This experience was way better than I thought it would be. I loved every part of it. They all were amazing missions but The Lost Pearl was the best mission. It feels so real. It’s amazing how technology has grown. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a little fun. Each mission is only 15 min and $20 each. There are 3 missions, 6 people at a time. I can’t wait to bring my family!!

A wonderful VR experience! We went for the Alien Zoo and it was super fun! I have motion sickness so I’m always a little apprehensive but this was amazing and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. A big shout out to the guys at this location who were super friendly. It was an amazing experience and it’s good that there’s just a total of 6 people per ride. So doesn’t get too crowded and there’s room to move about. Would definitely recommend.

We had so much fun! No wonder why slots fill fast. We completed 2 of 3 they offered and it seemed so real. I wish they took a video of what we looked like walking around in circles while we were wearing or headsets. The only downside its only about 13 minutes or less wish it lasted longer. They start right on time

I took my 15 year old daughter and 3 of her friends for her birthday and everyone was amazed at how realistic The Blue experience was. Its definitely pricey for the amount time the actual experience lasts. As soon as it ended, I could hear one of the girls say, Is it over ALREADY? and other say, Thats IT? However, they were all impressed by the experience and wanted to return again with their own families. The only reason that I didnt give five stars is because of the price compared to the amount of time you actually spend immersed in the experience, because it seemed too short. We definitely will go back to see the other 2 shows eventhough the cost is steep.

Its pretty amazing. We just did the ocean one and now were going to go try the Pearl one. You have to be over 4 feet tall and 10 years or older, so make sure your kids meet the requirements before going down there. We saw them turn away one kid and he was crying. 12 and under have to have a parent to sign for them. Its on the second floor between Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, so dont go to the movie theater. We definitely enjoyed The Curse Of The Pearl more, as there is a lot more interaction! There was a kid in our group and it scared him a little, but he liked it a lot when it was over. Overall I say go for it. Its a little short, but even if you have done VR its worth it and if you have never done VR, then you definitely need to check this out!

It is so amazing! I never thought VR could be/ seem so real. We did The Blu. Gliding through the ocean and see all the sea creatures and the HUGE whale is unbelievable. I was so scared at first, but then got relaxed afterward. I really love my avatar look...:) So wish I could make a video of this whole experience. And like everyone says here - wish it could be longer, its too short a time. But overall its a great experience!

This was one of the coolest family things we have done. Better than the Pandora ride at Disney! We went with a party of 6 ages from 10-70 and we all loved the Deep Blue showing. We do wish it was a bit longer but understand that it’s probably short because of the VR and liabilities and whatnot. We will definitely be back to see the rest of the showings.

I was excited but then we sat in the lobby for 20 minutes with no message from the staff as to the delay. The management was just hanging out in the hallway. Manager Christian hid in the back when I asked to speak with him & sent Supervisor Paul to speak with us.The entire experience takes 10 minutes, not the 35 they tell you when you ask.

Went twice, once with family, once with my girlfriend. First time I went the experience cutoff in the middle and I didnt get to finish the experience. The second time I went was because I given 2 free passes. Again had the same experience. Honestly not worth in my opinion, but thats because I have to go through 1 hour of traffic . I declined the the 2 free passes they offered me again, because I wont be returning. Only gave 2 stars because the people I was with got to enjoy their experience.

Stuff is very nice and friendly. Experience is unique and I am going back soon. Computer backpack is quite heavy. Glasses are heavy too but they are good quality so I didnt mind. You also attach two remote sensors on your feet and hands. Avatars are enjoyable and their heights fits yours which surprised me. It was pretty simple. Not too much to think about or to solve problems. Only pick up things and move to marks on the floor. It is fun!

One of the best experience in Dallas! This is your chance to escape reality for a few minutes. You can visit a new world and see fantasy become reality. Bring as many friends and family as you can to join you. Each journey can hold 6 people. You will see hear and feel like your in a different world, but be in a safe place. I would recommend the Deep Blue first, to open you up the idea of virtual reality.Deep BlueTake a dive into the life of an oceanographic scientist. No swimming required. Visit the creatures of the deep, while on a rescue mission. This adventure will ask you Does the life of one animal really matter?Alien ZooSpace travel is one thing mankind is still trying to figure out. Take a trip to a Zoo in a far off Galaxy where some of the universe most precious species are being protected from extinction. There are some small and friendly types and some larger, not so friendly. If you pay attention, you can play with them and even get a chance to pet an alien specimen. What kind of animal do you think should be preserved for all time?Curse of the Lost PearlThis is not for the faint of heart. You must seek out the Pearl and be Brave enough to hang onto it. You think Tomb Raider was fun? This is your opportunity to discover a life of adventure, risk, and reward!

Fantastic virtual reality experience like no other that I have seen. A must for anyone. It exceeded my expectations since you truly felt that you were in the adventure and not just an observer.I have tried all 3: Deep Blue, Lost Pearl, Alien Zoo.All were good in their own way so I suggest trying all of them.If you have little kids the Lost Pearl may be tough since you are separated during the adventure into separate corridors within the VR. In the Deep Blue, you all will ride underwater scooters so you can see each other while being separated in the VR. In the Alien Zoo, you are all traveling together on a movable platform.Luckily I didnt experience any power outages which were experienced by other reviewers giving a rating of 1.Other reviewers said it was cartoonish but only for Alien Zoo and Lost Pearl. Deep Blue was very real.

I wanted to go back through again and see all the things I missed. The VR goggles/headset is most definitely not built for someone with glasses. My glasses were smashed hard against my face/nose the whole time, which was uncomfortable, so I had to hold the VR goggles up the whole time. However, thats not enough to keep me from going again. Perhaps in the future, this is something they can fix.

Bought tickets with my girlfriend and a friend who would be in town to have a fun day on our only day off which is Tuesdays. its an hour drive there, so a 2 hour trip there and back but we thought it would be a fun unique experience. when we arrive the people exiting were laughing and amazed they all seemed to have such a great time and we were very excited. we got in the loading area. got all strapped up and ready to go. and the power went out. we waited close to a half hour and they told us we could wait or receive vouchers but they couldnt tell us how log until the system would be back up if at all. we decided to wait as we drove all the way there and it would the only chance for our friend in town a voucher would be worthless to him. they told us the system was up after another ten minutes or so and we entered the room and placed our goggles on. at which point it became clear the system infact was not working properly. they called a manager from amc to come sign our receipts for another return which by the time they got through everyone we had been there well over an hour. I asked the manager if it would be possible to receive half off a second showing as we have to make a two hour trip and our friend would not be able to return and my girlfriend and I would love to see more than one of the versions and the money we save on a 50% discount we could pay our friend back for the three hours wasted that day. He informed us he didnt have the authority to do such and apologized. I understand the business is brand new and there will be growing pains and errors. but that if your going to hold people to certain time frames and dates you should also try to do right by your customers. Im not mad just dissappointed in how the company doesnt have any contingency to make up for these type of errors. I wasnt looking for a hand out just something to make our 3 hour trip that was lost that day worthwhile for the money and time we spent. I felt half off another showing seemed fair as we were truly excited and would have loved a chance to see another show if we made the two hour trip again. Staff was very friendly and I dont blame them for the company not having procedure already in place to deal with this type of situation.
