what you are purchasing. You are paying for 30 or 45 minutes of experience just know that both these experiences come with a 15 minutes instructional period; thus shortening your gameplay.3. Even if you play the same level again there is a mandatory Meet and greet so you and your party can become friends all over again.If you want to actually make this somewhat enjoyable purchase the 45 minutes experience . I heard mid game theres four 30 second commercials.

Very fun experience. The VR headsets were really good. High resolution and refresh rate. The large open space and no tether made it even better.

This place is AWESOME. Think Lazer tag but actually worth the money and actually fun.If you’ve never played VR before, you HAVE to try it. If you have played VR before, the wide-open arena solves so many of the spatial issues you encounter within a home environment.

What a Great venue. Jona and Owner were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. One of our players has special mobility need. They went above and beyond to accommodate. We will definitely be back and would recommend without hesitation. A service and immersive experience second to none.

This VR is cool, it was my first experience with VR.It is really immersive, specially being able to see your teammates in the VR space.Only critisism is with the facemasks, they are sweaty and stinky, they should put disposable ones in front of the regular ones. They should also make the room cooler, vr makes you sweaty.

This place was an absolute blast. They did a great job in showing us how to use the equipment and safety precautions. Going up and down ramps can be a little weird on the brain/eyes since you are on a flat surface. Outbreak the zombie game was fun, but the Solo Raiders PvP was my favorite. We played 3 vs 4, but our team of three almost won. I can not wait to go back to this place.Note: you may need to bring contact lenses. I took off my glasses and could not see well. I also have like a -4.50 prescription lenses, so if your eyes are around mine or worse know what to expect. (It didnt prevent me from getting the most kills on the first round though).

What a fun experience!! Our friends invited us to meet them over at Zero Latency this week, and we had sooooo much fun!! The staff was super fun and friendly and the VR experience itself had both boys and girls totally hooked and ready to come back again next week. A+++++++

The most immersive and social VR game I’ve ever played. You completely forget you’re in a game and with up to 7 players playing with you the social experience is fantastic. Home VR sets, The Void, Dreamscapes, or Hologate can’t hold a candle to these games and I’ve played them all. The best experience in the Dallas area I guarantee it.
