This restaurant offers wonderful service as well as delicious meals. The best restaurant in the area. The food and drinks served quickly and the prices are reasonable. Recommended.

Extreme service delay. For 3 hours of service we received one set of drink. Due to machine is out only water. Only 3 serving of food, not to mentioned constant begging and asking. Dont check your spot nor come to ask you if you need help. Overall bad experience and staffing. Register is bad too as they dont fully take care of you but quick to say to next person how to help. Not a good spot for party or event. Only thing is for bar and adult event. Not family oriented nor kids friendly. The lane have no bumper and when you ask, they say let me take care of customer first then I be there. Trash was on table from original reservation with the warning sign.

Diablo Lanes is a great place to bowl. Or play games all kinds of fun things to do to have a bowl. So if you live around here in four corners of Concord and you havent been to Mount Diablo Bowl you should get down there and check it out hard to find on maps. At least for me because it didnt used to be this name which is Diablo Lanes bowling something something. Anyways its such a fun. On the weekends that usually have the late night bowling colored pens for money. Thats always a lot of fun. If you havent taken your kids falling yet you need to take them take them here. Enjoy it feel like my review please give me a thumbs up we live for those. How we get aheadh

Since they updated this place it looks much better, also they increased the quality of the food. My favorite thing is the bowling balls are organized by weight and all the weights are a specific color.Mondays are super cheap, it was 15 bucks for three people to bowl.

Great place, especially for families with young ones! Plenty on lanes, and also arcade area, and pool tables!The staff is friendly and helpful! However, it seems the place is understaffed! The reservation/food order lines are not organized at all.. long time waiting even for food because like one receptionist handles all reservation requests, shoes rental, food order...etc! It needs to be more organized (hence the 4 stars).. otherwise its very good

We had Weour sons birthday there, and had a horrible experience. We were told to arrive a half hour early, we did and no one was able to help us. The party person was busy. Nothing was set up. No one was there to direct us. 10 minutes after the party was supposed to start I asked if I could set up myself, and thats when someone put down a table cloth and called it done. No balloons, no Bowling pin for kids to sign, nothing! No one even helped us get bowling shoes! The all you can eat food for 15 people consisted of two plates of fries, two plates of wings and three, what looked like personal size pizzas. Despite repeated requests no other food was provided. We got two pitchers of soda after an hour, no refills and had to repeatedly ask for water. Totally understaffed, no one seemed to know what was going on.

Living in the far side of the bay, you run out of things to do locally. I went here for date night and it was incredibly fun. Had a couple of games on Friday night. Shoe rental was $5.I made a bet that I’d win...and now I owe someone boba

Had an issue with setting up my party on the lanes we wanted. However, management solved the issue and compensated us for it and wanted to make sure we had fun. My experience here is always good.

This was a breathtaking pass thru the Diablo Bowl. No picture could ever do it any justice! If your thinking of going, just do it! You will absolourtely love it!

The celebration for my daughters birthday was a success! We had super fun and enjoyed bowling! The food was very decent and was worth the price. All the staff were amazing taking care of us! Thank you De Andre, Juan, Bobby, Tiffany and the other lady at the kitchen for an excellent customer service!! Lane 4 kept getting stuck but everytime we reported it, they fixed it. Not a good experience. There were many mechanical break downs. This has not been a new situation. The customer service people are great. Taylor, Nikki and Suki know how to take care of customers. I have bowled in this league for years. Tonight was the worst night for mechanical issues. The owner really needs to hire a qualified mechanic at more than an advertised $15.00 an hour. League bowlers have to pay every week, whether you show up or not. It seems like if you are bowling every week and paying every week the machinery should work correctly.

Great fun with family and friends! Nicely kept facility with up to date score keeping monitors and newer bowling shoes. Bar and pool tables available. Also had a grill that offered a decent selection of food with fair prices. Will definitely visit again.

Had a great time. Won a free, 2-hour birthday party for 8 that came with two orders of wings. The food was decent and the bowling alley itself seemed modern and clean compared to many other alleys. Gabby is the best host!

Great place for family fun!There is arcade type games to play besides bowling and there is 2 full size pool tables inside the bar area for adults (pay by the hour). They lack maintenance on the cue sticks so beware...Bring your own cue stick if you can.This place has been here long time. It is pretty clean and maintained ok. As with everything there is always more needing done.We were impressed with the hand tossed pizza.Try it!My 2 1/2 year old grandson loved to go bowling. He just put the bowling ball on the dinosaur ramp & the bumpers were up so he would not get any gutter balls. He absolutely loved it!Young, old, everyone can have fun.

Went a birthday party there after we won some free bowling and pizza from an event on Facebook. The food was good and the bowling was super cheap (we played a little more than our allotted free time.The people there were very helpful and I loved that they were able to play a wide variety of music with whatever system they were using.They also have an arcade area, but we didnt spend too much time there. My only complaint was the food we did order outside of the pizza was a bit slow to get to us, but it did still taste good.I would definitely go back for another round of bowling and some more pizza with a few friends at night.

It used to be one of the best bowling alleys around. Now they rented away half of the lanes, added arcade games and music evenings. So, it became more like a party place than a bowling alley. Lanes are still good though. A little of renovation won’t hurt

This place is awesome! If we lived closer wed go all the time. The pricing is great. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is patient, helpful and accommodating. Parking can be a little frustrating depending on time of day.

The service was horrible. Its took us 30 minutes just for our bowling lane to reset and this happened 3 times. The lanes were oiled so much my ball didnt move at all and kept going strait. Also the tables are so close together we dont know which table is which. This place isnt good in my opinion, id spend the extra time going to a better bowling alley then rush to this one.

Lanes break down pretty easily— one time they had to move us 5 times. Staff has always been awesome (Nash!) but today there were several bday parties and only two people working the whole place. One gal looked like she was ready to quit. Management needs to staff better.

The lanes are updated with a touchscreen menu and each bowler can take their own picture that displays when their bowling! Drinks are good and the food here is always good, its on Door Dash for that matter!! Good vibes, good time!

They do not have enough people working there on a Saturday with over 2 parties. We waited for our food way too long to the point where my family and I had to check on our pizza to see if it was being made multiple times and having to find out it was made but not taken to us or it was just sitting on their counter while we had 4 hungry kids. The line to return your shoes is unnecessary. Just paying and getting your shoes was frustrating. The bathrooms are disgusting.

Im amazed at how quickly this place has gone downhill. They got rid of the discount games. Theyre way understaffed. Lots of the lanes have technical difficulties. The air conditioning wasnt working well. There were almost no balls between 8 and 14 lbs. Every time we experienced a new glitch, I had to ask the employees multiple times to fix it before they would do anything.

I went here years ago, and it was great. It really has gone downhill. The place was filthy. The bathrooms were just down right gross. It seemed like everything was broken. The bumpers wouldnt work. The poor staff seemed overwhelmed and were just trying to do what they could. Management has really let this place go.

Its clean, food is good and a surprisingly nice bar. They have a video game area, not to mention bowling. The only complaint is sometimes they are very slow in getting people checked in, shoes,etc.

We came here for my nephews birthday with family. The bowling was fun, but our group of 6 didn’t get a full game of bowling in during the hour as moving the form/ramp for the kids slowed play down...the food was rather poor quality (Pizza and Wings). The wait to return shoes afterwards and checkout was painfully slow for a Saturday afternoon. I would not suggest this location to others.....

The lane I was on needed wax bad . #9 terrible right after the arrows the ball would grab wood and strait to the gutter. Had to throw my own ball straight for the first time since I learned how to bowl ... in the 4th grade ... !

I hated it I accidently put a twenty inside the machine and thought it was a five before I finished I asked the guy to help me get it Back and then he told me That I cant get it back and I knew I can I just didnt know one hour and then he just finished it and I lost my 20 and then our lane broke down 3 times and then on the 4th time a stop workI dont want to go there again and dont use lane 7 because it will stop working

Rude and unprofessional staff. UNCLEAN environment. Service industry. Train your staff on providing good quality service. Its Business 101. When your customers write reviews (if possible) look at the trends.. time, dates, who was on the clock. It will narrow who, what, when and where. Conduct rounds (MBW-management by walking) and inquire of your customers their experience and satisfaction. Theres a novel idea. Now when you know better, Lets do better.

Very good place to play bowling. Good prices, depends on days of the week. At some days there are very low prices. Clean.But there are problems with their food. We tried 3 times to order food from their menu, but we were constantly told that their cook was not able to cook it. In the end, we asked them to put the dots on the menu against those dishes that they can cook. There was only some of them which they can cook.In the rest everything is fine.

I haven’t even been to here yet, but the fact that the manager has taken the time to respond to nearly all of these reviews says something. As far as i can see they have even allotted free things for most of their customers. thank you for being a great bowling paddock. Lol i have t even been here

Food and drinks are good but employees do not explain that its $5 per game or per hour they definitely got over and argued first told me $64 for 1 game we played then manager came over and told my friend $94 then settled for $35. Even though food and drinks were good I wont be back. Employees should inform customers of such info instead of trying to get over. Also just seen that they do active duty military/family discounts and was not informed of this either would have been nice to know.

The staff there are under trained and completely unable to handle issues and concerns. every incident Ive had with them resulted with either . manager not here im too stupid to think outside the box or manager not here I know what could be done but I dont have the authority to, and too chicken isht to do it then u get the silent treatment, follow by being completely ignored. kudos....

If you are a league bowler, avoid this place. Alleys are not oiled evenly, approaches are sticky, equipment fails often. If you like strobe lights and loud music and cosmic bowling, you will probably like it there

The first lane we had assigned to us kept having trouble with not returning the ball and setting the pins up wrong or not at all. We switched to a different lane that had the gutter permanently raised despite our efforts too change this in the settings. The screens were busted at both lanes.

Incredibly unclear where the front desk is when you first enter (its to the right behind the arcade games), went with a group of 6 and every single one of us had an issue with the finger holes on all the balls being too small. The scoreboards have some fun animations though!

Good area to catch sport games locally & enjoy a few drinks. Couple billiard tables in the area if youre not bowling. Some games as well for the little ones to enjoy also

I used to love bowling at this joint. Unfortunately change in management and lack of lane conditioning has lost my 4 nights a week bowling here.The only attraction I come here for is bowling and the venue has lost its luster.This is based on a league bowlers point of view, if youre just going once every few months with no intention of improving your game its probably cool.

Our party had a great time! The center was clean and the lanes, equipment and balls in good condition. The food and beer were tasty and reasonably priced. I ate the Philly Cheesesteak and really enjoyed it!

Ive been bowling here for over 5 years now and its changed since the new owner or management, it still has great deals during the week for cosmic bowling but they changed the prices on the weekend, Friday and Saturday is now 30 bucks for 4 hours, it used to be 16 bucks from 9-2 which was 5 hours for less, and on Sunday it was 10 bucks and now its 20, increasing the price by 14 bucks is weak and has lost me for the weekend. Im busy during the week now too so it really sucks that I cant bowl as much as I did before but I guess thats what happens when you try to jack up the prices.

Great family place. They had a family deal giving out family of 3, can be up to 6, shoes 1 hour of bowling 18inch pizza popcorn and unlimited soda for $50. Bumpers can be put up per player.

Ok place. Good beer options. Bumper wouldnt change for each user so we all had to play with them so 7 year old could enjoy bowling.

They have good specials and everything, but every single time I play there, I have a problem with the lane. Either the pins drop out of the holder or the ball gets stuck. Its always something. Sometimes multiple times in one night which is a pain. Most of the workers there are nice except that one girl. They have pool tables and air hockey and a few other games. They sell food and have a small bar. So I give them three stars for being an average bowling alley.

Management was nice, pricing was reasonable, but on the day of our party they were overbooked and understaffed and food was late and they ran out of shoes. The lanes were a little glitchy also.

The staff was wonderful! The bathroom so its a bit untidy but they quickly got someone to tie it up. My only complaint which they cannot help is it is not easy to see from the street. Otherwise I enjoyed my time there!

Poorly maintained and managed. Long wait in line at single register to get lane. Then once we started, had to stand in same line to order food because snack bar / lounge not staffed. Multiple equipment malfunctions. Moved lanes and more malfunctions. Never going back.

Bumpers come in handy

The price and atmosphere was great considering they have modern technology. HOWEVER, their customer service is a different story. TERRIBLE. The other night my friends card got charged twice for no good reason. I spoke to the manager and she was nice but not very accomodating to the other concerns I had with service. We tried to order pizza the not we went and the lady working at the desk threw a fit because she did not want to put one until the oven! I was appalled by the type of service I received.

Pro: free parking, public restrooms, friendly staff, free soda for showing you checked into their location on Facebook, advanced/modern bowling computers so can see more facts about your skills and players faces during games.Con: small sign outside not easily seen inside shopping center.

I hadnt been here in years. Went recently and its an old alley. It seemed pretty outdated and dark. The only thing that was cool was the personalized screens. Next to your name was your picture. The cut scenes were funny too.

We won a bowling party for 2hrs of bowling, 2pizzas and 2 pitchers of soda. We brought the kids who work with us. The shoes were rough..lol falling apart, our lanes had a few glitches, but, the staff compensated by allowing a bit more time. The bartender was very nice. Food...eh, but hey youre there to bowl right?

State of the art bowling with instructions tips on the overhead screen....would be five star if they included bowling etiquette it the instruction videos. Go there and you will see what I mean.

Too many problems with the pin setters and computer systems

Recently modernized with new bowling computers and an arcade. The mechanics of the lanes are still the same. Some lanes have ball return problems. A fun place for my son.

Very rude staff. Unwillingness to help us when our lane malfunctioned twice. Fussing to get a manager for a refund. All hand sanitizers were empty AND the arcade card machine was broken. Tough night w 6 kids. We will go to Clayton for bowling from now on.

I like The place its fun BUT bringing kids here would be out of a question for me at cosmic night. They have flat screens showing music videos 98% is shaking behinds girls with skimpy clothing you know how they do it now a days and you know how kids are absorbing and imitating lyrics of songs or behaviours ..

Im new to the area and I was searching around for good bowling alleys and came across this great place. The service was friendly and professional and the seating area was very comfortable and spacious.

I liked going to this place a lot, since I had not been there for a long time but tonight I came back with some friends it was a disappointment since this old man in the front desk with glasses was very disrespectful and rude. He threw at me my credit card and it seemed like It was wrong to answer the questions that I had about the specials, and ignored us. The truth is that with that kind of customer service it did not make me want to go back.
