Came here yesterday for my sons birthday and he had a BLAST! The staff were very friendly and the pizza was AMAZING! Clean environment, and again my son had an amazing time. Will visit again soon! Thanks for the quality service you all

This place was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly good with the kids. The GM was top-notch. At the end of the day, my daughter tried to do the upper ropes course and got about halfway through and got scared and froze. They were extremely patient with her as we coached her back across. They deserve 10 stars!

This is our go to place this summer! The kids can spend hours here. We ended up buying a membership because we go so much. The membership is a great deal.The staff is super friendly and helpful.

During the current pandemic it is pretty difficult to judge a business. But this Urban Air seems like it’s gone downhill since they opened back up a few months ago. For a good while, they had a good system going, some employees checking you in right when you walk in the door and the safe smell of cleaning products and the place was pretty well staffed . I recently visited and it is the COMPLETE opposite, it feels like nobody is running the place properly. Nobody is cleaning and you constantly have to ask for help at all the different attractions. THERE ISNT EVEN A CONCESSIONS EMPLOYEE anymore. This time, some of the employees had to run to the cafe to get us what we wanted. There’s like 3 employees working at a time and they seemed scrambled which was pretty sad to watch. It just seems like the owners are trying to make something work that just isn’t. I’m not a professional but I didn’t feel comfortable visiting this location as much as the other locations I’ve visited. (And the interactions I’ve had with the managers or owner seemed very fake)

Love coming here. My kids love playing and plays feels clean. The manager (tall white guy) is sooooo friendly and nice; you can tell he enjoys being there.

We went to this location over the weekend. We were impressed with how much the employees were cleaning and wiping down all areas. Our kids loved being back and we were never worried about their safety. We will continue coming back with our membership.

Very nice for kids and they’ll love it!My wife comes here often with both my children and they are always coming back home tired but happy!! The only thing they need to improve is their cafeteria, other than that all is great.

What other way to say fun other than trampoline park! Not only do they have the trampolines, they have an obstacle course, dodge ball, ball pit/obstacle course, battle beam and wall climbing. Anybody is sure to have a good time here kids or adults! Of course it can be a tad crowded but thats because its a popular, fun and exciting spot. The kids had a blast so well definitely be returning.

I have never written a review in my life but I felt obligated to write one now. I brought my Daughters children to the park tonight and was shocked at the service. We walked in and it was packed. I was not sure what to do to get the kids in and get them started. A very nice young lady named Justice saw that I was not sure and came over to help. She took the time to show me how to sign the waivers and walked us to the desk to pay. I felt very comfortable and the Manger at the desk was so personable my grandchildren were instantly smitten. The park was so clean and the staff so helpful. We went to the cafe when the kids got hungry and unlike so many of the places like this we order some food that actually tasted great. My eldest grand daughter ended up with a bloody nose because she hit her self in the nose with her knee on one of the trampolines and the way the staff reacted was just amazing! One of the staff who was in a yellow vest doted over her like she was one of his own. We will be coming back.

I brought my grandsons and nephews here, the experience is very good except for the no outside food or drinks. I was informed by staff no outside items, yet the staff allowed others to do the opposite.

Reconsider if you are planning to get membership there. During the pandemic, my kid couldnt use the facility and i had very hard time requesting cancellation. Ends up making 5 phonecalls, 2 transfered-wait-wait calls, 2 Voice messages and 3emails to 3different people. Failed. I had to pay full amount remained and cancel it. Never again.

One of my favorite weekend place for my 3 boys. They love this place with variety of activities. Only complain is it get REALLY busy on Saturday but that’s for all kids places. We come in Sunday and the crowd is a lot smaller.

The GM (Clarke) and his team do a phenomenal job! Each time I visit with my kids either to drop in and let them play for an hour or two or for a birthday party I am amazed at how well run this Urban Air is. I can only imagine the challenges that are faced daily with this sort of operation so I must say job well done!!!

Too many young adults working there dont seem to enjoy their job. The place is absolutely dirty from the doors to the restrooms to the toddlers area no one is actually cleaning. They are all playing in the back on their cell phones. Leadership has to do better in enforcing its duties to each employee. For a place that brags on the cleanest indoor park I beg to differ.

Had a bomb day with my kids definitely will go again

First I would like to say my son loves this place, and I love taking him here. It’s a safe place for my son to play around, the workers are so helpful and friendly they always help us with any problems we have. The Park is always clean and smells good when I go which makes the experience even better. I LOVE URBAN AIR!!

My little brother loves to visit me at work just so that he can go over to Urban Air! The check in process is so easy, and the staff is always the friendliest! I love love love this location.

MY kiddos love coming over here. great place, the staff is nice and the park is very clean and neat, They could use a little more help at the call center. I waited almost 15 min to get in touch with someone but my issue was resolved so i guess its all good. Also is best to join for the membership as is much more affordable. Great place to drop off the kiddos and have a date night.

Trampolines, wall climbing, obstacle course thats good enough even for adults, ball pit, trapeze and what not?!! Youd need a whole day to cover and play on everything!!! And the best part is, adults can play too. Depending on what you like, there are varied packages, and the basic one is just 8.99!!!

So many different activities and things for the kids to take part in doing. Safety is solid, dont have to worry about the older ones just embarking out and having a good time, and the younger ones have plenty to do as well. Were considering having a birthday here because the kids seem to have such a great time and are active which we like.

Awesome place for kids. Minimum height restriction is 41 for non- trampoline things. Discounts for kids under 5. Parents can get a pass to do things with their kids too.

I had been having a terrible day, I was exhausted and agitated. My wife then left it up to me to take our sons to Urban Air. As soon as we got there my mood changed instantly. We were greeted with friendly faces and the checkout process was easier than some of the other trampoline parks we’ve been to before. Nate, the manager was very helpful accommodating me and my sons. I promised him we’d leave a nice review- Thank you guys for a great day!

This place was a disappointment. I thought there would be a section for older kids but no. It’s more for little kids. The place was packet and it didn’t smell good.

My son had an amazing birthday party at this place. Our server Linda was just fantastic. I mean, she was so good. Great customer service. Even as stressful as it was for her, she still maintain her cool and made sure we enjoyed our time there. Best customer service ever. God bless you Linda for putting a smile in our face. My partner and I were indeed very grateful for the service Linda rendered to us.

Took my daughter and got her the 24.99 heal for 2.5 hours. They had a coupon online so I saved 3.00 but that came back because I had to buy socks for 2.50 for her. I hate I didn’t know about this before her birthday on 7/13. She would have lived this for her friends! But for 2.5 hours she played. And I’m happy because I got my money worth too. I’ll definitely be back. It’s nothing but 2 miles from my house.

First of all, WOW! What an incredible experience me and my family shared here at the north Dallas location! It was awesome to see my children have such a wonderful time and the staff is second to none with service! The manager was very helpful when the locker wasn’t taken my card- 10 star review, we will be back for sure!

We have my sons 7th birthday party here. It was a but expensive but we opted for the private room upstairs. Definitely worth it as the main floor was packed and super loud! The kids had a blast jumping, doing the obstacle course and just going crazy! We even got a free return pass for the b-day boy. The hostess could have been more attentive and I thought they were supposed to set up for us; ended up doing myself.

Little disappointed how duty is , to be honest everything at the beginning was good now is just another place to make just money. Im wondering if they clean the play ground and the jumping and obviously they wont clean bowl pool it was web inside at the bottom, i dont know how much bacteria can grow up in places like that for kids is something that the state of texas need to review.our kiddos like places like that but safety and sanitize is a big warning here. Scary music is on and my little kids stared cry. This is bad for kids under 5 years old.

This place is well managed. And they let you jump with your kid.

Fun place with a great staff that keep things working smoothly. Excellent job done by the people that helped with a birthday party we attended. Highly recommended for a fun family day or evening out.

Took our daughter here for her 3rd birthday. Not only is the place super fun but the staff is incredible! We went during the toddler time in the morning so it was not crowded and we had a wonderful time! Will be going back soon!

Urban Air has so much to offer. Two adults and one kid were in our group, and we stayed for four hours and could have stayed longer! Everyone was willing to offer helpful answers, and Clarke was super kind as soon as we entered the door. There was a perfect ratio of kids to equipment. All equipment was working and seemed clean. We spilt a large pizza and it was delicious. Cant wait to go back!

This is far better than any other trampoline park I have been to. They have trampolines, trapeze, dodgeball, rock walls, and a honest to goodness ninja warrior course. They serve pizza too but we didnt try that so cant speak too that. All in all a great way to spend two or three hours with the kids.

Visiting with my kids in this place was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are gross the staff was less than helpful and while jumping on the trampolines they seemed to smell like childs urine. It is pretty grows to think that they dont clean these trampolines often enough.

I took my grandson there on Labor Day and was inquiring about discounts after having had a birthday party there and taking several groups all summer. The guy at the front desk at 2:13 was extremely rude With an attitude just because I asked. After today we will never go there again. I rather travel and take my kids where the faces are friendly and not given an attitude. I kept my receipt as a reminder of poor customer service by a brother!

Came on a Saturday. There was no wait to get in so that was nice.. however the only good thing. They didnt have any air on so it literally felt like walking into a sauna with hundreds of kids and smelt like a locker room. Only saw maybe 2 workers on the floor other than behind front desk. It was a complete free for all with all kids doing whatever they want everywhere. I had a toddler who needed to use the restroom and I would have rather taken him to a gas station restroom instead of this place.

I brought just turned seven-year-old twins for their birthday in lieu of buying gifts and they had a BLAST! Kids especially loved the climbing walls and columns and the tubes (ages 9 and under). They sampled the warrior obstacle course, trampolines, slam dunk basketball area, and foam pit but spent most of their time climbing or playing in the tubes. We stayed for almost 5 hours and I had to practically drag the kids away! Best birthday present ever (and it doesn’t clutter up the house)!Just be aware that if you do not have the membership and Urban Air reaches capacity, they will limit your time (based on the package purchased). I did not read the fine print and thought all purchases allowed for all-day play. Membership guarantees you can stay as long as you’d like. It wasn’t terribly crowded when we were here but I can see how it could happen easily.

This whole experience was so amazing!!!! I took my brother there, and this woman Osamede was the nicest person I have ever met. She was kind enough to help us through many of the parts of the arcade. My brother had fell, and she made him feel so much better. I loved Osamede, and she was the best employee.

Took my 2 boys for the first time to this great Dallas location. GM Clarke accommodated us and his entire staff were great hosts. All are very well trained in customer service and just want families and kids to have a fun jump day.So clean without carpet and upbeat music at the right volume. Looking forward to many returns.

Kids love this place. Adults love the very reasonable prices however the roof is always leaking on a sunny day. Trash cans are always out to catch water leaking from the roof.

Today my party was hosted by Lexie and she did an amazing job. She was very attentive and sweet; she couldn’t have done a better job. It’s really hard hosting a party for a bunch of middle school kids and she handled it exceptionally well. The manager, Nate, was also very good at keeping and eye on things and making sure everything went smoothly. Someone else who really did well was Tiffany; she made a lot of effort to make sure you were having a good time and that you were satisfied. The party lasted two hours and everyone who was invited had an amazing time and didn’t want it to end. The attractions there are exiting and they are worth the time; even for younger kids, teenagers, and adults even. Overall this was an awesome place to have a party and the price is worth it. If you’re looking for a place to have your party and try something new (especially with little ones), Urban Air North Dallas is the place to go.

Yesterday I took my cousins to Urban Air for the first time....Boy did we have a BLAST! It was super packed but still very enjoyable. There is soooo much to do and the facility is very well kept. The staff and Manager were also great. Very helpful and friendly! I will definitely come back in the future.

I first off want to say my boys love Urban Air Trampoline Park, especially teen night. The reason for my 2 star rating is more centered towards the service I received last night. This was my children’s first time visiting the North Dallas location. Upon arrival I was unsure which door to walk into, the business sign was not lit up for me to locate the building, which I passed by and then made a u turn once I noticed I passed the building. The smell when we walked in was very funky and stuffy. Smelled of feet, must and sweat.My issue was with this location was my checkout process. It was obvious the cashier was young and I understand she’s learning, so here’s her learning chance. She rang me up provided me with my total. I hand her my credit card, she swiped everything’s good. She then sets my credit card on the counter which is NOT the way I handed it to her. I’m very BIG on hand me my payment BACK to me me the way i handed it to YOU. It’s a personal issue I have and I felt/feel it’s very disrespectful to lay a persons cash/card or check down on the counter for them to pick up. It’s rude period. I did speak with the young lady about how I felt to hopefully provide her with some feedback. She apologized but I didn’t feel as if she cared or even listened to what I said to her.Now I go to purchase a locker, card reader doesn’t work, I tried 3 credit cards, none worked. Proceed to the counter, very nice young man says “it doesn’t work do you have cash”? Uhh, NO I don’t, that’s why I’m using the card, can you give me cash back? He answers me with a “ No, I’m unable to do that”. Fine I leave it at that. Overall, my boys had an awesome time and I’ll probably return to this location again but the cleanliness and customer service could really use some help. I hope I didn’t offend anyone by my review but this is simply how I feel. Hopefully it’s a learning lesson.

Brought my grandkids into the park last night. I was nervous because I wanted them to have a good time and I was not sure how to get them in and get things going. Regan and Jaydon helped me get the girls checked in and having fun. The park was clean and the staff was very friendly. I went to the concessions stand to order some food and they we very backed up. They took my order and pushed our order out quicker than they said. The park was clean and the restrooms cleaner. I will be bringing back my grandkids this week and in the future. They had so much fun.

I am two weeks late but I must brag about my experience here. I brought my nieces in for teen night on April 21st. It was mine and their first time here as we are not from around here. The girls wanted to go swimming at our hotel but bad weather prevented that so our hotel recommend we come to Urban Air. We walked in and of course I had no idea what I was doing but a young girl named Sydney came and helped me. She explained how to do the waiver and at first I was going to pay for them to do the $13 package, but Sydney mentioned it was teen night and asked if the girls would be interested. The girls were so excited ! I paid $15 and it came with pizza and water. Another young lady named Haley checked us out and gave the girls the bands and socks they needed to jump. She was so polite and friendly! When my nieces wanted water, instead of just pointing and directing us where to go, Sydney walked us all the way to the back and showed us where it was. I am so grateful for the kindness these ladies showed us. I told the manger that night Kyle what an excellent job his staff was doing. Thank you Haley and Sydney for being so kind to us! Next time we come back to Texas, I will definitely come back!

Front desk staff is amazing, but management sucks... sorry to say. every time i come with my family, we get greeted by Karla or Alexa super nice and helpful. the 1 star isnt for them but for everything ells, the tubes playground is always so dirty. they never have enough staff right at open when my kids come they want to go straight to climbing and ropes. and also manager is always busy or on her phone....

This place does not smell like feet. Thats important. Our daughter has asked to come out here a few times. I was an initial skeptic after negative experiences at other concepts- the smell, the loud music, the crappy food, poor service, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find Urban Air had none of these- the staff even seemed happy to be there and appreciative of their jobs.Most importantly, they saved my daughters birthday! We were confused about the start time for our party(due to booking so far in advance) and our guests showed up while we were still slogging up the tollway. Tiffany, Carlos and Jada got everyone started without us. We were worried our party would be short for the birthday girl but Tiffany was kind enough to extend the party so shed have the full experience. Jada was a fantastic hostess and everyone working was great with the kids and highly respectful of the adults. Wed highly recommend this place to any parent!As far as obstacles- its a great mix of Ninja Warrior, climbing apparatus and trampolines- usually these places are single-focused. No one was bored and all had a blast. Thank you, Urban Air, for everything!!

We are big fans of the North Dallas Urban Air! It’s clean, well run and a ton of fun! Because we’ve had a good experience each time we’ve been, we held our son’s 12th birthday party there today.Our party hostess, Allison, was fantastic! From her beautiful manners to her great communication to how easy she made it for us to just enjoys our kids and guests, she was way above five stars!It’s important to mention that we have a child with a deadly food allergy. It’s hard to put the full responsibility of something like that in another person’s hands. Allison went out of her way to ask kitchen staff and managers, and even walk into the freezer and read labels for us. Because of her diligence, we were able to make a safe, informed decision for the safety of our child.Last note- this entire location is well run overall. We recently moved from another North Texas City where we had bad experiences with the Urban Air location more than once. The teenage staff didn’t watch kids, people were hurt there quite frequently and we eventually stopped going because it was so bad.So we were very pleased on each visit to see that the North Dallas Urban Air is so well run! It’s clean, safe, the staff works hard and watches kids and it’s always a great experience!Thanks again Allison and North Dallas Urban Air!

Drove all the way from center Dallas just to find that it’s closed for a private party. At least place an update online. Won’t be returning, might be closed again if I do.

This team was awesome planning our 5 year old’s birthday party. Tiffany went above the call of duty helping make sure everything went well when she was out sick. Liz took great care of us. Best birthday party yet!

Had my sons 9th birthday party here, I am very happy to say that the service was excellent. Alexa is an amazing host and provided great customer service, always attentive and very friendly. We definitely will return and recommend asking for Alexa to host your party!!!

Highly recommend for birthday parties for boys & girls. The party host is very helpful & attentive; we had Michaela F. Definitely worth the money to do the Ultimate Birthday package so, kids have access to everything there. Very fun activities for kids not just trampolines. We just celebrated our son’s 9th birthday there today. He and his friends had a blast because of the variety of activities to do. We would like to go again soon; the only negative is that it’s expensive.

Sydney needs to take her funky attitude and not work at the front counter. If you dont like your job or you lack customer service skills you should find another job. Management should consider that the first impression is the one that makes the most difference.Outside of her, the place is clean. Activities great and the rest of the staff seemed friendly. Ended up having a great time.

Our son has his eighth birthday party at urban air. Kat did a phenomenal job hostessing. She stayed on top of everything and made sure everything ran smoothly. The boys had so much fun and there was a wealth of things to do and keep them entertained! Everything was so clean and in good shape and well supervised.

Today was my first time in this north Dallas location and it has been the best one yet. the staff are really nice and helpful Abby explained to me how the prices work (theyre different from the garland one). Also susie was helpful with the lockers, since they locked me out. Favorite Urban Air so far and this one does not smell like feet!

Had an amazing time with my Youth kids at Urban Air! Kids had fun and we built friendships because of the great atmosphere. Would highly recommend to any middle school aged group looking for an event.

Staff is rude and management isnt very good. I wanted to bring my friend who was visiting from NY and we called because we hadnt been and there was going to be a large group of us but the staff just wasnt very friendly. Took the kiddos to Altitude and they loved it.

Had an excellent time at this location with my daughter, she loves it here every time we go we have a good time. Karla is always helpful and kind to us, will be visiting again soon !
