Have been to Mona Park a few times over the years, but it is always fresh, fun, and enjoyable.This time, we took a 3 mile walk here, there, and about, and it was great.The Park has walkways, museums, ponds, lakes, and you can probably find something to do whatever your predilections. Go and enjoy!

This park has a really decent playground, one section designed for smaller kids, one for bigger kids. The baseball field looks good, and theres a nice area for grilling and eating in a shaded area. Nice!

I love that this lake is so close to home but its often crowded with children and I dont have a lot of confidence in the water quality. There are nice places to go read a book and hang out or go for hikes - despite being so close to the freeway, its quite a little oasis in a dense urban area - support your local parks.

Both playgrounds are the biggest of any Ive seen, with lots of slides, and all the platforms are connected too. Wall climbing, the seesaw has 4 seats, lots of swings, the baseball field w home run wall and shaded area near the playgrounds for the adults. Setting the bar for all parks.

We loved the two (2) playgrounds, adult workout equipment and gym. It also have a swimming pool that isnt open.

We come here from time to time to run and exercise as they have those machines its really helpful, we love it!

I go there to run at night. It is dark at the times I go, but its okay. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because trailers and mobile homes park along Mona Blvd. I get lowkey scared to run there alone. Some of them have dogs, nd I am scared of them too. Everytime I pass by them when I run, some of them bark nd bark. It gets annoying.

Nice Park for a Morning Jog with Great Potencial. Lately Ive Notice an Increasingly Amount of Trailers that Have Started Parking Along the Side of The Park or Across from It. Not Only Do I Feel Unsafe Going for a Morning Jog But Theyve Started Leaving Trash on Both Sides of The Street/Sidewalks. Its Become an Eyesore.

Small, quiet and clean. I dont live in the area but seemed nice during the day. Police patrolling the area often.

They have alot of kids sports, events and activities. The Mayor of Compton and celebrities always participate.

The Juneteenth event was well organize and put together with love... I enjoyed the experience and glad I was able to take part.

It was a quiet time not many people just a couples people training dogs. Can you please hydrate your animals?! They cant say they are thirsty.

Dont visit this park they cracked my car doors windows and was done the same thing to other cars in bright daylight and was told by police to avoid this park since it was a hot spot for people to steal cars or rob you.

Im here twice a week. My son plays b ball i enjoy his practices. Feel safe with the police bwing around always thanks.

I remember growing up here as a kid, the black kids were racist not all but most. I used to get jumped a lot but it toughen me.

Quite Park has Baseball diamond, swimming pool, Basketball inside and outside clean bathrooms and a full out playground for kids and toddlers.

There are dogs there that are not leashed

So much play area for the kids. Restrooms and parking is near by as well.
