Well I Would love it even more if they were open but due to covid 19e they are still closed. But I do hear that they should open soon they have tons of parking in the surf food and had video games and once it is opened I will definitely be visiting there in trying the food therefore I have not done so yet. I cant wait and tell everything reopened and we can go back to normal I will definitely wait a couple months before attending in last it is not crowded. Dont know how it is going to be with all the sanitation for a video game inspired theme place but I will definitely support whence they do

The service on the unlimited wings was very, very slow. The first server who brought our food looked really depressing, lethargic and didnt smile at all. The fastest thing served here at Dave & Busters was the check. Our waiter brought the check faster than our food or refilled drinks. The food service is disappointing. FOOD WAS SERVED COLD!They need to better train the cooking staff and waiting staff for better service. Plus side: The games and unlimited play is a deal.

Do you know I went there and the place first opened up and we didn’t have a good experience. We were excited to go love to be able to try a new place always jealous that they were down in the Southbay and not in our area. We too had issues with food service however because they were a new restaurant we did not say anything but what got us to decide never to go back is there was a hair in our food. What is not of a human head hair it was that of another human part.. Grossed us out

There are plenty of fun games, all clean and nice and in working condition, that is suitable for all ages. There is a game bar for your fancy or not so fancy drinks. Party room for events, pool area for the ones who cant succeed at arcades. If you can catch their deals, it can be even more fun. Saturdays and holidays get super crowded so if you are planning to dine and fun on one of these days, be prepared to fight to find a table and wait for extended periods for your food order.

New location and I really like it. They have everything up to karaoke. Nice and spread out compared to other mall locations. Theyre open late with reasonable priced drinks and deals if you register your power card (that are well worth registering... like buy $20 get $20 free!). The restaurant has a secluded part and a part thats out in the open. Just plain fun... both kids and adults alike have fun. It has something for everyone.

Dave and Busters is a fun place to go for food and playing games. Since these places are LOUD, it is often hard to have a conversation. I have only been to this location once, so far. When they opened I walked around to check things out.Next time I go, if I do, I think I will bring ear plugs.

A place for the entire family where you can enjoy video/arcade games, watch sports on multiple TV screens, and have birthday parties. There are also private rooms forParties if you choose to have your own space with a little less noise.The food is also great for kids and adults. Nothing fancy and quickly served. They have items on the menu like mini cheeseburgers, BBG sliders, mini pizza, French fries, BBQ ribs and lots more!The place has tons of arcade games. I love how tickets are being credited to a card versus printing a bunch or tickets to claim your prize. Very green. The place is spacious and clean. As well as the restrooms! It’s awesome that they have a family restroom not all places have them.

Came in with some friends last night and it took us a while to get to get served at the bar because there was not enough staff and half of them were singing karaoke BUT....SHOUT OUT TO SHANE THE BARTENDER! Dude held it down and stayed calm and the service was incredible! Thanks dude! and THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!!! Great presentation and portions and an AMAZING HAPPY HOUR!

Great for the big GAME!!! Fun for the whole family. A bit pricey when it comes to the arcade..we started Small. 12 dollar card. recommend starting at 24$. It was fun . Food was great. I even was given special attention with my food allergy! They brought it under a special cover and everything. It was good!

I love the fact that we finally have a Dave and Busters in the East Bay! Definitely fits in at The Veranda shopping center. The atmosphere is what you would expect of a Dave and Busters for sure! While I didnt eat there, there are a lot of good places to eat at The Veranda, the games and atmosphere are definitely worth going to Dave and Busters for! To kill some time before a movie, or work off some calories after dinner, definitely check out Dave and Busters!

Seems that a lot of people are saying the service is bad. I am as well. But I wonder when they will actually do something to improve it. I went there and it wasn’t crowded at all. But me and my kids waited at least 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to even be acknowledged.When our waitress finally came there was no apology just took our order. After receiving our food that was missing one of the sides our waitress disappeared not to be seen again for another 20-30 minutes. Other wait staff is hanging out by the register. I won’t be back here to eat ever again in life.

We had SO much fun! We thought it was a good value for entertainment. The floor of the restaurant was *filthy* when we walked through and we couldnt figure out why they let it get that way. Bartenders are friendly albeit a little slow. The chips and salsa were a tasty and satisfying snack. We plan to go back.

Its not a bad place., just very busy. It was fun for the family, food was good but under seasoned. Portion size was really good. Lots of games and big screen tvs. Billiards tables and the first time i ever saw a four way air hockey table. A full size bar, rooms to rent for parties or meetings. For the amount of people there it was surprisingly clean. I will definitely return, but maybe on a weekday.

To watch football, sports, or to play arcade games this place is the best. There are so many high res TVs and comfortable booths and tables to sit at. They also have every modern arcade game you could ask for which come in handy during commercia breaks. I had to take one star off for the food. The overpriced food was disproportionately bad to what I was expecting, unfortunately. Chicken wings, fries, and nachos should be good at places like these but they just werent. Otherwise we had a great time!

This rating is for the bar, and the bar alone. I sat there for 10 minutes before I had to yell at somebody to take my order and the bar was at maybe 10% capacity.. none of them seem to know what they are doing although it had very nice attitudes, its probably not their fault. Bad training lots of turnover I assume more to blame for it. I went just because I wanted to check it out as I had been to other Dave & Busters many times and thought it was awesome.. This way hes got a lot of work to do.

Okay so let me break this down. Went to eat here before we started to play some games. My waitress Cassie was fantastic. She was nice and very friendly. My food service was all together another issue. My food didnt come until my son and Husband were finished with their food. Then it looked nothing like the picture. DONT ORDER THE BISTRO STEAK AND SHRIMP. Asked several times to speak to Manager. She never came. I asked for and appetizer its been 15 mins still never came. Family has left to play games. The Service here Sucks. Came play games DONT Eat Here.

Fun place but many of the games were out of service. The food was pretty good. The service was excellent considering how busy it was. Drinks were tasty.

Its been a long time since I step foot into a D&B. But just like how I remembered it, way to relax and unwind over competitive games and chasing after the most amount of ticket rewards and such. This location is isnt as big the Milpitas location or so it seems like to me. Definitely will be coming back for more fun and games!

The games are always fun. I was told there was a certain hour where it became adults only. This didnt happen. The worst part was we got there early to take advantage of happy hour. Our server came by once and then disappeared. We literally waited 45 minutes to even be able to ask for our bill. We couldnt even leave if we wanted to (not that I would do that) because they had our card. Food was good. Drinks were weak. The extra shot they offer at an added cost is really the only alcohol in their drinks.

1st time here and honestly parking can be super crazy, I would love more adult games and self serve seating needs more seating or ppl need to actually leave the table when they are done so others can sit and eat. Over 1 hour wait to be seated and self seating was completely full the whole time there. Ppl had the tables filled with all their belongings, but no one was at tables. I think once they fix this issue it would be a lot better at this location. Playing pool well the cost is ridiculous, wouldnt pay that much. I think once this issues are fixed it would definitely be 5 stars for sure.

The service was lacking, they act as if they dont want to be there. We waited for an hour for our food and it wasnt even right. Our kids grilled cheese is hard and she could barely bite into it. My slider was the same. We saw our waiter twice the whole night. It took us 2 hours and unsatisfied.The only thing that is saving this arcade and food venue, is the game area. Which is expensive. I dont think well plan to come back.

Great place to hangout with kids of all ages ( and I mean it!) Loved the games and the food was super. Had the chicken nachos and I over ate with just one serving and despite skipping lunch!

Great games and atmosphere. Extremely poor customer service in the food area. We waited over 15 mins to get a table cleared. Waited another 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Staff can clearly be seen talking and joking around. Management needs serious improvement.

We went on a Sunday for Karaoke. We got there at @ 8:45. A server didnt come to our table until the kitchen was about to close. Therefore we could only order certain desert. They apologized for being understaffed as they shut down karaoke early as well. Then no one even offered to make things right. Just an apology and excuses.

Will never be back.. waited at bar over 30 minutes..guy seen us kept it moving.. finally got a table..waitress got orders wrong. Came by every 30-40 minutes.. my 6 year old had a great time.. and never brought the waters we asked for.. I never got my drink.. at least she didnt put it on the bill..

So we decided to find a booth of our own considering no one greeted us upon entering the food area. We picked a booth that had stuff from the guests before. After flagging down some of the staff to ask to bus our table we ended up bussing it ourselves because they just ignored us. Our server Cassie was actually very nice and attentive and the food was decent and came out fairly quick. I guess this place just opened but please work on these issues I mentioned!

Weekday, 7:15pm visit. Not busy. Many seats available and about 5 waiters. Seated ourselves, had to get a waiter to come over after several minutes. Food came out timely but my wife wings were cold. Waitress was given my card for purchase. She went over to the register and she along with the other 2 waitresses began talking and laughing to where she forgot to close us out. My wife had to walk over and get at her about having us wait. These youngins want to work but need better work ethics. The supervisor suck too because he was there observing this.

Had a good time at the grand opening! Food was good, although Im not sure how often they set up the buffet. Very Spacious, and the bar/food area has good visibility for watching sports. Only complaint was that there were only three pool tables and they were full all night.

Pretty good with the games. Wish the restroom was set up for height challenged people of all ages.. The soap dispenser way in the back corner. Extremely difficult to reach around paper towel dispenser. Good experience overall.

It being grand opening day I expected there maybe issues. Long wait at the front. The customers in front and behind me were apologies to, offered assistance and one was given a $10 card for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I didnt receive any contact. Ordered Bar Bites what I thought would take a short cook time, Mexican Street Corn Quesadillas and Asian Chicken Wonton Nachos that arrived more than 20 minutes after I ordered. Hopefully things improve as time progresses.

We came in a group of 6 for happy hour, and ordered food from the happy hour menu, but our bill ended up with regular pricing. We didnt even order that much, just a few appetizers and drinks.Additionally, the waiter took our card and held onto it as if we were going to walk out without paying.Everything like the food and games were good though.

Nicest Dave+Busters Ive been to. Huge, lots of screens and some great arcade games.Really family friendly, and a full bar? Awesome.

Service was very slow. Asked for side sauce, utensils, and napkins multiple times. By the time we got our utensils and sauce, our food was cold. Not only did we have this problem but we waited almost 45 min for our appetizer to come out and it ended up coming out with our dinner. Plus... One of our orders was wrong. As far as the arcade side of things it was fun but the food side has to step it up. For my first time coming here after all the hype Ive been hearing, this was by far my worsed experience at a restaurant topping Buffalo wild wings. Sorry guys, I know youre better than this.

Our server Crystal, whatever her name was with a tattoo across her chest was horrible. She acted like she didnt want to be there. Took over 15min to get water. We ordered buffalo wings & the wings obviously are baked. The food is ehhhhGames and activites are cool. Beautiful place compared to others.

I give it 4 1/2 stars. We had a corporate party here and the food was pretty good and staff were very helpful and attentive. The only complaint is that it was extremely loud despite it wasnt that busy.

We came here to eat and play games for a while, first we sat down to eat dinner around 7:00 we didn’t get our 3 waters for 25 minutes. even worse our food didn’t even get to us until 8:30. and when we got the food it was freezing cold. terrible service. good games though.

It was a big surprise, will recommend this place.We went there for a second time. We waited 50 minutes for the food and some parts of it arrived cold. The waitress played “rock, scissors, paper” to see who was going to help us and the food was super salty. I think I would not go there again.

Fun family place if you can ever find a place to park. Also hate that they have no concept of wait times in the restaurant. We were told 45 minute wait even though there were open tables. They told us they were on hold for a party. Almost 3 hours later after gaming then eating, those tables were still empty.

Newest Dave and Busters around with all of the new bells and whistles. Pretty big restaurant and bar area with capacity for large events. Fun place to go for a date or kick it with friends. Loses a star because the parking is not so great.

Kids loved it. A lot cleaner and safer than the other video places around. Food and service are average.

Seems to get VERY busy at night. Parking is scarce. Getting a table is nearly impossible along with getting service for food. The games seem to be good and they all seem to work. I wouldnt recommend going with children on special TV event nights.

Terrible. Dont go here for at least another year. Not staffed. Not ready. Not a business worth going to. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Dont come hungry or thirsty. This isnt a new concept why is this such a huge fail. First time here. Shameful.

Really good stop for family and friends. Games for all ages, billiard for those who like it, a great dining section for the hungry, and a nice bar for the adults.

Let me explain why I am giving such a low review of this location. I took my wife here for the first time with my mother. We have been to the Milpitas location which is smaller than this location, and much more crowded because of the Great Mall, but I like it over this Concord location, and here is why. I had high Hopes for this location being better. It first started when I called this place this morning when they were open. I asked the lady on the phone if this location was open and informed her that they was a picture on Google Maps showing an open soon construction photo. She responded in a way like she didnt care, and quite frankly I almost decided not to go to location based off her phone attitude. She said they were open, and gave me the address which I already knew because I looked on Google Maps, and thats how I also got the phone number, but guess she wasnt paying attention to what I first said to her on the phone after the hellos, communication is big with me, and that was also my first strike, because of her unprofessionalism on the phone. Some people might not care about those sort of things, but I do. The second issue for us was when we got there. They werent busy at 6pm so the next issues were ridiculous for a Monday. The waitress wasnt even that good, and dont even know what her name was, because dont remember introducing herself. She was all around talking to everyone else, and having conversations instead of attending to the others she was supposed to be waiting on. We flagged another waitress down to take our order, because ours disappeared after we just asked for a few minutes more to look over the menu not 20 minutes. Even the waitress we flagged down didnt know where ours went, and she asked her to serve us as well. It seemed like a bunch of young kids working, and not knowing what they were doing. I have worked in food services industries for years so I know how its supposed to work, and how to be professional. She didnt check on us often nor did she check on our food, and we waited over an hour to get our food, and when it came parts were cold, and just tasted okay. When we got her attention to inquire about the ETA on our food she almost asked us the question of would we like her to go check on what was taking the chefs so long in the kitchen. She was like I dont know its not like we are busy, so not sure if they were just short staffed in the kitchen but unacceptable I would hate to come on a day when it was actually busy. The manager did come over when we asked for him, and adjusted the bill, but we shouldnt of had to ask to speak with him she should of just made efforts to fix the issues for us on her own, and bring the manager to us as soon as we told her there was an issue or she saw the issues we raised to her prior to the food being delivered which was by her, and the other waitress we flagged down. Needless to say my mother doesnt want to go back, and my wife wasnt pleased, and we are traveling right now visiting my mother and father for the holidays and my grams will be here as well. We wont be bringing any of them to this location, and we hope our location back home in North Carolina is better. I expected more from my bay area businesses so far things have not been all that well, and its my wives first time here in Cali. I had a better time with her showing me around Oregon, and thats sad cause they are weird.

The service here was horrible. It was our first time there and we met up with some friends to celebrate a recent promotion. We were the first to arrive and decided to sit down and order drinks and food before playing. We waited sitting at the table for so long before anyone even addressed us. We decided to just get up and order our drinks at the bar, which was fine but to order food we had to wait for a waiter/waitress. We waited for an hour before anyone came to check on us. Another hour for our appetizers to come and they were cold. The service here is just so subpar its inexcusable. we WILL NOT be coming back and more than anything we were just disappointed with the experienc . Were really bummed out because we were hoping this was going to be a good place to hangout for future events. Save your money and go elsewhere

It just opened so Friday and Saturday nights are packed. Good luck finding an employee to fix an issue with a game you are playing. Half my $50 card was spent finding out the game was broke and they JUST OPENED! Food was decent I suppose.

Clean and the staff was friendly. Took 30 mins to get seated on a Friday at around 5pm. Food order took 30 plus mins and was wrong. Food was typical bar food. They did comp us for the mistake which I appreciate. Gameplay is fun for the kids.

I was privileged to attend the VIP event at Dave and Busters. If you are looking for a fun and energetic evening this is the place. Lots of fun things to do but, my favorite was their new meeting space that were top notch. If you are looking for a private party, or meeting they have a great space.

Service was pretty slow but I dont come here and expect good services. Food was okay, but not great. We really go here for the arcade.

Maybe it was an off day, but the service was really bad. Food took forever then came out cold, tables werent being bussed, had to go find people to put in our orders. Nice bartenders though. Gave me a free beer. Thats the only reason I would give it another shot.

My son wanted to hang out here for his 14th birthday. Called to make a reservation for a party of 15, but was told we could not. Had to wait 1 hour to be seated. Waitress would come to the table and take 45 mins to bring back water & anything else we asked for. Food was horrible. Like, the chicken strips were dry, flavorless, and chewy. How do you ruin chicken strips!? Everyone had a problem with their food. My food didnt come until after the waitress brought my check. I had to remind her i hadnt received my food. I ended up having to take my food to go. Drinks were good but food was terrible, and the menu is very limited. Dont see myself ever eating there again. PLUS no eat & play combos after 5! TERRIBLE

I came here for the first time and had some drinks. i met one of the game techs named leilah, she was working virtually reality and she assisted me and my friends with great care!! she’s so enthusiastic!! first thing i noticed was how energetic she was and the great eye contact (stunning eyes by the way) she had no problem taking pictures of us and recording throughout the game!! great smile too!! if you see this leilah!! I went there for my cousins birthday party. Its the perfect place for little ones to play up until about seven or eight when there is a rush of teenagers and adults

Been here twice now and over all good but a few issues. First visit one of our items took a long time and a manager came and apologize for the mistake. And today it took almost 50 minutes after we ordered for food to arrive and the steak was ordered medium rare and it came out burnt and well done. It had already been so long so our party just ate it. But the rest of the food both times was great. Games were fun.

The wait staff and bartenders were under staffed or overwhelmed. Either way the wait for food and drinks was terrible.

I was very excited to come to this new place. I have never been so I thought a girls night would be fun here. It was not. It was very crowded and busy so I understood our bartender was going to take some time to get to us. But when he did, he’s attitude was not the one. I understand he is busy but that is no excuse for bad service. My friend ordered the Bloody Mary and in the picture it came with an olive and a piece of bacon. When the bartender gave it to her none of that was in her drink. She had to ask for it which is something you wouldn’t want to do. Would not come again.

This Dave and Busters is so much better than Fresnos Dave and Busters. Extremely clean, alot more choices in games, and the overall environment is so welcoming...Edit: Im changing my review because we go every Wednesday early and when we order it takes forever to get our food and not only that the waiters or waitresss arent very friendly. It literally took the waiter ten minutes to take our order when we sit down. We waited for our food. Normal so no bad review on that. The fact that we sat and ate and got done eating at 12:50pm and didnt get our check til 120 blows my mind. The waiter was extremely slow. He dropped the plates of food on the floor. Left it on the floor a good ten to fifteen minutes before cleaning it up. The other waiter who was sitting three women sat them right next to the broken plate and food on the floor. Like why? He kept walking past it not even trying to clean it up jus staring at it! Ridiculous!! We arent going to be eating here anymore!! The service is poor!!

I had the best experience at this D&B. I enjoyed the food and the unlimited games. Will be coming back!

On MY birthday, I waited to be seated for 3 hours. I did not get comped anyting. I did not get one Im sorry. There was waitresses dancing instead of doing their work and playing on their phones!! Im so angry at this place!!

We had a great time. My son loved the games. It was set up very nice and had good space between games.The FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. Everything was luke warm to just plain COLD. after eating half my warm cheese steak I had to run to the bathroom... I never had to poop so fast ever... the beef must not have been cooked fully. Next day i am still not feeling well. Never going to eat their again forsure. If you do eat, get French fries... maybe they wont mess those up.

First and LAST time I will go here. Had a party of 14. Called and told no reservations. Arrived at 6pm & given a 45 min wait. Young children with us needed to eat before playing. While waiting noticed over a dozen empty tables which remained empty. Perhaps strategy is to get you to play while you are made to wait. Not seated till 7pm. Food arrived 8:30pm: cold, underdone, stale chips, limp salad, very unsatisfactory. Raunchy music videos played (bad language, partial nudity) at 9pm so had to leave before anyone could play. Poor management. Go elsewhere.

Took my wife out for dinner the food service was horrible, waited over 15 min for our server to tell us she would be right with us.After another 15 min she finally took our drink appetizer and food order, after about another 30 min we figured out she never input any of our order, when the table next to us (that was seated 20 min after we were) got all there food and drinks.We were left sitting there with no service, we finally got up and left extremely upset. We went to a local Taco Bell they had 10x better service, I would not recommend anyone ever go here for food.

The place was very lively. The staff was very professional and helpful. It was cool to recieve not only the $20.00 card to play games, but the insulated coffee mug as we were leaving. I would recommend going here.

There shouldnt be kids at the bar and the food was terrible! They were playing good videos but drowning out the sound with house music. The tables and floor in the eating area were messy with food and the server was clueless. She brought us rotten lemons for our waters! Ugh!

First time there, wanting to try it. We were told that the wait list for seating would be hours. Not untill a game was over. Bringing to their attention there were CLEARLY tables available. Waiting 2 hours, We left.

My husband and me got steak for lunch. It was way over cooked asked for medium rare it was well done also it was dry and over peppered. Going to go for dinner to see how that is and also give it a few months it’s still new.

This place has potential, but it will never be realized as it stands. They bought in to a shopping center that has a parking lot not built to sustain the amount of people it suggests it wants to entertain. This place is in a shopping center that had problems with parking before it opened. It will also need at least 3 months to train its employees and prepare its employees to handle the amount of people it can handle. Lots of potential, but may not ever be realized in its current situation. If you can handle an obnoxious patronage and terrible service as it currently stands, go without apprehension. Otherwise, wait at least a few months, maybe longer...

Ive never been to a place where Ive had to wait 20 minutes to be acknowledged,and wait another 30 mins for 1 appetizer.Ive been to dave and busters before in other cities ,not quite sure if this is happening because its new.But I would really suggest re-training the staff and Management.Coming from the restaurant industry I highly suggest that.And all that water on the floor by the bar needs something done before someone slips and Sues this place.

Disappointed, my first ever D+B experience...i went 5pm on a Sunday, so timing might be a factor. The commercials had me excited! Lots of TVs...go if you want to catch a game, or play a fabulous arcade game. Be prepared for TERRIBLE Service at the bar, the kitchen. The bartenders didnt acknowledge me after 15 minutes, I finally gave up after two sets of people ahead of me left, one them told me it had been 20 minutes without even a nod from the 3 bartenders on that side. Our appetizers, pizza bread came out an hour later, COLD and chewy...and way over salted almost like someone saw it sitting forever and salted it for laughs....totally inedible, so we canceled the actual meal...wasnt about to wait another hour to be so disappointed. Kids had a blast though! (Until my 9 YO daughter set her game card down to play a game, and got it stolen)

Interesting place...food was decent. We went on a Friday night so it was very crowded. Something fun to do for sure

I liked the place, very enjoyable. However, I had to wait a long time for some of the games because some people kept on playing the same game over and over and over and wouldnt leave, there should be a restriction on how many time you can play a game in a row.

Had some much fun! Service was good and so was food.

Service at this place is shocking. When i was there it was quiet in the bar. Still took more than 20 minuted to get beers and well over an hour for food. I cancelled my food order after 45 minutes and they still tried to bill the table for it. Completely unacceptable on several levels. Managment should be canned. Groups of servers standing around, some eating and no one directing traffic.

We had problems with our reservation and waited 30 minutes to be served by the bartender. There should be more bartenders on the weekend instead of 1 actual bartender by side.what saved this night was the great service we got when we finally got our table.

Bathrooms are super super dirty and smell disgusting. The bar asked me if I was over 21 to get a cup of water, which was a little weird and kind of annoying because I needed water to take some medication. And its....water. The arcade is nice and well kept though so at least theres that.

Clean and really big, staff was nice. Miranda was great in our private room, ask for her.

Very loud! We had to as for a waiter after seating ourselves and waited 20 minutes. Lots of dirty tables. Our waitress did fine and the food was hot when it came out. This is a place for young people and families with kids.
