My boyfriend and I did the “Fallout” room and escaped. It was challenging but not impossible. We escaped with 6 or so min to spare. Very well decorated and the solves were very satisfying.HOWEVER, we also did “Flight2157” and were OVERWHELMED. It was a GREAT room and it was very well put together, but I would NOT recommend doing it with just 2 people. I would recommend 4 or more.We’ve done about 30 escape rooms, so we have a pretty good knowledge of escape rooms. I would say “Flight2157” was the hardest room we’ve ever done.The game master, Nathan(?) was VERY helpful and kind. He got us through most of the “Flight2157” room because he saw that we were struggling, and running out of time.

This is the 3rd escape room company Ive experienced and each has its own way to differentiate. These guys have a wall to sign when you make it out. The wall is quite crowded. The rooms are well setup, but thats to be expected.We had 6 teams of 6 and we all fit comfortably. Then we had a gift exchange and they had a large enough room to accommodate all of us. The hosts were young and gracious. Very inviting and friendly. This is a great place.

I went there on a fantastic Groupon deal and my friends and I all had a blast. They are taking the virus seriously by limiting the rooms to private groups, requiring masks in the lobby, and sanitizing everything in between sessions. I called the morning of our appointment to reschedule because we were going to be late, and they were very accommodating. We did the Dead by Dawn room, which is rated 3/5 in difficulty, and it was a fairly challenging room even for 8 resourceful adults. Brian, our game master, was very helpful and made sure we stayed safe and had fun. We all loved the experience and Im looking forward to coming back and trying one of the harder rooms. Zero cons or complaints!

This was superb! You might think that seasoned gamers have a good intuition about puzzles but it still took us the whole hour to solve and thats a good thing! The difficulty was just right and when you find the solution it is extra rewarding. Also the solutions are very varied and fantastically well designed. This was a blast!! Maybe our group of 6 was a little big but it still works. I think Id recommend 4 ppl

We did the Dead By Dawn game and it was SUPER fun. It wasnt too easy and we ran out of time before finishing the last clue. We definitely want to go back!

I love this establishment so much! This is definitely one of my favorite escape game facilities, even over some larger chain ones like Red Door. The staff is very friendly and they have a great system for during COVID-19. All of the rooms are VERY well decorated/put together. Dead by Dawn is one of my top favorite rooms that I have ever played and I have done 40+ escape rooms. Lindsay (the general manager I believe) is so kind & very helpful! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Had a great time! Loved the COVID precautions, absolutely 0 interactions with anyone but still great communication! I don’t know the name of the guy who helped up but he was super nice and helpful. We will for sure go again.

Staff was awesome - professional and helpful! They adhered strongly to Covid safety precautions, only allowing one group/family in the lobby at a time and speaking to us through an intercom system only. And, of course, the escape rooms are so much fun!

Went in June 2020. Excellent social distancing and mask protocols. Hand sanitizer before and after. Gloves offered for free as well. Awesome escape room with really reasonable puzzles for a family with 8 to 10 year old kids.

Most fun I have had in a long time. Me and my wife went together for a date night; we were joined by a family of 4 to help us complete it. We did the time collector which is listed as the easiest of all the rooms. It was not at all easy. This was my first escape room so I’m not experienced, I’m sure if you have done a lot of escape rooms it might be easier for you. Everything was great from beginning to end. I can’t remember our guides name but she was great and very helpful.

This is our favorite escape room ever! My husband and I have been here before and this time we brought the kids. The efforts they are taking for their patrons health and safety are very impressive. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Always a super fun time, puzzles are fun and rooms are always full of surprises. Staff is super nice and helpful(we had Brian this past time he was great!). There rooms are awesome cant wait to come back and try again (maybe 3rd time is the charm lol)!!

We went for a Team Building/Happy Hour Event. We had a lot of fun. I have been to a few escape rooms and the Fallout room was difficult to get out of. Unfortunately we did not win but we had a great time trying to figure it out. As a group we all had fun and are looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!

We had a BLAST escaping from fallout! This was our second time at this particular location and we will definitely come back to escape from the other rooms. The employees are super friendly and extremely helpful! The escape rooms are very detailed and so much fun! We love this place!!! 10/10 recommend!

I had my first escape room experience here and did the Dawn of the Dead room with some friends. This was an extremely fun experience. We escaped with 1 minute to spare. The puzzles were well thought out and our gamemaster was super helpful when we got stuck. I would absolutely recommend this place and cant wait to try their other escape rooms.

I went here on a date. It ended up being just the two of us. It was fun. We didnt escape but our guide helped us a lot. Perhaps because we werent there with work, we werent team building. I would definitely consider going back. Might do a better job next time.

We did the fairy tale room here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was more interactive than a lot of other escape rooms Ive done. EMMA was our game guide, and she was so nice! Would definitely come do another room here.

We did The Time Collector room and escaped with about 8 minutes to spare. The room was really well thought out, and the puzzles made us think. And when our brains weren’t enough Becca (our fantastic game master) came through with helpful clues to help us on our journey through time and space! I would highly recommend Ultimate Escape Games

This was our first time in a game room experience. It was so fun and our game guide, Matt was there to help us especially at the beginning to get us moving forward. We used our three clues in a timely manner and were able to escape with 2 minutes left! It took a combination of our groups teamwork, ingenuity and skills, I am surprised we did it!. Our group had a great time at the Ultimate Escape Game in Dallas yesterday evening. Becca was a great game guide; we really enjoyed her. Matt, the guy at the front counter, was very helpful as well. We escaped with only twelve seconds to spare, and everyone was glad that we went there together.

One of the best escape rooms Ive experienced. I have tried multiple rooms and each is exciting and challenging. Not too easy and not unescapable. I highly recommend these escape rooms.

Our group of 7 played the Si’s and Mic’s escape room. The “earthquake” experience was really cool and surprising! Most of us had not been to an escape room before and we didn’t know what to expect. Our game guide, Matt, was very friendly and explained everything very well. We escaped with a minute and a half to spare! This is a fun activity for a family group or a group of friends.

Really fun as a group. The room we chose was the secret ingredient of Dr Pepper. It was challenging but incredibly fun. The setup was really well done. If you get stuck they provide some assistance which can be helpful to get refocused. I would definitely come back.

The best escape room that my wife and I have ever been to. Very immersive decorations and atmosphere. All of the puzzles were integrated into the story (not just off the wall random information unrelated to the theme of the room), and they were doable. We didnt escape Dead by Dawn (only 2 of us, but were were probably 5-10 mins away), but our Game Guide (Guardian) helped us along the way with hints that nudged us in the right direction and also outright clues when we asked for them.Were going back again today to do Earthquake.Edit: We escaped, and it was just as awesome! Need to go back and do Fallout next!

Becca and guardian is literally amazing. They helped us so much when we were confused in the middle of the hardest game. We had so much fun I would totally recommend doing it all the time! Corporate events, birthdays, everything!!

So glad that they have reopened! We have played almost all of the new games and love them! As escape room enthusiasts these games definitely give a challenge, with lots of interesting tech and puzzles. The scenery is great as well! The lobby feels like Ultimate and the games are a great upgrade.

Had a great time. Went with a group of 4. Did The Time Collector room. The puzzles were well designed and a great difficulty level. The staff is very friendly and upbeat about having you there. Well worth the price for the fun factor. This was my first escape room and I am looking forward to many more in the DFW area. The only bad part was either an oversight with the initial instructions or I did not catch the information when given. My group spent way too much time in the first room. We looked at the clock and were taking our time not knowing that there are other rooms that were to be unlocked as well. This caused us to feel rushed at the end. So, be aware in this location, there are other rooms that get unlocked as you progress. Still a great time and will go back to complete the other offerings at this location.

This was my 5th escape room that I attempted, and I brought my family along to try it out. It was their first time so I was excited for them to experience an escape room. We attempted the escape room “Si’s and Mic’s” which was one of the easier rooms since it was my family’s first time. Emma was our game guide and she was very helpful in setting us up and helping us as we made our way through the escape room. With a 1 minute and 37 seconds left, we managed to escape! It was a great experience and can’t wait to go try out another room. Thanks Emma and Ultimate Escape Game Dallas!!!

Ultimate Escape Game Dallas was a lot of fun. Though I was unsuccessful(mostly because of the team I had, losers) it was a good night. Guardian in particular, with his luscious blonde hair was a great game master.

It was amazing! The guide was extremely helpful in situations where we had solved the puzzle but maybe one thing wasn’t working or we had the right idea and needed a nudge, and the clues were extremely helpful as well. Great room too. Loved it!

I have been here for a team building day with my elementary campus coworkers before and LOVED it! The rooms were well sized, the puzzles well-planned, and everyone left feeling exhilerated and ready to master the school year.So when my husbands birthday came close this year? I knew what to do!Matt was AMAZING! Matt helped me set up the room beforehand as a surprise for my husband so that he is blindfolded and has music playing through earbuds until we are in the room and starting! I have never been able to surprise my husband before so this is going to be EPIC!Dead by Dawn, the countdown to our party getting there to solve your puzzles has started!

Had a good first-time escape room experience here. Some of the puzzles involved math, though and we had to use our clues to figure out quite a bit of stuff that seemed a bit arbitrary. Id do it again in a heartbeat!

Worth every penny! It was soo much fun and the room was designed soo realistically! Nice staff and the escape room was great, our host Becca was awesome! I would go again! Omg this was so much fun! I didnt catch our guides name but he was very helpful. My husband and I chose a tough room to do alone on our first visit so the guide pointed us in the right direction a couple times. We didnt escape but I will definitely be back! Maybe tomorrow!

Way too hot, 4 out of 5 flashlights needed replacing or new batteries, but the puzzles were not too easy or too hard. We had 4 people total after getting grouped with another couple. Overall, we would do it again but I would bring spare batteries and portable personal fans.

I did Sis and Mics room. The story and room overall were awesome. Me and another buddy are both very experienced in escape rooms and were able to get out with just the two of us but with 2 minutes left. With a group we would have gotten it yet easily.Storyline and room were fun but they had a couple mishaps. Missing one of four necessary items for one lock and another was beat up and hard to read. We had to get help from the gamemaster to read. They helped us with those. Disappointing but that can happen. Hopefully they did it before that room is used again. It could have been a problem for a first timer who didnt know what to expect. I will probably give them another chance though as we have already played a ton of rooms around the dfw area and are running out of good spots. I will review again then and hopefully raise the rating to 5 stars.

Absolutely hated it. Turned off any liking I had towards escape rooms. So many irrelevant clues and variables in the room that have nothing to do with escaping. Not to mention quite expensive. 30 bucks a person. Should’ve watched a movie instead.

Fantastic place! The people who worked there had a great attitude and were very courteous. We did the Amnesia room and it was our first time there. It was a rough start but we finished very excited and satisfied with our experience. Would definitely do it again!

Ive completed 2 scenarios here. For those unfamiliar with escape rooms, you and a group of people are in a room completing puzzles associated with your given scenario. You are given one hour to solve all the puzzles. If you succeed, you win, if you do not, you lose. Either way, its still a lot of fun. The people who run the games are very pleasant and helpful. They clearly want to make sure your experience is a great one. It is easy to see great effort goes into each scenario to make sure it is captivating, challenging, and rewarding as you progress through. Luckily, they do not use combination locks at this escape room as they can be finicky and time consuming to open, even if you know the code. I also really love the signature walls lining the waiting area. The only area of opportunity they may have are the ends of the scenarios. Both rooms seemed to be a bit anticlimactic and some of the participants seemed a bit let down. That being said, the journey is absolutely worth it and I would gladly try out a third room.

We really enjoyed the experience. This room is challenging with several little puzzles - some easy and some hard. We didnt finish, but were only 3 little puzzles from escaping. Still had a blast and I highly recommend it. Because of this room I am hooked and I cant wait to go back and try the others.I have a few non-spoiler tips:1. Go fast, split up into smaller teams and work on separate tasks, otherwise you wont finish.2. The scale in the room was off therefore not giving us the correct code we needed to move forward and we spend too much time trying to figure it out. You can check with your room person to verify if the scale is reading correctly without using one of your clues.3. There is a safe in the room that has a note on it saying you only get 3 code tries to open it so be CERTAIN you got it. My advice is to make sure you use all the codes you have on the locks and keypads first.4. Finally, be sure to book early to get the room you want

Will be coming back to visit the other rooms! Emma was a great hostess, hopefully we can schedule one w her again.
